Abstract

In this article, we will discuss how to learn practicum during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Line Follower robot practicum with the circuit wizard application uses the blanded learning method so that students are able to create and innovate online with offline combinations. This robot is a type of automation equipment that can follow the movement of the path through sensors that will be made in electronic devices.We know that during this pandemic, especially in Vocational School practicum learning for face-to-face is very limited. With this solution, it is hoped that they will be able to train and collaborate between teachers and students while still prioritizing health protocols.In the Line Follower series, there are 3 main parts, namely the sensor, comparator and driver. For the sensor part, a photodiode is used as a light sensor, while the comparator uses IC LM 324 as a voltage comparison and for the driver, 2 motors are used to drive the wheels.The test results of the Line Follower series show that they are capable of running on several fields, including straight, turning, rising, and descending fields.

Abstract

Airport services are services provided to airport service users by airport operators. The airport business is divided into the Aeronautical Services and Non-Aeronautical Services businesses. Aeronautical Services is a field that deals directly with aviation activities, including Landing Placement and Storage Services (PJP4U), Aircraft Passenger Services (PJP2U), Aviobridge Use Services (Aviobridge), Counter Use Services (Check-In Services) Counter). Aviobridge Usage Services is one of the major revenues and these services are needed because the function of Aviobridge is to facilitate passenger access from the terminal to the aircraft or vice versa.The commercial unit that handles the Aeronautics business in the Aviobridge usage service must input the docking/undocking time data from the Aviobridge Utilization Sheet recorded by the Aviobridge operator into the Operating & Services Data System (OASys) application. Furthermore, it is calculated by the rate based on the aircraft's Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) weight limitation, the number of Aviobridge used and the length of use. From these results, the airline or the transport company that uses the service of using Aviobridge pays the amount of the cost bill by the results of the calculation. The charge bill is still experiencing inequality between the time of Aviobridge usage recorded on the system with the Aviobridge Utilization Sheet so that the usage time is not appropriate and the MTOW limitation of planes using Aviobridge is updated late to the company PT. Angkasa Pura II and caused the airlines to complain. This study aims to determine the service usage of Aviobridge for airlines and provide solutions to avoid complaints about the inequality of fees paid by airlines so that these services provide satisfaction and trust for service users. Data obtained from direct observation, questionnaires and literature studies. For the method of analysis using quantitative descriptive methods.

Abstract

Bandar Udara Dewadaru (IATA: KWB, ICAO: WAHU) terletak di Kepulauan Karimunjawa, tepatnya di Pulau Kemujan, Kecamatan Karimunjawa, Kabupaten Jepara,Jawa Tengah. Pulau Kemujan adalah salah satu pulau dari 27 pulau yang berada di gugusankepulauan Karimunjawa. Pulau ini bisa dikatakan telah menyatu dengan Pulau Karimunjawadan hanya dipisahkan oleh sungai kecil saja. Jarak Bandar Udara Dewadaru dari pusat kotasekitar 22.Apron sebagai unsur yang paling penting untuk tempat pemarkiran pesawat. Kondisi aprondi Bandar Udara Dewadaru Karimunjawa sangat rusak banyak butiran-butiran pada lapisanyang keluar. Kerusakan yang terjadi di apron ini adalah pelapukan dan butiran lepas(weathering and raveling) dari agregat serta material yang ada di apron. Kerusakan initerjadi merata hingga seluruh apron, dan jika dihitung dengan tingkat kerusakan, apron initergolong dalam tingkat kerusakan yang berat. Dari hasil survey dan observasi telahdilakukan untuk perencanaan pergantian lapisan perkerasan pada apron yang semula flexibleakan dirubah menjadi rigid.Oleh karena itu tugas akhir ini disusun guna menyampaikan bagaimana merencanakan tebalperkerasan apron yang standar dengan mengacu pada Federal Aviation Administration(FAA). Dan sesuai dari Rencana Induk Bandar Udara maka pengembangan dimensi apronyang direncanakan adalah 60 m x 50 m, dengan sebelumnya luas apron eksisting pada masterplan lama yaitu 90 m x 50, jadi terdapat pelebaran sekitar 60 m. Untuk hasil strukturperkerasan menggunakan software FAARFIELD yang terdiri dari tebal slab beton 18 cmdan tebal base 16 cm untuk subgrade dengan CBR 11,17 %. Berdasarkan perhitungan RAB,maka anggaran yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan konstruksi rigid pada aprondengan luas 7.500 m2 yaitu Rp 8.282.356.000,00.

Abstract

This study is basic research that focused on reducing drag forces on a cylindrical pipe in a heat exchanger with the placement of a bluff body I-53⁰ type cylinder upstream of the main cylinder. The aerodynamic characteristics of the main cylinder and the cylinder with bluff body I-53⁰ cylinder type are modeled within 2D by using ANSYS Fluent® at the laminar flow.The drag-reducing is made on the geometry within diameter D = 60 mm, where the distance between the center to center of the cylinders is 1.2 ≤ s/D ≤ 1.4 and Reynolds number Re = 5.3 x 104 at free stream velocity =14 m/s. The numerical simulations using variations of the turbulent models k-epsilon (2eq), k-omega (2eq) dan transition k-kl-omega (3eq).The output of this study is expected to gain better aerodynamic performance by comparing some parameters in measure between a single-cylinder and a bluff body. The measured parameters analyzed are the coefficient of pressure, the pressure distribution around the main cylinder wall, the coefficient of lift, the coefficient of drag, and the visualization of the velocity and pressure contours.

