Abstract

In learning activities, a method is needed to measure learning achievement, academic ability and absorption of students during one semester of learning. The end of semester assessment also serves as feedback for madrasas as a reference for learning in the following semester. At this time we are in the era of digitalization which requires us to be able to adapt to technological advances. This study used exploratory qualitative research with descriptive research methods, the subjects in this study were proctors, Islamic Islamic Education teachers and students at MA Billingual Batu Malang. Evaluation using the exambrowser is a solution for educators in evaluating learning using digital technology. This paper examines how the use of the exam browser is used in the final school assessment process at Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu Malang. The findings in this study show that the exambrowser application is very effective to implement because it has a high level of security which makes students unable to access other applications during the final semester assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Islamic religious education curriculum develops through a humanistic approach and to find out the characteristics of a humanistic Islamic religious education curriculum. The method in this study used the library research method (library study). This method focuses activities on the utilization of library sources to obtain research data. While the technique in collecting data used in this study is content analysis. Content analysis technique is a method used in analyzing a text, both in the form of words, pictures and other forms. The results of this study indicate that the development of an Islamic religious education curriculum through a humanistic approach, namely a legal concept in planning the development of an Islamic religious education curriculum by providing opportunities for students to become more harmonious human beings in carrying out the learning process through several planning, namely: strategic planning, program planning, and planning learning activities.

Abstract

In this article, we will analyze in depth the problems of teacher readiness in adopting and using ICT in PAI learning and the impacts that arise. In addition, several solutions and strategies that can be implemented to increase teacher readiness in integrating technology effectively in PAI learning will also be explained. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative method with the aim of exploring the problems of teacher readiness in ICT-based Islamic Religious Education learning, the impacts that arise, and solutions in adopting and using ICT in Islamic Islamic Education learning. The results of the research conducted show that teacher problems in implementing ICT-based PAI learning include unsupportive curricula, lack of ICT resources, lack of principal support, limited ICT knowledge and skills, concerns about technological complexity, and resistance to changes from traditional learning methods. . While the impacts that arise from these problems include a decrease in the quality of learning and inequality of understanding, and low professional development. Meanwhile, solutions and strategies that can be implemented to address these issues include training and professional development tailored to the needs of teachers, provision of adequate resources and technical support, as well as collaboration and sharing of knowledge between teachers. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of the make-a-match learning paradigm on grade IV cognitive learning outcomes. With a pretest-posttest design, the methodology utilized in this study is a real experimental quantitative approach. Class IV students from SD Negeri 01 Kaliwadas made up the study's population, which consisted of 43 kids, and its sample, which included 24 and 19 students from IV A and IV B, respectively. The experimental class and the control class are the two groups that make up this research's structure. Multiple-choice questions are utilized in the cognitive domain of the instruments used to gather data on cognitive learning outcomes. The PABP learning materials for the apostles of Allah were the source of the study's material. The results indicated that both learning models exhibited an increase in scores between pretest and posttest, implying that there was no difference, however based on the average acquisition of the experimental class, it performed better than the control class

Abstract

The background of this research emerged as a response to the rapid development of the current situation in the era of society 5.0, which had a significant impact on the education and character of students. As stakeholders in education, it is important for us to respond to this because the purpose of education is to shape the morals of students. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of uswatun hasanah in Islamic education in the era of society 5.0 based on the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study. The data collection technique uses dpkumentasi with content analysis. The results of the research show that Islamic education is an attempt to develop human potential in order to achieve a level of perfection. Clearly, Islamic education aims to enable humans to fulfill their role as creatures of Allah SWT who are faithful, knowledgeable, and have good morals. In the context of Islamic education, the exemplary method (uswah hasanah) has an important and significant role in creating a moral, spiritual and social ethos in students. The concept of exemplary or modeling has been taught in the Al-Qur'an, such as QS. Al-Ahzab verse 21 and Al-Baqarah verse 44, as well as several hadiths as evidence that educators should apply this method by providing positive examples that students can emulate. The example shown by educators has a significant influence on children's education. In the context of Islamic Education, educators play the role of warasatu al-anbiya, whose mission is to be a mercy to all nature. This mission involves inviting humans to submit and obey God's laws. The mission was then expanded to cover personality development that is monotheistic, creative, charitable, and has a noble character.

