Abstract

Plastic waste is a major problem in environmental pollution. This is influenced by the nature of plastic waste, which is difficult to decompose. Plastic is very useful and has become an integral part of people's lives. However, the use of single-use plastic products has caused various negative impacts on the environment. This plastic waste problem is also experienced by residents of Gampong Peurada, Banda Aceh. This is due to the high use of buildings and housing in the area, such as boarding houses and rental houses. Where the lifestyle and level of consumption of plastic by residents of boarding houses and rental houses are very high. This research was conducted to obtain data related to the processing of plastic waste carried out by the residents of Gampong Peurada. Data collection was carried out qualitatively through interviews and observations. The data were analysed descriptively and presented in the form of tables and figures. The results of the research show that the processing of plastic waste carried out by the people of Gampong Peurada produces shopping bags, wallets, flower decorations, and accessories in the form of brooches and key chains

Abstract

Professional teachers are not only required to teach, but must have a rational attitude in all actions in the madrasa. Issues in today's society show that the rationality of teachers must be a concern, especially at the Islamic high school level. In this study wants to reveal how rational the attitude of Islamic religious education teachers with the location of research at the State Islamic high school in Banda Aceh City. The research method used is qualitative. The results showed that;Islamic religious education teachers have applied an attitude of rationality in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, one of which through an attitude of rationality has been able to minimize misunderstandings of students, parents of students towards teachers

Abstract

This learning model for achieving the Concept Attainment concept aims to develop social processes and create principles that are understood by students by carrying out activities with special emphasis placed on understanding facts, events, laws and principles. This research aims to determine: Student activities before and after implementing the concept achievement learning model. To determine student learning outcomes before and after implementing the concept achievement learning model and to determine the influence of the concept achievement learning model on learning activities in class VIII D of SMPN 1 Ambalau. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The form of research is Quasi Experimental Design. The research design uses One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The data collection technique is carried out using multiple choice test questions, namely in the form of a learning outcomes test, documentation techniques in the form of research drawings and photos as well as value documents related to the results. Data analysis using the t test. In the hypothesis test, the data obtained was t count > t table, namely 2.82 > 2.70. H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the Concept Attainment learning model can have a significant influence on student activities and learning outcomes. Based on statistical results, it is known that the influence of the Concept Attainment learning model on student activities and learning outcomes is (d) 1.94, which is included in the large/high category.

Abstract

Pendidikan di sekolah sesuai pedoman dari pemerintah yaitu kemendikbud, membuat pedoman pendidikan berupa kurikulum yang berisi kebijakan dengan tujuan agar pendidikan berhasil. Khususnya dalam kurikum 2013 yang menjadi pokok utama pencapainnya yaitu pembentukan karakter peserta didik, diperlukan sebagai bekal kehidupannya. Sangatlah dibutuhkan karakter yang baik agar tidak menjadikan beban bagi pendidikan di sekolah, orang tua, masyarakat dan bangsa, yang mana anak semakin tumbuh besar dan dihadapkan kepada persaingan dalam berbagai aspek tidak hanya cakupannya wilayah tetapi negara bahkan dunia. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini metode penelitian studi literatur, yaitu sumbernya dari berbagai karya tulis artikel yang ada kaitannya dengan tema pembahasan. Hasil Pembahasan bahwa kurikulum 2013 memiliki peran pembentukan karakter peserta didik, sehingga tercipta masyarakat berbudaya. Penerapan kurikulum perlu kerja sama agar mencapai tujuan pendidikan, dalam prosesya pembentukan nilai karakter peserta didik peran dari guru kreatif dengan metode belajar yang mengarah kepada nilai karakter. Khususnya dalam pembelajaran sejarah, membentuk karakter kebangsaan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran ksurikulum 2013 dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik melalui pembelajaran sejarah, kontribusi nilai karakter dintegrasikan dengan kurikulum 2013. Guru berperan dalam proses perkembangan karakter peserta didik, agar tujuan bangsa tercapai yaitu memiliki generasi yang berkarakter.

