Abstract

Anaemia is a condition where the number of red blood cells or haemoglobin (Hb) is less than the normal value. The cause of anaemia is inadequate intake of nutrients. It can be caused by several factors: the wrong diet that interfere with iron absorption, lack of knowledge, unsupportive attitudes, maternal education, and the socioeconomic level of the family. In addition, adolescent girls often suffer anaemia because they are in a growing period that needs higher nutrients. Furthermore, they also experience menstruation every month and lack iron intake in the food consumed every day. Education aims to provide and improve students' understanding of preventing anaemia and identify the importance of early detection to avoid anaemia. The method used in this study was the lecture method, question and answer, discussion, and demonstration. The health education activities participants were 182 students. The counselling participants were enthusiastic and happy when presenting the material in progress. Conducive counselling activities because participants pay close attention to the material presented. Abstract

Empowerment Information System Management is a management information system that contains data on the population of the city of Yogyakarta, the poor, and data on interventions that have been carried out by the Regional Government to the population. Yogyakarta city population data is based on Net Consolidated Data issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs every 1 semester. The data on the poor population are the Integrated Social Welfare Data from the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Social Protection Security Target Family data set by the Mayor of Yogyakarta. Intervention data are all intervention activities carried out by the Regional Government that target the population directly, both physical and non-physical, such as training, repairing Uninhabitable Houses, improving sanitation, and providing social assistance for persons with disabilities and neglected elderly people, etc. The implementation of this program is regulated in Yogyakarta Mayor Regulation Number 50 of 2019 concerning Single Data Management for Electronic-Based Intervention Targets. In practice, the Regional Government who will intervene proposes the Citizen's ID of the population to be intervened through the Empowerment Information System Management, then from Bappeda will give approval or reject the Regional Government's proposal. Abstract

Strengthening character education is a necessity today, considering that humans are in the 21st century where at this time technology is increasingly advanced and the obstacles, the challenges are increasingly complex. The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge related to moral and character education strategies given to 12 teachers at SD IT Sabilul Quran Cendekia in Cirebon City. The implementation of the research consists of the preparation stage; implementation stage; monitoring and evaluation stage. Based on the results of the workshop activities, there is an understanding and improvement of teacher knowledge related to moral and character education strategies. The teacher initially only understood that the cultivation of moral values and character-building could only be done by transmitting values that emphasized indoctrination. The conclusion from this workshop activity is that the development of moral and character education strategies in the 21st century requires various innovations because the challenges and obstacles to moral and character education are changing and differing from era to era. For this reason, teachers need to be given a variety of knowledge to be able to overcome various problems encountered during the educational process. This workshop is one of the efforts of teachers to open their minds so that they can be better prepared to face the challenges of education in this century
