Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد نتائج التعلم لمهارات الاستماع لدى الطلاب قبل وبعد استخدام Kahoot!، وكذلك تقييم مدى فعالية استخدام Kahoot! حول مهارات الاستماع لدى طلاب الصف السابع بالمدرسة الثانوية محمدية الإسلامية سوليت أير سولوك سومطرى الغربية. يستخدم البحث تصميم بحث شبه تجريبي مع تصميم مجموعة ضابطة غير متكافئة. يتم تحديد نجاح الاختبار من خلال التقييمات القبلية والبعدية للاختبار. تكشف نتائج البحث أنه في الاختبار القبلي، حقق ما يقرب من 10% من الطلاب درجة قيمة المعيار الحد الأدنى ، بينما بعد استخدام Kahoot!، ارتفع هذا العدد إلى 76% أو أعلى، محققًا أو متجاوزًا درجة قيمة المعيار الحد الأدنى. يوضح هذا أن مهارات الاستماع لدى الطلاب تتحسن عند استخدام Kahoot! من خلال اختبار الفرضيات، تم تحديد مستوى الأهمية (Sig 2 tailed) ليكون 0.00، وهو أقل من 0.05. وبناء على ذلك، تم قبول فرضية هو، مما يشير إلى تأثير كبير لكاهوت! حول مهارات الاستماع لدى طلاب الصف السابع بالمدرسة الثانوية محمدية الإسلامية سوليت أير سولوك سومطرى الغربية. Abstract This research aims to determine the learning outcomes of students' listening skills before and after using Kahoot!, as well as to assess the effectiveness of using Kahoot! on the listening skills of class VII students at Muhammadiyah Islamic Middle School, Hard Air, Solok, West Sumatra. The research utilizes a quasi-experimental research design with a non-equivalent control group design. The success of the test is determined through pre-test and post-test evaluations. The research findings reveal that, in the pre-test, approximately 10% of students achieved the KKM score, whereas after using Kahoot!, this number increased to 76% or higher, meeting or surpassing the KKM score. This demonstrates that students' listening skills improve when utilizing Kahoot! Through hypothesis testing, the significance level (Sig 2 tailed) was determined to be 0.00, which is lower than 0.05. Accordingly, Ho's hypothesis is accepted, indicating a significant influence of Kahoot! on the listening skills of class VII students at Muhammadiyah Islamic Middle School, Hard Air, Solok, West Sumatra.

Abstract

كان الهدف من البحث هو تحديد قدرات الطلاب في مهارات التحدث قبل استخدام نماذج لعب الأدوار وقياس تأثير استخدام نماذج لعب الأدوار على مهارات التحدث لدى الطلاب في المدرسة الحكومية 1 بادنج. طريقة البحث هذه هي بحث كمي من النوع شبه التجريبي حيث تستخدم أدوات جمع البيانات الاختبارات وتحليل البيانات يستخدم اختبارات T. تتكون مصادر البيانات من مديري المدارس والطلاب. وتكونت مواضيع الاختبار من الطلاب. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن مهارات التحدث لدى الطلاب قبل استخدام نموذج لعب الأدوار في المدرسة الحكومية 1 بادنج. يمكن رؤيتها من الاختبار القبلي في الفصل الضابط الذي يعني 59.41 بتقدير ضعيف، وفي الفصل التجريبي المعنى هو 56.28 بتقدير ضعيف. يظهر تأثير استخدام تمثيل الأدوار على مهارات التحدث في في المدرسة الحكومية 1 بادنج إيجابيًا ومعنويًا حيث بلغ متوسط ​​درجة الاختبار البعدي في الفصل التجريبي 90,8 بدرجة جيدة ومتوسط ​​درجة الاختبار البعدي في الفصل الضابط 86,5 بقيمة جيدة. يمكن رؤية هذا البيان من نتائج اختبار الفرضيات باستخدام اختبار t ب independen sample t-test بقيمة sig 2-tailed0،000الأصغر من 0،05، يتم فالفرضية Ha مقبولة والفرضية Ho مردودة. لذلك استنتجت الباحثة أن استخدام نموذج لعب الأدوار يؤثر على مهارة الكلام لطلبة الفصل العاشر في المدرسة العالية الحكومية 1 بادانج. Abstract The aim of the research was to determine students' abilities in speaking skills before using role-playing models and to measure the effect of using role-playing models on students' speaking skills at SMA Negeri 1 Padang. This research method is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design, where data collection tools use tests and data analysis uses T-tests. Data sources consist of school principals and students. The test subjects consisted of students. The research results show that the students' speaking skills before using the role-playing model at SMA Negeri 1 Padang can be seen from the pre-test in the control class, which mean 59.41 with a weak estimate, and in the experimental class, the mean is 56.28 with a weak estimate. The influence of the use of role-playing on speaking skills at SMA Negeri 1 Padang shows a positive and significant effect, with the average post-test score in the experimental class averaging 90.8, indicating a good score, and the post-test score in the control class averaging 86.5, also with a good value. This statement can be observed from the results of hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample t-test, with a two-tailed significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. The Ha hypothesis is accepted, and the Ho hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

