Abstract

Membership and active involvement in BEM provides students with the opportunity to grow their leadership talents, supervise teams, and oversee ventures that benefit students and the surrounding campus community. In addition, BEM plays a role in supporting a code of ethics, integrity, and responsibility in its members, thereby shaping student behavior in a way that is achieved. This investigation uses quantitative techniques, using a correlational research design, to ascertain and examine the relationship between the BEM organizational entity and students' prosocial attitudes. at STIAB Smaratungga. The results obtained from data analysis reveal an affirmative correlation between BEM membership and students' prosocial behavior, with the regression equation strengthening this relationship. Therefore, these findings strengthen the idea that involvement in BEM has the capacity to shape students' prosocial behavior at the Smaratungga College of Buddhist Studies (STIAB), which in turn can have a beneficial influence on the campus environment and society in general.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of civics education material as an effort to strengthen the constitution in a character education perspective. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were Lecturers and Students of PPKn at the Bangun Nusantara University, Sukoharjo, and the objects: Civics material, constitution and character education. Data collection methods: observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation uses source and material triangulation. Data analysis using interactive analysis techniques. The results of research based on field observations found: constitutional material is limited, lecturers are less able to develop constitutional material, lecturers do not relate constitutional material to actual cases, students are less enthusiastic about participating in lectures, and the presentation of material does not touch the amended constitution. The results of interviews with PPKn lecturers and students obtained information: constitutional material emphasized aspects of knowledge, students did not like rote material, needed a variety of real cases. Conclusion: from the results of observations and interviews it was concluded that it was necessary to update Civics material related to the constitution in a character education perspective.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) teachers in implementing character education for class XI students at SMK Bina Patria 1 Sukoharjo. The research method used is a qualitative method through direct observation of subjects andobjects at SMK Bina Patria 1 Sukoharjo. The results of the research show that PPKn teachers at SMK Bina Patria 1 Sukoharjo have a strategic role in shaping students' character, involving them in moral values, cultural values and ethics in PPKn learning materials. Civics teachers also act as mentors, guiding students in developing positive attitudes such as responsibility, cooperation and discipline. This research will explore the strategies of PPKn teachers, the challenges they face and the impact of implementing character education in the vocational school environment. Therefore, it is recommended that there be collaborative efforts between teachers, schools and parents to strengthen the character of education in the educational environment of SMK Bina Patria 1 Sukoharjo.

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between interests based on Holland's theory and the GPA of FKIP Untan Counseling Guidance Study Program students for the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method and the data collection tool used is a questionnaire adapted from Holland's interest inventory. The population in this study is 44 students of the BK FKIP UNTAN Study Program class of 2021/2022. Data analysis used descriptive statistics with Eta correlation, which resulted in a percentage of student interest score scores. Based on the results of data processing, it was obtained that most students have a dominant type of interest in the social type 65.9% (29 students) in the fairly high category, this shows that students of the Guidance and counseling study program have interests in accordance with the characteristics of work as Bimgingan and Counseling / Counselor teachers at school. The cumulative achievement index for 4 semesters obtained by guidance and counseling students of the class of 2021/2022 is included in the good category with an average of 3.56. The correlation between interest and student IP shows a very strong correlation category with a number of 0.823.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of the revitalization of traditional performing arts, especially the Radat Selimut Putih Dance, in an educational context. The performing arts revitalization process not only plays a role in preserving cultural heritage, but also has significant implications in developing character education and understanding of local culture among students. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive methods, this research involved interviews with performing arts revitalization activists and analysis of the performance management process resulting from the revitalization of the Radat Selimut Putih Dance in Serumpun Village. The research results show that the revitalization of traditional performing arts can be an effective means of character education. Through performing arts practice, students can develop values ​​such as cooperation, discipline, perseverance, and a sense of responsibility. In addition, revitalizing the performing arts also provides opportunities for students to understand and maintain their local culture, which can be integrated into the curriculum to enrich students' learning experiences. Thus, this research highlights the importance of integrating traditional performing arts into educational curricula as a significant step in enriching students' learning experiences and strengthening their connection with local culture. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of character education and cultural understanding in the educational environment.

