Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia dianggap sebagai kunci untuk memaksimalkan kinerja pendidik, dikarenakan dengan perencanaan dan penerapan manajemen sumber daya yang baik maka akan dicapai pula ke-efektivan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMPN 3 Satu Atap Sumberwringin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berbentuk deskripsi dan proses penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia di SMPN 3 Satu Atap Sumberwringin. Sedangkan sumber datanya yaitu didasari data sekunder dan data primer. Peneliti melakukan observasi dengan menggunakan sistem rekam catat untuk memperoleh data, serta juga melakukan wawancara kepada kepala sekolah dan guru. Setelah data terkumpul peneliti melakukan reduksi data dan mengklasifikasikan data berdasarkan jenisnya. Kemudian peneliti melakukan validasi data lalu menginterpretasikannya. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa kepala sekolah di smpn 3 satu atap Sumberwringin telah melakukan beberapa inovasi dalam penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, yaitu 1) perencanaan penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia. 2) analisis peningkatan kinerja guru. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan di smpn 3 satu atap Sumberwringin efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui beberapa strategi yang diterapkan dalam proses penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi lembaga pendidikan lain dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui penerapan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi, strategi rekrutmen dan pengorganisasian sumber daya manusia, serta inovasi dalam penerapan stategi manajemen sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Student is a subject in education who need guidance and guidance to gain knowledge through the educational process, so that they can become better human beings. The quality of students can be seen from the competencies they possess. The school principal as a leader has an important role in developing student competencies. Strategies are needed by school principals to implement educational activities to increase the work productivity of school residents, develop and increase the competence of students so that they become quality graduates. The method used is descriptive qualitative with interactive model data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the principal's strategy at SDI Darussalam Sumberbaru Jember is to increase students' competence by adding activities outside of class hours, namely familiarizing (intensive) reading of English and Arabic vocabulary and arranging words into sentences. This activity is carried out every time before learning in class begins. The next strategy is to give assignments to teachers by forming teams so that they can carry out intensive additional activities optimally, as well as evaluating directly so that they can provide input to the teachers on duty so that the activities run optimally.

Abstract

Disiplin merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan di pondok pesantren untuk membentuk karakter dan kepribadian santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas manajemen kinerja pengurus dalam mendisiplinkan santri di Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Ulum, Tangsil Wetan, Wonosari, Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti mengamati efektivitas manajemen kinerja pengurus dengan mencatat dan merekam aktivitas. Selain itu, peneliti juga melakukan wawancara dengan pengurus Pesantren, Ustadz, Ustadzah, dan Santri di pondok pesantren Mambaul Ulum, Tangsil Wetan, Wonosari, Bondowoso. Setelah data terkumpul, peneliti melakukan reduksi, klasifikasi, validasi, dan pengkodean data berdasarkan jenisnya, lalu menginterpretasikannya. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa manajemen kinerja pengurus cukup efektif. Pengurus menggunakan berbagai strategi, seperti pemberian sanksi yang tegas namun adil, pengawasan yang konsisten, dan pemberian teladan yang baik. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan agar pengurus meningkatkan komunikasi dengan santri dan orang tua, serta memberikan pelatihan manajemen kinerja lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan efektivitas disiplin. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan manajemen pendidikan di pondok pesantren dan menjadi referensi bagi penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Pesantren Sunan Drajat is one of Islamic boarding schools that has commitment to afford the excellent educational programs. Many efforts have been done to meet the aim of successful education, such as providing the good facilities and qualified educators. Qualified educators become one of the essential factors that determines the success of education. Many studies have been conducted to prove the tight correlation between students’ accomplishment and the quality of educators. Therefore, English dormitories, which are provided by pesantren Sunan Drajat to facilitate the students who wants to improve their English skill, have strong effort to provide the good qualified English tutors to attain the great students’ achievements. This current study aims to investigate how English dormitories of Sunan Drajat manage the human resource in order to improve the quality of their English tutors through their upgrading programs. Qualitative research methodology through observation, interview and documentation was employed to obtain the whole data about how upgrading programs run. This study resulted that upgrading program is kind of teacher training program which is chosen to improve the quality of human resource in English language dormitories of pesantren Sunan Drajat. That program contains of some useful activities such as training to make innovative and interesting English lesson planning, learning English materials handled by one English expert to upgrade the English skill of tutors, preparing teaching media, microteaching, and teaching evaluation. Overall, the challenges are still found during implementing upgrading program, namely lack of tutors’ awareness and motivation to improve the quality of themselves.

