Abstract

Language skills play an important role in the development of children's social skills, especially in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This study aims to analyze the relationship between language skills and social communication skills of children with ASD in Surakarta. This study used a quantitative method with an observational design and a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through observation and analyzed using univariate and bivariate statistical tests with the help of SPSS 21.0. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between language skills and social communication skills of children with ASD, with a significance value of ρ of 0.00 (ρ <0.050) and a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.740. This shows that the higher the child's language skills, the better their social communication skills. There is a significant positive relationship between language skills and social communication skills of children with ASD in Surakarta. Improving language skills can contribute to the development of social communication of children with ASD.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Names of Martial Figures in the World of Kang-Ouw (World of Martial Arts) in China, China: An Anthropologist Research". This research focuses on searching for the names of these terms and explanations regarding these names. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The data collection method in this research uses the listening method. The technique used for data collection is note-taking technique. The research data obtained is in the form of words or phrases which have become nicknames or nicknames for figures in the world of martial arts in China. The data source in this research is the silat story by Kho Ping Hoo entitled Bu Kek Sian Su. The theory used in analyzing the data is anthropo linguistic theory. This research aims to find out and explain what customs, ethnic habits and cultural patterns are behind the use of these names. From the results of the research conducted, researchers found that there are many names used by one person to another. This nickname is given because there is a relationship with the person who says it or there is a quality or background in the person mentioned. The results of the research findings along with the language data are presented in table form, to further simplify the discussion considering the limited space available.

Abstract

ISMUBA subjects in Muhammadiyah schools are important to equip students with strong moral and ethical values, as well as to strengthen their understanding of the Muhammadiyah movement. However, in its implementation, it is still constrained by the minimal use of learning media, where teachers rely more on lecture methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the ISMUBA Curriculum at Muhammadiyah Schools in Central Balikpapan. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation techniques at Muhammadiyah Middle and High Schools in Central Balikpapan. Data analysis techniques used qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the planning of ISMUBA Curriculum Management at Muhammadiyah Schools in Central Balikpapan was carried out by considering the needs and development of students. The curriculum was designed by a development team under the Muhammadiyah Elementary and Secondary Education Council with the aim of maintaining the quality of education and was arranged flexibly to be relevant to the conditions of each school. The organization of ISMUBA Curriculum Management involves cooperation between the Muhammadiyah Elementary and Secondary Education Council and ISMUBA teachers through the Subject Teacher Deliberation (MGMP). The curriculum structure includes intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities that function to support the holistic development of students. ISMUBA Curriculum Management combines classroom learning methods with Islamic values habituation activities, such as dhuha prayer and Quran memorization. The use of technology in learning has begun to be implemented, although there are obstacles related to limited facilities. ISMUBA Curriculum Management Evaluation is carried out comprehensively by assessing students' attitudes, knowledge, and skills through observation, project, and portfolio methods.

Abstract

The author's aim in conducting this research is to find out how human resource competence greatly influences employee performance. With increasing demands for efficiency and effectiveness in managing regional finances and assets, this research becomes relevant for improving organizational performance. This research used quantitative methods with a sample size of 75 people. The research method used is simple linear regression. The result is a significant value of 0.601, meaning 0.601 is greater than 0.05. Thus, in particular, human resource competency does not have a positive influence on employee work effectiveness. This means that human resource competency has been proven not to influence the effectiveness of the work of the West Sumbawa Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in its work.

Abstract

Church as a socio-religious institution has a great responsibility in its mission, including in terms of economic management and the welfare of its members. The independence of the church in field of funds is the key to ensuring the sustainability and strength of the church. This research focuses on the challenges in the financial aspect after the expansion of its previous organization. Despite showing growth in the number of congregations and several achievements, this church still faces obstacles in achieving financial independence and fund management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with an Achievement, Findings, and Recommendations (AFR) analysis approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with congregation leaders and questionnaires with participants from congregations. The analysis is carried out by identifying the achievements that have been achieved, the findings or obstacles faced, and providing recommendations for the improvement and independence of the church. The results achieved revealed that the GPI Elieser Sentani congregation experienced a quantitative increase in congregation members and service quality. However, the church still faces obstacles such as dependence on people's offerings, limited resources, and cultural and social adaptation challenges that have an impact on physical development, congregational welfare and independence. From these findings, it is recommended that the GPI Elieser Sentani increase the diversification of sources of income by utilizing its assets and looking for external opportunities. In addition, there is a need to increase managerial and leadership capacity, like the development of innovative economic programs to support the welfare of the congregation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the role of self-efficacy and family environment on entrepreneurial interest among students at the economics and business faculty at Khairun University. This research involved 100 students as samples that were sent questionnaire via Google Form. Data were analyzed using partial least squares (PLS). The research results succeeded in revealing that, variable family support and self-efficacy has a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. This shows that if the family support and self-efficacy variables of the students are good or high, it will cause the students' entrepreneurial intention to also be good or high. Likewise, vice versa; Self-efficacy can mediate the relationship between family support and entrepreneurship among students at the economics and business faculty at Khairun University. For this reason, in an effort to encourage interest businessman Students, apart from needing to improve family support, can also be done by increasing students' self-efficacy.

