This research is pre-experimental research with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and learning outcomes tests. Data collected through science and science cognitive learning results were tested for normality, homogeneity and hypothesis testing, t-test (paired sample T-test). The results of this research are: there is an influence of Canva media on cognitive science learning outcomes in food chain material in class V SDN 3 Rempek based on the results of data analysis, the average pretest score is 64.28 from 14 students with a KKM of 70, that is, there are 9 who got a score of 45-65. students can be categorized as low while scores of 70-85 are 5 students who can be categorized as high scores. Based on the posttest results after applying Canva media, the average is 75.35. From the score of 60-65 consisting of 3 students, it can be said to be a low score, while the score of 70-90 consists of 11 students, it is said to be the highest score. The difference between the pretest and posttest scores is 11. 07 then the posttest score is higher than the pretest. The results of hypothesis testing with the T-test (Paired Sample t-Test) have a 2-tailed sig value of 0.000<0.05, so it can be stated that there is a real difference between the science and science cognitive learning results for food chain material in the pretest value and the posttest value. The results of calculating the T-table using T-count are -4.954>1.782 with a significance level of 0.05. It can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The application of the Canva media has an influence on the science learning outcomes of food chain material. So, the application of Canva media can have a significant influence on the cognitive learning outcomes of science and science on food chain material in class V SDN 3 Rempek so that Canva media provides interest, interest, motivation, learning outcomes, focus, concentration and understanding of the concept of the material.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country full of social and cultural diversity, with each element having a different historical background. One of the stories that became the forerunner of the tradition of prohibiting marriage between Sundanese and Javanese people in the year was the Bubat War between the Majapahit Kingdom and the Sunda Kingdom. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors behind this prohibition and understand the family's goals in carrying out this tradition. The methodology used in this research is qualitative, by collecting data through literature studies and literature reviews The findings indicate that the prohibition of marriage is influenced by the history of the Bubat War and stereotypes regarding caste differences, where the Javanese are perceived to have a higher status than the Sundanese. The purpose of this prohibition is to prevent the belief that marriages between the two ethnic groups will not last long, as well as to avoid financial issues and maintain household harmony.

Abstract

Holistic education based on cultural philosophy offers a comprehensive approach to developing students, covering cognitive, moral, and spiritual aspects. This article discusses the application of Tri Hita Karana (THK) as an example of cultural philosophy in the education system. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing journals or current research related to applying cultural philosophy to improve students' cognitive, moral, and spiritual aspects. Previous research shows that applying THK values can improve students' academic understanding, form responsible, respectful characters, and successfully instill spirituality and ecological awareness. The article also discusses practical implications for curriculum and educator training. Local wisdom-based curriculum, teacher training, and school collaboration with local communities are key to ensuring successful implementation, with an emphasis on mastering contextual learning methods. The THK approach can create a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also has a strong moral character and deep spiritual awareness.

Abstract

Poetry is a dependable and successful teaching tool for the English language. It provides an incredible opportunity to practice speaking, writing, listening, and reading. Like other literary genres, poetry is meant to be admired and enjoyed. Developing this sense of appreciation and satisfaction in students who are not engaged in poetry is a challenging undertaking for any instructor. Poetry, as well as literature in general, was long removed from language education curricula because it was not useful for learning a foreign language in everyday life. Thankfully, there has been a resurgence of interest in the use of literature in language classrooms during the last few decades. Teaching by generative artificial intelligence is a method that helps teachers in the teaching process. Many people agree that generative artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the most significant technologies of the future, and it has caused a paradigm change in scientific study. There have been several studies about the use of generative AI. This paper focused on the challenges in teaching poetry and the approach of teaching poetry to EFL students by using generative AI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of curriculum changes on teaching methods at SDN Pengembangan 9. Although curriculum changes are expected to improve the quality of education, their implementation often poses challenges for teachers and students. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with teachers, and document analysis related to the curriculum and student learning outcomes. The results of the study indicate that the curriculum change has a significant impact on teaching methods in the classroom. Teachers at SDN Pengembangan 9 faced difficulties in adjusting their teaching methods to meet the demands of the new curriculum, including understanding updated materials and teaching strategies. Some teachers required additional training to effectively implement the curriculum. Furthermore, students also experienced challenges in adapting to these changes, which affected their motivation and learning performance. These findings emphasize that the successful implementation of the new curriculum requires comprehensive support for teachers, including training, guidance, and adequate resources. In conclusion, curriculum changes have the potential to improve the quality of education, but they require effective support strategies to ensure their positive impact can be optimally realized in the primary school environment..
