Abstract

Harapan mahasiswa dapat memenuhi kebutuhan belajar dengan meningkatkan penguasaan materi modul secara terstruktur dan teratur, melalui bantuan belajar online dapat terpenuhi. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti, layanan bantuan belajar online Variabel (1) Tutorial online sebagai layanan bantuan belajar online berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, (2) aksesibilitas Tutorial online berpengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa dalam mengakses layanan bantuan belajar online kategori baik dengan koefisien korelasi 0.785. Fitur aplikasi tutorial online, inisiasi materi pokok, forum diskusi, dan tugas. Tutorial online menjadi pilihan utama mahasiswa dalam bantuan belajar online. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa program pendas dan non pendas masa registrasi 2021.2 yang mengikuti tuton di wilayah UPBJJ-UT Makassar dengan mengisi kuesioner online sebanyak sampel 72 mahasiswa terdiri dari 30 mahasiswa non pendas, dan pendas 42 mahasiswa program pendas dan Non pendas, sampel populasi dengan kesempatan yang sama untuk mengisi melalui google forms. Sebelum digunakan dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif layanan tutorial online terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, dan aksesibilitas mahasiswa terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. kepuasan mahasiswa meningkatkan suasana akademik yang inovatif, dan solutif belajar mandiri. layanan bantuan belajar tutorial online, dan aksesibilitas kemudahan mengakses aplikasi layanan tutorial online.

Abstract

Kesiapan menjadi guru muncul oleh karena adanya keyakinan dari diri sendiri dan dikuatkan dengan beberapa faktor pelengkap lain. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk tahu akan pengaruh pengenalan lapangan persekolahan, persepsi terhadap profesi guru, efikasi diri dan kesiapan menjadi guru. Subyek riset ini yakni mahasiswa prodi pendidikan akuntansi UNESA tahun 2018. Riset ini berupa penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitiannya menggunakan metode regresi. Teknik pengumpulan data di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis datanya yaitu uji instrumen berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta pengujian hipotesis berupa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t yang mendapat kan nilai signifikansi variabel PLP sebesar 0,003, persepsi profesi guru sebesar 0,001, efikasi diri sebesar 0,000. Yang berarti secara parsial ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru lantaran memiliki nilai signifikansi <0,05. Berikutnya hasil pengujian f menunjukan nilai signifikansi 0,000, hal itu berarti secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dan sertifikasi terhadap kinerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pertukaran pemimpin-anggota guru SMK swasta di Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian merupakan 20% dari populasi yang terdiri dari 17 sekolah dan 183 guru berdasarkan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian dalam kuesioner menggunakan dimensi dan indikator yang dikembangkan ahli. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan: (1) Terdapat hubungan langsung yang kuat antara kompetensi guru dan leader-member exchange; (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dan leader-member exchange; (3) Terdapat hubungan langsung yang signifikan antara kompetensi guru dengan kinerja guru; (4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru; (5) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara leader-member exchange terhadap kinerja guru; (6) Melalui leader-member exchange terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru; serta (7) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dengan kinerja guru ditinjau dari leader-member exchange. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi dan sertifikasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui leader-member exchange

Abstract

This research aimed to improve students reading comprehension by using narrative text question and answer method. The method that use in this study was question and answer discussion between students and teacher. The application of the study used mixed method research with pre-test, post-test and discussion. The teacher asked students to read a narrative text about Bawang Merah dan Bawang Putih. The research was conducted at SMA Bakti Idhata, located in Jakarta, consist of 40 students in the 10th grade class of X-A. The students’ classification score divided into seven categories, starting from the highest and the lowest: excellent, very good, good, fairly good, fair, poor, and very poor. The students who got the score (excellent: 86-95) was 12 students, but there was no students who got it before. Most of the students got (good: 76-85) which was 20 students, while before that, 16 students got these score. The student who got (fairly good: 66-75) was 7 students, while before it was 16 students which means there was significant different after it conducted the treatment. The students who got (fair: 56-65) before the treatment was 5 students, but now it was nobody. And last, the students who got (poor: 36-55) was only 1 students, while before that, it has 3 students. The value of students who have been taught using question and answer method was higher than the value of students who were not taught using question and answer method. This conclude that using question and answer method were effective in improving students reading comprehension

Abstract

This research departs from the problem of how the initial conditions of learning in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), how to implement the collaborative learning model, how to implement the collaborative learning model through teaching practitioners in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), and how it affectsthe improvement of the quality of learning and the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka curriculum.The research methods used include (1) a Research and Depelopment approach to produce guidelines for the implementation of teaching practitioners in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK) and (2) a descriptive quantitative approach to determine the implementation of teaching practitioners in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), toimprove the quality of learning and the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka curriculum (MBKM). The research respondents involved were lecturers in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), Practitioners from the Industrial and Business World (DUDI), and Students. The results of the study are expected to produce Teaching Practitioner Guidelines in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), because this guideline is very important as a standard operating procedure for the implementation of teaching practitioner activities on campus so as to be able to increase the partnership between the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), with DUDI and the successful implementation of the curriculum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Meanwhile, the results of a descriptive quantitative analysis of the influence of teaching practitioners in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), improving the quality of learning and developing the MBKM curriculum will provide recommendations in the formulation of policies for achieving IKU-4, namely teaching practitioners on campus

