Abstract

This study aims to measure the implementation of regional library development service policies in Luwu Regency based on 4 indicators, namely: development and arrangement of library service systems, promotion of library services and promotions, development of future library services, and development of integrated service systems with libraries and information centers. This study uses a quantitative method with non-probability sampling technique that is exploratory, the determination of the sample is carried out by purposive sampling involving 194 respondents consisting of: Regional Librarians. Campus/School/Mosque Librarians, Community Reading Park Librarians (TBM), Village Library Librarians, Literacy Activists, and Library Visitors. The results showed that the development and arrangement of the library service system was in good category, namely 55%, service promotion and library promotion was in good category, 57%, future library service development was in good category, which was 52%, and the development of integrated service system with libraries and information centers was in the good category. good that is 56%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and work discipline on work performance which has an impact on employee performance at PT. Median Cipta Graha in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 120 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Incentives have a significant effect on work performance by 36.3%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on work performance by 38.0%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Incentives and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work performance by 51.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work achievement has a significant effect on employee performance by 39.7%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Financial behavior is a must-have ability that aims to manage and use financial resources in making financial decisions. Financial inclusion and Islamic financial literacy are variables that are thought to influence the financial behavior of Islamic boarding schools in Banten Province. This research leads to the type of causality research and quantitative research. Where based on the results of data analysis, the research results empirically prove that there is a positive and significant influence of the individual financial inclusion variable on financial behavior and proves that there is a positive and significant influence of the Islamic financial literacy variable on the financial behavior of Islamic boarding schools in BantenProvince.

Abstract

The rapid business competition is a challenge for managers in running the organizations they manage. This article aims to analyze the effect of job involvement and job satisfaction on employee commitment to the organization of Bank BPR KS in Bandung. This research is based on a survey of Bank BPR KS where in recent years there has been a high turn-over. Respondents were asked to provide responses related to the factors that influence commitment, namely job involvement and job satisfaction. There were 83 employee respondents who were sampled using the slovin formula. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that the variables of job involvement and job satisfaction had a partially significant effect on employee commitment. Based on the results of the F test, it is found that the two variables have a significant effect on employee commitment simultaneously. Based on the test results, the coefficient of determination shows that the effect of the three independent variables on the dependent variable is 58%. While the remaining 42% or influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Efforts to expedite the financial administration of an office certainly require a good payment system. An efficient payment system certainly realizes the implementation of financial administration that is able to facilitate every activity. The purpose of the study was to determine the payment system for the Jeneberang Saddang River Basin and Protected Forest Management Center (Indonesia: Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai dan Hutan Lindung Jeneberang Saddang / BPDASHL). The research approach uses descriptive qualitative. The financial administration management of business travel applies two payment systems, namely the first official travel payment system is the Lumpsum payment system where employees traveling on business will receive a certain amount of money which is paid at once. And the second is the At-Cost System where employees take official trips and receive a certain amount of money in accordance with the available evidence and must follow procedures that are in accordance with their respective official travel expense payment systems so that official trips run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Natural phenomena that hit the District of Central Sinjai almost every year, especially landslides, it is necessary to strive to reduce the risk of these disasters so that it is hoped that the Government will optimize coordination in tackling these disasters. This study aims to determine the coordination function of the Government in Disaster Management in Central Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. The type of research is qualitative, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants consisted of the Head of the Central Sinjai Sub-district, the Head of the Public Order and Peace Section, the Head of the Emergency and Logistics Division at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Sinjai Regency, and the Village Head. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results showed that the sub-district coordination function in disaster management in Central Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency was quite maximal, both vertical coordination and horizontal coordination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions that have an impact on consumer satisfaction at Hypermarkets in Bandung. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 35.1%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Store atmosphere has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 44.6%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Prices and store atmosphere simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 51.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Purchasing decisions have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction by 31.9%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of e-Trust to e-Loyalty, the relationship of e-Service Quality to e-Loyalty and the relationship of e-trust to e-Service Quality. The research method used in this research is quantitative research and explanatory survey. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 566  bank customers who use the e-Banking application. The number of respondents was 566 respondents who were selected by simple random sampling of e-Banking application users in Tangerang. To analyze the data from the measurement results of the independent and dependent variables through an online questionnaire. The statistical data processing tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.0. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that e-Trust has a positive and significant effect on e-Loyalty, e-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on e-Loyalty, e-Trust has a positive and significant effect on e-Service Quality.

Abstract

Educational institutions in Indonesia , so Indonesian is included as one of the fields of study that is taught from elementary school to university, so that the success of its teaching will determine its further development. To find out success can be done in various ways, including through assessment or evaluation activities, both orally and in writing. In general, what teachers do at school is a written test consisting of an objective test and an essay test. The population taken in this study were students of class s XI AK and class XI TKJ. The data collection technique used is the experimental method and the test method, because basically this research will compare two forms of objective tests and essay tests for class XI students of SMK Gita Kirtti I Jakarta. While other methods are helpful. The hypothesis in this research is that learning achievement in Indonesian using objective tests is better than those using essay tests for class XI students at SMK Gita Kirtti I Jakarta for the 2020/2021 academic year. Analysis of the data used is statistical processing techniques, using the t test formula. After the two data obtained are entered into the formula, it can be seen that to = 3.037 with a significance level of 5% t table = 2.093. Meanwhile, with a significance level of 1% t table = 2.861. This means that to is greater than t table, so the hypothesis can be accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that learning achievement in the field of Indonesian language studies by evaluating the form of an objective test is better than the evaluation of the form of an essay test for class XI students of SMK Gita Kirtti I Jakarta.

The results of this study that work discipline has a significant effect on motivation by 39.3%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on motivation by 39.0%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on motivation by 50.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 38.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.