Abstract

The discourse on Islamic educational philosophy has its roots in the integration of Greek reasoning with Islamic thought, giving rise to prominent Muslim philosophers. This study examines the philosophical perspectives of Imam Abu Bakar Al-Razi and Imam Ibn Bajjah on education, focusing on their contributions and relevance in modern and non-modern contexts. Both figures, known for their intellectual legacies in philosophy and science, have provided unique insights into the interplay between reason, religion, and human development. This qualitative study employs a library research approach, utilizing data from books, journals, and scholarly articles relevant to the educational philosophies of Al-Razi and Ibn Bajjah. Data were analyzed descriptively to identify their educational principles and their broader implications for contemporary educational practices. The findings reveal that Al-Razi emphasizes the role of reason and naturalism in education, advocating for a balance between intellect and spiritual growth. His "Five Eternal Principles" (al-Mabadi' al-Qadimah al-Khamsah) underline the integration of divine, material, and rational dimensions in human development. Meanwhile, Ibn Bajjah offers profound insights into individual intellectual growth through his concepts of 'uzlah (solitude) and the development of reason ('aql) as a means to achieve human perfection. His metaphysical and ethical frameworks highlight the necessity of aligning education with the innate potential of the soul, fostering intellectual independence and moral rectitude. The study concludes that the philosophies of Al-Razi and Ibn Bajjah remain pertinent in addressing contemporary educational challenges. Al-Razi’s emphasis on reason and naturalism aligns with modern scientific inquiry, while Ibn Bajjah’s advocacy for intellectual autonomy resonates with the need for critical thinking in education. The implications of their thought encourage a holistic educational approach that bridges traditional wisdom and modern methodologies

Abstract

This research explores the crucial role of literacy in the educational context, with a specific focus on the implementation of the BARATA Literacy Model at SMP Negeri 5 Pamekasan. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the implementation of the BARATA model, related literacy activities, and their impact on students' reading and writing abilities in the school environment. Student participation across different grade levels is delineated, encompassing students from grades 7, 8, and 9. Data regarding students' initial involvement in literacy activities are also identified. The data collection methods involve in-depth interviews with students, the School Principal, and teachers, coupled with observations to gain direct insights into the classroom dynamics during literacy activities using the BARATA model. The research findings indicate that the BARATA model has a positive impact, enhancing students' reading skills, improving academic achievements, and involving the literacy team. Data analysis reveals majority support for the effectiveness of this model, although some respondents express neutral or negative views, emphasizing the importance of understanding variations in perceptions of literacy technology. Furthermore, the data supports the effectiveness of the teacher's validation process for student writings and the initiative to compile students' works into anthology books. Despite variations in responses, the research concludes that the BARATA model has successfully created dynamic literacy activities and positively influenced the literacy competence of students at SMP Negeri 5 Pamekasan.

Abstract

Islamic education supervision is tasked with carrying out operations and supervising Islamic education in both school institutions and madrasas. The aim of implementing supervision of Islamic religious education in schools/madrasas in supervision of Islamic education is carried out by implementing it in providing services and coaching to deepen teacher performance so that they work professionally in carrying out their duties in schools/madrasas to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach by understanding a phenomenon that has occurred, carried out by collecting descriptive data and analyzing it qualitatively. Data collection was done by observation and literature study. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively by identifying themes that emerged from the data. The identified themes will be used to evaluate the development of Islamic religious education teachers in school/madrasah institutions. The results of this research related to supervision are to obtain changes so that the efforts made by supervisors in guiding and guiding teachers to work professionally regarding the teaching and learning process in front of the class in schools/madrasahs can be carried out well in accordance with provisions that have been regulated. If teacher training is carried out well, it is hoped that it can develop enthusiasm for the performance of teachers in carrying out their duties and also have a sense of responsibility for the tasks they carry out.

Abstract

RA TAAM Adinda is an early childhood education institution that prioritized Islamic values in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to determine the Islamic education values instilled in early childhood at RA TAAM Adinda in the village of Kepatihan Menganti Gresik, as well as its learning models. This study is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The findings of this study can be summarized that the Islamic values taught to early childhood at RA TAAM Adinda Menganti Gresik are values of faith, Sharia, and akhlak. The Islamic Education learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic at RA TAAM Adinda is carried out through active learning approaches and enjoyable learning approaches. The methods used include the playing method, storytelling method, exemplary method, habituation method, demonstration method, and question-answer method using video calls, sending videos in WhatsApp groups, and Zoom. Meanwhile, the Islamic Education learning procedure is carried out through planning, implementation, and evaluation stages.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal (1) the concept of increasing supervision of the Principal of Sultan Alyasini Vocational School in increasing teacher professionalism, and (2) the implementation of Principal supervision in increasing teacher professionalism. To achieve the research objectives, a qualitative approach was applied with a case study type of research. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document study, with data sources including; Principal, vice-waka and teachers. Data analysis by means of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique for checking the validity of the data uses triangulation. Data collection techniques and data sources. The results of the research show that (1) the concept of increasing the supervision of the Principal in increasing teacher professionalism is designed by having teacher discipline, maximizing rewards and punishments, and holding teacher and employee report cards every month, (2) the implementation of Principal supervision in increasing teacher professionalism is carried out by providing rules for teachers, giving rewards with minimum working hours, apart from that there is also punishment by giving SP 1, SP 2, SP 3, apart from that the principal Sultan Alyasini also holds report cards for every teacher and employee every month which is assisted by the deputy principals.
