Abstract

This research have purpose to describe critical thinking abilities fifth grade students at SD N Ngajaran Rembang through the implementation CLIS learning model with help KOBELA media. Researchers used mixed research methods with Sequential Explanatory approach. The research subjects consisted of thirty-two class V students at SDN Ngajaran Rembang. The instruments used include questionnaires, interviews, student responses, and written tests. The results research show teachers tend conduct lectures they do not utilize existing learning methods and media, especially in science content, material is seeing through light, hearing through sound. Teachers have not innovated using learning media increases students' ability think critically. This makes students less interested in conventional media which material for seeing because light and hearing because of sound. It can concluded fifth grade students at SDN Ngajaran need innovative learning models and media strengthen teaching and learning process of seeing, light, hearing and sound support the learning process.

Abstract

One of the factors supporting student learning outcomes is related to their self-confidence. By applying reality approach counseling with the WDEP technique, it is a form of intervention that focuses on finding solutions to solve problems. The aim of this research is to measure the level of success in the implementation of the WDEP Technique Reality Approach Group Counseling Service to Increase Students' Self Confidence. This research uses a classroom action research method with 8 subjects. The research was carried out through 2 cycles. The tool used is an observation tool to measure students' self-confidence. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by describing the facts collected and presenting them in the form of descriptions. The result of this research is that there is an increase in self-confidence in students after being provided with group counseling services using the WDEP technique reality approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Cara untuk memperoleh data penenelitian yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala madrasah, guru kelas 6 dan siswa kelas 6. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan observasi yang diperdalam. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah penerapan terdiri perencanaan dengan membentuk tim fasilitator projek profil dengan menentukan seorang koordinator projek profil, Guru kelas merencanakan P5 dalam beberapa tahapan. Pelaksanaan P5 yaitu diawali dengan guru mengajak peserta didik melihat situasi nyata yang terjadi di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Misalnya memberi pertanyaan tentang alur pengolahan sampah. Kemudian dari modul tersebut peserta didik secara berkelompok menyimak alur kegiatan projek. Setelah itu mereka melakukan kegiatan projek sebagaimana yang telah ditentukan. Setelah kegiatan projek selesai, guru bersama peserta didik melakukan refleksi. Asesmen/evaluasi P5 yaitu menggunakan portofolio dan alatnya menggunakan rubrik. Dalam perancangan rubrik utama projek, rumusan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan fase peserta didik dimasukkan ke dalam kategori mulai dan sedang berkembang, sementara rumusan fase setelahnya dimasukkan ke dalam kategori sangat berkembang. Ada dua asesmen dalam P5 yaitu asesmen formatif dan asesmen sumatif. Manfaat P5 terhadap Soft skill Siswa di MI Miftahul Ulum bajur waru pamekasan, yaitu: 1) beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia, 2) mandiri, 3) bergotong-royong, 4) berkebinekaan global, 5) bernalar kritis, dan 6) kreatif. Kelima: Faktor pendukung dalam plaksanaan P5 yaitu Guru adalah orang berpengaruh dan aktif dalam pelaksanaan P5, dan dukungan dari orang tua antusias dalam mendukung program madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply Jean Piaget's cognitive learning theory and its implications for Javanese language learning in Javanese script material in accordance with the level of thinking of elementary school-age children. This research is a type of quantitative research through a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study through tests, interviews with teachers, observations, and questionnaires to find out information related to student problems in learning Javanese characters. The problem was found that students had difficulty in reading and writing Javanese characters which stemmed from factors; (1) the difficulty of the Javanese script form which is difficult to distinguish between one letter and several other letters, (2) the non-use of Javanese characters in daily reading and writing activities today, (3) the use of Javanese script learning media that is not appropriate. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the cognitive development of children at the concrete operational age stage (7-12 years) in learning Javanese language Javanese script material in elementary schools is adjusted to the age stage, which begins in grade III SD by learning the initial Javanese script (legena script). This is in accordance with the implementation of Jean Piaget's learning theory. It refers to how people grow, adjust, and change over the course of their lives through physical development, personality development, socioemotional development, cognition (thinking) development, and language development.   In addition to the level of understanding, the models and methods and treatments used also vary. The results of this research can be the basis for teachers to teach so that learning becomes more effective, efficient, and on target. Moreover, to realize the achievement of national education goals

