<![CDATA[This research explores the implementation of servant leadership as a strategy to overcome the problem of unconstructive classroom culture in the university environment. In the context of Islamic education, the importance of creating a learning culture that is balanced between intellectual, spiritual, and moral aspects is the main foundation. Support from the literature on constructivism and previous research shows that a constructive classroom culture has a positive impact on academic achievement, critical thinking skills, and the development of ethical values in Islamic education. Servant leadership, as a proposed solution, emphasizes service as the main approach, with leaders focusing on listening and responding to the needs of their class members. This research will explain in depth how the application of servant leadership by the Class Leader can form constructive classroom conditions at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang. Through qualitative methods with observation and in-depth interviews. The findings are expected to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between servant leadership and constructive classroom culture, with the potential to provide a basis for policy development or decisions related to leadership principles in creating positive and inclusive classroom conditions]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by technological developments and educational institutions must further improve their human resource management. Human Resource Management plays an important role in improving the quality of institutional education, especially Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN). Researchers used descriptive qualitative methodology and the type of research was a case study in the field. To optimize the results, the researchers collected data through observations, interviews, and analysis of relevant documents. The research findings show that human resource management plays an important role in MAN 1 Pariaman City. This is evident from the significant beneficial effects resulting from its implementation. In addition, human resource management at MAN 1 Kota Pariaman is conducted through the application of various management functions, including planning, procurement, construction and development, promotion and transfer, dismissal, compensation, and staff evaluation. MAN 1 Pariaman City implements many strategies to improve human resource productivity. These strategies include providing continuous training and development programs, offering incentives and rewards, and ensuring proper construction and monitoring.]]>

<![CDATA[This study focuses on integrating Islamic Values among Students through Islamic Education Learning. The research method employed is literature review (library research), involving the analysis of conceptual information as well as qualitative and quantitative data from previously published scholarly articles. The role of the researcher is crucial in analyzing the discussed subject matter. Based on the results and discussions concerning the integration of Islamic values in Islamic Education learning, several main objectives are sought. These include strengthening students' understanding of Islamic teachings and their application in daily life and fostering character development based on Islamic values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and social care. Additionally, the integration aims to enhance students' spiritual and moral capabilities to practice Islamic teachings effectively. It encourages them to apply Islamic values in various aspects of life including school, family, and society. Educational institutions need effective strategies to ensure the robust integration of Islamic values among students and address challenges that may arise during this process.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to explore the challenges faced by Islamic education in the context of an ever-changing contemporary society. By highlighting the transition from tradition towards the future, this article identifies the main obstacles encountered by the Islamic education system and explores innovative efforts to overcome these challenges. The research method employs a qualitative approach, specifically library research, to analyze various relevant literature sources. The discussion results show that Islamic education faces various issues, ranging from conceptual-theoretical to operational-practical aspects. However, by integrating traditional values with modern advancements, Islamic education can remain relevant and make a significant contribution to shaping a generation that is strong in faith and ready to face the dynamics of changing times. The utilization of technology in learning, the development of ethics and empathy through character education, and the integration of Islamic values in a contemporary context are some practical efforts identified as innovative solutions. The main contribution of this article is the emphasis on the importance of renewing Islamic education to remain relevant in addressing the social, technological, and value changes in contemporary society.]]>

<![CDATA[The attitudes of today's students have experienced a decline in free association morals such as not respecting teachers and treating them as if they were their friends. Procedures and ethics in seeking knowledge must be applied so as not to damage the world of education. The book Adabul Alim Muta'allim is a guide for overcoming this problem. This research focuses on learning the Book of Adabul Alim Muta'allim using qualitative research methods using data processing techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The moral values implemented at the Miftahun Najah Islamic Boarding School are sincerity, exemplary, and discipline of students implementing the rules at the Islamic boarding school plays a very important role in instilling morals in students that have been ingrained from an early age. In every process of implementing learning there are inhibiting and supporting factors, the supporting factors are the example of the students, the background of the students in terms of religion and economics, the leadership of the Kyai in the Islamic boarding school which is not under the auspices of the institution, and advice. The inhibiting factors are that educators use monotonous learning methods such as reading books and explaining the contents of the book, students who cannot control their egos or desires, and schools whose environment is dominated by students outside Islamic boarding schools.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of the National Curriculum character education program has not achieved maximum results, because the value of religious manners has been eroded by the growing influence of technology, culture, and the times, we can see this in today's students who have not been able to apply the values of polite culture both in the application of speech, dress and behavior patterns, while manners are the main staple of the Islamic generation before studying science. The adab-based character education program can restore the character of Indonesian students who have noble morals by upholding polite culture. This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the Implementation of Adab-Based Character Education Management at Khoiru Ummah Integrated Islamic Primary School. This research uses a Qualitative approach. Data sources were obtained from the Principal, Vice Principal of Curriculum, Vice Principal of Student Affairs, Vice Principal of Islamic Personal Development, Student Guardians, and Students of SDIT Khoiru Ummah. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation studies, and data analysis using Milles and Huberman models. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of adab-based character education management at SDIT Khoiru Ummah through a program strategy based on the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) in the BPI Islamic Personal Development program, by instilling ukhrowi values in every learning process and extracurricular activities through management patterns of Planning, Actuating and Controlling as an effective implementation of adab-based character education management]]>

