Abstract

Pandemi telah berimbas pada pendidikan dunia, tak terkecuali pembelajaran BIPA. Tidak diperbolehkannya pertemuan pembelajaran mengakibatkan pembelajaran BIPA konvensional berubah. Tujuan kajian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembelajaran BIPA di masa pandemi. Aspek apa saja yang menjadi perhatian, peluang serta tantangan tersendiri. Dengan kajian ini, diharapkan pengajar serta pebelajar BIPA memiliki gambaran untuk mempersiapkan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran BIPA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan fokus kepada studi kasus. Kajian ini mendeskripsikan kondisi pembelajaran BIPA di masa pandemi ini meliputi kurikulum, strategi pengelolaan kelas, media dan asesmen telah dilaksanakan sedemikian rupa. Ada dua peluang dalam pembelajaran BIPA yaitu peluang bagi lembaga penyelenggara BIPA serta peluang meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa asing. Selain itu, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran BIPA di masa pandemi ini adalah tantangan sistem pembelajaran, tantangan bagi pengajar, kondisi internet, serta literasi digital. Temuan tersebut diharapkan mampu menjadi gambaran bagi pengajar untuk menyiapkan pembelajaran BIPA di masa yang akan datang dengan lebih baik. Selain itu, diharapkan lembaga penyelenggara BIPA menangkap peluang tersebut dengan maksimal dengan cara mewujudkan tantangan di masa yang akan datang dengan baik.Keywords: BIPA, Pembelajaran, Pandemi, Tantangan

Abstract

This research aimed to describe humanity and social critics in the lyrics of Iwan Fals’s songs. The research used descriptive qualitative where the data in form of words. The techniques of collecting data were library study.  Furthermore, the techniques of analyzing the data were: identification, selection, data reduction, analyzing, interpretation, performing the data, and conclusion. The result of analyzing and discussion related to social critics dealing with government and human and pain. Based on analyzing result it can be: social critic in government aspect was about the government was still not good, and pain, someone felt pain because of  government on sociopolitical.Keywords: social critic, humanity, songs’ lyrics.

Abstract

This research is a pragmatic study which aims to describe the form and strategy of the speech acts that are dazzling to the Sasak people in Gereneng Village, Sakra Timur District. Data collection uses interview techniques, observation, and is supported by a Test questionnaire Completing the Discourse. Data analysis uses the extralingual equivalent method. The results of the study show that the form of the speech act menyilaq using a one-sentence speech, two-sentence speech, three-sentence speech, and speech in more than three sentences. Meanwhile, the strategy of silence is done in the order of the opening greetings> apologies> introducing oneself> introducing the owner of the title> delivering the contents / message> hope> asking permission to leave> thank you> closing greetings. In responding to speech acts, the community manifests them in the form of receptive speech and speech rejecting. In the speech accepting the promising strategy, while in the speech refusing to use the strategy: thank you> apology> argumentation> message.Keywords: speech acts; menyilaq; Sasak language; pragmatics.

Abstract

Language plays an important role in communication domain. The role of a language would be an impact towards the receiver as the listener. In communication process, language is used as a mean of information exchange among humans. In addition, the language function speech out in different products. It means that there is an inconsistency between the speech and the meaning. This study actually would be discussing on speech implication. Speech implication concept is used to explain the differences appear between what was utterance and what was implicated. The method used in the research was qualitative descriptive. The place where the research conducted was IAIN Surakarta. The data source of the research were the informants; the situation, and the documents. The techniques of data collection were indepth interviewing, observation, and documents analysis. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data was analyzed by using the interactive analysis model. The results of the research were implication which is found on the speech, happen because the disorder of relevance maxim, quantity maxim, quality maxim, and maxim of way. Each implicate has its own certain objective and meaning by its speaker.Keywords: speech; implication; maxim.

