Education, which cannot be separated from every human being, is an important thing that must be considered. In Indonesia, there are places or educational institutions that can be used as a source of achieving an education. One of the educational institutions in Indonesia is an Islamic boarding school. Pondok Pesantren, an Islamic educational institution, is often called an Arabic language laboratory because the use of Arabic in the boarding school environment is extreme. The researcher intends to examine the effect of the background of Islamic boarding school graduates on their motivation to learn Arabic. Researchers use descriptive qualitative methods in collecting data dan analyzing it. In addition, researchers also conducted literature studies as additional data or supporting data in this study. The results obtained in this study indicate a significant influence of education in Islamic boarding schools on motivation to learn Arabic.

Allah made the Arabic language a large part of the service of the Holy Quran, and the miracles of the Quran are a (balaghi) and (bayani). This research focuses on one of the sections for the bayan, which is the tashbih in the Holy Quran linked to charity, and there are three verses, 261, 265 and 264 of surah Al-baqara. All these verses use the (uslub tashbih) of a similar type the (tashbih mursal), considering the mention of its (adah tashbih), and they are by the representative analogy (tashbih at-tamtsili), in consideration of the wajhu shibhi. They are also included in the (tashbih mujmal); therefore, the wajhu shibhi is not mentioned directly. This method greatly affects the souls because it depicts the greatness of the reward of charity and its impact in this life and the Hereafter in the best way, and it transfers souls from a moral world to a material world. This raises a person's interest in charity and drives him to fulfill it because he has found in his mind an image of what he will get out of his charity.

Through this research, the researcher tries to identify the contents of Listening skills in the Arabic textbook “Durusu al-lughah al-Arabiyah,” which applies 2013 curriculum (KMA 183, 2019) for first-grade students of Islamic senior high schools, printed in 2020. This study was conducted by qualitative research and employed the “descriptive analysis technique.” The population of this study is the Arabic textbook “Durusu al-lughah al-Arabiyah,” which applies the 2013 curriculum for first-grade students of Islamic senior high schools. The data collection procedures include: making a checklist, analyzing the textbook content, coding, tabulating data, and concluding. The result of the research found that both listening skills material in the textbook “Durusu al-lughah al-Arabiyah” which applies the 2013 curriculum for first-grade students of Islamic senior high schools, is good material according to Abd al-Rahman ibn Ibrahim al-Fauzan in his book “Idla’at li Mu’alimi al-lughah al-Arabiyah li Ghairi Nathiqin Biha.” However, the Content Listening subject in the textbook “Durusu al-lughah al-Arabiyah” are relevant to the curriculum of 2013 (KMA 183, 2019) in Arabic subject for the first class in the Islamic senior high school.

Language is a means of communication that humans use to communicate with each other both orally and through text. A translation process is needed so that the listener or reader can understand the intent of the speaker or writer. This research aims to explain the use of reduction techniques in translating Arabic imperative sentences and Arabic nominal sentences into Indonesian by analyzing in terms of I’rab, syntax function and syntax category, as well as the pattern used in translation. This research can add insight to the reader and person who wants to be a translator (Arabic language into the Indonesian language) by giving a detailed explanation regarding reduction techniques and their use in imperative and nominal sentences. The method used, namely qualitative descriptive with a case study from some Arabic sentences that changed the form of reduced syntax functions when translated into the Indonesian language. Through this research, it is known that the reduction technique for solving the Arabic language into the Indonesian language needs to use because of the existence of the second person pronoun (the person being spoken/dhamir mukhatab) no need to mention in Indonesian imperative sentences. The same goes for nominal sentences; reduction technique is used based on the assumption that a syntactic function in Arabic as the source language is not always required in Indonesian as the receiving language.

An essential role in a country is held by education in creating quality human resources. Learning resources are essential in education. Learning resources are utilized by students in the learning process by providing facilities separately. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between learning resources and interest in learning Arabic because the data needed is in the form of numbers. This study is a simple correlation study using primary data sources. The variables in this study, Likert scale questionnaires, were used. Knowing the interest in learning has extensively impacted students because someone will be interested in doing something he has. So that learning resources and learning interests are related to each other in supporting the success of the learning process.

