Abstract

Study This aim analyze in a way comprehensive ability numeracy student Grade IV of SD Negeri 18 Pangkalan Pisang. Research method use approach data triangulation through observation learning , interviews deep with teachers and students , as well as analysis mark test ability numeracy . Findings study indicates existence challenge significant in mastery draft numeracy , in particular related distribution stacked , and implications to ability student in interpret and apply results numeracy in context life daily . Observation results show domination method conventional in learning mathematics , the lack of interaction active students , as well as optimization facility supporters who have not maximum . Interview with the teacher revealing that around 60% of students Still not enough understand draft distribution stacked , difficulty in interpreting the results data division , and constraints Power remember . Abstract

This research is motivated by the challenges of religious moderation in Indonesia, especially in Aceh, which is known for the application of Islamic Sharia and religious diversity. The purpose of this study is to explore the strategies of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in internalizing the value of religious moderation in SMK-SMTI Banda Aceh, a vocational school that reflects this diversity. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to dig into information in depth. The results of the study show that the religious moderation policy in schools has been implemented effectively through equal treatment for students from various religious backgrounds and the internalization of moderation values in PAI learning. PAI teachers play an important role in relating the material to students' daily experiences, so that students can apply the value of moderation in social interactions. The conclusion of this study confirms that the internalization of the value of religious moderation not only strengthens academic understanding, but also forms the positive character of students who are ready to face diversity in society. These findings show the importance of education that prioritizes the values of religious moderation as a foundation for creating a more tolerant and inclusive society in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educators in producing religious leaders in Al-Washliyah 12 Perbaungan through the application of curriculum, learning strategies, and supporting factors, inhibitions, and solutions to overcome the obstacles faced. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, which is descriptive and analytical. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies. The data sources in this study are primary data sources and secondary data, obtained from Al-Washliyah 12 Perbaungan. The results of the study show that in Al-Qismul Aly Al-Washliyah 12 Perbaungan, the Diniyah curriculum (Yellow Book) is implemented as a characteristic of madrasas and the National curriculum.The learning strategy used by educators is a combination of classic methods such as bandongan, sorogan, and lectures, with modern methods to adapt to the times. The results of the study also show that the alumni of Al-Qismul Aly Al-Washliyah 12 Perbaungan, have good science and morals. Take part as an ustad, educator, and contribute to the community.The supporting factors for the success in implementing the Diniyah curriculum are the role of the head of the madrasah, competent educators in the field of the Yellow Book, a structured curriculum, and a supportive environment. The obstacles faced are the differences in the academic background of students and the limited understanding of Nahwu Shorof. As a solution, supporting programs such as the Yellow Book Daurah, ability selection for new students, and Qira'atul Kutub extracurricular activities are carried out to increase students' understanding of the yellow book.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the use of electronic journals subscribed by uinsu for students of the faculty of social sciences. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Social Sciences UINSU Medan. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with data sources through observation, interviews and documentation with students and librarians. Based on the results of interviews with students of the Faculty of Social Sciences UINSU, it can be concluded that there are still many students who do not fully know that the campus provides access to electronic journals (e-journals). Information about this e-journal service is mostly obtained indirectly, both from lecturers and peers, and not from official socialization carried out by the campus or library. The lack of information and promotion causes many students to not know the benefits and potential of e-journals as a credible and up-to-date source of academic literature. In addition, in terms of frequency of use, the majority of students rarely use campus e-journals, even only using them when they are working on a final project or thesis. The low intensity of this utilization cannot be separated from the lack of technical understanding of students in accessing and navigating the available e-journal platforms. This is also exacerbated by the absence of regular training or guidance from libraries and faculties that can help students.

Abstract

Boikot produk-produk afiliasi Israel memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen, terutama di sektor makanan dan minuman. Orang-orang beralih ke produk lokal dan mencari alternatif serupa, sehingga membantu mendorong pengembangan UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh boikot, inovasi produk, dan promosi terhadap peningkatan penjualan UMKM. Responden penelitian ini adalah 100 UMKM makanan dan minuman di Sumatera Utara. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa boikot dan inovasi produk memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan penjualan UMKM, didukung oleh preferensi konsumen terhadap produk lokal dan kemampuan UMKM untuk berinovasi. Di sisi lain, promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berkontribusi pada peningkatan penjualan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa boikot dan inovasi produk efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan, sementara strategi promosi masih perlu ditingkatkan, serta memperkaya literatur tentang strategi pemasaran UMKM dalam konteks boikot dan digitalisasi bisnis.