Abstract

The research goal was to know the influence of Show and tell method implementation toward speaking skill on 5-6th aged in Xaverius 3 Kindergarten Bandar Lampung. The research was quasi experiment with used design one group pretest-posttest design. The researcher used saturation sampling for 30 students. The collecting data technique used pretest and posttest. The data were analyzed by t-test. Based on t-test calculation, Ha was accepted. T-score pretest and posttest result showed thit = 13.4 and ttabel= 1.69 (thit> ttabel ). Based on the result, there was influence of show and tell toward speaking skill on 5-6th in Xaverius 3 Kindergarten Bandar Lampung.Keywords: Show and tell Method, Speaking Skill.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. The objectives of the research are (a) to know what maxims are violated by students and lecturers of Hamzanwadi University in communicating, (b) explain the implementation of Maksim concept in assessing the honesty of Lecturer and Student  ommunication at Hamzanwadi University. The location of the research was conducted on the campus of Hamzanwadi University with the sample of research were 30 students and 3 lecturers. Data collection is done by using questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics in the form of frequency distribution. The value of honesty data (beginning and end) is analyzed using T-Test type Paired Samples Test, while the data of honesty value using T-Test for each Independent Samples Test. Based on the research results found that the maxim is often violated by lecturers and students PGSD in the verbal stage of the maxim quality and maxim way. Based on the normality test the level of honesty of PGSD Student communication with 0.56 rerate categorized "quite honest" in class A, B da C at the interval of the suspension 0.30-0.70. Based on the questionnaire of honesty of lecturer of MKU BI teaching in PGSD found different level of honesty that is 66,67% elementary lecturer with index score interval of 0,67 which categorized "quite honest", then lecturer HY 80% with index intervalskor 0,80 which is categorized as "honest", and dose NE 73.33% with index score interval score of 0.73 which is "honest" with third rerate of lecturer is 73.33. Implementation of maxim concept of honesty value of communication between lecturers and students of PGSD on learning general course of Indonesia Language (BI) has fulfilled the principle of cooperation maxim with a fair degree of good honesty.Keywords: Implementation, Maxim, Honesty Value, Communication,

Abstract

Kajian intertekstualitas yang ada dalam Romeo Juliet dan Layla Majnun bertujuan untuk mencari dua hal, yaitu: (1) affinity/afinitas (peertalian, kesamaan) dan atau paralelisme serta varian suatu teks satu dengan yang lain; (2) hipogram/pengaruh karya sastra satu kepada karya lain atau pengaruh sastra pada bidang lain dan sebaliknya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat postpositivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada objek yang alamiah. Sedangkan hasil dari penelitian ini ada tujuh persamaan dan diperoleh sebuah hipogram. Persamaan ada dalam tema, alur, fisik perempuan, karakter tokoh laki-laki, persamaan psikologis, gaya bahasa dan amanat. Sednagkan hipogram/ naskah awal yang dibuat adalah Romeo Juliet baru kemudian kisan Layla Majnun.Keywords: Afinitas, Novel , Intertekstualitas, Romeo Juliet

Abstract

This study aims to describe the elements of love in Tere Liye's anthology of the short stories Berjuta Rasanya. The phenomenon that often occurs is the elements of love that only apply to the opposite sex, not in general. However, this research tries to reveal the elements of love in general through the author's depictions of the characters. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study using a literary psychology approach. The data source in this study is the anthology book by Tere Liye published by Mahaka Publishing in 2015. The data used are in the form of sentences and paragraphs. The data collection techniques used in this study were library techniques, reading techniques, and note taking techniques. Data validation was carried out by theoretical triangulation. The results showed that there are eight types of love elements contained in the short story anthology Berjuta Rasanya by Tere Liye, which consists of: passionate love, eros love, altruistic love, sacred love, manic love, maternal love, romantic love, and self-love. Of the eight elements of love, the most dominant in the short story anthology is love mania.

Abstract

The Simalungun tribe has a tradition of carrying out wedding ceremonies. One of the traditions carried out is the hata-hata mambere podah. The problem of this research is how the marriage process of the Simalungun custom, how the hata-hata mambere podah, and how the value contained in the hata-hata mambere podah at the Simalungun traditional wedding ceremony. This study aims to analyze and describe the traditional marriage process of Simalungun, hata-hata mambere podah and the values contained in the hata-hata mambere podah in the process of the marriage of the traditional Simalungun. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach and data was collected using interview methods with recording techniques. The research instrument is the interview guide that is used to interview informants consisting of traditional leaders, residents, brides and residents who have received hata-mambere podah. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the achievement and increase in the independence of literary learning among students through education based learning character responsibility. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the form of classroom action research. The results of the study obtained an increase in the independence of student learning through character education responsibility. This is seen based on the increase in value from the results of analysis of student learning independence observation sheets that have increased. Judging from the learning outcomes of students of the archipelago literature course. The average student learning independence has increased from 63.57% with good categories in the first cycle to 81.34% in the excellent category in  cycle II. So that in the second cycle the percentage of each aspect of independence in the observation results fulfills the indicators of success.Keywords: independence of learning; literary archipelago; responsibility character education,.
