Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflict on the performance of female employees mediated by work life balance. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were female employees, totaling 56 employees. This research used non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS 29 program. The results showed that multiple role conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, multiple role conflict has a negative and significant effect on work life balance, work life balance has a positive effect and significant effect on employee performance, and work life balance can be a mediating variable between multiple role conflicts on employee performance.

Abstract

The level of competition in the sea transportation industry continues to experience increasing growth every year. This research aims to determine the development of the financial performance of Shipping Company and what the future condition of the company's finances will be, as a business strategy to face competitive competition. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach by measuring the 2019-2023 financial statements using Net profit margin, Return on Assets, Earning Before Interest Tax Depreciation and Amortization and compound annual growth, and projecting financial conditions for the next 5 years, namely 2024-2028 based on assumptions. Data collection techniques use secondary sources and primary sources, namely interviews and documentation. Results of historical financial research (Common Size, Trend and CAGR) in 2019-2023. The company experienced fluctuating conditions for financial performance (NPM, ROA, EBITDA) in 2019-2023. The company was quite good with a medium Z-Score level > 1.1 and projected conditions The Company's finances for 2024-2028 have increased significantly each year.

Abstract

This journal is motivated by students who still find it difficult to solve mathematical problems in the form of problems that lead to an understanding of the concept of a certain subject, so that students cannot answer the questions perfectly. The students' difficulties can be seen from the answers of students working on the concept of understanding problems given. Another situation that is also still happening in the field is the lack of awareness of students about the importance of learning mathematics, for example, there are still some students who when learning mathematics are just sitting in class without taking notes on the material. This is due to a lack of confidence, a sense of responsibility and initiative from students during the teaching and learning process. To overcome the above problems, and to improve students' understanding of concepts and Self-Regulated Learning, various efforts can be made by using a learning model that can actively involve students in learning. One of the learning models that can be used is the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model. Related to this, the researcher tried to conduct research on the influence of the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model on the understanding of mathematical concepts and Self-Regulated Learning of grade students. This type of research is a type of pre-experimental research. This study uses the research design of The Static Group Comparison. The population of this study is all grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bukittinggi in 2023/2024. The sampling technique used is random sampling first carried out normality tests, homogeneity tests, and average similarity tests of population data. The samples in this study are class VIII.A as the experimental class and class VIII.B as the control class. The research instruments used are Self-Regulated Learning questionnaires and tests for understanding mathematical concepts. The data analysis technique used is the t-test. The results of the study found that bakaghu religious activities have a deep meaning Based on the analysis of the data of the research results, it was obtained that the understanding of mathematical skills and Self-Regulated Learning of students who participated in learning with the jigsaw method was better than students who participated in learning with conventional methods in grade. The average score of the experimental class was 3.31 and the control class was 2.26. Meanwhile, the overall final average score in the experimental class was 57,54 and the control class was 45,04.

