Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari media sosial terhadap self-esteem remaja ditinjau dari perspektif psikologi sosial. Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang saat ini internet menjadi salah satu teknologi saat ini yang paling banyak digunakan oleh manusia. Dengan media sosial remaja dapat berinteraksi secara instan dan menyajikan berbagai konten, media sosial memiliki potensi besar untuk mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk aspek psikologis seperti self-esteem. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Dari hasil tinjauan tersebut dapat di tarik hasil bahwa media sosial memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap self-esteem remaja. Terdapat 5 teori psikologi sosial memandang pengaruh media sosial terhadap self-esteem pada remaja yaitu: teori perbandingan sosial, teori penerimaan sosial, teori Identitas Sosial, teori evaluasi sosial, dan teori resiliensi. Paparan terhadap konten yang diposting di media sosial dapat memicu perbandingan sosial yang merugikan, menyebabkan tekanan untuk mencapai standar yang tidak realistis, dan mempengaruhi persepsi diri remaja terhadap diri mereka sendiri. Interaksi dengan kelompok dan komunitas online juga dapat memengaruhi evaluasi diri remaja, baik secara positif maupun negatif. Kata kunci: Media Sosial, Self-Esteem, Psikologi Sosial Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of social media on adolescent self-esteem from the perspective of social psychology. In the digital era that continues to develop today, the internet is one of the most widely used technologies by humans. With social media teenagers can interact instantly and present various content, social media has great potential to influence various aspects of life including psychological aspects such as self-esteem. The type of research used is library research. From the results of the review, it can be concluded that social media has a significant impact on adolescent self-esteem. There are 5 social psychology theories that view the influence of social media on adolescent self-esteem, namely: social comparison theory, social acceptance theory, Social Identity theory, social evaluation theory, and resilience theory. Exposure to content posted on social media can trigger adverse social comparisons, cause pressure to reach unrealistic standards, and affect adolescents' self-perceptions of themselves. Interactions with online groups and communities can also affect adolescents' self-evaluations, both positively and negatively. Keywords: Social Media, Self-Esteem, Social Psychology

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh paradigma pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap siswa kelas IV SDN 45 Talaga Kabupaten Enrekang ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Pra-eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest merupakan jenis penelitian yang digunakan. Ada 19 siswa di kelas empat yang menjadi populasi penelitian. Siswa kelas IV SDN 45 Talaga Kabupaten Enrekang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel jenuh adalah metode yang digunakan, di mana setiap anggota populasi dimasukkan ke dalam sampel. Tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi semuanya digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data. Analisis data, baik deskriptif maupun inferensial, adalah metode yang digunakan. Nilai tes deskriptif ditentukan menggunakan hasil analisis data, dengan nilai rata-rata Pretest 39,74 dan Posttest 56,32. Uji normalitas dengan nilai signifikansi Pretest dan Posttest masing-masing sebesar 0,200 ≥ 0,05 dan 0,200 ≥ 0,05. 0,982 ≥ 0,05 merupakan ambang batas signifikansi uji homogenitas. Pengujian hipotesis pada tingkat signifikansi 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Pada kelas IV SDN 45 Talaga Kabupaten Enrekang dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri memberikan pengaruh yang cukup baik terhadap HOTS siswa pada topik 3 subtema 2.

Abstract

The problems studied in this study are: (1) How does the counseling teacher apply information services in classical guidance related to student time management at DDI Uhailanu Junior High School, Aralle District, Mamasa Regency, (2) What are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors experienced by the counseling teacher in applying information services in classical guidance related to student time management at SMP Negeri 3 Polewali. This type of research is qualitative research that builds meaning based on field data. This qualitative research procedure, produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behaviour. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews, in-depth and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by giving meaning to the data that has been collected, and from the data conclusions are drawn. The results of observations from the Application of Information Services in Classical Guidance Related to Student Time Management at DDI Uhailanu Junior High School, Aralle District, Mamasa Regency which is applied to students at DDI Uhailanu Junior High School, Aralle District, Mamasa Regency, the first step taken is that every year MGMP is held, where this MGMP is (Subject Teacher Deliberation).in the application of information services in classical guidance related to students, namely: identifying information needs for the subject (learners), determining information material as a service to be delivered, determining the target subject of the service, determining the resource person, preparing procedures, tools and service media.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to integrate the Quizizz application as an innovation in English teaching, particularly to improve the motivation and academic achievement of non-English students in reading and writing skills. Quizizz provides interactive and fun quiz games, allowing for adaptation of learning content according to students’ needs and skill levels. This study employs a quantitative research design with a quasi-experimental approach. The sample of this study consists of 32 samples in an experimental class and 34 students in the control class who are 4th-semester students of PGSD majoring at Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang during the 2023–2024 academic year. Data were collected using pretest and post-test, as well as analyzed through SPSS to test the validity and reliability of the research instrument and hypothesis. The results showed that the use of Quizizz application significantly affected English academic achievement improvement among students. The majority of the students showed increased motivation and performance in their learning, which yielded a positive impact on their grades.

