Abstract

Paspor merupakan dokumen identitas penting yang digunakan saat bepergian ke luar negeri. Di Indonesia, penerbitan paspor diatur oleh Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia melalui Kantor Imigrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan asas equality before the law dalam pelayanan pembuatan paspor same day service di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumen dan wawancara dengan pejabat terkait serta masyarakat pemohon paspor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat kerangka hukum yang jelas dalam penerbitan paspor, pelaksanaan layanan same day service menimbulkan beberapa tantangan, terutama terkait ketidaksetaraan akses akibat biaya tambahan yang cukup tinggi. Rekomendasi perbaikan mencakup pemberian subsidi atau tarif berjenjang, serta peningkatan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat

Abstract

Personal Branding or Personal Branding will be easier if managed using the internet via social media. Personal Branding is not only done by professionals in the world of work, this can also be done by a preacher who preaches via social media to increase your trust in him. The purpose of this research is to find out the perspective of KPI UINSU 2020 students who like K-Pop regarding the Personal Branding built by Fuadh Naim in preaching on his social media, this is because K-Pop lovers will be more subjective in assessing the Personal Branding built by Ustad Fuadh Naim because it suits them, namely Korean culture. This research uses a type of field research using a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques using 3 methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is narrative analysis. The results of this research show that the eight Personal Branding concepts coined by Peter Montoya are Specialization, Leadership, Personality, Difference, Appearance, Unity, Firmness and Good Name. This is found in Fuadh Naim's self and preaching seen from the informants' perspective in this research. This shows that Fuadh Naim has uniqueness in his personality and preaching so that his preaching can be easily accepted by his mad'u.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the forms, efforts, and obstacles of legal protection for consumers in online shopping transactions on Shopee. Using a normative juridical approach, this descriptive research aims to illustrate the related legal phenomena. Based on Law No. 8 of 1999 and Law No. 19 of 2016, Shopee requires sellers to provide clear product descriptions. Consumer protection includes the prohibition of harmful standard clauses and the obligation for sellers to ensure product conformity. Shopee also mandates that buyers pay on time, granting sellers the right to cancel transactions if payment is not made. Challenges include complicated return processes and slow verification. Users can optimize services, file complaints, and resolve disputes.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kerja sama sister city antara Pemerintah Kota Denpasar dan Mossel Bay tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2022. Masalah difokuskan pada program yang telah dibentuk dalam memajukan sektor pariwisata, ekonomi kreatif, dan melakukan pertukaran budaya. Hambatan dalam kerja sama ini adalah berlangsungnya pandemi covid-19 yang membuat program kerja sama yang telah dibentuk harus terhenti sementara. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori dari paradiplomasi yang dikemukakan oleh Soldatos dan memiliki turunan konsep sister city yang dikemukakan oleh Donald Bell Souder dan Shanna Bredel. Konsep sister city merupakan kerja sama antara dua kota yang diresmikan dengan penandatanganan Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) oleh kedua belah pihak di Diaz Hotel, Mossel Bay pada tanggal 27 November 2019. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, adapun hasil dari pengumpulan data ini adalah mengetahui program kerja sama yang dibentuk pada saat terjadinya pandemi covid-19 diantaranya membuat International Tourism Webinar, Entrepreneur SMME Webinar, dan mengundang Mossel Bay agar hadir pada Denpasar Festival secara online. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kerja sama sister city yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Denpasar dan Mossel Bay telah terimplementasi akan tetapi kurang maksimal, hal ini karena program kerja sama dilaksanakan secara online yang membuat pertukaran budaya sulit dilakukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan orang tua untuk memilih SD Santo Nicholas Medan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, data dikumpulkan dari 104 orang tua melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pendidikan (90%), reputasi sekolah (85%), fasilitas (80%), dan biaya sekolah (75%) merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan orang tua. Faktor lain seperti lokasi dan lingkungan sekolah (70%), pendekatan pengajaran (65%), kegiatan ekstrakurikuler (60%), dan faktor sosial dan budaya (55%) juga berkontribusi, meskipun dengan pengaruh yang lebih kecil. Analisis kualitatif mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas dan dedikasi guru, pengembangan karakter, lingkungan belajar yang positif, dan komunikasi yang baik antara sekolah dan orang tua menjadi alasan penting di balik keputusan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi SD Santo Nicholas dan sekolah lain untuk memahami kebutuhan dan harapan orang tua, dan dapat dijadikan dasar untuk meningkatkan layanan pendidikan. Sekolah diharapkan dapat memperkuat faktor-faktor yang dianggap penting oleh orang tua dan terus melakukan perbaikan untuk memenuhi harapan orang tua dan siswa.

