Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of land rights transfer through Temporary Land Deed Officials (PPATS) in Nagari Pasar Baru, Pesisir Selatan Regency, and to identify the integration of national law and Minangkabau customary law in this practice. The research method used is a sociological juridical approach with a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing primary data from interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from literature studies. The results show that formal procedures in accordance with Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 and Minister of Agrarian Affairs/National Land Agency Regulation No. 3 of 1997 are still applied; however, for ulayat land, the consent of the kaum acknowledged by the Nagari Customary Council (Kerapatan Adat Nagari / KAN) is required. The challenges faced include the majority of land being uncertified, low public legal awareness, and the limited number of definitive PPAT officials. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between PPATS, village apparatus, KAN, and the Land Office to improve legal certainty and protect community rights. Keywords: PPATS, Land rights transfer, Minangkabau customary law, Land law.

Abstract

Digital payment systems in Indonesia have experienced rapid growth, driven by advancements in financial technology and supportive government policies. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to identify and synthesize key findings from existing research on digital payments in the Indonesian context. The review focuses on adoption trends, implementation challenges, and socio-economic impacts of digital payment platforms. The analysis reveals that factors such as digital literacy, user trust, regulatory frameworks, and technological infrastructure play critical roles in shaping the success of digital payment systems. This study contributes to future research by highlighting existing gaps, including the lack of longitudinal studies, limited exploration of user behavior in remote areas, and the need for multidisciplinary approaches to better understand the dynamics of the digital payment ecosystem. The findings are expected to serve as a foundation for researchers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders in designing more inclusive and sustainable digital payment strategies. Keywords: Digital Payment, Financial Technology (FinTech), Systematic Literature Review (SLR).

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by previous studies on choux pastry substituted with ganyong flour, but no studies have examined the shelf life and panelists' preference levels, both for control choux pastry and 45% ganyong flour substitution. The purpose of this study was to analyze the shelf life and hedonic test as a local tuber-based food innovation. The method used was a mixed method with a qualitative approach (shelf life observation) and quantitative (hedonic test by 50 untrained panelists) on the attributes of color, texture, aroma, and taste. Data analysis used Paired Sample t-Test with t-table = 1.976 (α = 0.05; df = 149). The results showed that the maximum shelf life of control and substitution choux pastry was two days at room temperature (23–29°C). The hedonic test showed significant differences in aroma (t = 3.227), inner texture (t = 2.146), and taste (t = 2.742), but not significant in outer color, inner color, and outer texture. The substitution of ganyong flour has a significant impact on several specific sensory attributes, especially aroma and taste, and has the potential to be further developed by improving the formulation and processing technology to produce a more optimal and widely accepted productKeywords: Choux Paste, Canna Flour, Shelf Life, Hedonic Test.

Abstract

Abstract: Low back pain (LBP) remains one of the most prevalent musculoskeletal complaints worldwide, especially among individuals with physically demanding activities. This case report discusses a 51-year-old woman who presented with five months of low back pain radiating to both legs. The symptoms intensified during prolonged sitting or standing and were relieved in a supine position. Her history of frequent heavy lifting was considered a contributing factor. Clinical findings were unremarkable for neurological deficits. Lumbosacral radiography demonstrated anterior osteophyte formation from L1 to L5 and narrowing of the intervertebral space at L5–S1, suggestive of lumbar spondylosis and suspected herniated nucleus pulposus. The patient received conservative treatment, including NSAIDs, muscle relaxants, and neurotropic agents, alongside physiotherapy and postural education. Early diagnosis and interdisciplinary management of chronic LBP are crucial in reducing the risk of long-term functional impairment. Keywords: Low Back Pain, Lumbar Spondylosis, Herniated Nucleus Pulposus.

Abstract

Motor coordination in infants is a crucial aspect of growth and development in early childhood. One form of stimulation that can support this development is infant massage. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of infant massage on improving motor coordination in infants aged 6–12 months in the working area of Pulau Gadang Public Health Center, Kampar Regency. The research employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach, involving 18 infants selected through total sampling. The research was conducted in April-May 2025. The intervention consisted of daily infant massage administered once a day for 8 consecutive days. Motor coordination was assessed using the Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire (KPSP) before and after the intervention. The results showed that the average motor coordination score increased from 8.33 before the intervention to 9.44 after the intervention. Based on the Wilcoxon statistical test, a p-value of < 0.05 was obtained, indicating a significant difference in motor coordination before and after infant massage. Thus, infant massage was proven effective in enhancing motor coordination in infants aged 6–12 months. This study provides important implications for healthcare workers and parents to implement infant massage as part of early childhood developmental stimulation. Moreover, these findings can serve as a reference for developing child growth and development intervention programs at the primary healthcare level. Keywords: Infant massage, motor skill coordination, KPSP
