Abstract

The use of management information systems in education is necessary to optimize the information and completeness of an integrated system so that it will run effectively and efficiently. Over time the use of management information systems has developed in accordance with technological developments. This has changed the management of information systems that used to be manual to now digital-based management information systems. Research objectives: 1) Implementation of a website-based management information system in supporting of the digital madrasah program at MTsN 3 Pamekasan; 2) Factors of supporting and inhibiting the website-based management information system in supporting the digital madrasah program at MTsN 3 Pamekasan. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data obtained by semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. While the data sources are from school principals, educators, operators of management information systems, and curriculum assistants. While checking the validity of the data is done by triangulating sources and techniques, extending observations, and observing persistence. The results of this study indicate that first, the implementation of management in supporting the digital madrasah program at MTsN 3 Pamekasan is very effective and simplifies the management of management information systems, especially academic information systems, digital-based learning, digital libraries and evaluation of digital-based learning. Second, the supporting factors are the availability of complete facilities and infrastructure and most of the human resources have good technological capabilities. While the inhibiting factor is soft tissue. The solution is to provide a personal hotspot to keep the system usable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the transformational leadership of school principals on improving the quality of education in MTs kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Sukabumi. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all teachers in MTs in the Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Sukabumi. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. PLS-SEM is a structural equation model to develop or predict an existing theory. The equation model analyzed is the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. Based on calculations using SmartPLS 3.0 software. the results of the study show that the transformational leadership of school principals has an effect on improving the quality of education by 0.417 or 41.7%. The implications of the results of this study indicate that to improve the quality of education, it is effective through increasing indicators or dimensions that are still weak on the transformational leadership variable of school principals from this study, namely the idealized influence dimension (exemplary influence). In this case the researcher recommends that the head of the KKMTS Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Sukabumi should cooperate with the Ministry of Religion of Kabupaten Sukabumi to carry out the madras technical guidance program, in order to improve the professionalism and personality competence of the madarsa head, as well as be a good role model for the madrasah community and the surrounding community. So that school principals are aware that their personal competence can be further improved. The results of testing the hypothesis showed that there was a significant influence between the school principal's transformational leadership on improving the quality of education (t-statistic 4.242 and p values <0.05)

Abstract

A successful and high-quality learning environment requires adequate educational facilities. But the disparities between urban and rural areas frequently impact the standard of facilities in both places. The comparative descriptive study design is used to gather data from direct observations and interviews with the school's head and representatives from the other two relevant institutions. The information gathered covers details about the accessibility of facilities, the state of school buildings, and other learning support facilities. The study's findings indicated that facilities for sports and extracurricular activities are more readily available in urban than rural locations. The city has a state-of-the-art educational facility with practical classrooms, sufficient libraries, and labs. Urban areas also have more reliable and open internet connections. On the other hand, rural schools have physical limitations due to the size of the classrooms and the lack of adequate learning support resources. The availability of educational amenities between urban and rural schools differs significantly, in conclusion. For all kids, regardless of where they are in the world, the infrastructure and technological accessibility issues in rural schools need to be given more consideration. To achieve educational equity throughout the Indonesian area, governments and stakeholders must make improvements and use funds wisely.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is one of the activities in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The Pancasila Student Profile has the hope that graduates will be born with criteria that are characterized and skilled and their abilities are needed in the process of achieving in solidifying the noble values of Pancasila in that person. The hope of this can be achieved through project-based learning activities. This research aims to describe the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at Taruna Nusantara High School Magelang Central Java from planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring and evaluating. Similar research conducted previously presents a general description of the implementation of P5, while this research presents more specific themes raised, namely Bangunlah Jiwa dan Raganya. The author used a qualitative approach to describe the management of P5 at Taruna Nusantara High School. The subjects of this study were the principal, vice principal of education, teachers, and students of Taruna Nusantara High School. Abstract

