Abstract

The development of the photographer business is currently increasing from year to year inIndonesia. The competition in this business is getting tighter, as seen from the increasingnumber of photographer businesses that are already growing in each region. Each studiobusiness tries to improve the quality and strategy in promoting their products and services.Like Surya Foto Studio which is one of the businesses that has many products and also photoservices in Gunungsitoli City. This study aims to determine how much the Influence of theEffectiveness of Utilizing Social Media (Facebook), as a Promotional Media on IncreasingSales Volume at Surya Foto Studio in Gunungsitoli City. This study uses a quantitativemethod. Respondents are people who have visited/experienced products and services fromSurya Foto Studio as many as 38 people. Where researchers use questionnaires, then conductdata validity tests, data reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality tests), multiplelinear regression tests, hypothesis tests (t-tests, f-tests, coefficient tests) The results of thestudy indicate that the influence of the Effectiveness of Utilizing Social Media (Facebook), asa Promotional Media on Increasing Sales Volume at Surya Foto in Gunungsitoli City, has avalue of 72.6% and 27.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based onthe results of the t-test related to the influence of social media (X1) on sales volume (Y), it isknown that social media has a significant effect on sales volume. These results can be seen bylooking at the results of the t-test, where the sig value is 0.000. The sig value is smaller than0.05 (0.000 <0.05) with a calculated t value of 4.072 greater than 0.320 (4.072> 0.320). So itcan be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that social media has asignificant effect on sales volume.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of corporate taxpayer compliance with tax regulations based on PMK Number 136 of 2023, with a case study at PT. Arken Ehowu Putra Motor. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with data collection through interviews and surveys. The results of the study indicate that PT. Arken Ehowu Putra Motor has a high level of compliance with tax regulations, although there are several areas that need improvement, especially in terms of timely tax reporting and payment. Factors that influence this compliance include taxpayer understanding of the regulations, the effectiveness of the tax administration system, and supervision from the tax authorities. This study concludes that increasing socialization and training can further improve corporate taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the condition of quality management of medicinal products and evaluate the impact of the application of ISO 15378 in maintaining product quality management on forecasting time series drug sales in CV. Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera Gunungsitoli City. This type of research is to use quantitative research methods. Sampling techniques using probability sampling with a total of 75 people. From the results of the study, it was found that there was an impact or influence of the application of the impact of the application of ISO 15378 in maintaining product quality management on the Forecasting Time Series Drug Sales in CV. Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera Gunungsitoli City so that the hypothesis in this study was accepted. Based on the simple linear regression test, the results of F count of 17,468 were obtained with a significance/probability level of 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the regression model has an influence on the forecasting time series drug sales. Based on hypothesis testing it turns out that the application of ISO 15378 in maintaining product quality management has an impact on forecasting time series drug sales in CV. Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera Gunungsitoli City. Because based on the calculation of t-count> t-table, namely 2,326> 1,697.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and location on purchasing decisions at the Transcom Gunungsitoli Store. The main focus of this study is to determine the extent to which the quality of service provided by the Transcom Store and location factors influence consumer decisions in making purchases. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to consumers of the Transcom Store. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that service quality and location significantly influence purchasing decisions. The test results show that the significance value <0.05, which means that these two variables have a real influence on consumer purchasing decisions. In addition, service quality and location contribute 54.9% in influencing purchasing decisions at the Transcom Gunungsitoli Store. These findings indicate that improving service quality and strategic location placement can encourage consumers to make purchases at the Transcom Store.

Abstract

To anticipate competition in this service sector, it has certainly become a necessity for service providers to maintain quality, by demonstrating their ability to provide the most effective and efficient services at a low cost and with qualified Human Resources. This study focuses on the obstacles and barriers to health services and the main duties and functions of nurses at the UPTD Awaai Health Center. And this study aims to explore what obstacles are faced by nurses in improving health services, and to find out what strategies are carried out to improve the performance of nurses at the UPTD Awaai Health Center. The research conducted by the author here is using a field research method with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the UPTD Awaai Health Center, Sitolu Ori District, North Nias Regency. In collecting data, the author used interview techniques while in the discussion, a descriptive method was used, namely a method that describes the conditions that occur in the field. From the results of the research conducted by the author at the UPTD Awaai Health Center, Sitolu Ori District, North Nias Regency, namely the implementation of health services, there are several obstacles experienced by nurses in providing services to patients who are being treated. These obstacles are that the Health Center experiences a lack of adequate medical equipment or facilities. To improve the quality of health services, several strategies can be carried out by the Health Center, including: To improve the performance of health nurses, regular training and professional development programs are very important. Second, strengthening service management, such as a technology-based queuing system to reduce waiting times, will increase efficiency.