Abstract

 Media pembelajaran merupakan suatu sarana/alat bantu pendidik untuk menyampaikan pesan ataupun informasi agar dapat diterima dengan baik dan menarik oleh peserta didik. Bolnet singkatan dari bola Planet adalah alat bantu  yang digunakan oleh pendidik untuk memberikan materi planet tata surya kepada peserta didik.  Media pembelajaran bolnet dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk lebih aktif dan berlatih menyampaikan informasi kepada kelompok lain dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian eksperimen, yaitu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan percobaan. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang dipilih oleh peneliti adalah sampel total/sensus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan instrument tes. Variabel Independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran (X). Variabel Dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil Kognitif (Y). Hasil dari penelitian ini pada kelas eksperimen yang mendapatkan perlakuan dengan media pembelajaran Bolnet memperoleh hasil nilai gain sebesar 0,71 yang dikategorikan tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian perlakuan pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran bolnet dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap siswa dalam memecahkan masalah IPA pada materi sistem tata surya. Berdasarkan uji t-tes diperoleh  sebesar  sementara  dengan deviasi bebas (db) N – 1 = 15 – 1= 14 dan taraf signifikansi ,05% diperoleh  sebesar 2,145. Maka ()  (2,145). Sehingga (Ha) dapat diterima, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran bolnet berpengaruh terhadap hasil  belajar IPA  pada siswa kelas VI SDN Jembulwunut Kecamatan unung Wungkal Kabupaten Pati.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of emotional intelligence and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in social studies. The research method used is quantitative research. The design in this study is correlation research, by looking at the existing variables, namely the correlation of two independent variables, namely emotional intelligence and student learning motivation and one dependent variable, namely student learning outcomes. Furthermore, the description as an illustration of the research design is to find out the perspective or a frame of reference and view a theory proposed in the research of hypothesis testing and to find out whether or not there is an influence between variables. The data collection technique used in this study was a planned interview with student respondents in the research area. While data that cannot be collected by interview, this study also uses observation techniques. The results of the study showed that the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence and learning motivation simultaneously (at the same time) on social studies learning outcomes can be seen from the results of the determination coefficient, which is 0.726. Thus, the magnitude of emotional intelligence and learning motivation simultaneously on social studies learning outcomes in elementary schools in Cluster 2, Pegasing District is 72.6%. However, for further research, it is recommended to expand the research object.

Abstract

Self-regulated learning can be explained as a state of learners actively and organized involved in monitoring and regulating cognition and behavior during the learning process, which affects the achievement of learning goals. Self-regulated learning ability is essential for students to achieve optimal academic performance. The research used was a survey using quantitative methods involving 103 prospective mathematics teachers. Data were collected using the self-regulated learning scale developed by Purdie et al. which identified ten dimensions of self-regulated learning, namely self-evaluation, organizing and transforming, goal setting and planning, seeking information, keeping records and monitoring, environmental structuring, self-consequences, rehearsing and memorizing, seeking social assistance and reviewing records. The results of this study indicate that prospective mathematics teachers have moderate self-regulated learning. This research is used as a basis for efforts to improve self-regulated learning in the scope of Guidance and Counseling.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between work motivation and teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Suruh, Semarang Regency. The type used in this research is correlational research. The sampling technique used in this research is technique total sampling  by taking as many as 30 teachers according to the population. The data in this study were taken using a scale technique with 4 alternative answers. The data obtained will then be analyzed using correlation techniques kendall’s tau-b with the help of programs IBM Statistics SPSS 25. The results showed that a correlation coefficient of 0.587** was obtained and a significance value of 0.000 (0.01). These results indicate that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Suruh, Semarang Regency.

Abstract

The history of the issue 57% students unable to reached KKM score caused by the low understanding and motivation of students towards learning Natural Sciences (IPA). This study's goal to outline the cognitive system thinking of ecosystem material through the PBL model in grade V SD. Location of the research was SD Negeri Rogomulyo 01. There were 21 students involved in this study as research subjects. Techniques for gathering data included observations and interviews. One method of gathering data is by administering an exam to students in grade V. Both quantitative and qualitative analysis was the method of data analysis employed. The findings demonstrated: (1) problem orientation; (2) student organization; (3) directing investigations; (4) creating and presenting data; and (5) analysis and evaluation. The average student activity increased from 43% (cycle I) to 98% (cycle II) from the initial condition, potentially improving student learning outcomes. Students' cognitive capacities regarding ecosystems material through the problem Based Learning learning model are in in keeping with the phases of cognitive reasoning.

Abstract

Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional adalah suatu pendekatan kepemimpinan yang fokus pada pengembangan dan pemberdayaan bawahan melalui inspirasi, motivasi, dan peningkatan kesadaran akan tujuan bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Sengkang. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen penelitian, dan analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif/statistik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terbagi atas analisis deskriptif dan Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Sementara untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional di SMP Negeri 1 Sengkang dinilai cukup baik, dengan nilai rata-rata 178,41, menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tersebut memberikan dorongan dan keterlibatan yang memadai terhadap guru-guru di sekolah. Analisis regresi linier sederhana menegaskan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Sengkang.