أما أهداف البحث هو لتحليل الاحتياجات المعلم والطلاب في الوسيلة التعليمية التفاعلية ، لتصميم الوسيلة التعليمية التفاعلية على أساس التفكير النقدي لطلاب قـسم تعلـيم اللغة العربية جامعة إمام بونجول الإسلامية الحكومية ببادانج. وأما المدخل في هذا البحث فهو المدخل التطويري. وأما في طريقة البحث التطويري توجد عدد نموذج. والنموذج المستعمل في هذا البحث هو لدي 4د. وطريقة جمع البيانات المستخدمة هي الاستبانة. أما نتيجة البحث فهي أن درجة احتياجات المعلم إلى الوسيلة التعليمية التفاعلية 95 %. واحتياجات الطلاب إلى الوسيلة التعليمية التفاعلية تصل إلى 44،90 %. وأما تصميم الوسيلة التعليمية التفاعلية يتكون على جمع المواد وكتابة المواد على الورق وتحول كتابة المواد إلى الصوت على منصة وصناعة الفيديوا التعليمية على التطبيق Plotagon وكتابة شبكة التدريبات وصناعة التدريبات على منصة Wordwall وتصميم الوسيلة على منصة Padlet. Abstract The research aims to analyze the needs of lecturers and students for interactive learning media, and to design interactive learning media based on higher -order thinking skills for students majoring in Arabic Language Education at Imam Bonjol State Islamic University, Padang. The research method used is research and development. There are several models for development research methods. The model used in this research is 4D. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and were analyzed by statistical calculations. The research results show that the level of teachers' need for interactive education methods is 95%. Students' need for interactive educational facilities reached 90.44%. The process of designing interactive learning media includes collecting teaching materials collected from semester learning plans, writing learning materials in Word, converting written teaching materials into sound using the platform text-to-speech platform, making videos of learning materials using the Plotagon application, makcreating exercises to measure student abilities using the platform Wordwall, and designing interactive learning media on the Padlet platform.

Abstract

Arabic learning has many methods that teacher can use in delivering material to students well. One of them is by using the takrir method. Madrasah Aliyah PPMI Assalaam Sukoharjo is a school that applies using Arabic in its daily activities. However, there are some students who think that Arabic is a difficult subject to learn. Therefore, as one of the efforts of the language section teacher requires the application of good methods in learning Arabic, the solution is to use the takrir method in the application of tazwidul mufradat activities. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach involving data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the takrir method in improving the ability to memorize mufradat (vocabulary) Tazwidul mufradat activities and their supporting and inhibiting factors. The results of this study explain that the takrir method has proven effective in improving the memorization ability of mufradat (vocabulary) students of MA PPMI Assalaam. The achievement of students can be seen from the course of Tazwidul Mufrodat activities can be seen from the course of activities. The supporting factors of this method are efficient timing, strong memorization and fluency of Arabic pronunciation. The inhibiting factors are boredom, limited understanding, and limited evaluation.