Abstract

The issue of land use by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in Langkat Regency from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. The main problem lies in the widespread use of land owned by PT. KAI by the community without legal permission, which has led to conflicts over land ownership and control. From the perspective of positive law, this study examines the legal basis for PT. KAI's ownership of the land under Law No. 5 of 1960 on the Basic Principles of Agrarian Law (UUPA), Law No. 23 of 2007 on Railways, and Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation No.PER-13/MBU/09/2014 on Guidelines for the Management of State-Owned Enterprises' Fixed Assets. These provisions affirm that land assets owned by PT. KAI are part of the state's wealth, managed professionally, and protected by law. This study employs a normative and empirical approach. The normative approach is used to analyze the legal provisions governing the status and management of land, while the empirical approach is conducted through field studies and interviews to uncover the social dynamics and actual practices of land utilization. The analysis revealed that weak supervision and the absence of an effective social approach have led to many residents unlawfully occupying or utilizing land. From an Islamic legal perspective, such actions From an Islamic legal perspective, such actions contradict the principles of al-amanah (trust), al-milkiyyah (property rights), and ‘adalah (justice), and are inconsistent with the concept of tasarruf which requires that the right to utilize land be exercised lawfully and without harming others. This study recommends the enforcement of strict yet humane laws by PT. KAI, accompanied by mediation and consultation with the community. Harmonization between positive law and Islamic legal values Harmonization between legal and Islamic legal values needs to be strengthened to create fair, sustainable, and humanitarian resolutions to agrarian conflicts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the position of heirs from interfaith marriages in the analysis of the decision of the constitutional court number 71/PUU- XX/2022, Interfaith marriages often cause problems in terms of legal status and inheritance rights, especially in Indonesia which has cultural and religious diversity. This research uses a normative juridical approach with the aim of examining various legal phenomena through analysis of the relationship between legal norms and their impact. The data used as the basis for this research is secondary data, which consists of various sources such as books, scientific journals, and academic articles. The results of the research indicate. Based on Constitutional Court Decision No. 71/PUU-XX/2022, it confirms that interfaith marriages that are not valid according to religious law cannot be recognised by the state. The state asserts that the validity of a marriage depends on the provisions of religious law, not just administrative registration. Because the petition was formally rejected (because it did not fulfil the legal standing requirements), the Court did not assess the substance of the norm being tested, so there was no change to the legal position of interfaith marriages. The provisions of Constitutional Court Decision No. 71/PUU-XX/2022 have not provided adequate constitutional protection for heirs of interfaith marriages. The rejection of the petition on formal grounds resulted in no change to the norm in Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law.

Abstract

The phenomenon of terrorism in Indonesia, particularly in the city of Medan, poses a serious challenge that threatens social stability, national security, and national values. In this context, the North Sumatra Terrorism Prevention Coordination Forum (FKPT) acts as an extension of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) in implementing prevention programs based on local wisdom and a humanistic approach. This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the FKPT North Sumatra's strategies in countering terrorism in the city of Medan through an approach that is not only functional but also theological, by examining these efforts from the perspective of maqāṣid al- syarī‘ah. This research uses a qualitative method with field research (empirical). Data is obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies of FKPT programs and the involvement of stakeholders such as religious leaders, academics, and local communities. The results of the research show that FKPT implements an integrated strategy, including educational, cultural, collaborative, and digital approaches. These efforts are carried out through moderate religious literacy, the involvement of women and youth, and the dissemination of peaceful narratives on social media and in arts and culture. Thisstrategy is not only in line with state policy but also reflects the implementation of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah in protecting religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property. Thus, the FKPT North Sumatra strategy demonstrates that terrorism prevention can be achieved not only through repressive approaches but also through strengthening religious and national values that prioritize the public good.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the roles of school supervisors and principals on the quality of public elementary schools in Rembang District, Rembang Regency. Using a quantitative correlational approach, data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 188 teachers from 45 public elementary schools. The research focuses on three main variables: school quality (dependent), the role of school supervisors, and the role of principals (independent). The results indicate that both school supervisors and principals have a statistically significant influence on school quality, both partially and simultaneously. However, the direction of influence is negative, suggesting that increased perception of their roles tends to appear in schools experiencing lower performance. Factor analysis reveals that managerial supervision by supervisors and the supervisory role of principals are the most dominant dimensions perceived by teachers. The novelty of this study lies in its finding that strong perceived leadership roles do not always correlate positively with school quality, especially when such roles are implemented as responses to existing problems. The study is limited by its use of perception-based data and cross-sectional design. Future research is recommended to adopt mixed methods, include objective school quality indicators, and use longitudinal data for broader and deeper insights

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of content differentiation in early childhood education at Medan City Medan Sekolah Penggerak. The method employed is qualitative research, utilizing purposive sampling. Interviews, observations, and documentation were conducted as data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification, while for data validity, source triangulation is used. The results showed that PAUD units in Medan City Sekolah Penggerak have implemented content differentiation by adjusting teaching materials based on children's readiness, interests, and learning styles. Teachers utilize various learning media and technology and provide space for children's active participation. Challenges faced by teachers include limited time, children's abilities, facilities, and teachers' skills in creating varied materials. Training, improved facilities, and collaboration between teachers are needed to optimize the implementation of content differentiation.
