Abstract

Abstract:The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of intellectual ability on teacher performance, how the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, how the influence of intellectual ability and work motivation on teacher performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intellectual ability on teacher performance, to determine the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, to determine the effect of intellectual ability and work motivation on teacher performance. With multiple linear regression analysis techniques obtained the following research results. Intellectual ability and motivation variables simultaneously have positive and significant effect on teacher performance with Fcount> Ftable (17.906> 3,350). Partial intellectual ability variable has positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with tcount> ttable (2,339> 2,042). Partial motivation variable has positive and significant effect on teacher performance with tcount> ttable (5,552> 2,042). The value of R Square in the above table is 0,570, it shows that 57 % variable of teacher performance can be explained by intellectual ability and motivation variable, while the rest of 43% is explained by other un-researched variables such as teacher discipline level, teacher competency, PBM and so forth.

Abstract

Abstract:Curriculum is instrument of education on school to supporting goal of national education. The development of era demands the change of curriculum fore the sake of country development. Every country hope can compete with another country in the world. “The progress of country proportionate straiht with the progress of education”. Because of that, the figure of school as education instantion is very important to release the goal of national education. The school must be ready to confront the change of curriculum. the difference beetwen every curriculum makes a trouble in some aspect. Example: evaluation in curriculum 2013 more complex than curriculum KTSP. This matter needs a carefulness of teacher and increasing time of lesson. Because of that, every school must be fill the human resource and infrastructure to support education system.

Abstract

This paper supports to explain the concept of quality management in Islamic perspective. Improvement efforts in simple educational institutions that are carried out continuous improvement. In order to produce quality educational outputs, the elements involved in education are also needed, competitive and efficient. Improving the quality of education is the first step that needs to be done. Quality must always get the attention and support of various parties. Therefore, quality management is needed in the development of professional Islamic educational institutions as an answer to these problems, especially in the context of educational autonomy today. For this reason, in order to improve the quality of Islamic educational institutions, they need to be assisted, defended, championed to be able to live and develop.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the activity of management realization and personel education and find an effort done to increase the quality education by education management and personel education. The kind of this research is descriptive qualitative research in Al-Mansur Biangloe boarding school Bantaeng regency. Data collection methods by interview, observation and documentation. The result of research show that the implementation educator management and personel education at palnning step, selection, orientation, appointment and placement, observation and assessment, giving compensation and discharge have been done but it is not still maximal, there are still educator and staf education not based on their expert, compensation given is not able to make prosperous for them. The things to do to increase the quality by good planning, and selecting of what the school need, developing by training, sertified, observation and compensation as a fair to defend educator.

Abstract

Optimal management of education administration becomes very significant in aligning itself with science and technology. This study aims to determine the concept of education administration, to know the function of education administration, to know the scope of education administration, to analyze the art of managing Islamic education administration. This research is a library research, where the author collects data from various references such as books, articles, and others. Data collection with reading and note-taking technique is the technique used by the author. In analyzing the data, the writer uses Miles and Huberman perspective analysis techniques, namely: 1) Data reduction; 2) Presenting data; 3) Drawing conclusions. The results of this article are: 1) An important point of an educational administration relates to the making of decisions and legislation on the maximum utilization of an organization; 2) Education administrators have three types of ethical responsibilities towards themselves, their organizations and society; 3) A good administrator of Islamic education must have knowledge and art of administration that refers to Islamic religious culture and ethics as the foundation for achieving the proposed goals and objectives.

Abstract

The current Covid-19 pandemic, which continues until 2021, has had a significant impact on the world of education, thus the majority of schools in Indonesia still use the online learning system. One of them is Sumput and Sarirogo villages. The implications of several policies that have been set by the government regarding the learning system during the pandemic require the leadership of school principals to support online learning. Based on these problems, this study was made to determine the principal's policy on the online learning system during the pandemic. The research approach used is a descriptive quantitative method with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. While the data analysis used SPSS Version 16. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the form of policy that was mostly taken by school principals was the resource indicator with details, from 5 principals consisting of SDN Sumput, SDN Sarirogo, MI Nahdlatul Ulama Sarirogo, Darul Fikri Sarirogo Integrated Islamic Junior High School and Darul Fikri Sarirogo Integrated Islamic High School, 3 of which (SDN Sumput, Darul Fikri Sarirogo Integrated Islamic Junior High School and Darul Fikri Sarirogo Integrated Islamic High School) had the highest scores on the resource indicator. Meanwhile, the lowest form of policy is on social, economic and political indicators with details, out of 5 principals all have the lowest scores on social, economic and political indicators.

Abstract

This research aims to see the extent to which the implementation of study program accreditation based on 9 criteria in two different study programs ranked at the last accreditation, namely the Mathematics Education study program at IAIN Ambon and the Mathematics Education study program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The research method used is a comparative qualitative method, namely analyzing to find and find similarities and differences in phenomena. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. The research results are described qualitatively in the form of advantages, disadvantages, similarities and differences in the implementation of 9 criteria-based accreditations in the two study programs. The results showed that the two study programs had fulfilled many of the 9 criteria-based accreditation assessment items. On the other hand, there are several items of accreditation assessment from each assessment criteria that have not been fully met by the two study programs.

Abstract

Abstract: Investigating the Stages and the Potentials of Implementing Clinical Supervision Teachers are an important pillar of education. Guidance for teachers in the form of supervision should be carried out properly. One type of supervision that can be done is clinical supervision. The purpose of this study was to describe the stages of clinical supervision, and to analyze the potential for implementing clinical supervision. This research is literature review research carried out in four stages, namely searching the reference, identification, discussion, and drawing conclusions. The literatures reviewed were 20 articles and 7 books both nationally and internationally. The results showed 1) The stages of clinical supervision include planning, implementation, and evaluation; 2) The potential for implementing clinical supervision is excellent because it can improve pedagogic competence, and instructional competence finally able to produce professional teachers. It can be concluded that clinical supervision is an important part of teacher professional development.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the principal's leadership, teacher job satisfaction, and the influence of principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone. This study uses a type of field research with a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study found 30 teachers were taken as a whole with the consideration that only a few were relatively small. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire distributed to research respondents. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using statistics. The results of this study indicate that: the reality of the principal's leadership at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is in the high category with a percentage of 56.7%; the reality of teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is in the high category with a percentage of 53.3%; and principal leadership has a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is 27.5%. It should be noted that the level of influence generated is quite high. Therefore, the better the visionary leadership applied by the principal, the more it contributes to teacher job satisfaction.

Abstract

This article discusses about the influence of teacher management and learning resource on student learning outcomes at State Senior High Schools in West Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. This study uses a type of field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study found 51 teachers and 436 students. The sample was determined randomly as many as 65 students and 51 teachers who were taken all fairly small. The data collection method used was a questionnaire and the results were analyzed using inferential statistical analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the study prove that: 1) educator management has an effect on student learning outcomes with the regression equation Y= 55,437+0,353X; 2) learning resources management has an effect on student learning outcomes with the regression equation Y= 46,209+0,617X; and 3) teacher management and learning resources have a simultaneous effect on student learning outcomes and the level of influence is 25.1%. Therefore, the learning outcomes of students at State Senior High Schools in West Sinjai District can be determined by the good or bad of the teacher management and learning resources carried out.