Abstract

A song is a communication tool that combines musical instruments with language designed to elicit an emotional response from the soul, evoking moods such as joy, sadness, love, and anger. Foreign lyrics are often difficult to understand by listeners who do not understand the language, which hinders the understanding of the meaning and message conveyed by the author. The objective of this research is to conduct an analysis on the significance of Humood Alkhudher's Lughat Al-'Alam by employing Peirce's semiotic approach. Qualitative methods, specifically content analysis, will be utilized to examine the signs within the song's lyrics, employing Peirce's trichotomy as the analytical framework. The research findings indicate that the verses in these lyrics exemplify a comprehensive comprehension of the numerous privileges bestowed upon mothers in various facets of life, including their manifestation of tenderness, provision of safety, and bestowal of irreplaceable kindness. The use of language and symbols in the lyrics reflects the emotional relationship between a mother and child as well as the diversity of "mother" calls from various cultures as a symbol of respect and affection. The researcher's findings underscore the importance of appreciating the role of a mother and the message of love and warmth contained in the lyrics of Lughat Al-’Aalam. Abstrak Lagu merupakan alat komunikasi yang menggabungkan instrumen musik dengan bahasa yang dirancang untuk menimbulkan respon emosional jiwa, membangkitkan suasana hati seperti kegembiraan, kesedihan, cinta, dan kemarahan. Lirik berbahasa asing seringkali sulit dipahami oleh pendengar yang tidak mengerti bahasa tersebut sehingga menghambat pemahaman makna dan pesan yang disampaikan penulis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis makna dari Lughat Al-‘Alam karya Humood Alkhudher dengan pendekatan semiotik Pierce. Metode kualitatif dengan konten analisis digunakan untuk menganalisis tanda-tanda dalam lirik lagu ini dengan pisau analisis dari trikotomi Pierce. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bait-bait dalam lirik ini memperlihatkan pemahaman tentang keistimewaan seorang ibu dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan seperti kelembutan, keselamatan, dan kebaikan yang tidak tergantikan. Penggunaan bahasa dan simbol dalam lirik mencerminkan hubungan emosional antara seorang ibu dan anak serta keragaman panggilan “ibu” dari berbagai budaya sebagai simbol nilai penghormatan dan kasih sayang. Temuan peneliti menggarisbawahi pentingnya menghargai peran seorang ibu dan pesan cinta dan kehangatan yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu Lughat Al-’Aalam.