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop learning media in the form of a Statistics Module with a Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach. The Statistics module uses the PBL approach, which is an approach that provides support for developing students’ skills in solving problems in statistics courses due to create enjoyable learning and make students more active than lecturers in the class, not lecturer center anymore. The results of the research conducted in this study are PBL-based statistics course modules (mean, median, and mode) which in the future will be used by students of the Informatics Management Study Program – Academy of Computer Sciences Ternate. The advantage of the PBL-based Statistics module that is used as teaching material is that it makes it easier for students to solve problems in statistics courses and make them more interested in learning them. The PBL-based statistical learning module used as a learning medium can be declared feasible to use based on the results of expert validation and the results of small group module trials. Expert validation is carried out by 2 (two) experts with very appropriate, appropriate, adequate, or inadequate assessment categories. All experts (both) assess if 100% of the module is included in the very feasible category. Whereas for small-scale field trials, 75% of respondents stated that the module was in the very feasible category and 25% of respondents said the module was in the feasible category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about implementing the form of research learning activities at Cokroaminoto Palopo University. The type of research used is literature study research related to how research learning activities form concerning the implementation of Independent Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM). The focus of this research consisted of two namely 1) The Design of MBKM in the biology education study program of the Teaching and Education Faculty of Cokroaminoto Palopo University and 2) MBKM Policy at College of Cokroaminoto Palopo University. The MBKM design based on scientific research in the Biology Education study program includes the following: 1) Determination of learning outcomes, 2) Learning activities, 3) Evaluation system and 4) Study load. Cokroaminoto Palopo University is contained in the Handbook for the implementation of MBKM within the scope of Cokroaminoto Palopo University. General policies regarding the implementation of MBKM include 1) Free Student Exchange (PMM), 2) Apprenticeship/work practice based on experiential learning, 3) Teaching assistance in educational units, 4) Humanitarian projects, 5) Entrepreneurial activities, 6) Independent Studies, 7) Thematic Field Work Lecture (KKN-Thematic) is an effort to build villages and 8) research. The resylts of the research is Cokroaminoto Palopo University has developed and implemented a curriculum oriented to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) regulated in Permendikbud RI No. 73 of 2013 concerning the Application of the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework in the Field of Higher Education

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the students’ problems in using Youtube videos as online English learning media during covid-19 pandemic at grade XI of SMK Al-Hasra. The research subject consists of 15 students of XI grade SMK Al-Hasra. The data are collected using qualitative research methods, namely the type of basic interpretive studies where the data are obtained by questionnaire to the student in the Google form. The result of data analysis showed that 73% of the student agree that the use of Youtube video as English Learning media has a problem that is need to fix in order to create the learning activity more excellent. Based on the research result of this study, the use of Youtube as online learning media need some enhancement in order to make online learning using Youtube even more effective.

Abstract

Technology into their teaching as well as how to assist students in making use of resources such as media and the internet to improve their learning of all four skills, particularly teaching and learning English pronunciation. Students are gradually motivated by their personal learning needs, including those that arise from greater mobility and traveling activities, during the initial period of mobile learning. Mobile learning, particularly Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL), has become essential tools in the teaching and learning process as a result of this process. The purpose of this research is to look into junior high school students' perceptions of using a mobile app to learn English pronunciation. This study is an action research project that was carried out in one of Indonesia's Islamic Junior High Schools with first-grade students as participants (a total of 65 students). Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The results revealed that students perceived the use of mobile application in learning pronunciation positive and it can enhanceding the participants’ English pronunciation skills. The data analysis is shown by their positive feedbacks during the action implementation. The findings of this study suggest that various teaching media and tools be used to improve the English language skills of Junior High School students in the future. In this era, teachers are required to understand how to incorporate.

Abstract

Pronunciation is fundamental and includes what anyone who wants to communicate or is in the process of communicating learning English should understand. One way to practice pronunciation is to use YouTube. YouTube is a good audiovisual combination for pronunciation practice because it not only shows recordings or videos, but also provides sound. One of the content creators who explained the pronunciation material was a YouTuber running the English With Lucy channel. This study uses a qualitative method. The study specifically targeted high school students who studied remotely online to practice their pronunciation skills. In collecting the data, this study used several tools: testing and observation. This results of data analysis is in form statements responden. Learning English pronunciation requires hands-on work with the right model, such as a native speaker. So, using YouTube training videos with native speakers as a resource, you can learn English pronunciation very easily.