<![CDATA[Secularism in Islamic education has become an issue that has received increasing attention in the context of education in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the impact of secularism in Islamic education at MTs Darut Tauhid Ngablak Bojonegoro. This research is based on the need to understand how secularism views affect the Islamic education process in the institution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implications of secularism on student development and daily activities at MTs Darut Tauhid. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies supported by a literature review. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study show that the view of secularism in Islamic education in MTs Darut Tauhid has caused inadequacy in supervision and control over student activities, as well as affecting the interaction between students physically. The implications of these findings highlight the need for reforms in the epistemology of Islamic education based on spiritual values, monotheism, and scientific character from an Islamic perspective.]]>

<![CDATA[The Industrial Period 5.0 is predicted to have the potential to benefit from the rapid expansion of the use of digital technology. However, some challenges must be faced with the emergence of changes in demographic and social aspects and demands for the application of environmentally friendly technologies. While Generation Alpha is a child born from the millennial generation. The term was put forward by Mark McCrindle through Business Insider Magazine. Generation Alpha (2011 – 2025) is most familiar with digital technology and is claimed to be the smartest generation of the previous generation. Generation Alpha is the most familiar with the internet of all time. The digital era has brought many changes in various aspects of human life, including in Islamic education. This paper aims to describe the role of the alpha generation in Islamic education in the digital era. The type of method in this research is qualitative and descriptive research with question and answer methods and discussions with children totaling 10 people in Kolong Village and conducted on June 19, 2023, aged 5-11 years. The results of this study indicate that children aged 5 to 11 years of the alpha generation obtained religious activities carried out during the development of digital technology as follows uploading videos of religious broadcasts and memorizing videos on short video platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, participating in online-based religious competitions such as Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur`an (MTQ) and Musabaqah Hifzhul Qur`an (MHQ) competitions which are held via zoom or upload works via google drive, help explain their peers if there are questions in social media groups related to material that has been taught by the chaplain when there are friends who do not understand, participate in online tausyiyah held by an Islamic boarding school and actively ask questions in a question and answer session related to the latest problems of the Islamic religion, and access material related to Islamic religious learning through trusted sources]]>

<![CDATA[Discipline is an important thing in the education process, so this research aims to explore how a Santri organization can form Santri awareness in carrying out discipline to be able to carry out all activities regularly. Santri discipline awareness cannot just grow, but needs to be habituated, it is hoped that Santri organizations can encourage members to grow organizational awareness to be able to help run education well. This research uses qualitative research with a description method where data is obtained from interviews with the head of the Santri organization, the organization's supervisory council, and several Santri as members which we then describe using The result is that the Santri organization has a role in increasing the awareness of Santri discipline by interacting directly with members in carrying out the discipline that has been stipulated in the Tengko which is read as a reference for the regulations that must be obeyed by all Santri in the course of carrying out existing programs as a basic basis and being guided directly by the organizational supervisory council (MPO) with the supervision of the leadership and director.]]>

<![CDATA[The quality of primary and secondary education in Indonesia remains relatively low due to minimal service standards and widespread corruption in the education sector. To improve school quality, regular evaluation programs such as audits are necessary. Therefore, the objective of this literature review is to understand the role of audits in enhancing accountability and transparency in the use of BOS funds in educational institutions. This research method employs a systematic literature review using the PRISMA technique, focusing on research articles published from 2014 to 2024, totaling 8 articles. Based on the literature review, it is concluded that audits implemented to promote accountability and transparency have a positive impact on the management of BOS funds. Factors supporting the role of audits in accountability and transparency include: (1) stakeholder participation in BOS fund management, and (2) clarity of regulations in BOS fund management. Conversely, factors hindering this role include lack of human resource competence and insufficient media coverage. Therefore, it is hoped that these audits will enhance service quality in educational institutions through improved accountability and transparency in BOS fund management.]]>