Sebagai pemimpin, kepala madrasah memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan kinerja guru, terutama dalam memastikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang efektif. Kinerja guru merupakan gambaran sikap, keterampilan, nilai-nilai dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki guru dalam menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawabnya. Untuk dapat melaksanakan tugas utamanya guru diharuskan dapat memahami terlebih dahulu tentang konsep kurikulum dan pembelajaran, Dengan memahami kemampuan tersebut, diharapkan guru dapat mampu menerapkan kurikulum terbaru yaitu kurikulum merdeka belajar dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Jombang, mendeskripsikan kinerja guru pada era merdeka belajar dan mendiskripsikan strategi kepala madrasah dalam optimalisasi kinerja guru pada era merdeka belajar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan teori Miles and Huberman dalam melakukan analisis dan interpretasi data serta menggunakan teknik triangulasi dalam menguji keabsahan data penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kepala madrasah merupakan sosok yang visioner, memimpin dengan gaya demokratis serta partisipatif dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan pengambilan keputusan. Kinerja guru di madrasah sudah dilakukan dengan optimal dengan presentase 96 % sesuai dengan hasil penilaian kinerja guru, serta dilihat dari aspek kinerja guru dalam melakukan perencanaan, melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, penilaian pembelajaran, kemampuan dalam membimbing siswa, dan dalam melaksanakan tugas tambahan. Strategi kepala madrasah dalam mengoptimalisasi kinerja guru pada era merdeka belajar dilakukan melalui, membentuk tim pengembang kurikulum, menggunakan platfrom pusat informasi pelatihan dan pembelajaran (PINTAR), melakukan kegiatan supervisi guru, memberikan pembinaan disiplin, memberikan motivasi dan memberikan penghargaan kepada guru yang berprestasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana manajemen kurikulum berbasis life skill di SLB Negeri Purworejo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum berbasis life skill, yang meliputi: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan jenis-jenis life skill. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri Purworejo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Wakil Kepala bagian Kurikulum, Tim Kurikulum, Kepala Sekolah, dan guru sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif melalui tiga langkah yaitu, reduksi, display, dan verifikasi. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kurikulum berbasis life skill di SLB Negeri Purworejo adalah baik, dilakukan dengan membuat tujuan jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang. Pengorganisasian kurikulum berbasis life skill dilakukan melalui adanya surat keputusan mengajar bagi para guru, serta penyediaan sarana dan prasarana penunjang pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan dilakukan secara baik dengan adanya praktik life skill yang meliputi kecakapan personal, kecakapan komunikasi, kecakapan akademik, dan kecakapan vokasional. Evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan melalui tahap penilaian sikap, penilaian pengetahuan, dan penilaian keterampilan.

Abstract

The background to this research is the enormous technological advances, especially in the fields of information and communication. One of the schools that implements the use of information and communication technology as a means of promotion is Sabilina Islamic Elementary School, Bekasi. This research aims to find out how the promotion management process is based on information and communication technology which includes the planning process, organizing, implementation, promotion, evaluation, and promotion results using information and communication technology at Sabilina Islamic Elementary School. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The object of this research at Sabilina Islamic Elementary School, Bekasi. This research data collection technique uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research show that Sabilina Islamic Elementary School uses several media in its promotion, including social media, Facebook, Instagram, and websites. In the promotion management process, Sabilina Islamic Elementary School implements several stages. First, is promotion planning, which includes determining targets for selecting content and so on. Second, Sabilina Islamic Elementary Schools created special teams for this implementation which have been divided into their respective divisions of work. Third, create content according to a predetermined plan. Fourth, the promotion evaluation process is carried out once a year, namely at the end of each year so that the promotion process can continue to develop well. Fifth, from this research positive results were obtained in the promotion process using information and communication technology at Sabilina Islamic Elementary School. This can be seen from the many positive responses from parents of students and the number of prospective parents of students who interact on social media at Sabilina Islamic Elementary School

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work climate on teacher work stress at SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Medan. This research is survey research which examines the influence of work climate on work stress. The population of this study were teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Medan with a total of 38 teachers. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple statistical regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that work climate has a significant influence on teacher work stress, with an influence size of 12.7% and the rest determined by other circumstances. These findings indicate that work climate is not the only factor that influences teachers' work stress levels, but is an important element that can be improved to reduce stress and improve teacher well-being. Several aspects of work climate that influence work stress include social support, workload, communication, and rewards.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies of lecturer’s competency development at STAI al-Azhary Cianjur, as well as to identify the challenges and solutions encountered in this development process. The issues addressed include budget limitations, time constraints, and monitoring systems that affect the effectiveness of the lecturer’s competency development programs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case study, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document studies. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to provide an in-depth overview of the situation faced. The findings indicate that STAI al-Azhary has implemented various competency development programs, such as training, seminars, and research support, which have significantly enhanced the pedagogical and professional abilities of its faculty members. However, challenges regarding budget and time management remain obstacles that need to be addressed. This research also emphasizes the importance of strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems to assess the effectiveness of the programs that have been implemented, allowing administrators to make necessary adjustments. These findings offer insights for higher education administrators to formulate more effective strategies for lecturer’s competency development, aimed at achieving better quality education in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menemukan model pembelajaran berbasis riset, implementasi pembelajaran berbasis riset dan Mendapatkan gambaran hasil pembelajaran berbasis riset di Manajemen Pendidikan Islam dan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mengunakan metode penelitian pengembangan. Tahapan utama penelitian adalah penemuan model, validasi pakar, ujicoba terbatas, ujicoba meluas, dan penetapan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan salah satu pengembangan pembelajaran ke model pembelajaran berbasis riset adalah pembelajaran dengan langkah-langkah pada kegiatan inti pembelajaran sebagai berikut; (1) memberikan informasi pokok tenang materi yang sedang dipelajari, (2) menunjukkan hasil-hasil penelitian dosen yang berkenaan/bersentuhan dengan materi yang sedang dibahas, (3) membagi mahasiswa dalam kelompok diskusi, (4) memberikan penugasan kepada mahasiswa dalam bentuk diskusi dalam kelompok-kelompok.