Abstract

School principals have an important role in improving school quality in this era of digitalization. The principal's transformational leadership can have an impact on teacher competency and improve school quality. This research aims to understand transformational leadership and how to improve school quality. This research was carried out at SD Negeri Joho. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and documentation. The research subject was the principal of SD Negeri Joho. The results of the research are 1) Revitalization of transformational leadership that transformational leadership is more focused on providing motivational support, respect, inspiration, collaboration and guiding towards organizational success. 2) The role of transformational leadership in improving school quality by: a) the principal as a manager, b) the principal as an inspirer, c) the principal as a motivator.

Abstract

The game of football besides demanding physical conditions, intellectual intelligence also plays a role to make it easier for players in mastering football skills and be able to play well. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between Intellectual Intelligence and Jong Aceh Academic football playing skills. This study approach used quantitative with a correlational type. The population and sample for this study were 18 Jong Aceh Academic players. This research data collection also consisted of two test items, there are Intelligence quotes and football playing skills. The results of this study showed that the SPSS output Pearson Correlation X.Y, = 0.644 ≥ F Table = 0.468, it mean the intellectual intelligence have a meaningful relation to the football skills, and affected 41,47%. then the output Sig results. (2-tailed) = 0.004 ≤ 0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant and positive correlation between intellectual intelligence and soccer playing skills at the Jong Aceh Academy

Abstract

This research aims to find out how science learning is implemented by applying the Problem-Solving Model assisted by Crossword Puzzle media in improving the quality of student learning at SDN Bandungan 01. The methodology used is quantitative and in the form of an experiment, namely quasi-experimental with the type of field study. Data collection techniques use population and sample techniques. And the data analysis technique used in this research is a data collection technique that uses a test technique of score results from the pretest and posttest. With concrete or real media, it is easy for students to find solutions to the problems given. The effort used to improve students' concept understanding is to apply a problem-solving learning model with the help of Crossword Puzzle media which will be collaborated with science and science learning materials. The conclusion of this research is that it can be concluded that the use of the problem solving model assisted by crossword puzzle media makes a significant contribution in increasing the conceptual understanding of fourth grade students at SD Negeri Bandungan 01.

Abstract

Research related to Merdeka Belajar Campus Merdeka has been written, but no one has focused on studying the networks and collaborations of students, lecturers and partners that emerged as a result of the implementation of Merdeka Belajar programs. This article will look at how the Independent Learning Curriculum is able to build networks and collaboration between students, lecturers and partners. The case study approach was chosen as the method in this research because it is in accordance with the scope of the research, namely only examining networks and collaboration between students, lecturers and partners that were formed through the Independent Learning policy at one tertiary institution, namely Abulyatama University. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation, which are used to obtain data from primary and secondary sources that are relevant to the social phenomenon being studied. The research results show that collaboration between students, lecturers and partners can be established through Merdeka Belajar programs (teaching campuses, internships and independent studies, student exchanges, independent entrepreneurship, even teaching practitioners). The Merdeka Belajar program has increased the frequency and intensity of collaboration between students, lecturers and partners quite high, with good quality and positive results.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the reading corner is used to foster students interest in reading in science learning at SDI Dhereisa. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods, aiming to see and determine the use of  reading corners to foster students interest in reading in improving science learning at SDI Dhereisa. The targets of this research were all SDI Dhereisa. Students, from grade 1 to grade 6, with a total of 125 students. The problem that researchers found was the lack of students interest in reading in science learning which was still very low. The results of the research show that there has been an increase students interest in reading in science learning at SDI Dhereisa, this can be seen from the increasing number of students who spend time reading in the reading corner. Based on the increase in the number of students visiting the reading corner, it has been shown that having a reading corner can increase students interest in reading in science learning
