Abstract

Penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan inklusi ekonomi dan keuangan dengan memberikan akses yang lebih mudah, efisien, dan terjangkau terhadap layanan keuangan dan ekonomi bagi mereka yang sebelumnya terpinggirkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dapat digunakan untuk memberikan layanan keuangan yang lebih inklusif kepada mereka yang kurang terlayani, serta untuk menganalisis dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat secara keseluruhan khususnya kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif.,melibatkan studi kasus dan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot dan asisten virtual memberikan dampak siginifikan terhadap pelayanan dan kepuasaan pengguna, serta memberikan kepercayaan dalam pengambilan keputusan sehingga dapat meningkatkan inklusi ekonomi dan keuangan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the tourism potential of Perintis Lake and develop it as a sustainable tourism destination smart tourism. In addition, this research was conducted to analyze and evaluate the need for technology and innovation in the management of Lake Perintis-based tourist destinations smart tourism. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive methods. This research uses primary and secondary data sources. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, FGD and documentation. The research results show that the Perintis Lake tourist area has the potential to be developed into a superior and sustainable tourist destination. This can be realized by implementing three main components smart tourism ie smart experience, smart business ecosystem And smart destination integrated through implementation smart tourism technology like informativeness, accessibility, interactivity, as well as personalization in its management. From all components smart tourism and smart tourism technology, has not been fully implemented in the management of the Perintis Lake tourist destination. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate the provision of more adequate ICT infrastructure in its development.

