Abstract

This research discusses the role of learning media in improving students' Arabic language skills at the An-Nuari Madrasah Darul Madani Education Foundation. This research is intended to find out the role of learning in improving students' Arabic language skills and to find out the role of using learning media in improving abilities. Arabic language for students. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The research location was carried out at the An-Nuari Madrasah Darul Madani Education Foundation. The results of this research show that the role of learning media can improve students' Arabic language learning abilities. This was obtained through observing students' activities in the classroom during the learning process and through the results of students' daily evaluation tests after the learning process. The teaching staff at the An-Nuari Madrasah Darul Madani Education Foundation use learning media in the form of whiteboards, pictures, cards, objects inside and outside the classroom and textbooks. The supporting media provided by the school is Infocus in improving the Arabic language of students at the An-Nuari Madrasah Darul Madani Education Foundation.

Abstract

Buddhist education pancadarma aims to guide individuals in practicing morality. This research applies quantitative research methods and focuses on correlational research. In this particular investigation, the main method used to collect data is through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that Buddhist education has a significant relationship with the strengthening of Pancadharma morality in Buddhist students. Linear regression indicates that about 29% of the variance in moral strengthening can be explained by Buddhist education. Statistical tests confirm that Buddhist education significantly enhances Pancadharma morality, with a low level of significance. This study highlights the important role of Buddhist education in shaping moral values in Buddhist students and provides a deep understanding of its relationship in the context of Buddhism.

Abstract

This research was presented to determine the level of legal awareness regarding violations of motorbike use by minors at SMP Negeri 1 Kerinci. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Kerinci located : Jln. Raya Pugu Semurup, Desa Pugu Raya, Kecematan Air Hangat Barat, Kabupaten Kerinci. The samples that will be used as subjects for this research include: Students of SMP Negeri 1 Kerinci, parents of students of SMP Negeri 1 Kerinci who use motorbikes to school, Student Representatives of SMP Negeri 1 Kerinci, and the Kerinci Traffic Police (Polantas). The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The resulting data will be a description in the form of words and does not emphasize data in the form of numbers. The data obtained and collected in this research was then analyzed so that it could be explained further. The research results showed that students have low legal awareness, where this can be seen from students' low knowledge and understanding of law, there are still many children who do not know the legal bases that regulate traffic and road transportation. Meanwhile, legal attitudes and behavior are categorized as quite high, where SMP Negeri 1 Kerinci has established rules that must be obeyed by students of SMP Negeri 1 Kerinci, and Traffic Police have carried out their duties in accordance with procedures that have been regulated or determined by law.

Abstract

Nowadays, there has been a significant shift in the behavior of elementary school-age children, which tends to get worse due to many factors, including the negative influence of social media, lack of guidance from parents, and an educational and societal environment that is not conducive. This research aims to analyze behavioral education for elementary school children. The research method used is library research, which involves using several references, including books, journals, articles, and newspapers related to the research topic. The results of the research state that behavioral education for elementary school children must use appropriate methods to influence and form good behavior in children. Several methods can be used in behavioral education: First, the exemplary method, which is a very effective method for educators (parents and teachers) in educating behavior, in accordance with the development tasks of elementary school-age children, namely the development of morals, values and conscience. Educators use the exemplary foundation of the Prophet Muhammad as the best example. Second, the coaching method which is a method that educators can use to form children's Aqidah, faith and worship and develop morals based on belief in the truth of revelation. Third, the reward and punishment method is the method most often used in behavioral education, because it provides an understanding of responsibility to children, so that in the future they are expected to become disciplined children in all things.

Abstract

The aims of this writing is to identificate the influence of the Inquiry Based Learning Model on Students' Critical Thinking Ability in Class X Civics Subjects at SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. This writing implemented a quantitative approach with a quasi-experiment design, a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. Class X SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi was the population used, it was made up of 2 classes, namely class X E2 as the experimental class and class Meanwhile, data was acquired from tests in the form of questions given to students. After obtaining answers from the test, quantitative analysis is then carried out. The data analysis method used is the experimental class and control class t-test in order to ascertain how the IBL learning model affects students' critical thinking abilities. According to the data analysis derived from the output of independent sample t-test that used in hypothesis testing, the tcount>ttable value was obtained, the ttable value was 1,669. then tcount > ttable, namely 9.386 > 1.669 and a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 > 0.005 is obtained, it show that the IBL learning model impacts students critical thinking abilities in Class X Civics subjects at SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year."

