Jurnal ini diberi nama LITERASI, nama tersebut dipilih sebagai upaya untuk tetap menjadikan keterampilan berbahasa sebagai landasan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Seperti sebuah pernyataan “bahasa sebagai penghela ilmu pengetahuan”. Jurnal LITERASI diterbitkan oleh Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa, Sastra Indonesia dan Daerah dua kali dalam setahun. Terbitan pertama pada tahun berjalan adalah bulan Januari dan terbitan kedua adalah bulan Juli. Setiap kali terbit, jurnal ini memuat delapan artikel yang mengkaji dan membahasa masalah pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia. Jurnal ini memuat artikel hasil penelitian, gagasan konseptual, baik yang ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa asing. Selain secara online jurnal ini juga terbit secara cetak (ISSN 2086-4795). Diharapkan Jurnal ini mampu menjadi media informasi yang kredibel dan berdayaguna.

Abstract

Transformasi sastra merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperkaya bentuk sastra agar terus berkembang tanpa meninggalkan esensi bentuk awal. Selain itu, kegiatan sastra dapat dijadikan rujukan bahan ajar bagi siswa dan tenaga pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran untuk menumbuhkan kreativitas sastra di sekolah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses transformasi sastra dari biografi Seabad Ismail Marzuki: Senandung Melintas Zaman karya Ninok Leksono menjadi drama musikal Payung Fantasi karya Garin Nugroho dan penggunaannya sebagai bahan ajar drama di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan observasi terhadap sumber data yang diteliti, yaitu buku biografi dan drama musikal terkait. Selain itu, penulis melakukan uji validasi terhadap bahan ajar yang telah disusun berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Kedua, ada indikator yang jelas sebagai penanda suatu bentuk transformasi sastra. Ketiga, musik yang digunakan dalam musikal memiliki harmoni dengan 21 tema dalam buku biografi. Keempat, berdasarkan hasil validasi 2 validator Modul Ajar dan LKPD yang telah disusun maka Modul Ajar dan LKPD dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar alternatif di kelas XI kurikulum SMA merdeka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku biografi SIMSMZ dan drama musikal PF dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar alternatif di SMA, tepatnya di kelas XI. The effect of reading corners in increasing reading interest and Indonesian language learning outcomes in fourth grade students at SDN Baru 07 Pagi East Jakarta Jakarta: Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University Prof. Dr. Hamka, June 2023This study aims to determine the effect of reading corners on reading interest and Indonesian language learning outcomes in fourth grade students at SDN Baru 07 Pagi, East Jakarta. This type of research is associative quantitative. The research population was all fourth grade students at SDN Baru 07 Pagi, consisting of 60 students. The sample determination was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, so that 30 students from each class IV and IV B totaled 15 students. Data on reading interest was collected using a questionnaire and Indonesian language learning outcomes using the results of Indonesian language report cards in semester 1 of the 2022/2023 academic year. Data were analyzed using validity test analysis, instrument reliability test, descriptive statistics, prerequisite test; normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using the t-test and simple regression test. The analysis test was carried out with the help of excel and SPSS 24 for windows. The results showed that: there was a significant positive effect between reading corners on reading interest and Indonesian language learning outcomes in fourth grade students at SDN Baru 07 Pagi East Jakarta. Abstract

Gender inequality breeds a variety of injustices. Kaba oral literature contains the perspective of the Minang people on social and cultural life. This study aims to describe the sweetness of gender injustice in Kaba Urang Tanjuang Karang. The method used in this study is the descriptive-analysis method. Data collection is carried out by recording and transcribing kaba. So, the data of this study is the result of transcription of the Kaba Urang Tanjung Karang manuscript. The results showed that gender inequality gave birth to various injustices, especially for female figures in the Tanjung Karang Urang Regency. The injustice experienced by the figures of Amak Delima, Siti Delima, Unyiang, Mak Lapau dan Siti Rohani manifest in five forms, namely marginalization, subordination, stereotypes, violence, and double burdens. These forms of gender injustice are experienced by female characters who have roles as mothers, wives, children, or older siblings.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan sarana yang dapat dimanfaatkan guru untuk membantunya menyampaikan kurikulum kepada siswa. Dalam pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, siswa di tingkat bawah, khususnya kelas II, bergelut dengan muatan makna ekspresif. Siswa mengalami kesulitan memahami pentingnya mengungkapkan karena mereka kekurangan kosa kata dan media yang tidak memadai. Peneliti membuat kartu berpasangan untuk mengajari siswa arti ungkapan tersebut sehingga mereka dapat memahami dan menguasai maknanya. Pelajaran inimenggunakan teknik R&D (Research and Development) dan paradigma pengembangan ADDIE. Validasi dan pengujian digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Hasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli media, materi, dan pendidikan menghasilkan skor 94,66% yang dinilai sangat layak untuk digunakan. Pengujian kecil menggunakan Kartu Berpasangan menghasilkan skor 87%, yang menunjukkan bahwa penerapannya cukup praktis. Uji coba besar pada Kartu Berpasangan menghasilkan skor 89%, menunjukkan bahwa cukup praktis untuk digunakan. Hasil rata-rata uji coba kecil dan besar kemudian dicapai dengan skor 88%, menunjukkan bahwa mereka sangat layak untuk dimanfaatkan.