Abstract

Philosophy, science, knowledge, and administrative science are interrelated concepts and are the basis for the development of public administration science. This relationship reflects how philosophical foundations influence the development of science in general and public administration in particular. In this context, philosophy provides an epistemological, ontological, and axiological foundation for science. Science, as a result of the development of philosophy, uses a systematic approach to understanding phenomena in the universe. Knowledge, as a product of human interaction with the environment, becomes the raw material for science. Meanwhile, the science of public administration, which is in the realm of applied social sciences, integrates philosophical and knowledge approaches to understand and solve problems of government and public service. In this context, the development of a philosophy of public administration that is oriented towards universal values, such as justice, efficiency, and accountability, becomes very important. This will not only strengthen the theoretical foundation of public administration science, but also increase its relevance and effectiveness in facing practical challenges in society. Thus, a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between philosophy, science, knowledge, administrative science, and the philosophy of public administration is not only relevant for the development of this science, but also for the improvement of the quality of public policy and governance as a whole.This research emphasizes the relationship between philosophy, science, knowledge, administrative science, and the philosophy of public administration science has significant relevance in answering contemporary challenges. In an era characterized by rapid change, a philosophy-rooted approach allows public administration to remain relevant, responsive, and oriented to the interests of society. By integrating philosophical, empirical, and practical approaches, public administration science can contribute to the creation of fair, efficient, and inclusive policies, thereby improving the quality of people's lives in the midst of the complexity of the modern world.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the description of the implementation of regulation number 7 of 2020 concerning regional taxes in Gorontalo North Regency. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach and literature study. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation related to this research. Evaluation of entertainment tax revenue in Gorontalo North Regency until the end of 2020 proves that the percentage of achievement is still low. So it is considered not to meet the planning targets of the Gorontalo North Regency Government. Realization and budget are not comparable. because the object and number of points are clear. Achievement of Regional Original Income from this sector can be achieved. So by optimizing entertainment tax collection it is hoped that it can increase Gorontalo North Regency's Original Income. This research was chosen because it aims to present systematic, factual and accurate data about facts in the field. By using this type of research, you can explore facts about the implementation of Gorontalo Regency Regulation Number 7 of 2020 concerning Regional Taxes. The results of the research show that the implementation of Gorontalo North Regency Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2020 concerning Regional Taxes has gone well but has not been optimal. The benchmarks for determining the success of implementing Gorontalo North Regency Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2020 concerning Regional Taxes are through communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is a part of management that focuses on establishing the quality of the workforce. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to human resources in a company or agency, including looking at workload, work conflict, and compensation in order to create comfort for the workforce to achieve high work commitment. This research aims to see how much influence workload, work conflict, and compensation have on work commitment of Maitreyawira School teachers in Palembang. This research uses quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data obtained was processed using Smart PLS 3.2.9. Workload indicators are working conditions, working time, and work targets, while work conflict indicators are differences, dependency, friction, and communication styles. The compensation indicators are direct financial compensation, indirect financial compensation, non-financial compensation related to work, and non-financial compensation related to the environment. The work commitment variable itself has indicators of affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment. The research results show that workload has a negative and significant effect, work conflict has a negative and significant effect, and compensation has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the human resource planning framework, organizational culture, organizational structure, and HR management practices at PT WES, a petroleum retail company operating in Indonesia. The research methodology employed includes documentation analysis, direct observation, and indepth interviews with senior management and operational staff of the company. The findings indicate that PT WES has successfully developed a meticulously structured HR planning framework, encompassing workforce needs identification, employee development, performance management, and career development. Additionally, the company fosters an adaptive organizational culture, empowering employees to innovate and contribute proactively to the achievement of organizational goals. The simple yet effective organizational structure facilitates communication and coordination among business units, while meticulous HR management practices such as selective recruitment, personalized training, and fair reward systems enhance employee performance. Thus, the conclusion of this research is that PT WES has successfully implemented a holistic and values-oriented HR management strategy to support the long-term growth and success of the company in the petroleum retail industry.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the policy of handling stunting by the Palu City Government in realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to find out what factors hinder the Palu City government in handling stunting. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach and is descriptive, qualitative research is a research method used to research on natural object conditions, as opposed to experiments, where the researcher is the key instrument. Qualitative research aims to obtain a complete picture of a matter according to the human views studied. Qualitative research deals with ideas, perceptions, opinions or beliefs of the people studied and all of them cannot be measured by numbers. The results showed that the Palu City Government to carry out stunting handling activities in realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) divided into 2 actions, namely prevention and control. Preventive actions taken by the Palu City Government are providing education to pregnant women and toddlers regarding the importance of fulfilling nutrition, as well as providing blood or hemoglobin supplements to pregnant women. Population control is also one of the preventive measures taken by the Palu City Government in handling stunting. While in countermeasures, in addition to providing additional food, the government of Palu City conducted training for pregnant women and toddlers.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of work culture and work ethic on employee performance. Several causes affect employee performance, such as performance culture and work ethic. The high number of employee resignations in the Fastener department of PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk indicates a problem in performance. The study was conducted using a quantitative method. The population was 120 employees of the fastener department. With the Slovin formula, a sample of 93 was obtained. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, Data selection was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods, T tests, F tests and determination coefficients through the SPSS Version 26 application. The results of the study illustrate that the variables of work culture and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The output of the determination test illustrates the influence of work culture and work ethic on performance by 40%. The existence of a study can be understood that the better the work culture implemented by the company and the better the employee work ethic, the higher the level of employee performance in business.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategic role of the front office in creating a positive guest experience at Griya Persada Bandungan Hotel. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation, involving hotel guests and front office staff as key informants. The findings reveal that initial interactions between guests and front office staff significantly influence the overall guest experience. Factors such as friendliness, prompt response to requests, and the ability to handle complaints are crucial elements that determine guest satisfaction. However, challenges in maintaining service consistency were identified due to a lack of training and increased workload during peak times. Nonetheless, the emotional aspects of the service, such as proactive behavior and interpersonal warmth, play a major role in building guest loyalty. This study concludes that improving front office service quality, including better training for staff, is essential to enhance guest experiences and increase long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of worklife balance and job stress on turnover intention among generation Z workers in Malang City. This research uses quantitative methods in order to evaluate the relevance of each variable. The population chosen in this study is generation Z workers who have entered working age, namely ages 15-27 years. In determining the sample size, the researcher used the slovin formula, the results of the slovin formula calculation obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire. analysis tools using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) The results of the analysis of this study indicate that worklife balance and job stress simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention in generation Z workers in Malang City. Partially worklife balance has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. While work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