Abstract

The Tolerance Supplement to the Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Teaching Materials for Junior High School is an educational initiative that aims to enrich the educational curriculum with the values of tolerance in Islam. Recognizing the importance of tolerance in Islamic religion and social life, this supplement presents modules designed to educate students on the importance of respecting differences, addressing conflicts wisely, and strengthening harmonious relationships in a multicultural society. Through diverse approaches such as discussions, case studies, collaborative projects, and the use of technology, students are invited to engage in interesting and relevant learning, thus enabling them to better internalize the values of tolerance. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying participatory observation and in-depth interview methods. Observations were made to observe the learning process involving the use of tolerance supplements in Islamic Religious Education and Ethics teaching materials in several junior high schools that have adopted these supplements. This supplement provides opportunities for students to explore the concept of tolerance through various learning modules, practical activities, and approaches that actively involve students in the learning process. Nevertheless, it is necessary to regularly evaluate the teaching process and students' understanding to improve the effectiveness of this supplement. Overall, the Tolerance Supplement to the Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Teaching Materials for Junior High School is an important and relevant initiative in shaping students' attitudes and characters that are inclusive, tolerant, and ready to live in a diverse society.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate efforts to enhance the professionalism of Supeltas in traffic management in the Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency. In this research context, Supeltas' professionalism encompasses knowledge of traffic regulations, skills in handling field situations, and interpersonal communication abilities. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with several Supeltas and analysis of documentation related to professional training and development that has been conducted. The findings of this study will provide deeper insights into the factors influencing the professionalism of Supeltas in the area, as well as recommendations for improving their service quality. This research is expected to significantly contribute to efforts to enhance traffic safety and public service quality in Sukoharjo Regency specifically, and to contribute to the literature on traffic management at the local level.

Abstract

Online business and marketing is a skills program that prepares young people who can form an entrepreneurial character and have the ability to think creatively and innovatively in facing the global economy. The aim of the research is to determine the planning of online businessand marketing skills programs, the implementation of online business and marketing skills programs, and the obstacles to online business and marketing skills programs in forming the entrepreneurial character of class XII students at SMK PGRI Sumber Agung.This research was conducted using qualitative methods through a descriptive approach. The results of this research are (1) Implementation of the online business and marketing skills program at PGRI Sumber Agung Vocational School in shaping the entrepreneurial character of class XII students. (2) Implementation of online business and marketing skills program planning at PGRI Sumber Agung Vocational School has been well planned which includes programs, strategies and policies. (3) Implementation of online business and marketing skills programs to shape the entrepreneurial character of class XII students in the form of providing material through productive textbooks, comparative studies or visits to the business world and entrepreneurial practices. (4) The implementation obstacles faced are learning and practical facilities and students' personal obstacles.

Abstract

Teacher professional competence is the ability to master learning material widely and in depth that Teacher professional competence is the ability to master learning material widely and in depth that allows guiding students to meet the competency standards set in national standards, to improve professional competence, the teacher must be able to master science according to the field, manage teaching and learning programs, manage classes, develop professionalism in a sustainable manner and use learning media/ technology. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to determine the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Sukaraja, East OKU, South Sumatra. This research is included in the type of qualitative field research, data collection techniques in this study using several methods, namely the observation method, the interview method and the documentation method. While data analysis uses an interactive analysis model that is data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research on the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in the learning process in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Sukaraja, East OKU, South Sumatra, it can be seen that all professional competencies have been able to run optimally although there is still a need to increase in all indicators.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the perspective of teachers and students of Fania Salsabila Vocational School, Jambi City regarding the urgency of learning employment law to develop entrepreneurship alumni. To find out the importance of your rights and obligations as a worker, then regarding existing employment laws. This research was conducted at Fania Salsabila Vocational School, Jambi City. Research data was obtained by observing, interviewing and documenting teachers, students and the head of the Jambi Province official vocational school assessment curriculum section. The informants used as subjects included: 2 teachers, 3 students and 1 Jambi provincial office. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research type narrative research. The research results can be concluded that the perspective of vocational school teachers and students regarding the urgency of learning labor law is that teachers and students do not know enough, understand labor law but know it is important and agree that learning labor law is important. From the results of this research, it is recommended that teachers and students work together to realize labor law learning in the curriculum and vocational high schools.