Abstract

The choice of approach and method must be correct and appropriate according to the character and nature of the material to be presented. Therefore, the approaches and methods used by educators can be said to be successful if these approaches and methods can achieve the expected educational goals. The aims of this research are: (1) to find out the application of the basic concepts of Islamic education methodology at MA Al-Amin, (2) to find out what approaches to Islamic education are often applied by teaching staff at MA Al-Amin, (3) to find out the role of educators in learning development at MA Al-Amin. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method with the aim of drawing in-depth conclusions in the field. Qualitative research is natural research, using certain methods to describe a phenomenon that occurs. These methods include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research show that (1) MA Al-Amin has implemented the basic concepts of Islamic education methodology through teaching carried out by teachers with the methods used including the exemplary method, story method, dialogue method, reward and punishment method and providing advice -advice, (2) The most prominent application of the Islamic education approach at MA Al-Amin is the philosophical and emotional approach, (3) In implementing each learning method, Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amin facilitates every teacher, both in the form of moral support and facilities. learning supporter. Apart from that, Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amin often holds teacher development coaching workshops.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to 1) Analyze strategies for increasing Original Regional Income in Manado City through the management of Parking Tax; 2) Analyze the factors that hinder the Manado City Regional Revenue Agency in managing Parking Tax. The author uses qualitative research methods with SWOT analysis as a data analysis tool. The research results show that the Manado City Regional Revenue Agency has Strength and Opportunity (SO), so that its strengths and opportunities can be an advantage for the Manado City Regional Revenue Agency in increasing Original Regional Income through parking taxes. There are four strategic recommendations, namely: 1) Be firm in implementing parking tax sanctions and fines, 2) Improve parking tax services, 3) Improve parking tax communication and education, and 4) Increase parking tax supervision. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are: (1) Low discipline/compliance of parking taxpayers in paying taxes, 2) Low honesty/awareness of parking taxpayers in manipulating the amount of income turnover so that tax payments are low, (3) Limited number of human resources working and ineffectiveness of the joint task force in carrying out its main duties (4) Ineffective application of administrative sanctions such as fines, closure and sealing for tax objects that are late, in arrears or even do not pay parking tax, 5) Lack of supporting facilities such as operational vehicles, computers, laptops and printers.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of Civil Servant Discipline Policy in Minahasa Regency based on Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline. The research location is the Minahasa Regency Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. This research uses a qualitative method. The research results show that the work discipline of civil servants in the Minahasa Regency Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service isn't yet ideal since there are still representatives who disregard the standards as per the appropriate arrangements in regards to limits on beginning and leaving available time. There are still employees who do not comprehend the Job Description in light of the Main Duties and Functions, they put off doing the work that is assigned to them, and their supervisors do not discipline them. Factors that ruin government employee discipline are administration endlessly factors from the actual workers as representative quality and mindset and absence of socialization of the execution of these administration guidelines.

Abstract

Sex education holds significant importance for teenagers from an early age due to their vulnerability to misinformation about sex. This dissertation aims to (1) explore teenagers' perceptions of sex education and (2) identify the sources they rely on for obtaining information about sex. Furthermore, sex education plays a crucial role in enlightening teenagers about various harmful sexual behaviors, enabling them to steer clear of such practices. The research employs a literature review methodology to unearth diverse information on adolescent sex education. Firstly, understanding adolescents' perception of sex education is deemed essential and advantageous in addressing their developmental challenges during this transitional phase from childhood to adulthood. Adolescence entails significant biological, cognitive, and socio-emotional changes, making sex education a pertinent tool to assist them. Secondly, teenagers predominantly turn to mass media, encompassing print media like newspapers, magazines, and books, as well as electronic media such as television and gadgets, for their sexual education. The mass media, along with peers, serves as the primary source of sexual information and knowledge for teenagers, as opposed to receiving such education from family or school environments.

Abstract

This research aims to determine family relationships in community political behavior during the 2022 Aro Village Election. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research. It can be concluded that the sociological approach is influential in this research, namely that family relationships have a strong relationship in politics. Researchers found in the field that the people of Aro Village made their political choices during the village elections based solely on family relationships. The level of kinship/kinship in Aro Village is based on three (3) levels, namely the first kinship level, the second kinship level, and the third kinship level. Of the three levels of kinship, the one that has the most influence on vote acquisition is the second type of kinship, namely kinship/kinship based on the descent of the paternal and maternal grandmothers. The family of candidate one will be used as the winning team for the 2022 Aro Village Election. Likewise with candidate two. When compared with candidate two, the family of candidate one has a strong influence on vote acquisition. So that candidate one succeeded in winning the 2022 Aro Village Election. The public considers when choosing based on Subjective Emotional, namely making a choice because they have family ties, kinship, even friendship.