Abstract

Tri Hita Karana (THK) is a philosophy, where if we want to live happily, then we must build harmony with God Almighty, as the Creator of the universe (Parhyangan), build harmony with others (Pawongan), and build harmony with nature. (Paringan). Presumably, all human beings want happiness and live in harmony. Apart from the Tri Hita Karana concept, currently the Sad Kerthi concept is being popular among Balinese people. The concept of Sad Kerthi is very interesting to study. Especially if the study is carried out in the Subak system. It's interesting because Subak is an ancestral heritage that still exists today in modern society. A study of Sad Kerthi on Subak will show the extent to which Subak is able to implement Sad Kerthi. On the other hand, it is also true how big the influence of the Sad Kerthi concept is in efforts to stabilize Subak. So the study carried out will show Subak's resilience which is backed up with local wisdom. Thus, the formulation of the problem in this research is how the Tri Tri Hita Karana and Sad Kerthi are regulated in the awig-awig Subak Anggabaya, and how is the implementation of the Tri Hita Karana and Sad Kerthi regulated in the awig-awig Subak Anggabaya. The type of research in this scientific writing is empirical legal research, namely research using field data as the main data source, such as the results of interviews and observations. The approach that the author uses in this research is a legal sociology approach. The legal sociology approach is an approach that analyzes how reactions and interactions occur when the norm system works in society with data sources, namely primary and secondary data. The arrangement of Tri Hita Karana in awig-awig Subak Anggabaya is reflected in the elements of Tri Hita Karana, namely the parhyangan aspect, the pawongan aspect and the palemahan aspect. The provisions of the articles in the awig-awig Subak Anggabaya regulate these three aspects. Meanwhile, the Sad Kerthi arrangements consisting of atma kerthi, ocean kerthi, wana kerthi, dhanu kerthi, jana kerthi, jagat kerthi are not fully regulated. Overall, the implementation of Tri Hita Karana at awig-awig Subak Anggabaya went well. Although there are several norms whose implementation has been modified and do not work.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the description of the dual personality experienced by the main character in the novel Aku Tak Membenci Hujan by Sri Puji Hartini. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this research are in the form of words, phrases, sentences that show a picture of the dual personality of the main character in the novel Aku Tak Membenci Hujan by Sri Puji Hartini. The data source for this research is the novel Aku Tak Membenci Hujan by Sri Puji Hartini. Data collection techniques start from reading the novel repeatedly and marking and recording the data found. After data related to multiple personalities is collected, it will be applied in discussing the problem, providing solutions to the data obtained. The theory used is Siggmund Freud's Psychoanalysis. The results of the analysis obtained are that there is structure and a picture of multiple personalities in the characters, namely the presence of four different personality states, repetitive personalities controlling a person's behavior, there is a failure to recall important personal information that is too substantial to be considered ordinary forgetting, this disorder is not thought to occur due to the effects of substances psychoactive or general medical conditions, dissociative amnesia, and dissociative fugue.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model on the performance of mathematics teachers in Senior High Schools (SMA) in North Lombok Regency. The CIPP model is used to evaluate various aspects of teacher performance, starting from the learning context, available input, the learning process implemented, to the products or results achieved. This research provides a comprehensive picture of the strengths and weaknesses of implementing the CIPP model in improving the quality of mathematics teaching.

Abstract

The Indonesian language subject is one of the subjects that is indispensable in the world of education and has a major role in the growth of science, culture, social and the expression of students' feelings. Indonesian is the national language and as a formal language used in all fields. At the elementary school/madrasah Ibtidaiyah level, the competencies that must be mastered by students in this learning include students being able to read, understand reading, both in the form of text, and those presented in non-text form. It is not an easy thing, to do "transferring" subject matter, because the abilities of students are different. Therefore, we need an appropriate media so that Indonesian is in demand and the desired purpose is achieved. In this case the author will use digital media in learning Indonesian in class IV MI Al Islam Majasem. This study aims to describe and analyze the use of digital media used in learning Indonesian in class IV MI Al Islam Majasem. This study uses a qualitative description method. The results of this study are the digital media used in learning Indonesian, namely audio-visual media from youtube video, google classroom application, voicenote application, whatsapp group and digital power point media.