Abstract

Advances in technology and information that are developing very complexly make multiliteracy skills an important skill for generations to have in the 21st century. Efforts that can be made to improve human resources can be made by building a quality education system through the application of multiliteracy pedagogy. Multiliteracy pedagogy is an approach that assists students in developing broad literacy skills not only reading and writing, but becoming a meaningful learning for students. The method used in this study uses the library research approach, which is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading, taking notes, and processing research materials. Character education is a planned effort with the aim of making students strong, noble, moral, tolerant and have a spirit of mutual cooperation. The results of this study are that with the application of multi-terasi pedagogics, the inheritance of Indonesian cultural values ​​can be inherited so that it is hoped that the 2045 golden generation of Indonesia can actively participate in the international world which has the Pancasila character as a national cultural feature.

Abstract

Literacy becomes a global concern including in Indonesia. Literacy in Indonesia still needs improvement. The attempt that should not be left in enhancing children’s literacy in Indonesia is the stimulation on young children. In this process, family becomes the main gate which could be acted as the foundation of literacy which is called emergent literacy. Enhancing emergent literacy can optimize their forthcoming literacy development. One of the activities that is believed could support the maturity of emergent literacy phase is read aloud. However, there is no learning materials related about read aloud which can bridging family literacy practitioner and young children to stimulate reading literacy in specific. Therefore, this research attempt to analyze the need of learning materials based on two perspectives which are family literacy practitioner and young children with the age of 3 to 6 years old. Utilizing qualitative research method, with collecting data using questionnaire which were filled by 20 literacy family practitioner. Interviewing 12 boys and girls in total. The result of this research shows from family literacy point of view which is expecting learning material contains clear instruction, interactive contents, reading stimulation, and in the form of children picture book. From the children perspectives shows that there was a need to start forming the story from the theme, the characters, the compulsory component, the material of picture story book, and the appearance of emergent literacy development for young children in the age of 3 to 6 years old particularly in reading literacy.

Abstract

The low interest in reading students that is happening now coupled with the application of boring learning causes a lack of students' understanding of a reading comprehension in Indonesian language material. This study has objectives including: 1) determining the influence of picture missing word card media on students' reading comprehension; 2) knowing the influence of reading interest on students' reading comprehension; 3) Knowing the mutual influence between picture missing word card media and students' reading interest in students' reading comprehension. This study uses a type of quantitative research with ex post facto methods. The process of collecting data is carried out by documentation techniques and questionnaires. The study sample consisted of 52 students. Such instruments are tested with validity and reliability. Normality testing (Kolmogorov Smirnov) and linearity testing were carried out as research prerequisite tests. In addition, the t test is used as a simple linear regression hypothesis test, while the F test is used for multiple regression tests. This study states: 1) There is an influence of picture clump word card media on reading comprehension as evidenced by the acquisition of tcount = 3.626 > ttable = 2.008. 2) There is an influence of reading interest on reading comprehension. This is based on the acquisition tcount = 3.314 > ttable = 2.008. 3) There is a simultaneous influence between the medium of picture sticky word cards and reading interest on students' reading comprehension. It is based on the values Fcount = 10.014 > Ftable = 3.19.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulties and disinterest of students in writing poetry texts. This is because students do not understand the techniques in writing poetry texts. In addition, students are still not trained in developing their creative thinking in writing poetry texts. To overcome this problem, the authors chose podcast learning media to improve students' ability to write poetry texts and students' creative thinking skills in class VIII SMPN 2 Margahayu. The problem in this study is related to the low ability of students in writing poetry texts and the ability to think creatively. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of podcast media and its impact on the ability to write poetry texts and increase creative thinking skills. The ability of class VIII students of SMPN 2 Margahayu in writing poetry texts is in good category. In addition, the ability to think creatively is also in another good category. Based on the results of statistical calculations, it can be obtained that podcast media has an impact on the ability to write poetry texts and the ability to think creatively. This is supported by statistical calculations. There are significant differences in writing poetry texts and students' creative thinking in the experimental class using podcast media and the control class using image media. This study uses a mix method with data collection techniques through tests, observations, and interviews. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that learning to write poetry texts has an impact on students' creative thinking abilities. In addition, it can be an alternative to choosing a learning model in class. It is evident from the results of the pretest writing poetry texts that the average experimental class student obtained 57.69, while the average posttest score for the experimental class obtained 81.92 which indicates an increase in value. Likewise, the average score of students' creative thinking pretest is 63.5, while the posttest average score is 77.66, also showing an increase Keywords: Creative thinking, Podcast, Write, Poetry.

Abstract

This research have a purpause to describe the factors that cause children's delay in speaking. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. While the type of research is literature study. The data source for this research is relevant research articles. The data of this research is the result of relevant research. To validate, researchers use data triangulation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique. The results showed that the factors that cause speech delays in children are internal factors consisting of genetics and also the hormone testosterone. While the external factors that cause delays in speaking are family, school and society. Therefore, cooperation in child supervision is needed starting from the family, school and community environment through medical and social supervision. It is hoped that this research will become an evaluation in monitoring the growth and development of children with speech delays.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the study of language variations used in buying and selling interactions at Lemabang Morning Market. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis to identify language variations in buying and selling interactions. The results showed that there were significant language variations in buying and selling interactions at the Lemabang Morning Market. The most dominant language variations are language variations in terms of speakers. This discovery provides insight into the complexity of language in the context of traditional markets and can form the basis for efforts to preserve and develop language in this community.