Abstract

Abstract: Abstrak: : Kesehatan mental mahasiswa semakin meningkat di lingkup lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Kesehatan mental merupakan faktor utama yang mendukung individu dalam menjalani aktivitas keseharian khususnya menjalani aktivitas perkuliahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis deskriptif mengenai kondisi kesehatan mental mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang. Sebanyak 107 mahasiswa dari beberapa program studi di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner SRQ-20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa terindikasi mengalami masalah kesehatab mental yang di dominasi oleh perempuan. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis kondisi kesehatan mental berdasarkan variabel demografis. Hasilnya menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan anatara jenis kelamin dan tingkatan studi terhadap gejala gangguan kesehatan mental. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi pengembangan program dan kebijakan yang mendukung kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperdalam pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan mental mahasiswa dan melakukan perbandingan lintas negara untuk mendapatkan wawasan yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan selain berorientasi pada nilai intelektual, juga harus menekankan pada pembangunan karakter siswa, agar mereka cerdas dalam bersikap. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut diperlukan upaya dalam membangun karakter santri melalui kegiatan pembiasaan shalat berjamaah,dan sudah menerapkan pembiasaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui nilai-nilai karakter yang dibangun melalui kegiatan pembiasaan shalat berjamaah di Ponpes Miftahul Jannah Pontana Kab. Enrekang, (2 )untuk mendeskripsikan upaya membangun karakter siswa melalui kegiatan pembiasaan shalat berjamaah di Ponpes Miftahul Jannah Pontana Kab. Enrekang, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Hubberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Nilai karakter siswa yang dibangun melalui kegiatan pembiasaan shalat berjamaah di di Ponpes Miftahul Jannah Pontana Kab. Enrekang, diantaranya nilai karakter jujur, disiplin, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. (2) Upaya membangun karakter siswa melalui kegiatan pembiasaan shalat berjamaah di Ponpes Miftahul Jannah Pontana Kab. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of mindfulness-based classical guidance on improving students’ learning motivation at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai. The scope of the research focuses on grade XI students who exhibited low levels of learning motivation, by analyzing changes in motivation after receiving the intervention of mindfulness-based classical guidance services. The study employed a quantitative approach using an experimental method with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of 60 students selected purposively, and then divided into two groups: 30 students as the experimental group who received mindfulness-based classical guidance services, and 30 students as the control group without treatment. The research instrument was a learning motivation questionnaire using a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The findings reveal a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. The distribution of learning motivation scores in the experimental group showed a substantial improvement, shifting from low and medium categories to high and very high categories. In contrast, the control group remained predominantly in the low and medium categories. An independent t-test indicated a significance value of 0.010 (< 0.05), confirming that mindfulness-based classical guidance interventions positively influence the enhancement of students’ learning motivation. In conclusion, the implementation of mindfulness-based classical guidance is proven effective in helping students improve focus, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and the ability to manage academic stress. Therefore, this approach can serve as an alternative strategy for guidance and counseling services to foster students’ learning motivation while providing practical contributions to the development of counseling practices in secondary schools.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan program literasi Al-Qur'an di MI Muhammadiyah Malua dalam membina karakter relegius siswa. 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan literasi AlQur'an di MI Muhammadiyah Malua dalam membina karakter relegius siswa.3) Untuk mendeskripsikan implikasi dari literasi Al-Qur'an di MI Muhammadiyah Malua dalam membina karakter relegius siswa. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan program literasi Al-Qur'an di MI Muhammadiyah Malua yakni, kepala sekolah bersama para guru menentukan tujuan literasi Al-Qur'an, menentukan metode yang akan digunakan, dan media yang akan digunakan. 2) Pelaksanaan program literasi Al-Qur'an di MI Muhammadiyah Malua yakni, dimulai pada 10 menit sebelum pelajaran dimulai oleh para guru yang mengajar di kelas pada hari Senin sampai Jum’at, dan melaksanakan program tahfidz Al-Qur’an Jumat sore sampai Sabtu pagi dengan menggunakan Al-Qur'an sebagai media dan menggunakan metode pengelompokkan, tutor sebaya, dan dengan metode Privat. 3) implikasi program literasi Al-Qur'an dalam pembinaan karakter relegius siswa di MI Muhammadiyah Malua yakni, siswa menjadi lebih lancar dalam membaca Al-Qur'an dan karakter siswa menjadi lebih baik seperti, siswa lebih berakhlakul karimah terhadap guru dan teman-temannya, lebih amanah dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab yang diberikan, lebih jujur, dan menjadi lebih disiplin, serta lingkungan sekolah menjadi lebih kondusif.

Abstract

The research was aimed at determining how was application of word attack strategy impacts on students' reading comprehension skills in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Enrekang. The background of this research was based on the preliminary observation which showed that many students had difficulty in understanding English reading texts. This was due to limited vocabulary and less effective learning approaches to help students read better. This research applied quasi-experimental method with pretest-posttest control group design. The populations of the research were all VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Enrekang. The sampling was taken by simple random sampling technique. Based on the pretest results, the mean value was 47 for the experimental group and 40 for the control group. After giving treatment in the form of applying the Word Attack strategy, the mean value of the experimental group increased to 80, while the control group increased to 53. To test the hypothesis, the data were analyzed using an independent sample t-test. The result showed significance value of 0.000, which indicated that the Word Attack strategy had a significant effects on the students’ reading ability of grade VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Enrekang. It is therefore, it could be determined that the Word Attack strategy was effective in enhancing students' reading ability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of barrier hops training on the results of pencak silat straight front kicks in male athletes at UKM Pencak Silat. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method, which means that only samples are treated. The research design used was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampling used a total population sampling technique with a sample size of 40 people. The research instrument was the entire sample performing the straight front kick test. From the results of data processing and analysis using the data normality test and hypothesis testing using the t test formula, it is clear that barrier hops training has an effect on increasing the results of pencak silat straight front kicks. This can be seen from the results of data analysis through calculating the t test formula with the calculated t criterion being greater than t table (5,515 ˃ 1.70) with a confidence level of 0.95 (α = 0.05) and the number of samples (N = 40), so the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Barrier hops training really has an influence on improving the results of pencak silat straight front kicks. Based on the results of research regarding the effect of barrier hops training, which is thought to have an influence on increasing the results of pencak silat front straight kicks, it turns out that it has a significant influence on the results of pencak silat front straight kicks in male athletes at UKM Pencak Silat in Makassar.
