Abstract

Bullying, which is usually called bullying, is an anti-social behavior carried out by individuals by providing treatment in the form of actions or words to other people (victims) to gain self-satisfaction, as well as having a negative impact on the victim's physical and psychological state. Bullying is included in psychological violence, because bullying indirectly affects the mentality of the person being bullied. Bullying is a conscious, deliberate activity, and aims to carry out threats of further aggression, and create terror based on an imbalance of power, the intention to injure, threats of further aggression, terror, which can occur if bullying increases without stopping. Bullying is an aggressive behavior of a negative nature towards a person or group of people which is carried out repeatedly and deliberately to hurt other people, both physically and mentally due to the abuse of an imbalance of power. A person can be said to be a victim of bullying if he or she is treated negatively over a period of time, once or repeatedly, often or becomes a pattern by one or more people. Negative here means intentionally causing injury or discomfort through physical contact, through words or in other ways. If you are not experiencing bullying, but are a bystander, it is important to still try to help stop the action. to help stop or overcome bullying.

Abstract

This study aims to explain adult education in the Quran at surah al-An’am verses 74-75. This research is a qualitative research based on the tahlili method. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The method of tahlili is used by the procedure of explaining the relationship of the verse which will be interpreted by the previous paragraph or after it or with the previous or subsequent surah; explain asbab nuzul; analyzing vocabulary; explain the meaning contained in each verses; and draw a conclusion. These verses illustrate the interaction between Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) and his father, as well as his journey toward certainty through contemplation and divine demonstration. The analysis reveals that Prophet Ibrahim’s approach reflects key characteristics of adult learning, such as intrinsic motivation, a focus on real-life experiences, and a learning process that is both emotional and intellectual. Two prominent learning methods identified are the method of admonition and questioning, used to raise awareness, and the method of demonstration, used to strengthen conviction. These findings offer valuable insights into the development of Islamic learning approaches grounded in revealed knowledge, especially in adult education, emphasizing experience, internalization, and learner autonomy.

Abstract

When ethics are combined with communication, then ethics become the foundation of communication, ethics provide a moral foundation in building morality towards all attitudes and behaviors of a person in communication. Thus, without ethics communication is unethical. Communication theory according to Islamic teachings is always bound to the commands and prohibitions of Allah SWT or the Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Basically, religion as a rule and as behavior is a message (information) to citizens to behave in accordance with God's commands and prohibitions. In other words, communication according to religious teachings greatly glorifies ethics which are accompanied by sanctions in the afterlife. The Qur'an also mentions communication as one of human nature. To find out how humans should communicate. The Qur'an provides keywords (key concepts) related to this. Communicators and communicants are required to speak softly, honestly, according to the facts, leave a mark on the heart, accurately and prioritize morals. When this concept is used by both parties, then appreciation and respect from both parties will be apparent and the effect will produce effective communication and in accordance with the teachings of Islam. This is based on the assumptions, namely: First; that Islamic educational communication has a different dimension from educational communication in general. Second; The Qur'an itself believes that there are core values and principles in educational communication that need and must be developed so that teachers can use them as a reference in learning. Where teachers as communicators and students as communicants must practice these ethics in communicating. The rules, principles, or ethics of Islamic communication are a form of success in the learning process, therefore ethics in educational communication in Islam are considered capable of bridging problems, especially moral education.

Abstract

The politics of corruption in Indonesia has become an electoral culture for personal and group interests that makes people miserable. Indonesia itself is ranked 110th out of 180 countries in the world for corruption cases, so serious efforts are needed to prevent corrupt practices. The article uses qualitative research using the Maudu'i method by connecting verses from the Koran related to the topic of corruption. Primary data is the Koran, while secondary data comes from journal articles, web data and news related to corruption. This article explains the definition of corruption in the Koran and the urgency of corruption which clearly endangers the state, especially the role of the state in the welfare of the people. The verses of the Koran clearly provide instructions and prohibitions on corrupt practices which are prohibited in Islam. Islam itself explains that corrupt practices have existed since the time of the Prophet as described in the verses of the Koran. This article offers efforts to prevent corruption, including protecting the people by providing a sense of security, enforcing the law fairly, character revolution, increasing human resources through religious education.

Abstract

Sejarah perkembangan Islam mencakup tiga periode utama yang membentang sepanjang waktu, yakni periode klasik, periode pertengahan, dan periode modern. Dengan memahami sejarah dan tantangan dalam periode modern, umat Islam dapat terus menggali potensi pembaharuan dalam rangka menjawab kebutuhan dan realitas zaman Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah studi kepustakaan, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memperoleh informasi deskriptif. Dengan memahami sejarah dan tantangan dalam periode modern, umat Islam dapat terus menggali potensi pembaharuan dalam rangka menjawab kebutuhan dan realitas zaman.  Sejarah perjuangan kemerdekaan mengajarkan umat Islam tentang pentingnya persatuan, ketahanan, dan semangat perjuangan. Dengan mengenang masa lalu, umat Islam dapat memetik pelajaran berharga untuk membentuk masa depan yang lebih cerah dan penuh harapan.

Abstract

Children with intellectual disabilities who have limitations and deficiencies in terms of intelligence also have the right to receive education. One of the education provided to children with intellectual disabilities is in the form of a special self-development program with the aim of fostering children's independence. Moderate intellectual disabilities have limitations in the ability to care for themselves, take care of themselves, help themselves, life skills, etc. The research method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach research method, while the data collection process in this study uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This research was conducted on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 08.00 to 12.00 WIB. The location of the research was carried out at the SLB-E Negeri Pembina, North Sumatra Province, precisely in class XI-1C. The learning strategy for ABK with intellectual disabilities is of course we choose a learning strategy that suits them, because ABK with intellectual disabilities must carry out learning with an individual approach if now using the independent curriculum, actually ABK with intellectual disabilities have been independent learning for a long time. The direct introduction learning strategy for children with special needs and mental retardation is quite effective and can be used as an alternative for children with special needs and mental retardation in carrying out their learning activities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the application of Islamic educational philosophy in the Islamic education curriculum today. The emergence of problems in the world of education, looking at the role of Islamic educational philosophy in providing a comprehensive reference picture that can help in achieving the desired educational goals such as in the independent curriculum. This research is a literature study, namely collecting comprehensive references including original studies. The results of this research are that the aim of education in the Qur'an is to grow and develop devotion to Allah SWT, develop an attitude and spirit that always worships Allah, develop and cultivate good morals and serve oneself to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam memegang peran penting dalam membentuk karakter individu dan menjaga stabilitas sosial, terutama dalam menghadapi ancaman radikalisasi. Radikalisasi sering kali dipicu oleh pemahaman agama yang salah atau distorsi terhadap ajaran Islam, yang berpotensi merusak kedamaian sosial. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan agama Islam diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk mencegah penyebaran radikalisme, khususnya di kalangan pelajar. Peran guru agama sangat penting dalam membimbing siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan bijak dalam menyikapi perbedaan. Pendekatan yang lebih holistik ini juga melibatkan kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat untuk memperkuat pesan-pesan perdamaian. Dengan upaya bersama, pendidikan agama Islam dapat menjadi sarana efektif untuk menanggulangi radikalisasi dan membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas dalam ilmu agama, tetapi juga mampu menjaga kerukunan dan kedamaian di tengah masyarakat yang pluralistik.
