Abstract

The problem in this research is the low speaking skills of class IV students at SDN No.38 Parasangan Beru Kabupaten Takalar. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The results of the research showed that there was an increase in students' classical speaking skills from cycle I to cycle II. Meanwhile, in student learning activities, achievements in cycle I were in the poor category, while in cycle II achievements were in the good category. The final test of speaking skills in cycle I was in the poor category, while in cycle II it was in the good category. From the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that using the Cooperative Script learning model can improve speaking skills in class IV students at SDN No.38 Parasangan Beru Kabupaten Takalar.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes by using interactive media based on power point. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment Desaign, with the Nonequivalent Pretest-Postest desaign the sample used amounted to 30 students who were divided into 2 classes, namely class IV-A as the experimental class and class IV-B as the control class. The instruments used are pretest-posttest questions and student response questionnaire sheets. There is a difference in the average learning outcomes in the control class of 63.33% and the experimental class of 88.66%. The influence of this media on learning outcomes is proven through several tests, namely validity, reliability, normality and hypothesis testing. The t test results show t (3.567) > t table (2.160) and (0.003) < (0.005) meaning that H0 is rejected and the results of student responses in interactive media get a score of 81% in the very good category. Based on the acquisition of the percentage above the effect of interactive media based on power point provides an increase in social studies learning outcomes grade IV elementary school.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of the use of articulate storyline 3 media on the cognitive learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 2 Ciherang. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a quasi experiment design type of research design. The population in this study is 44 students with a sample of class V of SDN 1 Ciherang consisting of 22 students as the control class and class V of SDN 2 Ciherang consisting of 22 students as an experimental class. Data on students' cognitive learning outcomes were obtained from the results of the description test. After the application of the media, there were before and after results, which showed that the pretest results in the experimental class had a mean of 41.45 and in the control class had a mean of 38.18. The results of the posttest in the experimental class had an average value (mean) of 83.36 and in the control class had an average value (mean) of 67.82. Media articulate storyline 3 has an influence on students' cognitive learning outcomes in mathematics. This is shown from the results of data analysis that the Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05, where if the Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) value > 0.05, H0 is accepted, while if the Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) value < 0.05, H0 is rejected. Therefore, because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so there is an influence of media articulate storyline 3 on the cognitive learning outcomes of mathematics in the experimental class compared to the control class.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze influencing factors and role of parents in shaping mental health in generation Z era. The method used descriptive research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this research is processing observation data, interviews and literature studies into accurate research data.The research sample was eight fourth grade students at Pungangan 1 public primary school, Mojotengah District, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java. The results of research state that there are three factors influence children's mental health, including; 1) parenting style, 2) interaction between children and parents, 3) parents' understanding of children's mental health in generation Z era. Apart from that, role of parents in maintaining mental health is proven through eight actions; 1) respect, 2) listen, 3) build children's trust, 4) create a positive environment, 5) help children solve problems, 6) set realistic goals, 7) avoid sarcastic comments, and 8) provide encouragement. Based on research results, it was concluded that parents choose a parenting style that suits child's characteristics and plays a role in maintaining child's mental health.

