<![CDATA[The study aims to find out the suitability of the mathematics teachers’ lesson plan with the 2013 curriculum, the mathematics teachers’ learning implementation with the 2013 curriculum, and the lesson plan with the mathematics teacher’s learning activities with the 2013 curriculum. The study used descriptive research with qualitative approach. The research subjects were 3 mathematics teachers of class X in the State Senior High School (SMAN) 11 Makassar. The documentation, observation sheet, and interview guidelines were the instruments used in this study. The analysis results of the lesson plan with the learning activities based on the 2013 curriculum in accordance with the cultural and education ministry regulation number 22 of the year 2016 about the Elementary and Secondary Education Standard Processes showed that the suitability of those three mathematics teachers’ lesson plans with the learning implementation of the 2013 curriculum was categorized as very high with the percentage of 94.44%, the suitability of the learning implementation in SMAN 11 Makassar at class X with the learning implementation of the 2013 curriculum was categorized as high with the percentage of 81.68%, and the suitability of the lesson plan with the learning implementation based on the 2013 curriculum in SMAN 11 Makassar at class X was categorized as low with the percentage of 62.17%. The study finding also indicated that there was unsuitability between the lesson plan and the mathematics teachers’ learning implementation of the 2013 curriculum at class X of SMAN 11 Makassar.]]>

<![CDATA[Administration and supervision are supporting tools for achieving educational goal. Likewise also the purpose of school education can also be achieved if there is a systimatic and continous administration and super vision activities. Super vision theory from perspective of the approachused begins with directive supervision. But after seeing the axxistence of supervision ineffctiveness, the directive then emerged the teory of non directive supervision. But, after seeing the existence of supervision ineffectiveness, the directive then emerged the theory of non directive supervision. The ineffectiveness of directive supervision because directive supervision does not give teachers the opportunity to develop their abilities aand creativity, full responsibility is on the supervisor, so the supervisor is dominnt. This is one of the factors behind the birth of the ssupervisor directive.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed to analyze the impact of work motivation on teacher’s performance at the MTsN (State Islamic Senior High School) in Bontotiro District Bulukumba Regency. This research is a quantitative study with the ex post facto method. The participants of this research were 67 teachers from MTsN in Bontotiro District. The method of data collection used was questionnaire then the data were analyzed by using regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The result of this study showed that: 1) the teacher’s work motivation at MTsN in Bontotiro District was in medium category indicating that the teachers work motivation still need to be improved; 2) the teacher’s performance at MTsN in Bontotiro District was in a medium category indicating that the teacher’s performance was not optimal so it still needs to be improved; and 3) the teacher’s work has significant effect on the teacher’s performance at MTsN in Bontotiro District. Thus, the high strength of the teacher’s performance is determined by the strong of weak motivation it possesses.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is to study the competencies of teachers and student achievement. Data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, with PNS teacher participants in the Makassar City Education and Culture Office, as for the sample of 183 teacher respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the research results obtained positive and significant competence on the performance of high school teachers in Makassar City, while the evaluation of competencies on student achievement has positive and not significant results on the learning achievement of high school students in Makassar City. Intervening variable test results obtained positive and significant assessment competence on student achievement in high school in Makassar through teacher performance, direct competency complaints against student learning achievement when teacher performance is significant on student learning achievement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study attempts to describe supervision competence and managerial competence of the heads schools, to describe educational quality of Islamic Junior High Schools (MTS), and then to analyze the influence of the supervision competence and managerial competence toward educational quality of MTS both partially and simultaneously in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. This study is ex-post facto. The population is all the teachers of all private MTS with accredited A. It is analyzed all the teachers as the sample with 54 people of all. Method of data collection is through questionnaires about supervision competence, also using data analysis, and multiple regressions. The results of the study obtained that the supervision competence and the managerial competence of the head is in the medium category. The supervision competence of the head schools significantly influences the quality of education. The managerial competence of the head schools significantly influences the quality of education. Both supervision competence and managerial competence of the heads of schools have the significantly influencer toward educational quality of MTS, in Gantarang district, Bulukumba Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Supervision as a part of management education is often assumed to be an inspection, reprimanding, and patronizing teachers. Professional supervision will lead teachers to become professional teachers. Professional teachers are expected to realize the goal of Indonesian people as can be seen in educational regulation of Indonesia. There are two problems in this paper, namely: 1) What is meant by the managerial supervision of the teaching profession in the office? 2) Why do teachers need managerial supervision? Managerial supervision places more emphasis on supervision to improve school administration. Managerial supervision of teacers office is supervision controling by school supervisor to teachers to arrange their duties. Managerial supervision is needed to reach the goals, objectives and supervision techniques as well as the steps that need attention from the supervisor.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses about the teachers performance in optimizing learning in the Full Day school program at SMAN 22 Makassar. This research was qualitative research. Data collection methods obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data was analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, verifying data, and validating data (triangulation). The result of the research showed that; the first was the teacher performance at SMAN 22 Makassar has improved such as planning, implementation and evaluation. The second was Full Day school at SMAN 22 Makassar about school schedules based on school rules. The third was Effective efforts to optimize learning are carried out by teachers and schools. The teacherteach the learning to the students, gave some motivation and learning methods. The school helps teachers by school rules, teaching and learning process (PBM picket) and controlled by hand master in the school. ]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this study are: First, describe the application of strategic management, the competence of principals, and describe the application of educational management standards; the second examines the influence of strategic management and school principals' competencies on achieving educational management standards in Makassar 19 Public High School. This type of research is survey research. The total population is 579, and 121 samples are taken. Data collection uses questionnaire and documentation techniques. The data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate that, strategic management and competency of school principals jointly have a positive and significant effect on the achievement of education management standards in SMA 19 Makassar with a regression equation Y = 50,450 + 0.467X1 + 0.216X2 and the coefficient of determination of 0.209 so that the achievement of educational management standards 20.9% is determined by strategic management together with the competency of principals and 79.1% is determined by other factors not included in this research area.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship of transformational leadership of school principals, performance of educators and education personnel to the status of accreditation in state Vocational Schools in Jayapura City. The city of Jayapura totaling 78. <![CDATA[The purpose of this article is to analyze the conception of Islamic Education from the perfectives of Al-Ghazali. This article used library research to review Al-Ghazali’s thoughts and conceptions on Islamic Education. The results shows that Al-Ghazali had a thorough understanding of Islamic Education. This paper also reveals his thoughts and understanding on education management, managing learners, and managing curriculum. This paper concludes that education according to Al-Ghazali is the process of humanizing humanity until the end of their lives towards a self-approach to God so that they become perfect human beings. Al-Ghazali describes the things that must be fulfilled by students in the learning process: learning is a soul process, requires concentration, must be based on the attitude of tawadhu'. Regarding a curriculum, he paid special attention to the religious and ethical sciences and was based on two tendencies: religious tendencies and Sufism; and pragmatic tendencies.]]>
