Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Field Project-based learning on improving students’ creative and innovative thinking skills through entrepreneurship textbooks at Universitas Hamzanwadi. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design involving 40 students enrolled in entrepreneurship courses. Data were collected using validated creative and innovative thinking tests and analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired sample t-test, and N-gain analysis. The results show that the average pretest score increased from 62.4 to 81.7 in the posttest. The paired sample t-test result indicates t = 9.86 with p < 0.05. The N-gain value of 0.63 falls into the moderate-to-high category. These findings indicate that Field Project-based learning is effective in enhancing students’ creative and innovative thinking skills and supports learning outcomes aligned with the Merdeka Belajar–Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy and higher education Key Performance Indicators (IKU).

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Determine the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in increasing decent work and economic growth in East Lombok Regency, 2) Determine the evaluation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in increasing decent work and economic growth in East Lombok Regency. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation in three villages. 20 respondents were selected using purposive sampling techniques, using Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. Then, the data were analyzed using an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results, which refer to eight indicators: socialization, knowledge, effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy of program targets. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Village Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program to increase decent work and economic growth in East Lombok Regency has been carried out in accordance with applicable provisions and regulations. However, Goal 8 has not been implemented properly due to problems or shortcomings. Therefore, the evaluation of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program is considered ineffective because most villages and communities have not yet felt the positive impact of the pre-employment card distribution program and the training provided by the vocational training centers

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) implementation within the Hamzanwadi E-Learning Learning Management System (LMS) in improving students' learning discipline and digital portfolio documentation in the Econometrics course. The study employed a mixed methods approach. The subjects were 159 fifth-semester students of the Economics Education Study Program at Hamzanwadi University in the 2025/2026 Academic Year. Quantitative data were obtained through analysis of LMS activity logs, quiz participation, and project assignment submissions, while qualitative data were collected through interviews, focus group discussions, and analysis of students' academic portfolios. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and inferentially to measure the level of discipline, learning engagement, and portfolio documentation quality. The results showed that across seven lecture topics, student participation in quizzes reached an average of 97.9%, while participation in project assignment submissions averaged 74.3%. These findings indicate that the implementation of LMS-based PjBL can improve students' discipline, learning regularity, and academic responsibility. Furthermore, the LMS effectively functions as a systematic and structured digital portfolio documentation medium. Thus, the integration of PjBL into Hamzanwadi's E-Learning LMS has been shown to contribute positively to strengthening students' learning discipline and managing their academic portfolios in Econometrics.

Abstract

The development of financial technology (fintech) is driving changes in adolescent consumption behavior toward digital. This study aims to analyze the influence of fintech education and digital economic literacy on adolescent digital consumption behavior. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey of 100 adolescents aged 18–25 who are active fintech users. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that fintech education and digital economic literacy have a positive and significant influence on adolescent digital consumption behavior, both partially and simultaneously, with fintech education as the most dominant variable. These findings emphasize the importance of improving fintech education and digital economic literacy, accompanied by strengthening self-control for more judicious use of digital financial services.

Abstract

Indonesia’s high unemployment rate, reaching 7.28 million people, highlights the urgency of strengthening student entrepreneurship as a driver of job creation. This study examines the effects of environmental support, Self-efficacy, and creativity on students’ entrepreneurial intention. Data were collected from 166 final-year students of the Yogyakarta Academy of Administrative Management and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (SmartPLS). The results show that environmental support and Self-efficacy significantly influence entrepreneurial intention, while creativity has no significant effect. Moreover, Self-efficacy mediates the relationship between environmental support and entrepreneurial intention, indicating that confidence acts as a psychological bridge transforming external support into entrepreneurial drive. These findings emphasize the importance of cultivating an educational environment that fosters both confidence and social support to encourage students to create new business opportunities.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service features and technology acceptance on customer loyalty with satisfaction as a mediating variable among BSI mobile banking users at Kutai Kartanegara University. The research approach used a descriptive quantitative method with 190 respondents obtained through accidental sampling using a 1–5 point Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.6. Customer satisfaction was found to be positively and significantly affected by service features, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. However, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness do not directly affect customer loyalty, but are mediated by satisfaction. These findings confirm that satisfaction is a key factor that bridges the influence of service features and technology acceptance on customer loyalty. Therefore, improving the quality of digital features and optimizing the benefits of technology need to be directed at strengthening satisfaction in order to create sustainable loyalty to the use of BSI mobile banking.