Abstract

The Mandalika Elderly Social Service Center shows that the elderly often experience death due to the loss of close family members and lack of social attention. This study aims to describe the level of equality experienced by the elderly and analyze the role of Islamic Spiritual Guidance in overcoming loneliness. With a qualitative descriptive approach and case study, this study involved three elderly aged 70-80 years who regularly follow spiritual guidance programs. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and analyzed using data reduction, validation, and triangulation techniques. This study is expected to provide deeper insight into the psychosocial conditions of the elderly and the importance of spiritual support. The results showed that inequality has a significant impact on the mental well-being of the elderly, especially due to loss and lack of social attention. Islamic Spiritual Guidance has proven to be an effective solution in building emotional resilience, providing emotional support, and reducing loneliness. Through religious activities, the elderly find peace of mind, strengthen social relationships between congregations, and improve their psychosocial well-being. Thus, spiritual guidance not only helps overcome loneliness but also contributes to improving the overall quality of life of the elderly.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Customer Experience and E-Service Quality on E-Loyalty of LinkAja Syariah users in Indonesia, with E-Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variabel. The sample used consisted of 100 LinkAja Syariah user respondents who had actively used the application in the last six months and were over 17 years old, who were selected using a nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The collected data was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares method with the SmartPLS 4.1.0.6 Software application. The research results show that Customer Experience does not have a significant effect on E-Loyalty, but has a positive and significant effect on E-Customer Satisfaction. On the other hand, E-Service Quality is proven to have a positive and significant influence on E-Loyalty and E-Customer Satisfaction. Apart from that, E-Customer Satisfaction has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on E-Loyalty, and acts as an intervening variabel that mediates the influence of Customer Experience and E-Service Quality on E-Loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate how using the construct 2 application to implement an interactive question development project increased student creativity. This study uses a one-group pretest-posttest design and a pre-experimental methodology. The project-based learning approach is the independent variable in this study, while student creativity is the dependent variable. The research sample consisted of 22 students who enrolled in the multimedia design course during the 2023–2024 academic year. A creativity skills questionnaire was used as the research tool. The data was subjected to a normality test both before to and following the implementation of the project-based learning approach. The hypothesis test employed in this investigation is the one sample t test. This study can be concluded that the implementation of interactive question development projects using the Construct 2 application is effective in increasing the creativity of students who take learning multimedia design courses. The project-based learning model is very beneficial in improving the skills possessed by students, especially student creativity, it is hoped that the project-based learning model can continue to be applied in learning to improve student skills

Abstract

This research describes how the use of stickboard media iin learning linear equations with one variable hass an impact on the learning motivation of grade 6 students at SDN 3 JATIWANGI. This research uses descriptive qualitative, data is collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, as well as documentation of student learning outcomes. The results of this research show that the use of keyboard media creates a more interactive and interesting learning environment. Students are more active in participating in learning, more enthusiastic in discussions, and more easily understand the concept of linear equations in one variabel. This is shown by an increase in assignment scores and students’ enthusiasm in participating in lessons.

Abstract

In the family of human resources science, environment and discipline and employee performance are a unit that certainly affects employee performance. This study uses quantitative research, and work discipline plays an important role in determining the level of performance. The performance of the employee in question can be seen from the work results achieved by the employees in terms of quality and quantity according to their duties and responsibilities. In this research, employee work disciplie suggests that performance is one of the elements used in employee assessment which includes discipline to their work, position and organization. This discipline is reflected by the employee's willingness to protect and defend the organization inside and outside of work from being undermined by irresponsible people

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using serial digital image media on the skills of writing fable text in class VII students at SMP Citayam Plus. The research method used is an experimental method with a post-test only control group design. The population was 188 students, the number of samples used in the research was 60 students, using simple random sampling techniques, the instrument used in this research was an assessment sheet. The results of the research show that based on the results of the t test where 15.48 > 1.671 while ?ℎ????? > ??????, this means that there is an influence on the use of serial digital image media on the ability to write fable text in class VII Citayam Plus Junior High School students, because serial digital image media produces a higher average of 83.9 compared to the average value of learning outcomes that did not use serial digital image media of 63.80.

Abstract

Environmental ethics discusses moral norms and rules that regulate human behavior in dealing with the environment. The novel Mata Tetralogy highlights the moral message of maintaining harmony with the environment. This research aims to describe environmental ethics in the novel Tetralogi Mata by Okky Madasari so that the theoretical views of anthropocentrism, biocentrism and ecocentrism can be seen. These three theories have different views regarding the relationship between humans and the entire universe. The method used is descriptive qualitative describing data through words to obtain research data sourced from Okky Madasari's Novel Tetralogi Mata. Data collection techniques start from reading the novel repeatedly and marking and recording the data found. After data related to environmental ethics is collected, it will be applied in discussing the problem. This research uses a study of literary ecology proposed by Endraswara, namely the science that studies how humans adapt and protect the environment well. The research results of these four novels show that anthropocentrism is seen through the characters' attitudes which prioritize human interests over nature, without considering the sustainability of the ecosystem. The biocentrism view prioritizes the intrinsic value of every living creature and is reflected in the actions of figures who respect animal rights and maintain the continuity of their habitat, and the ecocentrism view which includes respect for biotic and abiotic elements in the ecosystem, such as soil, water and rocks.
