Abstract

Sebuah penelitian yang mengembangkan analisa metode Location Quitient terhadap laju pertumbuhan PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) menurut lapangan usaha di Kota Tangerang Selatan, sebuah kajian tentang kaitannya terhadap Ekonomi Regional. Location Quitient digunakan untuk membandingkan bagian tertentu dari lapangan kerja dibandingkan dengan nilai-tambah utk sektor/basis yang serupa pada tingkat yg lebih tinggi, yaitu Nasional. Arah analisa pada sudut sektor unggulan yang berperan besar dalam perkembangan perekonomian wilayah yang dijadikan obyek penelitian dengan kriteria meliputi adnya pertumbuhan ekonomi yg tinggi, adanya penyerapan thd tenaga kerja yg cukup besar, adanya keterhubungan sesama sektor, serta timbulnya penciptaan nilai tambah yang tinggi. Fokus dari penelitian dimaksudkan untuk melakukan analisis thd lajunya per tumbuhan PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) menurut lapangan usaha di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Dimana dari 9 (sembilan) sektor yang menurut data statistik, yaitu (1) sektor industri pertanian, sektor industri ternak, sektor pengelolaan hutan dan sektor industriperikanan; (2) sektor-kepertambangan dan sektor galian; (3) basis industri pengolahan; (4) basis kelistrikan, basis gas, dan basis penyediaan air bersih; (5) basis civil dan konstruksi; (6) basis keperdagangan, basis perhotelan dan basis restoran; (7) basis pengangkutan dan basis perkomunikasian; (8) basis finance, basis persewaan dan basis jasa perusahaan, serta (9) basis jasa lainnya perlu di buat strategi peningkatan daya saing dengan daerah lain. Strategi yang bisa dikembangkan dapat berbasis pd keberunggulan kompetitif didaerah yg dilaksanakan melalui penguatan model sistem inovasi didaerah (“S.I.D.a”) dan strategi inovasi berbasis komoditas unggulan melalui kebijakan “One Village One Product” (OVOP).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job demand, quality of work life (QWL), dan perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap work engagement karyawan airlines business career di seluruh Indonesia, dengan self determination sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara daring kepada karyawan airlines business career di seluruh Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang terkumpul dan valid untuk dianalisis adalah 100. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Analisis jalur digunakan untuk menguji peran self determination sebagai mediator antara job demand, QWL, dan POS terhadap work engagement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job demand dan QWL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, tetapi POS tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement. Lebih lanjut, self determination terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa self determination tidak memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara job demand, QWL, dan POS terhadap work engagement. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai p untuk pengaruh tidak langsung yang tidak signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the magnitude of the influence between learning readiness on student learning achievement; (2) to determine the magnitude of the influence between Student Activeness on student learning achievement; (3) to determine the magnitude of the influence between Learning Readiness and Student Activeness on student learning achievement. The study has a quantitative approach, with an association methodology. The population in this study were all students of class XII TKRO SMK Sasmita Jaya 2 totaling 54 students with a simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 42 students. Data were collected by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The research instruments were in the form of a learning readiness questionnaire sheet, a student antipathy questionnaire sheet, and documentation of student learning achievement. Data were analyzed through inferential statistics in the form of simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the study were (1) the influence of the learning readiness variable on learning achievement was 0.126 or 12.6% 2) the influence of the student activeness variable on learning achievement was 0.040 or 4%; 3) The influence of the variables of learning readiness and student activity simultaneously on learning achievement is 0.141 or 14.1% and the remaining 85.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this project work is to develop flipbook interactive learning media in the subject of creative products and entrepreneurship in class XI. This project work uses the Research and Development (R&D) method, with the development model in this project work research ADDIE. The subjects of this project work include material experts, media experts, linguists. The subjects of the small-scale trial were 5 participants and 25 students of the field trial of class XI TKJ 1 SMK Pustek Serpong. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observası and dokumentası. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the development of flipbook interactive learning media in the subject of creative products and entrepreneurship in class XI is suitable for learning activities for students of class XI TKJ 1 SMK Pustek Serpong. The conclusion was drawn based on the results of the validation of material experts with 4.08, linguists with 4.2, media experts with a score of 5 and the average final assessment score of 4.42 with the category of very suitable for use.

