Abstract

The purpose of this research is none other than to be able to provide input on the integrity of advocates, who are free and independent and cannot be separated from their responsibilities based on a code of ethics. Law enforcement issues in Indonesia are always an interesting topic to discuss. Law enforcement, which from the beginning was only a process that did not find a final result, has led to good discussion in formal and non-formal studies. The discrepancy between expectations and the reality of the operation of the law causes law enforcement to be questioned again, the law has not yet found its true purpose. Factors that are non-legal in nature are suspected as causes that have an impact on discriminatory law enforcement, inconsistency and uncertainty (unjust) which in the end lead to disharmony in society towards the law, especially law enforcement officials. The approach in this legal research uses statutory and conceptual approaches. In addition, the conclusion obtained is that advocates should maintain their integrity as an advocate and behave according to the advocate's code of ethics. However, upholding the code of ethics has so far experienced many obstacles in its enforcement, especially in the absence of a single forum for advocate organizations that is strictly and clearly regulated.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) direct speech acts in buying and selling transactions at the Kedungsukun Market, 2) indirect speech acts contained in buying and selling transactions at the Kedungsukun Market, 3) to describe the implications of research results on learning in high school. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach, the source of the data used is in the form of speech quotes spoken by buyers to traders or vice versa. The data collection technique used in this research uses observation techniques, interview techniques, recording techniques, and listening and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique in this study is direct and indirect speech from the object of research. The results showed: 1) the types of direct and indirect speech acts contained in buying and selling transactions at the Kedungukun Market include: 1) direct and indirect speech acts with news sentences (declarative), direct and indirect speech acts with interrogaive sentences (interrogative). , direct and indirect speech acts with imperative sentences, 2) implications of learning Indonesian in SMA class X in KD. 3.1 Understand the structure and rules of negotiating texts both orally and in writing. At KD. 3.1.1 Analyzing the structure and rules of the negotiation text both orally and in writing.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and describe the influence of principal managerial and teacher work motivation on teacher performance, especially in high school in Region 3 OKU Selatan. The implementation of this research refers to quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. To analyze the data, it is done by means of parametric statistical analysis through the t test and F test. The data obtained is carried out by analyzing the prerequisites that have been met such as the normality of the data distribution, and the absence of heteroscedasticity symptoms. The results achieved from this study are partially managerial principals have a significant influence on teacher performance; work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance; Simultaneously, the principal managerial variables and teacher work motivation proved to have a positive and significant influence on the performance of high school teachers in Region 3 OKU Selatan.

Abstract

Work habits and work discipline of a group of individuals are two factors that influence the professionalism of OKU Selatan High School teachers in carrying out teaching assignments. In line with its objectives, this research examines the effect of these two variables on teacher professionalism in the new normal era. Quantitative methods are used with data collected through questionnaires and observation. Data analysis techniques using parametric statistics through linear regression testing. The results of the study succeeded in proving that partially work habits have a significant influence on the professionalism of teacher work. Likewise, work discipline has a significant influence on the professionalism of teacher work; In simultaneous testing it was found that in the new normal era, work habits along with work discipline had a significant influence on the professionalism of SMA teachers in OKU Selatan in carrying out teaching assignments.

Abstract

This study aims to know the facilitations, the implementation, and the impacts of school literacy program on students’ reading interest at Senior High School in Kota Ternate. This is qualitative research with descriptive analysis design. The subjects are the teachers and school principals at SMAN 1 Kota Ternate and SMAN 8 Kota Ternate. Data are gathered from interview, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the literacy school program (GLS) has been implemented by the schools since 2016 when it was first launched by government. Schools facilitate books, chairs, and tables for reading corner, library, wall magazine. Reading corner is not only inside the classroom but also outside in school park. School also provides ‘Gazebos’, made from wood located in school park for students’ reading access. In practical situation, GLS is scheduled three (3) times then changed to five (5) times in a week. In two years, implementation, GLS has integrated in each school subject thus the student’s literacy competence has getting improved. Schools also implement fifteen (15) minutes of reading book before class. Students utilize their rest time or un-attendance teacher in class to spend their times in library or sit in reading corner. Another practical literacy accommodated in extracurricular activities are school competition, those are; create and read of poem, writing short story, writing essay, English speech, English debate. Through those literacy activity in both schools, students’ interest in reading has impacted positively on their daily school activity. Students are able to: 1) improve their understanding, 2) help improve their memory, 3) add knowledge and point of view, 4) improve vocabulary, 5) train their writing competence 6) improve their self-confidence, 7) improve communication skill.