Abstract

The complex system and characteristics of the hijaiyah letters make it difficult for non-native speakers to pronounce the letters. In addition, the differences in the phonological system of Indonesian and Arabic, including differences in phonemes between the two, have the potential to cause interference. This research aims to analyze and determine interference in the form of errors in pronunciation of Arabic phonemes by native Javanese speakers, word shifts, changes in word meanings, and loss of word meanings. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The research data comes from the reading results of two samples collected using listening and recording techniques, and the data is analyzed using the Praat application. The results of this research indicate that both samples made errors in the form of replacing one phoneme with another phoneme; the error in the pronunciation of the phoneme /ħ/ which causes the change in the pronunciation of the word حَسَدَ [ħasad] to هَسَدَ [hasad], the phoneme /ʕ/ which causes the change in the pronunciation of the word اَعُوْذُ [aʕu:ðu] to اَءُوْذُ [aʔu: ðu] and the phoneme /q/ which causes change in the pronunciation of the word فَلَقِ [falaq] to فَلَكِ [falak], meanwhile the two samples made no mistakes in pronouncing the phoneme /ʃ/ so there was no change in word or meaning in the word شَرِّ [ʃar.ri]. It is hoped that this research can become a source of Arabic language knowledge for Arabic language learners and the general public so that they know how important it is to pronounce Arabic phonemes well and correctly because it influences the meaning of the words being pronounced. Abstrak Kompleksnya sistem serta karakteristik huruf hijaiyah menjadi kesulitan tersendiri untuk para non penutur asli dalam melafalkan huruf-hurufnya. Selain itu, perbedaan sistem fonologi bahasa Indonesia dengan bahasa Arab, termasuk perbedaan fonem di antara keduanya, berpotensi menyebabkan interferensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui interferensi yang berbentuk kesalahan pelafalan fonem bahasa Arab oleh penutur asli bahasa Jawa, pergeseran kata, perubahan makna kata, serta hilangnya makna kata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif. Data penelitian bersumber dari hasil bacaan dua sampel yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik simak dan rekam, dan data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Praat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua sampel melakukan kesalahan berupa penggantian fonem yang satu dengan fonem yang lain; kesalahan pelafalan fonem /ħ/ yang menyebabkan perubahan pelafalan kata حَسَدَ [ħasad] menjadi هَسَدَ [hasad], fonem /ʕ/ yang menyebabkan perubahan pelafalan kata اَعُوْذُ [aʕu:ðu] menjadi اَءُوْذُ [aʔu:ðu] dan fonem /q/ yang menyebabkan perubahan pelafalan kata فَلَقِ [falaq] menjadi فَلَكِ [falak], sementara itu kedua sampel tidak melakukan kesalahan dalam melafalkan fonem /ʃ/ sehingga tidak ada penggantian kata ataupun makna pada kata شَرِّ [ʃar.ri]. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu sumber pengetahuan bahasa Arab bagi para pembelajar bahasa Arab maupun masyarakat umum sehingga mereka mengtahui betapa pentingnya melafalkan fonem Arab dengan baik dan benar kareba hal itu memengaruhi makna kata yang dilafalkan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the meaning of Taqdim wa Ta’khir in the Al-Qur'an, specifically in juz 27, through linguistic analysis. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive method with text analysis. The data is derived from the verses in juz 27 that contain the concept of Taqdim wa Ta’khir, which are then analyzed to comprehend the implications of their meaning. The data collection techniques consist of literature study and analysis using content analysis methods, focusing on sentence structure and the meaning resulting from changes in word order. The research findings demonstrate that Taqdim wa Ta’khir not only influences sentence structure but also emphasizes or prioritizes the concepts being conveyed. This research offers novel insights into the comprehension of the Al-Qur'an and contributes to linguistic studies and interpretation of the Al-Qur'an. Overall, the utilization of Taqdim wa Ta’khir in the Al-Qur'an juz 27 has a substantial impact on the understanding of the Al-Qur'an, providing emphasis, reinforcement, or prioritization to the concepts being conveyed, and making a valuable contribution to the linguistic comprehension and exegesis of the Al-Qur'an. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis makna Taqdim wa Ta’khir dalam Al-Qur’an juz 27 melalui analisis linguistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis teks. Data diperoleh dari ayat-ayat dalam juz 27 yang mengandung konsep Taqdim wa Ta’khir, yang kemudian dianalisis untuk memahami implikasi maknanya. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi studi pustaka dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisi isi dengan fokus pada struktur kalimat dan makna yang dihasilkan dari perubahan urutan kata. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Taqdim wa Ta’khir tidak hanya mempengaruhi struktur kalimat, tetapi juga memberikan penekan atau prioritas terhadap konsep yang disampaikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru terhadap pemahaman Al-Qur’an dan kontribusi pada studi linguistik serta tafsir Al-Qur’an. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan Taqdim wa Ta’khir dalam Al-Qur’an juz 27 memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pemahaman Al-Qur’an, memberikan penekanan, penguatan, atau prioritas terhadap konsep disampaikan, dan memberikan kontribusi penting pada pemahaman linguistik serta eksegesis Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine the meaning of the word "assimilation" and how it is commonly used in daily life. The research method utilized in this study was qualitative, employing a descriptive approach. Data collection involved conducting interviews and gathering documentation, while data analysis was performed using the Mills and Huberman method for data reduction, presentation, and extraction. The findings of this study indicate that the borrowed forms in the Indonesian language from Arabic are primarily related to three categories: nouns, adjectives, and verbs. Examples of borrowed nouns include chair, mosque, court, Islam, and Ramadan. Examples of borrowed adjectives include peace, justice, knowledge, poverty, ignorance, and injustice. Examples of borrowed verbs include jihad, marriage, zakat, friendship, and worship. الملخص كانت أهداف هذه الدراسة هو معرفة ما هي كلمة استيعاب وكيف يتم استخدام شكل كلمة استيعاب في كثير من الأحيان في الحياة اليومية. الطريقة المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هي طريقة البحث النوعي ذات المنهج الوصفي. وطريقة جكع البيانات باستخدام المقابلة والتوثيق وطريقة تحليل البيانات من خلال طريقة ميلس وهبرمان من تخفيض البيانات وعرضها واستخلاصها. ونتائج هذه الدراسةتدل على أن أشكال المقترضة في اللغة الإندونيسية من اللغة العربية يعنى بثلاثة محاور هي أشكال الأسماء، أشكال الصفات، وأشكال الأفعال في اللغة الإندونيسية. أما بالنسبة إلى الأسماء مثل كرسي، ومسجد، ومحكمة، وإسلام، ورمضان. أما بالنسبة إلى الصفات كمثل سلام وعادل، وعالم، ومسكين، وجاهل، وظالم. أما بالنسبة إلى الأفعال كمثل وجهاد، ونكاح، وزكاة، وصداقة، وعبادة.

