Abstract

This study explains and describes pre-service Civic teachers' technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) abilities. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were the civic pre-service teacher. The data collection instruments used were lesson plans, observation sheets, questionnaires, and interview sheets. Based on the research conducted, positive results were obtained. Students assume that through learning basic teaching skills, students' TPACK abilities increase. From this research, it can also be concluded that further research is needed to determine the factors that influence the TPACK ability of prospective teacher students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's perception of gender towards gender-responsive learning. This research with a quantitative approach uses a questionnaire data collection method (questionnaire) consisting of a questionnaire on teacher perceptions of gender, teacher attitudes towards students, interaction in learning, and gender-responsive learning. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale with four answer choices. From the results of the calculation of the data, it can be seen that the mean value of teachers' perceptions of gender at SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya is 84.87 in the 76-90 interval which means that teachers' perceptions of gender towards responsive Hender learning are classified as "good". In this case, the teacher's perception of gender at SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya can influence well, providing equality in access, control, participation, and benefits for male and female students in a balanced way.

Abstract

Language development milestone is generally similar in phonology, syntax, semantics and pragmatics skills (Paul, Norbury, & Gosse, 2018). However, some children do not normally in the stage of normal milestone. It is therefore this study aims to analyze the 7 years old children language milestone. Methods: This research employed qualitative research which used case study. The subject is 7 years old girl. This research investigates the girl utterance based on the conversation naturally between her teacher, mom and the girl. Then, categorizes the language development based on aspect of language framework. Results: The result of the study illustrated that the student have problem in phonology for spelling complicated lexical and more than three syllable. In syntax, the student cannot create simple sentence and in Semantics, the student do not understand what she reads. Moreover, the main problem is in pragmatic skill. She cannot understand the context situation and answer the questions. This indicates that the student has problem in acquiring the language.

Abstract

During the covid-19 pandemic, learning can no longer be done directly. LPTKs are given the option to organize blended learning, a mixture of offline and online. The main problem is how to develop blended learning, which includes portfolio focus and HOTS? This is development research. The aim is to find, develop and validate a product produced during 2020/2021, even the semester lecture process. The resulting learning products can be in the form of lecture handouts, final assignments, and lecture textbooks resulting from the application of portfolio-based and HOTS-based blended learning models. The process to be carried out in the development of learning products includes 1) planning (preliminary studies, proposal making), 2) product development, 3) product trials and revisions, and 4) dissemination and utilization. The results of the discussion on the acquisition of existing data can be concluded that the blended, portfolio, and HOTS-based learning activities have been carried out smoothly and comprehensively. The implementation of blended learning can be seen in the discussion of online and offline lectures and offline lecture exams. The student activity portfolio is contained in lecture activities, individual and group assignments, and individual exams. HOTS content is contained in assignments individually and in groups.

Abstract

The interpretation of religious values by social and political elites in the modern social history has significantly influenced the development of political structure at national, regional and global level. Religious values were used effectively to mobilize local people against the western governments in Asia and Africa in the last century. Local political entities in South East Asia also experienced the same political development. Jihad concept fuelled and promoted social and political movements of Imam Diponegoro in Java, Sultan Hasanuddin in Makassar, Panglima Polem in Aceh, and Moro independence movement in Philippine. This research used qualitative approach with the method used is a library study which consist of studies used to collect information and data with the help of various materials available in the library such as documents, books, and  historical stories, and various other references. This research found historical evidences that Haji Hayyun played a significant role politically and socially in Tolitoli, Sulawesi Tengah in the early twentieth century. Although tragically ended, as a figure he successfully used religious sentiment to get support from his followers against the Dutch government in Tolitoli.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of TPACK from informatics engineering education students who are vocational teachers candidates in Indonesia. A teacher candidates must be equipped with TPACK, which is a synergy between mastering content, pedagogy, and technology in learning to answer the challenges of teaching in the 21st-century. TPACK readiness data for the vocational teacher candidates was measured using a TPACK assessment questionnaire containing elements of CK, PK, TK, PCK, TCK, TPK, and TPACK. The subjects of this study amounted to 39 students. This study was conducted in Learning Planning course.  The findings of this study indicated that TPACK readiness was a good category but still needs to be improved for the pedagogical readiness.

Abstract

Marketing communication is important, in this case paying attention to Customer Relationship Management. The number of companies that are currently competing fiercely has become a trigger for Starbucks Indonesia to maintain the loyalty of existing customers because the competition is quite tight from competitors considering that this company is engaged in the food and beverage sector which means maximum service and quality of products delivered to customers. In this era of pandemic, Starbucks ' card strategy is very profitable and makes it easier for customers to order drinks or food online. The existence of loyal customers is evidenced by the use of the Starbucks Card, so the purpose of this study is to determine the Customer Relationship Management Strategy in Optimizing the Starbucks Card in the Pandemic Era. This study used a qualitative approach and data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and document studies. For data collection techniques, the authors conduct interviews and view related documents which later the information obtained will be equated with the theory that the author uses in this study, namely Customer Relationship Management Theory and Loyalty Theory.

Abstract

The process of developing, becoming self-reliant, self-supporting, and increasing the bargaining position of lower-class groups so that they can become a pressing force in society is known as community empowerment. If community empowerment program participants understand and can perform everything that has been presented in the empowerment program, the empowerment program can run effectively and efficiently. The empowerment program must be evaluated for the program's aims and objectives to be further developed, continued, or even discontinued. This research used the CIPP evaluation model developed by Huberman. The results found that the empowerment program provided many benefits for migrants workers from preventing them back to work as migrant workers abroad but it was also found that some of them go back to work as migrant workers as the business built as a result of the empowerment program did not run as expected.

Abstract

This study aims to knew the coachs leadership style Pengprov Tarung Derajat Aceh and the formation of a coaching leadership style. This research is an evaluation study with a descriptive approach. The research design including (1) determining the method or research design, (2) determining the population and research sample, (3) determining the research instrument, (4) collecting data, and (5) collecting analysis in accordance with the objectives and its nature. The instrument used to measure the coachs leadership style of the Pengprov Tarung Derajat Aceh is an instrument developed by the author with a grid of indicators that is authority, attitude, authoritarian coach style, democratic coach style and free coach style. The sample in this study amounted to 6 coachs people of Pengprov Tarung Derajat Aceh. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected using the Observation Format, Questionnaire and Interview Guidelines. The results of the data analysis showed that the leadership style of the coach of the Pengprov Tarung Derajat Aceh had a good leadership style in training, meaning that the leadership style of the Tarung Derajat Pengprov Aceh trainer used an authoritarian, democratic and free leadership style. Based on the data analysis, the writer concludes that the formation of the coachs leadership style Pengprov Tarung Derajat Aceh based on good regeneration means that the regeneration that has been carried out so far at the Pengprov Tarung Derajat Aceh is going well.