Abstract

Nowadays, ecology has developed rapidly since it is no longer limited to the study of ecosystems or nature, but also used to study other fields including in literary studies. Many scholars argue that literature is closely related and inseparable to ecology. The large number of literary works containing nature and the environment shows that the writers have cared for nature from a long time ago. The study aims to analyze the representation of Ternate oral literature in the perspective of literary ecology. This study apllies descriptive qualitative method. Technique data collection used is documentation technique. Sources of data for this study were obtained from various sources of Ternate oral literature documents found in libraries and other relevant sources. In addition, the researchers used browsing’ techniques to find relevant data. Triangulation techniques are still used to check valid data from various sources. The result shows that the representation of Ternate oral literature viwed from ecological perspective is shown in the form of fables and poetry (dola bololo, dalil moro, and dalil tifa) which implie moral and ethical values to become lessons for the community and readers of literature. In addition, the implied message from fables and poetry in Ternate oral literature is that living things and their natural environment play a role in life and also influence the thinking of the people of Ternate which of course must be maintained and preserved because they are useful for the community itself.

Abstract

Science cannot be separated from global developments which are commonly referred to as the 21st century. Science and technology are developing. students in the 21st century are students from the Z or millennial generation where this generation is familiar with the development of science and technology. The aim of the researchers is to improve the scientific attitude of 21st century students through experimental activities on scientific problems, the problem that is found is in learning the process of photosynthesis. Researchers used qualitative research with a class action research approach or (Classroom Action Research). The results obtained in the first cycle and the second cycle get an increase, which means that using experimental research can increase students' scientific understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to describe the increase in early reading skills in children and the activities of teachers and children in learning. The approach taken in this research is qualitative. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects in this study were group B children, which consisted of 10 children. The technique of collecting data is through sheets of early reading skills in children and observation sheets of teacher and child activities. Children's learning outcomes after experiencing the learning process in the first cycle of meeting I, only 4 children or 40% completed, while at the second meeting, 6 children or 60% completed. In the second cycle of the 1st meeting the children who completed reached 8 children or 80%, at the 2nd meeting the children who completed 9 children or 90%. The results of observations of teacher activities at the 1st cycle I meeting obtained an average proportion of 77% and at the 2nd meeting increased to 79% and the results of observations of teacher activities at the 1st cycle II meeting obtained an average proportion of 83% and at the 2nd meeting obtained 89%, is in the good category while children's activities Children's activities during the teaching and learning process are obtained: Results of children's activities cycle I The 1st meeting obtained an average score of 71% and at the 2nd meeting it reached 76%, at the cycle II the 1st obtained the proportion of 76% and at the 2nd meeting 82%. Thus it can be concluded that the use of picture letter card media can improve children's initial reading skills, teacher and child activities in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Higher education tridarma activities in the independent campus curriculum really need the role and function of research and community service. The synergy of the use of research and dedication to seek and find solutions in society for some of the problems that will be found solutions depart from research that will be implemented in the form of synergy of the independent campus curriculum. The Synergy of the Roles and Functions of the Higher Education Tridarma Institute in Optimizing the Independent Campus (1) The Role of the LPPM STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. (2) Functions of LPPM STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. (3) Research synergy and community service in Optimizing the Independent Campus. (4) Products of LPPM STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, uncovering the phenomenon of problems from informants and informants. Data Source STKIP Chairperson, Vice Chairmen 1, 2 and 3, lecturers, education staff, several foundation management figures. Data was collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis was performed using qualitative data analysis procedures. The results of the study show (1) The role of LPPM STKIP PGRI Bangkalan in Optimizing the Merdeka Campus has not been able to play an optimal role. (2) The function of LPPM has not fully functioned according to its duties in its role in synergizing research and independent campus service. (3) Research synergy and community service in carrying out the Independent Campus Tridarma have not synergized and have not been implemented (4) LPPM STKIP PGRI Bangkalan Independent Campus products are only implementation (KKN) Real work lectures, conducting several training methods for writing scientific journals, publishing HKI and managing Labs Language.

Abstract

This article explains the use of people's personal data to state security data that is currently interconnected and circulating on the internet network. Regulation of the Minister of Defense No. 16 years 2010 which mandated the establishment of a digital technology defense concept in Indonesia. Data surveillance is carried out physically and logically with integrity and upholding confidentiality be able to find illegal processes. Continued with this capacity and capability improvement as a must to be able to continue to innovate and develop because over time the types of threats and challenges will change and develop. As a support, qualified digital or cyber technology system is built first. Thus, it is hoped that the cyber defense strategy in Indonesia can guarantee sovereignty and security for the nation and state. With the aim of developing human resources to meet the needs of personnel in national cybersecurity activities. The Indonesian government has realized that this development requires policy as a measurable and clear legal basis which is then followed by the establishment of a strategic cybersecurity system. Thus, it is hoped that the security of citizens in conducting activities in the digital world can be well guaranteed their rights and obligations.
