Abstract

The purpose of this research paper is to determine the development of Apparatus Resources through education and training in the Gowa Regency Secretariat Office Scope viewed from the aspect of competence and motivation. The data sources in this study were obtained by giving questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents at the Gowa Regency Secretariat . The research design used in this study is a quantitative approach. The research used by the researcher is field research, namely by examining directly the object under study. The results obtained from the comparison of the value of sig. to the level of significance: sig. = 0.002 < 0.05. Because sig. < , the training variable partially (individually) has a significant effect on employee performance. the tcount value is 5.075 and the ttable value is known to be 2,000. By comparing between tcount and t - table, it is found that tcount > ttable = 5.075 > 2,000, because the value of t - count is greater than t - table, it can be concluded that the regression coefficient of the motivation variable is significant. And the results obtained from the comparison of the value of sig. with the level of significance: sig. = 0.000 < 0.05. Because sig. < , it can be concluded that H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the regression coefficient on the Motivation variable partially (individually) has a significant effect on Employee Performance s. The coefficient obtained by the tcount is 2.365 and the ttable value is known to be 2,000. By comparing between t - count and t - table , it is found that t-count > t - table = 2.365 > 2,000, because the value of t-count is greater than t - table.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and employee motivation on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies TB Simatupang either partially or simultaneously. The method in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis in this study uses validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, classical assumption test, linear regression test, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that leadership (X1) had an effect on work performance (Y), with a simple linear regression equation Y = 15,743 + 0,528X and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient value is 0.605, which means that leadership (X1) has a strong level of relationship strength to employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 36.6% and from the t-test the value of tcount> ttable or 7.089 > 1988. Work motivation (X2) has an effect on work performance (Y) with a simple linear regression equation Y = 18,064 + 0.470X and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. The correlation coefficient value is 0.512, which means that the work motivation variable (X2) has a moderate level of relationship strength on employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 26.2% and from the t-test, the value of tcount > ttable or 5,552 > 1,988. Leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 15.638 + 0.515X1 + 0.017X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.605, which means that leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a strong level of relationship strength on employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 36.6% and from the f test, the value of Fcount > Ftable or 24,849 > 3,100. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between leadership and work motivation on employees on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies TB Simatupang.

Abstract

The high demand for performance or performance target standards determined by the company, makes employees will try and be motivated to achieve the performance targets set by the company. Sometimes in the process, it creates a separate conflict for employees. The type of research conducted in this research is associative research where this research has the highest level compared to descriptive and comparative research because this research can be theory which also works to explain, predict, and control a symptom that occurs. The result is known that Fcount 5.546 > Ftable 3.904 or Sig value 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that work conflict (X1) and work stress (X2) have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the contribution of Work Conflict (X1) and Job Stress (X2) to Job Satisfaction (Y) is 5.7% and the remaining 94.3% is influenced by other factors.

This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Sahid TA Polytechnic. 2018-2021 with a total sample of 92 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression tests, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests. Based on the results of research partially brand image (X1) and price (X3) variables have no significant effect on the college decision variable (Y) at the Sahid Polytechnic. The promotion variable (X2) and service quality (X4) have an influence on the college decision variable (Y) at Sahid Polytechnic. From these results, it is known that the better and increase the promotion in line with the increasing decision to study at the Sahid Polytechnic. Simultaneous research shows the results of the variable brand image (X1), promotion (X2), price (X3) and service quality (X4) simultaneously and significantly on the college decision variable (Y) at Sahid Polytechnic.