Abstract

Translating texts between languages is a complex practice, especially in maintaining the accuracy, clarity, and naturalness of the original text. One of the translation methods used in many traditional Islamic boarding schools and still existing today is ngalogat, a method that uses syntactic symbols in the translation process. This research aims to examine and compare the use of syntactic symbols in the Arabic-Sundanese ngalogat and the Arabic-Indonesian ngalogat in translating the yellow book. The research method used is comparative analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach. Syntactic symbols are identified based on Saussure's semiotic theory. The object of this research is selected sentences from the book Al-Ājurrūmiyyah, which includes the syntactic functions of Arabic. Data triangulation techniques were used as data analysis in this research by collecting data through observation, document analysis, and in-depth interviews. Data was collected and obtained using the listening and note-taking method, involving 10 participants who were selected purposively as research subjects. Data in the form of documents was then analyzed to see the comparison of the use of syntactic symbols in the Arabic-Sundanese ngalogat and Arabic-Indonesian ngalogat methods. The results of the research show several similarities, differences, advantages, and disadvantages between the Arabic-Sundanese ngalogat and Arabic-Indonesian ngalogat, which are presented in table format. Abstrak Penerjemahan teks antarbahasa merupakan sebuah praktik yang kompleks, terutama dalam mempertahankan akurasi, kejelasan, dan kenaturalan dari teks asli. Salah satu metode penerjemahan yang digunakan di banyak pesantren tradisional dan masih eksis sampai saat ini ialah ngalogat, sebuah metode yang menyuratkan simbol-simbol sintaksis dalam proses penerjemahannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan membandingkan penggunaan simbol-simbol sintaksis ngalogat Arab-Sunda dan ngalogat Arab-Indonesia dalam menerjemahkan kitab kuning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah analisis komparatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Simbol-simbol sintaksis ngalogat diidentifikasi berdasarkan teori semiotika Saussure. Objek penelitian ini ialah kalimat-kalimat terpilih dari kitab Al-Ājurrūmiyyah yang mencakup fungsi-fungsi sintaksis bahasa Arab. Teknik triangulasi data digunakan sebagai analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan wawancara mendalam. Data dikumpulkan dan diperoleh melalui metode simak dan catat, dan melibatkan 10 partisipan yang dipilih secara purposive sebagai subjek penelitian. Data berupa dokumen kemudian dianalisis untuk melihat perbandingan penggunaan simbol-simbol sintaksis dalam metode ngalogat Arab-Sunda dan ngalogat Arab-Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa persamaan, perbedaan, kelebihan, dan kekurangan di antara ngalogat Arab-Sunda dan ngalogat Arab-Indonesia yang dipresentasikan dalam format tabel.

Abstract

Abstract This research explores the phenomenon of trust issue in a romantic relationship through the analysis of song lyrics in the album Garh Tany performed by Sherine Abdel Wahab. The purpose of this research is to represent the trust issue phenomenon contained in the lyrics of Sherine's song on the album Garh Tany. The data was collected through the analysis of lyric text from three songs contained in the Garh Tany album, namely Shabri Aleel, Eh eh, and Garh Tany, then analyzed using the content analysis method to identify themes, patterns, and meanings. The results of this reseach show that the phenomenon of trust issues contained in the three song lyrics describes trust issues in a relationship caused by a bad experience experienced by one of the partners, some of the bad experiences found include betrayal, disappointment, abandonment, reflection and acceptance. Betrayal often appears as a major theme, where the partner feels betrayed and it is difficult to trust again. Disappointment is also often found because it reflects feelings of being hurt due to unfulfilled expectations. Some of the bad experiences experienced by one of the couples above have their own impacts, namely, experiencing overthingking, where the individual constantly thinks about the bad events or experiences he experiences; disturbances in social relationships, where individuals have difficulty interacting with others; and depression as a heavy emotional impact due to loss of trust. Asbtrak Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi fenomena trust issue dalam suatu hubungan percintaan melalui analisis lirik lagu dalam album Garh Tany yang dibawakan oleh Sherine Abdel Wahab. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merepresentasikan fenomena trust issue yang terdapat di dalam lirik lagu Sherine pada album Garh Tany. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis teks lirik dari tiga lagu yang terdapat dalam album Garh Tany yaitu Shabri Aleel, Eh eh, dan Garh Tany, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis konten untuk mengidentifikasi tema, pola, dan makna. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa fenomena trust issue yang terdapat dalam ketiga lirik lagu tersebut menggambarkan trust issue dalam sebuah hubungan yang disebabkan karena adanya pengalaman buruk yang dialami oleh salah seorang pasangan, beberapa pengalaman buruk yang ditemukan meliputi adanya pengkhianatan, kekecewaan, pengabaian, refleksi dan penerimaan. Pengkhianatan sering muncul sebagai tema utama, dimana pasangan merasa dikhianati dan sulit untuk mempercayai kembali. Kekecewaan pun juga sering ditemukan sebab mencerminkan perasaan terluka akibat harapan yang tidak terpenuhi. Dari beberapa pengalaman buruk yang dialami oleh salah seorang pasangan di atas memiliki dampak tersendiri, diantaranya yaitu, mengalami overthingking, dimana individu terus-menerus memikirkan kejadian atau pengalaman buruk yang ia alami; gangguan dalam hubungan sosial, dimana individu mengalami kesulitan untuk berinteraksi dengan orang lain; dan depresi sebagai dampak emosional berat akibat kehilangan kepercayaan.
