Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of implementing the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellegency) learning model assisted by the traditional game "Cublak-Cublak Suweng" on improving the cognitive learning outcomes of Pancasila Education among fourth-grade students at SDN 105290 Desa Kolam in the 2025/2026 academic year. This quantitative experimental study utilized a Non-equivalent Control Group Design. Samples were assigned into two groups: class IV A as the experimental group and class IV B as the control group. Data were collected using validated and reliable pre-test and post-test instruments. The Independent Sample t-test yielded a value of 6.246 with a significance of 0.000 (< 0.05), meaning is rejected and is accepted. This proves a positive and significant effect of the given intervention. Furthermore, the Normalized Gain (N-Gain) analysis in the experimental class produced an average score of 0.6971 (69.71%), categorized as moderately effective approaching the upper limit with a consistent homogeneous data distribution. It is concluded that the synergy of the SAVI model and local wisdom effectively transforms students' conceptual mastery from rigid memorization into meaningful concrete experiences, while successfully internalizing mutual cooperation indicators applicably.

Abstract

Literary works are not only a medium for conveying stories but also reflect various social phenomena, including issues of gender inequality and the construction of women in society. Eka Kurniawan novel "Beautiful is a Wound" presents various women's experiences related to patriarchy, colonialism, violence, and power relations. This study aims to analyze the representation of female characters in the novel, the positions of subject and object in the narrative, and how the positions of the author and reader are shaped through the text using Sara Mills' critical discourse analysis model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with Sara Mills' critical discourse analysis approach. The research data consist of quotations from Eka Kurniawan novel "Beautiful is a Wound" related to the representation of women, power relations, and gender construction in the text. The analysis was conducted by paying attention to the positions of subject and object, as well as the involvement of the author and reader in shaping the meaning of the discourse. The results show that the representation of female characters in the novel is complex and ambivalent. On the one hand, women are depicted as victims of patriarchal domination, colonialism, sexual violence, and bodily exploitation, as experienced by the characters Dewi Ayu, Adinda, and Helena. On the other hand, women are also represented as figures with fighting spirit, resilience, and resistance against oppressive social structures, as seen through the characters of Alamanda and Si Cantik. This novel also presents a critique of the myth of beauty, which is considered a privilege, but instead becomes a source of suffering and wounds passed down from generation to generation. Thus, Beauty is a Wound positions women not only as victims but also as subjects with agency in facing social injustice.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Counselors who serve as civil servants (PNS) at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) play an important role in providing religious guidance and counseling to the community. However, the limited number of counselors often results in a high workload, which may affect the effectiveness of religious counseling services. This study aims to analyze the workload of Islamic Religious Counselors and the effectiveness of religious counseling programs at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Tamansari District. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that Islamic Religious Counselors at KUA Tamansari District experience a heavy workload as they are responsible for various duties, including Marriage Guidance (Bimbingan Perkawinan/BIMWIN), fostering Islamic study groups (majelis taklim), providing religious counseling to diverse community groups, coordinating with cross-sectoral stakeholders, and completing administrative and reporting tasks. Nevertheless, the implementation of religious counseling has generally been effective, as reflected in the consistent implementation of counseling programs, the counselors' ability to adapt the materials to community needs, and the establishment of collaboration with various stakeholders. Supporting factors include the counselors' commitment, the existence of permanent target groups, and support from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, while the main obstacles include the limited number of counselors, the extensive coverage area, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and substantial administrative demands. Therefore, increasing the number of counselors and improving supporting facilities and infrastructure are necessary to further enhance the effectiveness of religious counseling services.

Abstract

The Buri Harvest Charity is a local tradition practiced by fish farmers in Randuboto Village that embodies the values of gratitude, sharing, and social solidarity. This study aims to analyze the contribution of the Buri Harvest Charity tradition to community welfare from the perspective of Maqashid Sharia. This research employed a qualitative approach using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the Buri Harvest Charity tradition contributes to community welfare by supporting economic needs, strengthening social solidarity, and fostering spiritual values, including gratitude, charity, and concern for others. From the perspective of Maqashid Sharia, this tradition reflects the implementation of hifz al-din through the reinforcement of religious values, hifz al-nafs through the fulfillment of basic needs and social protection, and hifz al-mal through the distribution of wealth for public benefit (maslahah). However, its benefits remain incidental, and the absence of standardized distribution mechanisms limits the equitable distribution of benefits. These findings indicate that the Buri Harvest Charity tradition represents a form of Islamic philanthropy rooted in local wisdom that supports community welfare in line with the objectives of Maqashid Sharia, although improvements are needed to enhance its sustainability and equitable benefit distribution. .

Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of economic transactions occurring between informal traffic controllers (commonly known as Pak Ogah) and road users in Bungah Village. The practice raises questions regarding its conformity with Islamic business ethics, particularly the principle of Antaradin (mutual consent) in economic transactions. This study aims to describe the economic transaction practices of informal traffic controllers, analyze the implementation of the Antaradin principle, and examine community leaders’ views regarding these transactions. The findings reveal that economic transactions conducted by informal traffic controllers in Bungah Village are simple and informal, without fixed tariffs or verbal contracts. Rewards are voluntarily given by road users as appreciation for the services received. These transactions can be categorized as mu‘atah transactions. In general, the implementation of the Antaradin principle has been fulfilled because there is no element of coercion and compensation is given voluntarily. However, one deviant case was found in which an informal traffic controller refused to assist road users who did not provide compensation beforehand, which contradicts the principle of Antaradin. Community leaders generally view the practice as permissible in Islam because it constitutes a beneficial service, provided that the values of honesty, justice, mutual consent, and cooperation are maintained in accordance with Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has encouraged the development of reseller systems in hijab marketing, although implementation is still marked by ethical issues such as unclear seller identity and inconsistent product information. This study examines the mechanism of the reseller system in the e-commerce transactions of Hijab Primair.id and analyzes its conformity with Islamic business ethics. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving four subjects: one supplier (Hijab Primair.id) and three resellers with different characteristics and business models. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and triangulation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings show that the reseller partnership operates without a written agreement, with three business model variations: outright purchase with ready stock, small-scale self-managed stock, and pure pre-order without stock, in which resellers bear all stock-related risks. In terms of Islamic business ethics, trustworthiness (amanah) is relatively well maintained across all resellers, while honesty (shiddiq), justice (adl), and freedom from fraud (gharar /ghisy) are applied inconsistently depending on each reseller's experience and business model. Transparency has not been optimally implemented, as reseller status is not explicitly stated on store profiles. Regarding contract (akad), the ready-stock practice conforms to a sale contract (al-bay), whereas the pre-order practice resembles a salam contract but does not yet fully satisfy the requirement of full upfront payment. The study concludes that these inconsistencies stem from the supplier's loose partnership policy, which lacks adequate standards and supervision.