Abstract

Continuous mentoring is one of the ways that principals maintain and improve teacher competence. This research aims to measure how much influence ongoing mentoring has on the social competence and professional competence of teachers at public primary school 12 Selatpanjang Selatan. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental method. This method has nine stages, namely: literature review, identifying and limiting the research problem, developing research hypotheses, creating a research design, conducting pretests, conducting experiments, conducting post-tests, processing and analysing data, and drawing conclusions. The research sample totalled 10 teachers, consisting of 5 teachers in the experimental class and 5 teachers in the control class. The data collection techniques used were teacher social and professional competence tests. The results showed that the implementation of sustainable mentoring had a significant effect on the social and professional competence of experimental class primary school teachers. Continuous mentoring must continue to be carried out regularly so that the other two teacher competencies can be improved better.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is an innovation in the world of education which aims to create people who are competitive, creative and innovative. In its implementation, teachers have a very important role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Independent Curriculum. One way to improve teacher competence is through training. This research aims to improve the competency of MAN North Luwu teachers in implementing the independent curriculum through In House Training activities. Based on the results of observations, it was found that there was an increase in the average percentage of teacher competency in preparing learning administration from 77% in cycle I to 89% in cycle II and an increase in the average percentage of teacher competency in implementing learning that implemented the independent curriculum from 72% in cycle I to 87% in cycle II. The research results show that IHT activities can increase the competency of MAN North Luwu teachers in implementing the independent curriculum. IHT activities are one solution for increasing teacher competency because teachers who have broad insight will make a major contribution to the development of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kontribusi pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam mempromosikan nilai-nilai kebinekaan di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Sumber data primer yang digunakan adalah konsep pendidikan kewarganegaraan multikultural karya James A Banks dan kurikulum PPKn sekolah dasar di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewarganegaraan di sekolah dasar mempromosikan nilai-nilai kebinekaan, seperti syukur, rukun, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab. Desain pembelajaran PPKn didasarkan pada pendekatan multikultural Banks, teori belajar konstruktivistik dan humanistik. Tantangan mendesain pembelajaran PPKn untuk mempromosikan nilai-nilai kebinekaan meliputi pemilihan materi kontekstual dan kekinian, merancang skenario pembelajaran, dan pemanfaatan media dan sumber belajar. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendidikan kewarganegaraan di sekolah dasar dalam membentuk sikap siswa yang pro-kebinekaan. Rekomendasi: pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang inklusif, pelatihan bagi guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang berorientasi kebinekaan, dan pemanfaatan media dan sumber belajar secara efektif.

Abstract

The background to this research is that there are difficulties among class VI students at Jagamangsan 2 State Elementary School in writing descriptive texts, which is indicated by the percentage of students who have not yet completed the KKM of 70 as much as 75%. The aim of this research is to describe the learning outcomes of class VI students in Indonesian language lessons in writing descriptions that utilize the school environment. As well as describing obstacles that arise during learning activities and how to overcome them. This research uses a PTK design. The subjects of this research were teachers and students of class VI at SD Negeri Jagamangsan 2 Berbah Sleman, totaling 24 students. Data collection techniques use observation and tests. The research results showed that the average percentage of learning implementation in cycle I reached 80.31%, while in cycle II it reached 86.54%. Student learning outcomes showed classical completeness in cycle I of 62.50% and increased in cycle II of 79.17%. Based on the results of these data, it can be concluded that utilizing the school environment can improve the description writing skills of class VI students at SD Negeri Jagamangsan 2 Berbah Sleman.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning achievement of students in the Pancasila Education subject in grade V of SD Negeri 1 Karanggintung. The low learning achievement is caused by teachers not using learning models and media in the learning process. This research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The results show that the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by wordwall learning media can enhance students' learning achievement in the Pancasila Education subject. Enhancement can be seen from the calculation of the percentage of students' learning achievement mastery which continues to increase in each cycle. In the first cycle, the percentage of students' learning achievement mastery is 51.79% with a fairly good criterion. In the second cycle, the percentage of students learning achievement mastery increased to 83.93% with a very good criterion. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by wordwall learning media can enhance students' learning achievement in the Pancasila Education subject in grade V of SD Negeri 1 Karanggintung.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD N Experiment 2 because the level of students' creative thinking skills was still considered low. This can be shown that there are still many students who do not dare to express their opinions. The aim of this research was to improve students' creative thinking skills in science learning. This research is in the form of classroom action research with 4 stages, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection carried out in 2 learning cycles consisting of 2 meetings. Obtaining data through observations or observations and scores from evaluation test results. The subjects of this research were 28 students in class 5A of SD N Experiment 2. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there was an increase in students' creative thinking skills from pre-cycle of 25.8% with poor criteria and increased in cycle 1 with a gain of 60.7% with fairly good criteria, and increased again in cycle 2 with a gain of 85.9%. % with very good criteria. By carrying out this classroom action research, it is hoped that it will be able to improve creative thinking skills not only in science learning but also in learning other subjects.