Abstract

Abstrak harus menggambarkan keseluruhan substansi isi dan mampu membantu pembaca Penetapan harga bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan sambil mempertimbangkan kondisi pasar dan permintaan konsumen. Adapun tujuan dari penetapan harga oleh suatu perusahaan yakni: Bertahan, Memaksimalkan Laba, Mekanisme Penjualan, Prisetise, Pengembangan atas Investasi (ROI), Harga Gasal (odd price). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yakni menganalisa perbandingan berdasarkan data dan informasi berupa kalimat secara lisan yang di peroleh dari objek penelitian, kemudian menarik kesimpulan penelitian berdasarkan data dan informasi yang diperoleh. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu: pemilik toko UD. Lusi, karyawan toko UD. Lusi, dan pelanggan di toko UD. Lusi Kecamatan Hiliduho Kabupaten Nias. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui hal-hal sebagai berikut : Penetapan Harga Sembako di UD. Lusi Kecamatan Hiliduho Kabupaten Nias dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan ongkos pengiriman barang dari Gunungsitoli ke Hiliduho, persentase keuntungan yang diinginkan, analisa harga dari pesaing. UD. Lusi Kecamatan Hiliduho Kabupaten Nias mengambil keutungan maksimal 10% dari harga barang aslinya. Penetapan harga sembako di UD. Lusi Kecamatan Hiliduho Kabupaten Nias dilakukan berdasarkan permintaan yang dilakukan oleh para pembeli. Harga yang ditetapkan masih dapat berubah setiap hari karena tawar-menawar sesuai dengan kesepakatan kedua belah pihak, memperhatikan harga dari persaing, dan menggunakan harga yang beredar dipasaran. Kemampuan daya beli masyarakat Kecamatan Hiliduho Kabupaten Nias di UD Lusi dipengaruhi oleh kenaikan harga barang, daya beli masyarakat akan cenderung menurun ketika harga naik terus menerus (inflasi), pendapatan riil masyarakat kecamatan hiliduho yang tidak menetap, dan terdapat kebijakan perubahan harga dari pemerintah pusat, provinsi dan daerah. Abstract

This research investigates the factors that contribute to students' speaking anxiety and and the strategies they employ to overcome it in the Speaking for Academic Purposes course. Using a qualitative research design, data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings highlight four primary factors contributing to speaking anxiety: psychological factors (shyness, fear of making mistakes, and lack of self-confidence), social factors social factors (social pressure and lecturer responses), linguistic factors (limited vocabulary, improper accent, and inaccurate pronunciation), and contextual factors (insufficient preparation and demanding presentation tasks). To address this anxiety, students utilized various strategies: cognitive strategies (preparing materials, developing presentation outlines, memorizing key terms, and simplifying vocabulary through synonyms), affective strategies (controlling emotions, fostering a positive mindset, and incorporating humor) social strategies (participating in small group discussions, seeking peer feedback, and utilizing body language) and metacognitive strategies (practicing independently and setting gradual performance targets). In conclusion, effective strategies can reduce speaking anxiety while enhancing students' performance and confidence in academic speaking. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Pos Indonesia Gunungsitoli, memeneliti tentang distribusi logistik dan kepuasan pelanggan di PT. Pos Indonesia Gunungsitoli dimana peneliti menemukan beberapa fenomena- fenomena atau permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu tingkat akurasi dan ketepatan waktu dalam pengiriman paket yang banyak dikeluhkan oleh pelanggan, tingkat layanan dan kinerja pegawai yang tidak maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Apakah ada Pengaruh Distribusi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kota Gunungsitoli dan seberapa besar pengaruh Distribusi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kota Gunungsitoli. Responden sebanyak 40 orang. Sedangkan pada pengujian analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinan, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian tersebut dengan bantuan program SPSS Version 26, Hasil perhitungan Uji Reliabilitas Variabel X adalah 0,847 > 0,60 dan Variabel Y sebesar 0,999 0,60 sehingga dapat dinyatakan reliable dar pada Uji Koefisien Determinan (R Square) menunjukkan nilai sebesa 0,55, yang berarti bahwa nilai determinasi apabila di persenkan berac pada nilai 55% nilai variabel distribusi terhadap variabel kepuas pelanggan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengembalian investasi (Return on Investment, ROI) dan risiko pembiayaan kredit usaha rakyat (KUR) pada Bank Negara Indonesia Kantor Cabang Gunungsitoli. Dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan statistik kredit, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara ROI dan Non-Performing Loan (NPL) yang mencerminkan risiko dalam pemberian kredit. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis regresi dan rasio keuangan untuk mengukur kinerja investasi serta risiko kredit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ROI dan tingkat NPL, dimana meningkatnya NPL berdampak negatif terhadap ROI. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen bank dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait strategi pembiayaan KUR, serta penerapannya bagi pengembangan usaha mikro dan kecil di daerah tersebut. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan risiko dalam pembiayaan KUR di masa depan. Abstract

Media sosial merupakan salah satu sarana pertukaran informasi antar individu yang mana bisa juga digunakan sebagai sarana pemasaran sebuah usaha bagi para pelaku usaha. pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana komunikasi dan pemasaran dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan membangunh brand awwerenss para pelanggan. Pemanfaatan media sosial dalam promosi produk Fashion di Kota Gunungsitoli menunjukkan potensi yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan. Penelitian ini menganalisis media sosial yang digunakan dalam mempromosikan produk fashion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Media Sosial dalam mempromosikan produk fashion di pasar Ya’ahowu Kota Gunungsitoli serta kendala yang dihadapi oleh penjual dalam mempromosikan produk fashion. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan adalah para penjualan produk fashion dan konsumen yang melakukan transaksi jual beli di pasar Kota Gunungsitoli yang mana informannya terdiri atas 5 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Analisis Pemanfaatan Media Sosial dalam Mempromosikan Produk Fashion di Pasar Ya’ahowu Kota Gunungsitoli, dapat meningkatkan visibilats produk yang sifnifikan, serta menunjukkan adanya kepuasan pelanggan namun juga kritik terhadap efektivitas promosi, menandakan perlunya penyesuaina strategi agar lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan.