Abstract

This article aims to explore and analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Pusat Oleh-oleh & Resto KAMOCI in Tegal Regency to address the increasingly competitive market. The focus of the research is on the challenges of maintaining product quality, responding to customer complaints, and leveraging information technology for competitive advantage. Utilizing theories of digital marketing strategies and customer satisfaction management, data were collected through in-depth interviews with managers and staff, as well as document analysis. The findings indicate that effective marketing strategies include the use of social media, collaboration with influencers, and the implementation of customer loyalty programs, all of which significantly contribute to brand awareness and customer retention. Additionally, the adoption of information technology, such as modern POS systems and mobile applications, plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and customer service. The conclusion of this study suggests that by strengthening marketing strategies and responding effectively to market feedback, Pusat Oleh-oleh & Resto KAMOCI can continue to compete and enhance customer satisfaction, achieving long-term success in a competitive market.

Abstract

TikTok Shop merupakan sebuah fitur yang dikeluarkan oleh media sosial TikTok yang memberikan fasilitas jual-beli untuk penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami TikTok Shop sebagai fenomena media baru dalam konteks konstruksi sosial dengan menerapkan Teori Social Construction of Technology (SCOT). Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk menggali persepsi, interpretasi, dan pengalaman para pengguna TikTok Shop, sementara studi kepustakaan dilakukan untuk merinci perkembangan dan karakteristik media sosial tersebut. Dalam kerangka SCOT, penelitian ini akan menyoroti bagaimana TikTok Shop dibentuk, diterima, dan diadopsi oleh komunitas pengguna teknologi yang mempengaruhi konstruksi sosialnya. Analisis mendalam melalui sumber literatur dengan mengaitkan Teori SCOT untuk memperkuat pemahaman terhadap proses konstruksi sosial dalam pengembangan dan penyebaran TikTok Shop.Temuan penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru mengenai peran SCOT dalam menganalisis dan memahami konstruksi sosial TikTok Shop sebagai bagian dari fenomena media sosial. Penelitian ini tidak hanya akan memberikan sumbangan bagi pemahaman teoretis SCOT, tetapi juga dapat membantu pengembangan strategi pemasaran, kebijakan, dan pengembangan produk di era media sosial yang terus berkembang. Melalui penelitian ini menemukan bahwa TikTok Shop merupakan suatu inovasi dari perkembangan teknologi yang mempengaruhi kehidupan manusia dan bahkan dapat mengubah dunia e-commerce di Indonesia.

Abstract

Air Putih Village is one of the villages in Marga Sakti Sebelat District, North Bengkulu Regency, where there is a mining area that has been operating since 2014. The existence of mining activities in an area will have various social and economic impacts on the surrounding community. Damage to the natural environment is often the main focus of every mine, however, the socio-economic impact must not be ignored. Therefore, the focus of this research aims to identify the social and economic impacts of the existence of coal mines on the lives of the people of Air Putih Village, Marga Sakti Sebelat District, North Bengkulu Regency. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach regarding the impacts felt by residents around the coal mining area. Data was collected through interviews with the community using a random sampling method. People were taken randomly based on the criteria of people living and settling in Air Putih Village. The research results show that the community feels social and economic impacts in the form of funding for the construction of public facilities, assistance with holiday celebration activities in the village, new road access and other material support, and the opening of new job opportunities. This socio-economic impact is felt by the community directly and indirectly, impacting the community around the mine.

Abstract

This research explores the role of Land Banks in handling and developing abandoned land in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach using interviews and secondary data analysis, this research identified several key findings related to inventory, procurement, distribution and utilization of abandoned land. The research results show that although the Land Bank has made great efforts to manage abandoned land more efficiently and effectively, there are still a number of challenges that need to be overcome, such as a lack of accurate data, resistance from land owners, and lack of access to resources and technology. To overcome these challenges, the research recommends improving inter-agency coordination, participatory approaches in land acquisition, development of comprehensive mentoring programs, ongoing education and training for communities, as well as policy support that supports access to microcredit and marketing facilities. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that the Land Bank can function more effectively in supporting sustainable development and improving the welfare of society in Indonesia..

Abstract

Perusahaan minuman lokal Aqua dan Le Minerale mempergunakan platform media sosial Instagram sebagai alat untuk mengiklankan produk mereka serta berinteraksi dengan konsumen. Penelitian ini membahas dan meneliti bagaimana brand minuman lokal tersebut memanfaatkan media sosial, terutama Instagram, untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran mereka, dengan fokus pada penerapan konsep Viral Marketing dari Rayport. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian, dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 103 unggahan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan coding book dan coding sheet. Uji Mann-Whitney mengungkapkan perbedaan yang signifikan pada engagement berupa jumlah komentar dan likes antara konten product information dan merupakan konten yang sering di unggah dibandingkan dengan konten lainnya. Strategi promosi yang paling sering digunakan adalah teknik giveaway, kedua brand tersebut menggunakan teknik giveaway, meskipun Aqua lebih banyak menggunakan teknik giveaway dibandingkan Le Minerale. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat engagement antara konten event dan entertainment, dimana konten event cenderung memiliki engagement yang lebih tinggi.