Abstract

Human resource development (HRD) in education is crucial, particularly for teachers, making it essential to enhance workplace happiness. This study aims to investigate the impact of organizational climate and positive thinking on teachers' happiness at work in Islamic Vocational School “X” in Banyumas, Central Java. The sample consisted of 107 teachers from SMK Islam “X” in Banyumas, Central Java, selected through simple random sampling. Data collection instruments included organizational climate scale, positive thinking scale, and happiness at work scale. Data analysis involved multiple linear regression techniques. The results indicate a significant influence of organizational climate on happiness at work (t = 9.121; p = 0.54 < 0.05) and a significant impact of positive thinking on happiness at work (t = 9.231; p = 0.159 < 0.05). Simultaneous analysis revealed an F score of 60.258; sig. (p) = 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that organizational climate and positive thinking play a crucial role in determining teachers' happiness at work.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is a development target in the national education sector and is an integral part of efforts to improve the quality of Indonesian people as a whole. One of the government's solutions to improving the quality of education is to create a financing management policy. This research aims to describe the relationship between financing management policies and quality improvement in Madrasas at MTsN 1 and MTsN 3 Garut. The approach used in this research is quantitative, descriptive method of correlational analysis. Data collection in this research was obtained through a questionnaire with Likert scale data measurements. The respondents of this research were 33 teaching and education staff at MTsN 1 and MTsN 3 Garut. Based on the research results, it shows the relationship between financing management policies and improving the quality of madrasas based on a correlation test, there is a significant correlation between the financing management policy variable (X) and the variable improving the quality of madrasas (Y), this is due to the significance value of Sig. (2- tailed) 0.01 < 0.05. Based on rcount (Peiarson correlation) it is known that the relationship between the two variables is 0.432 > rtabeil 0.344, Peiarson correlation has a positive value, so the correlation between variables is positive with the criteria for a relationship that is large enough or strong enough. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination are equal to 0.386, which means that the contribution of financing management policy (X) to the variable of increasing the quality of madrasas (Y) is equal to 38.6%. Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how public relations management is at State Senior High School 2 Tambang. This type of research uses qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques are obtained through participant observation, in-depth individual interviews and documentation studies. Researchers conduct data analysis by reducing previously obtained data, then presenting the data and drawing conclusions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green hiring, green training, and green compensation, as well as the mediating role of green performance management system on innovative work behaviour of education personnel and educators at Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya (UWKS). This study is a causal study with a quantitative approach. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to 225 education personnel and educators, which were then analyzed using SEM PLS. The results of the study prove that green hiring, green training, and green compensation have a significant positive effect on the innovative work behaviour of educational staff and educators at UWKS. green performance management system also has a mediating role in the influence of green hiring, green training, and green compensation on innovative work behaviour.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has become a strategic agenda to improve the quality and accessibility of learning in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the policy of Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel Regulation No. 7607/B.B1/HK.03/2023, which focuses on technology-based performance management for teachers and school principals, and its implications for learning quality. The research employs the Literature Review method with data retrieved from Lens.org. The findings reveal that the policy provides a transparent and accountable framework; however, its implementation faces several challenges, such as gaps in technological infrastructure and digital literacy in remote areas. The policy's impact is more pronounced in urban areas with better access to technology compared to rural regions. This study recommends enhancing infrastructure, digital literacy training, and sustainable technical support to ensure the success of digital transformation in education. With inclusive and sustainable implementation, this policy has significant potential to improve educators' professionalism and learning quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi Optimalisasi Pelaksanaan Program Adiwiyata dalam meningkatkan budaya sekolah berwawasan lingkungan di SMA N 1 Sungai Penuh. Program Adiwiyata dirancang untuk menanamkan kesadaran lingkungan pada siswa dan warga sekolah, namun masih menghadapi kendala seperti kurang optimalnya integrasi kurikulum lingkungan, keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung, serta perilaku siswa dan tanggung jawab lingkunganStudi ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus, dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dengan subjek penelitiannya ketua Adiwiyata dan beberapa guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun SMA N 1 Sungai Penuh telah mengadopsi kebijakan lingkungan, melibatkan siswa dalam kegiatan partisipatif, peran guru dan warga sekolah, namun integrasi materi lingkungan ke dalam kurikulum formal belum sepenuhnya optimal, fasilitas pendukung masih belum tersedia sesuai standar program dan juga perilaku siswa dan tanggung jawab lingkungan. Pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata belum menunjukkan kemajuan dalam kebijakan lingkungan, namun membutuhkan peningkatan lebih lanjut pada aspek integrasi kurikulum formal, penyediaan fasilitas ramah lingkungan, serta perilaku siswa dan tanggung jawab lingkungan. Optimalisasi program ini penting Untuk membangun budaya sekolah yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Kata kunci: Optimalisasi; Program Adiwiyata; Budaya Sekolah; Lingkungan.
