Abstract

 penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah PKBM Swasta di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis jalur digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (0,295) dan kinerja (0,432) kepala sekolah PKBM. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (0,488) dan kinerja (0,314) kepala sekolah PKBM. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (0,418) kepala sekolah PKBM. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja kepala sekolah PKBM Swasta di Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

This study is an ex post-facto research that aims to find out whether there is  a relationship between the effectiveness of principal supervision and teacher performance in learning at SD Inpres 10/73 bulu. The independent variable in this study is the effectiveness of the head of the school, while the bound variable is the performance of the teacher. The population in this study is all school teachers in SD Inpres 10/73 Bulu-Bulu, while the sample of teachers at SD Inpres 10/73 Bulu-Bulu is 12 teachers. The data of the research results was obtained by distributing written questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use statistics, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study show that the supervision of the principal shows very effective results and the performance of teachers in learning shows very effective results. There is a positive and significant relationship between the supervision of the principal and the performance of teachers at SD Inpres 10/73 Bulu-Bulu, Tonra District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

This study is an ex post-facto research  that aims to find out whether there is a relationship between Work Motivation and Teacher's Pedagogic Competence and Student Learning Achievement. The independent variables in this study are work motivation and pedagogic competence of teachers, while the bound variable is Student Learning Achievement. The population in this study is all teachers at Tombiano State Elementary School, West Tojo District, Tojo Una-Una Regency which amounted to 15 people, both teachers who have civil servant status and teachers who are still honorary, while the sample is teachers at Tombiano State Elementary School who have civil servant and non-civil servant status. The data of the research results was obtained by distributing written questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use statistics, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study show that  the picture of pedagogic competence is in the high category, the teacher's work motivation is in the very high category and the student learning achievement is in the high category. There is a positive and significant relationship between pedagogic competence and work motivation together (simultaneously) on the Learning Achievement of Tombiano State Elementary School Students, West Tojo District, Tojo Una-Una Regency

Abstract

This study aims to identify the implementation of differentiated instruction in classes with students with special needs, evaluate its effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method at SD Inpres SKP F3 Arso, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings revealed  that the implementation of differentiated instruction, through content, process, and product classification, successfully enhanced the academic achievement and socio-emotional development of students with special needs. Teachers demonstrated  a good understanding of adapting teaching strategies to meet individual students needs. Challenges such as limited teachers knowledge of differentiated instruction can be addressed through training and collaboration with experts. This study concludes that differentiated instruction is an effective solution for improving the quality of learning in inclusive classrooms. Recommendations include teacher training development and registering the school as an inclusive institution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kemampuan membaca aksara jawa dan motivasi belajar yang signifikan antara penerapan media Flipcard Carakan dengan menggunakan media konvensional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif Quasi eksperimen, dengan pendekatan posttest-only group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan kemampuan membaca aksara jawa dan motivasi belajar yang signifikan pada penggunaan media flipcard carakan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai hasil perhitungan uji-t (sig-2tailed) adalah 0,42 untuk kemampuan membaca aksara jawa dan 0,03 untuk motivasi belajar. Untuk nillai rata-rata hasil survei angket motivasi belajar kelas kontor mendapatkan nilai 75,00 dan kelas eksperimen 82,59 artinya kelas eksperimen memiliki motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi. Pada nilai rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan membaca aksara jawa kelas kontrol adalah 64,00 dengan taraf ketuntasan 42% sedangkan untuk kelas eksperimen 74,29 dengan ketuntasan 77,7%. Media flipcard carakan terbukti berpengaruh positif dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan membaca aksara jawa.

Abstract

This study is an ex post-facto research that aims to find out whether there is a relationship between motivation and job satisfaction and the work productivity of elementary school teachers in cluster 1. The independent variables in this study are teachers' motivation and job satisfaction, while the bound variable is the work productivity of elementary school teachers in cluster 1. in this study, all school teachers in cluster 1, while the sample was elementary school teachers in cluster 1 spread across 12 schools totaling 35 teachers. The data of the research results was obtained by distributing written questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use statistics, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study showed that  the picture of teachers' work motivation was good, teachers' job satisfaction was good, and teachers' work productivity was in the medium category. There was a significant positive relationship between motivation and job satisfaction with the work productivity of elementary school teachers in cluster 1, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

The type of research used is a case study, which is a research that is carried out intensively, in detail, and then in stages of an organization, institution or certain symptoms. This research aims to solve practical problems in daily life. This research was conducted at SDN 229 Pasaka, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. The focus of this research is the Analysis of Teachers' Obstacles in Utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-Based Learning Media related to teacher obstacles and their solutions. Data and data sources, namely primary data and secondary data obtained from informant or individual sources such as interview results and questionnaire results conducted by researchers. The analysis used is a qualitative analysis based on Data Collection, Data Display,  Data Reduction, Conclusion: drawing/verifying or data summarization. There are several obstacles that occur by teachers when using media, namely, lack of teacher knowledge of technology, lack of teacher skills in managing time and making learning media, or teachers have more effective methods to be used in the teaching and learning process according to the material to be delivered. Efforts or efforts that can be made to overcome obstacles that occur to teachers when using media are the first to start from self-awareness to learn and gain insight into the latest technology, and teachers can take part in various trainings outside of school such as technical guidance or workshops on the use of learning media and technology.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of the TGT model and learning motivation on the cognitive retention of class IV students in social studies subjects at SDN Ragunan 01. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method of 2x2 factorial design. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and data analysis, it can be concluded that 1) there is an influence of learning models on students' cognitive retention in social studies subjects; 2) there is an influence of learning motivation on increasing students' cognitive retention; and 3) there is an interaction effect between learning models and learning motivation on cognitive retention in social studies subjects. So, the TGT model and learning motivation influence the cognitive retention of class IV students in social studies subjects at SDN Ragunan 01.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan rata-rata antara skor pretest dan posttest siswa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran menggunakan model Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) berbasis media Audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen yaitu one group pretest-posttest design. Desain ini merupakan pengembangan dari pre-experimental dengan pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari Observasi, Tes Pemahaman Konsep dan Dokumentasi. Tempat penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada kelas IV SDN Banyumanik 02, Kecamatan Banyumanik, Kota Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 23 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan skor dari uji paired sample statistic t-test menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata pretest yaitu 65 sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest 81 serta skor uji hipotesis Paired Sampel T-Test dengan nilai Stg.(2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < 0.05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) berbasis media Audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN Banyumanik 02. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perbedaan rata-rata antara skor pretest dan posttest siswa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran menggunakan model Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) berbasis media Audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Banyumanik 02.

Abstract

Komunikasi instruksional memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa asing, termasuk dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jerman. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana komunikasi instruksional dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Jerman siswa di kelas. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengamati interaksi antara pengajar dan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi komunikasi yang efektif, seperti penggunaan bahasa yang jelas, teknik pengajaran yang variatif, serta umpan balik yang konstruktif, dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan berbahasa Jerman siswa. Selain itu, komunikasi yang baik antara pengajar dan siswa juga dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif, yang mendukung siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam berlatih berbicara, mendengarkan, membaca, dan menulis dalam bahasa Jerman. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pengajar untuk mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi instruksional guna memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Jerman di kelas.