Strategies in mufradat learning at the MTs level play an important role in supporting learning success. This study aims to determine the process of applying Joyful Learning based on Ice Breaking in mufradat learning at MTs El-Jasmeen and the student's responses. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The primary data sources of this research are the results of observations, interviews, and documentation of teachers and students. In addition, research will be supported by secondary data sources in the form of scientific articles or books related to the discussion. Data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, and documentation. All collected data were analyzed in four stages: collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion. For the validity of the data, the researcher triangulated the data at the end of the study. The results of this study are (1) In mufradat learning, Joyful Learning is carried out by incorporating ice-breaking and using existing technology. 2) The response of all students is good, and they feel happy with the existing learning.

This qualitative study used CIPP model to assess Arabic language learning for Class VIII at MTsN 5 Jombang. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The research respondents consisted of 3 Arabic teachers and 29 students of Class VIII-F, including 15 boys and 14 girls. Analysis of the findings including contextual, input, process and product dimensions. The results show that Arabic learning is enhanced by a supportive environment, good infrastructure, and cultural elements with rich Islamic cultural heritage. The program is supported by a balanced curriculum and well-equipped facilities. However, the curriculum must be updated following the latest national curriculum, Emancipated Curriculum, and teachers must be trained to remain relevant. Constant supervision is required to improve the quality of teaching and student engagement. The results of the evaluation showed that 80% of students met the minimum competency standards. However, more interactive teaching for speaking skills need improvement.

A suffix is an affix added to the end of a basic form. In Arabic, the suffix is known as al-lawãhiq. The suffix or al-lawãhiq is one of the most minor elements of a language unit with meaning. Thus, the suffix or al-lawãhiq can be referred to as a morphem. The suffix or al-lawãhiq has various meanings according to its form. Therefore, this study aims to uncover the forms of suffixes on adjectives contained in surah al-Nisã’ and uncover their meanings. To reveal this, this research uses theories related to morphemes as a foundation for solving research problems. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that the suffix form of the adjective contained in surah al-Nisã’ there are five forms, namely al-Wãw and al-Nûn or al-Yã’ and al-Nûn, al-Alif and al-Nûn or al-Yã’ and al-Nûn, al-Tanwîn, Ta al-Marbuthah + Tanwîn, and the last one al-Alif and al-Tã’ + Tanwîn. The morphological meaning of the suffixes is single, dual, and plural numbers (JAMA); types are masculine and feminine; Clarity is indefinite.

In the Arabic Education curriculum, the Qiraah Naqdiyah course is about Mafhumul Maqru. Therefore, related to understanding the meaning of reading, it cannot be separated from semantic meaning (Dalalah). This research aims to determine the correlation between understanding Dalalah and Qiraah Naqdiyah courses. This research method is a Quantitative method with a correlative study approach and uses the Pearson correlation test. The data collection techniques are through questionnaires and tests. The object of this research is PBA UHAMKA Jakarta Students. The data used are the results of the Dalalah Science and Qiraah Naqdiyah tests. This research indicates that the correlation between grades in the Dalalah and the Qiraah courses, both from class A and class B, could be more robust. The synergy between Dalalah science courses as an approach to supporting Qiraah Naqdiyyah courses needs to be improved so that the achievement of Qiraah Naqdiyyah can be optimal.

Each language has its characteristics, such as Indonesian and Arabic. Learning a language, especially a second language, must have difficulties. Contrastive analysis is a solution for language learners facing language learning difficulties. The problems are experienced in various forms, such as sentence structure. This study aims to analyze the sentence structure of Indonesian and Arabic in the work of Habiburrahman El Shirazy with the contraceptive analysis survey. The research method uses qualitative descriptive methods. The data analysis technique uses James' theory through the stages of description and comparison. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results are obtained, namely that there are similarities and differences in the structure of sentences in Indonesian and Arabic, which are then used as a solution to make it easier to learn a second language.