Abstract

Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak memiliki landasan pacu denganpanjang 2.250 meter dan lebar 45 meter dengan perkerasan lentur, dengan panjanglandasan pacu eksisting, pesawat B 737-800 tidak dapat beroperasi dengan bebanmaksimal, sehingga harus mengurangi beban pesawat agar dapat beroperasi dilandasan pacu tersebut. Penelitian ini disusun agar dapat mengetahui danmerencanakan kebutuhan panjang landasan optimal, merencanakan ketebalan dankekuatan serta rencana anggaran biaya yang digunakan dalam pekerjaanperpanjangan landasan pacu di bandara tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalamtugas akhir ini mengacu pada regulasi nasional maupun internasional dan telahditetapkan oleh International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) maupun FAA(Federation Aviation Administation), sedangkan untuk menentukan rencanaanggaran biaya digunakan pedoman analisa harga satuan yang dikeluarkan olehpemerintah daerah setempat. Hasil dari perencanaan ini diperoleh bahwa kebutuhanpenjang landas pacu adalah sepanjang 2.600 m, ketebalan struktur landas pacu yangdirencanakan adalah 142 cm dengan nilai kekuatan PCN sebesar 75, dan biayapelaksanaan yang diperoleh dari perhitungan RAB untuk perpanjangan landas pacusebesar Rp 37,842,657,000.00.

Abstract

Aviation communication is a vital object in the world of aviation, this is indicated by the existence of regulations listed in Ministerial Regulation (PM) Number 55 of 2016. In the world of aviation communication is carried out between air traffic controllers (ATC) and the development of the digital world at this time is very rapid so that make researchers can use it as research material. This study aims to create an innovation that utilizes digital technology using a software called GQRX, GNU Radio and Virtual Radar which will be validated using a web observing flight. This study uses a frequency of 125,094 MHz which is the approach frequency of Juanda Airport in Surabaya. This assessment uses 2 personal computers, 1 raspberry pi which is supported using 3 RTL-SDR.

Abstract

Order control of equipment and vehicles operation on airside I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali which is performed by AMC personnel is very important because the increasing number of flights accompanied by supporting equipment of aircraft ground service (GSE) also the one which serves the aircraft then it affects the increase in mobility on the airside. Then, it increase the potential for violation of order on airside. It is rightly for Apron Movement Control (AMC) personnel improve supervisory function in order to prevent violations that can endanger flight safety on the airside. There are still many violations that happened on the airside particularly on existing area caused by some factors, that is level of discipline which is still lacking from the operator themselves of the prevailing rules and regulations corresponding to Manual of Standard CASR – 139 Volume I Aerodrome and SKEP/100/XI/1985 along AMC personnel supervision that has not been maximized are several causes of violations that is happened on airside. Therefore, AMC personnel are expected to improve supervisory function so that violation rate can be minimized in order to ensure safety and security of mobility on airside.

Abstract

The effort to reduce the drag force on a cylinder is a research that is still popularly carried out by many researchers today. This reduction of drag force is very useful and widely used in the design of heat exchanger pipes, offshore construction piles and bridge piles. This drag forces reducing were carried out using Ansys Fluent® numerical simulation with the geometry of the main cylinder being D = 60 mm, the diameter of the cylinder bluff body d = 0.5D, given the variation of the distance between the center points between the two cylinders is 1.2≤s / D≤1.4 and the Reynold number Re = 5.3 x 104 at free stream velocity U ͚ = 14 m / s. This numerical simulation is also given the turbulent variation of the k-epsilon (2eq), k-omega (2eq) transition model and the k-kl-omega (3eq) transition to obtain numerical simulation results that are close to experimental data. The results of this research are expected to show better aerodynamic performance improvements. The analysis is carried out by comparing several measuring parameters between a single cylinder without disturbance and a cylinder with a disturbance. Some of the considerations used in this aerodynamic performance analysis are Cp, pressure distribution on the main cylinder wall, Cd, Cl and visualization of velocity and pressure contours.

Abstract

The aviation industry certainly cannot be separated from airports, which are the most important links between the islands of Indonesia and between other countries from all over the world. Everyone involved with airport operations must know, understand and master the important parts of an airport. This research uses qualitative research, primary data is collected through documentation and analyzed using an interactive analysis model. In connection with the needs of the aviation industry, PPI graduates in 2019 succeeded in "Go International" at the ICAO Qatar Developing Countries Scholarship in the field of Air Traffic Controllers, the key is to improve skills, professionals in the disciplinary corridors of the PPI Curug. An important step is to improve the human resource capacity of cadets. "Capacity Building" is the development of skills and capabilities, such as leadership, management, and others. This implementation can realize "Good Corporate Governance" and contribute to 3S + 1C, namely "Safety, Security, Services and Compliance". The implementation of airport governance supported by Capacity Building is very significant and effective in various situations and conditions such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Also capable of adapting to various forms of changes that correlate with airport operational arrangements.

Abstract

The Kalimarau Berau Airport – East Borneo is an airport which is established under the airport operational unit located near the city,located ARP Latitude 02 09’00’’ N Longitude 117 26’ 00’’ E with its own dimension runway 2250 m x 45 m.The Kalimarau Berau airport has its own location indicator WAQT and its function is providing air transportation services.Therefore, it’s important to provide the best service for the flight operation.Especially able to accommodate the Boeing 737-800.Due to traffic that Kalimarau had, unwanted things often happen. The refinement of runway often happens which is causing delay on exisisting flight. One wheel lock, which is the aircraft had to rotate by locking one of its own wheel is the causing of the refinement of the runway.It’s also happened because of the absence of the turn pad at Kalimarau Berau’s runway. The purpose of this writings is to make a plan for establishing turn pad area 01 with flexible pavement. The method used for the pavement based from INternational civil aviation organization (icao) and federal avition administra(faa) which is manualy calculated (by graphic) and using FAARFIELD. And for the calculation of PCN is using COMFAA.
