Abstract

ABSTRACT. North Sulawesi is an area that has the potential for geothermal energy sources, characterized by the manifestation of hot springs, active volcanoes with temperatures ranging from 80-200 0C, one of which is in the eastern crater of Mount Amabang and the geothermal area of Lahendong. This research was conducted to calculate and determine the amount of natural heat loss (Heatloss) and electricity reserves from the manifestation of hot springs in the eastern crater of the threshold volcano and Lahendong geothermal area, also to find out the similarities and differences of these manifestations. The method used is direct observation and measurement in the field by measuring the parameters needed in this study. Based on the results of the study, the large natural heat dissipation from the manifestation of hot springs in the eastern crater of the threshold volcano by 0.1047 MW and the geothermal area of Lahendong by 0.0690 MW with electricity reserves in the eastern crater of the threshold mountain by 1,047 MW and the Geothermal Lahendong area amounting to 0.690 MW. Keywords: Threshold, Lahendong, heat loss, electricity.

Abstract

Hasil belajar matematika menggunakan model snowball throwingsiswa SMPN 6 Langowan belum tergolong tinggi karena belum mencapai KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model snowball throwing pada pembelajaran PLSV yang ditentukan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One Shot Case Study pada kelas VII C SMPN 6 Langowan. Berdasarkan Uji t karena Thitung > TTabelMaka Ho ditolak yang berarti hasil belajar siswa dengan model Snowball Throwing pada materi PLSV Melebihi KKM. Abstract

ABSTRACT      Geothermal is energy from the result of heat transfer by conduction or convection. Manifestations in the form of warm soil, steamy soil and hot springs are geothermal energy that reaches the surface. The geothermal system of the Bolaang Mongondow Timur area is controlled by the large caldera structure of Mount Ambang and several fault directions that control the appearance of surface manifestations in the form of solfatara and hot springs. However, until now the geothermal potential has not yet been developed. Therefore, researchers are interested in exploring the geothermal system of the East Bolaang Mongonow area to introduce and increase knowledge about the characteristics of geothermal reservoirs. Based on geothermal field fluid data and fluid content data manifestation of the East Bolaang Mongondow area using geochemical methods (Geothermometer SiO2, Na-K and Na-K-Ca) as well as physical chemical analysis of the fluid shows that the geothermal area of the East Bolaang Mongondow area has a bicarbonate fluid type and sulfuric acid, with the type of reservoir dominated by steam and reservoir temperatures using the Geothermometer equation Na-K (Giggenbach) is 317.12 ° C.  Keywodrs : Fault, Manifestation, Type Of Fluid, Type of Reservoir, Temperature .

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study was conducted to determine the difference in student learning outcomes in learning relation and functions, between a group of students who learn using Think Pair Share (TPS) type of cooperative learning model and another group with direct instruction.  This research apply the Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The subjects in this study were class VIII A as an experimental class consisting of 26 students and class VIII B as a control class consisting of 26 students in SMP Negeri 3 Tondano in the academic year 2019/2020. The instrument used was a test of relations and function material in essay form. Data collection techniques are through the posttest in the experimental class and the control class. Based on hypothesis testing using t-test statistics obtained t_count = 4,0007 and t_tabel = 2.310914 at the real level of 0.05 thus H_0 was rejected. The results of the study concluded that there were differences in the average learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Cooperative Think Think Share type model and direct learning.   Keywords: Mathematics Learning Outcomes, Relation and Function, Think Pair Share

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Devisions (STAD) pada pokok bahasan Logika Matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan populasi yang diambil adalah seluruh siswa kelas XC SMA Negeri 1 Belang. Adapun hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t pada taraf nyata (α) = 0.05 mengungkapkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata hasil belajar siswa tanpa menggunakan Model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD pada pokok bahasan Logika Matematika. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa, dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bahkan memberikan dampak yang positif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam pokok bahasan peluang. Abstract

This research was conducted related to the use of multi-representation approach learning of physics. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the multi-representation approach to student physics learning outcomes in learning. The type of representations used in this study are verbal representations, mathematical representations and graph representations. This type of research in this study is quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental research using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. This research was conducted at the Department of Physics at Manado State University in the first semester students of physics education courses totaling 20 students. Data collection techniques use essay tests to determine learning outcomes. From the research results obtained an average value before treatment was 17.8 while after treatment was 80.45. Hypothesis testing that has been done states that Ha is accepted, it is proven by the results of the study showing the price of tcount 2.13> ttable 2.086. Therefore learning by using a multi-representation approach has an effect in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah ada hubungan nyata dan signifikan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Tomohon khusunya kelas VIII tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan metode penelitian survei yang berisfat korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa dimana rxy 0.715 > rTabel 0.220 dan thitung > nilai tTabel atau 9.26 > 1.664. Besarnya hubungan minat belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa SMP Negeri 2 Tomohon kelas VIII adalah 56.40% sedangkan 43.60% adalah faktor lain. Kesimpulannya bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa SMP Negeri 2 Tomohon kelas VIII. Dengan demikian dari hasil penelitian ini kiranya dapat memberikan manfaat dalam peningkatan pendidikan sekolah khususnya minat belajar siswa dan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Abstract

ABSTRACT. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the DMR Learning Model in learning mathematics about set . The method used in this study as experiment.This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Remboken in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The subjects in the research were all class VII that will be taken 2 classes namely class VII c as control class  and class VII Eas exsperiment clas. The results revealed that there were differences in the average learning outcomes of students taught using the DMR learning model higher than the average learning outcomes of students who were taught using the direct learning model, where the average student learning outcomes taught using the DMR learning model were 75, 58 higher than the average student learning outcomes taught using the direct learning model that is 61.83. Based on the above research results, it turns out learning by using the DMR learning model can affect improving student learning outcomes about the set.  Keywords: Multi Representation Discourse, Learning Outcomes, Association

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian eksperimen ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah penerapan model kooperatif tipe NHT dalam pembelajaran Turunan Fungsi Aljabar melebihi KKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one-shot case study, dimana kelas XI IPA 1 di SMA N 1 Tompaso dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel. Skor posttest dari Turunan Fungsi Aljabar dibawa kedalam pengujian hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pada taraf signifikansi 5%, uji statistik t adalah thit (3.8641) melebihi tTabel (1.7056). Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menolak H0 dan menerima H1, bahwa rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa setelah menerima model kooperatif tipe NHT lebih tinggi dari KKM. Abstract

White-tailed forest rats (Maxomys hellwandii) are other meat-producing animals that are consumed by the Minahasa community as exotic food. This study aims to determine the nutritional content of white-tailed forest rat meat. Nutrient content analysis was performed at the UNIMA chemistry laboratory and the BARISTAND laboratory in Manado. The procedure for this study is the analysis of nutrient content using the procedure of the Association of Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC 2005). The results of research on fresh forest rat meat showed the content of water, ash, fat, crude fiber, protein and carbohydrates 71.17%, 0.97%, 3.17%, 0.03%, 19, 16%, 5.53% and roasted forest rat meat, i.e. 69.14% water, 1.29% fat and 4.5% protein