Abstract

The$ purpose$ of this study was to e$xam$ine$ the$ e$ffe$ct of digital lite$racy, e$ntre$pre$ne$urship le$arning, and e$ntre$pre$ne$urial inte$re$st. The$ re$se$arch de$sign use$d was quantitative$ re$se$arch, with the$ population of this re$se$arch be$ing stude$nt of the$ e$conom$ic e$ducation study program$ STKIP PGRI Lum$ajang. The$ sam$pling te$chnique$ use$d was the$ sim$ple$ random$ sam$pling m$e$thod. The$ data colle$ction m$e$thod use$d a que$stionnaire$. The$ data analysis m$e$thod use$d was re$gre$ssion analysis with hypothe$sis te$sting (t-te$st and F-te$st). From$ the$ re$sults of the$ study, it is known that the$ re$sults of the$ de$scriptive$ analysis show that the$ le$ve$l of Digital Lite$racy is in the$ high cate$gory, the$ E$ntre$pre$ne$urship Course$ is in the$ ve$ry high cate$gory, and the$ inte$re$st in e$ntre$pre$ne$urship is in the$ high cate$gory. Base$d on the$ re$sults of hypothe$sis te$sting, both partial and sim$ultane$ous, it is e$vide$nt that digital lite$racy and e$ntre$pre$ne$urship le$arning have$ a positive$ im$pact on stude$nts' inte$re$st in e$ntre$pre$ne$urship. Sugge$stions that can be$ im$ple$m$e$nte$d include$ e$ncouraging le$cture$rs to e$nhance$ the$ir digital lite$racy and unive$rsitie$s to im$prove$ e$ntre$pre$ne$urship le$arning that supports the$ e$ducational proce$ss, the$re$by m$axim$izing stude$nts' inte$re$st in e$ntre$pre$ne$urship afte$r com$ple$ting the$ir studie$s.

Abstract

The current development of information technology requires learning to adapt to these developments. This study aims to determine 1) the use of Augmented Reality (AR) in facilitating students' learning styles, and 2) the impact of using AR in learning. Literature studies were used in this study to analyze 14 articles. The data sources for this study were research articles relevant to the research topic. The results of the study show: 1) the use of AR media in learning can support various student learning styles. 2) The impact of using AR in learning is that it can improve understanding of the material and learning experience, increase student comfort, and increase student activity and learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of content marketing and price discounts on the TikTok application on impulsive buying behavior among students of the Economics Education Study Program at Universitas Bhinneka PGRI Tulungagung. Impulsive buying among students has increased along with the growth of digital technology and the rise of online shopping through social media, especially TikTok Shop. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 166 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both content marketing and price discounts significantly influence impulsive buying behavior. Simultaneously, these variables also have a significant effect on students' impulsive purchases. These findings indicate that digital marketing strategies through social media strongly impact unplanned purchasing decisions, particularly among younger consumers. As TikTok becomes an increasingly popular marketing platform, understanding how content and pricing strategies influence consumer behavior is essential for businesses. Therefore, creative and social media-based marketing efforts can be key to attracting attention and driving impulsive buying behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of learning discipline and school environment on the academic performance of Grade XI students in the Economics subject at SMK Islam Al Fajar. A quantitative approach with an associative method was employed. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and documentation, involving 86 students randomly selected from a total population of 110. The data analysis comprised prerequisite tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation) along with simple and multiple linear regression analyses. The findings reveal that: (1) Learning discipline significantly affects academic performance by 0.98%; (2) The school environment has a significant influence of 13.4% on academic performance; and (3) Both variables together contribute 50.5% to academic achievement. Therefore, strengthening students’ learning discipline and improving the quality of the school environment are strategic measures to enhance academic success.

Abstract

The research will examine the economy of Banten Province and identify the strongest industries from 2021 to 2023 by using a method called the Location Quotient (LQ). Through this investigation, the study aims to make understanding Banten's economy easier and highlight which industries are essential for boosting economic growth in the region. Banten Province has a lot of economic possibilities because it sits on the western part of Java Island and is right next to DKI Jakarta, which is the main economic and government center of Indonesia. Being close to DKI Jakarta gives Banten Province benefits such as access to a large market, good transportation, and the chance to connect economically with nearby areas. The study that employed the Location Quotient (LQ) approach revealed that the major sectors in Banten Province include Manufacturing, Supply of  Electricity,  Water  and Gas, Recycling  and Waste Disposal, Transportation  Storage, Real Estate, Educational, Health, and Social Support Services” This suggests that these sectors are performing more effectively in Banten than in other parts contribute significantly to the regional economy. This study also suggests that the Banten Province Government should put more money into these important sectors. Additionally, the government needs to work on improving roads and skilled workers in these fields, so they can be more competitive and efficient. Moreover, the study recommends that the Banten Province Government should also focus on growing other sectors such as agriculture and trade to enhance their impact on the regional economy. This way, the aim is for the economy of Banten Province to develop in a more balanced and sustainable manner by taking advantage of the various existing sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the digital literacy level of lecturers in the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Pamulang. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive survey approach. From 52 active lecturers, a sample of 47 was determined using the Slovin formula (5% margin of error) through proportional random sampling. The instrument was a digital literacy questionnaire covering six aspects: information and data, digital communication and collaboration, digital content creation, digital security and ethics, digital problem-solving, and digital professional engagement. Data were collected through online questionnaires, observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that lecturers’ digital literacy was in the high category (average score 3.70–4.66). The highest scores were found in digital tool usage and online communication, while the lowest were in advanced information literacy, digital ethics, and certain technical problem-solving skills. The study recommends continuous training to strengthen information literacy, digital ethics, and reflective skills, accompanied by qualitative evaluations to better understand differences in individual abilities.
