Abstract

The main problem in this study is how to improve the science skills of group B children by applying a simple experimental method at An-Nur Pa'bangngiang Islamic kindergarten, Gowa Regency. The type of research used is class action research consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The study subjects were and 16 children of group B2 at An-Nur Pa'bangngiang Islamic Kindergarten. The object of this study is to apply simple experimental activities to improve children's science skills. Data collection techniques used for observation and documentation. The data analysis used is a quantitative description. The results of this study show that there is an improvement in children's science skills through simple experimental activities in group B children at An-Nur Pa'bangngiang Islamic kindergarten. Research in cycle I and cycle II shows that children's science skills can be seen from the observational results of children's science skills in cycle I are 40.6% and the observational results of children's science skills in cycle II are 89.6% with Excellent Development criteria. Thus it can be concluded that by applying simple experimental activities can improve science skills in group B children at An-Nur Pa'bangngiang Islamic kindergarten.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Abdulloh 2023, “Pengaruh Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri Wilayah Sub Rayon 05 Boja Kabupaten Kendal”. Tesis; Pembimbing I Dr. Noor Miyono, M.Si dan Pembimbing II Dr. Soedjono, M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Wilayah Sub Rayon 05 Boja Kabupaten Kendal. Kompetensi kepala sekolah meliputi dimensi sosial, kepribadian, manajerial, kewirausahaan, dan supervisi akademik, sedangkan motivasi kerja guru mencakup faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di SMP Negeri Wilayah Sub Rayon 05 Boja Kabupaten Kendal. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari skala pengukuran kompetensi kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, dan kinerja guru. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang hubungan antara kompetensi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil analisis regresi akan mengidentifikasi sejauh mana kompetensi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pengembangan kebijakan dan program pengembangan kompetensi kepala sekolah serta motivasi kerja guru di SMP Negeri Wilayah Sub Rayon 05 Boja Kabupaten Kendal.Top of Form Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 41,0% kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi kepala sekolah, sisanya 59,0% kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian (2) terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 53,1% dan sisanya 46,9% kinerja guru dipengruhi oleh variabel lain (3) terdapat pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 70,4% dan sisanya 29,6% kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Sub Rayon 05 Boja Kabupaten Kendal dipengaruhi selain kedua variabel tersebut. Kata kunci: kompetensi kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, kinerja guru, SMP Negeri, Sub Rayon 05, Boja, Kabupaten Kendal.

Abstract

Anarchist behavior, strife and brawls, vigilantism, an increasingly free transformation of global ethics, drug abuse if examined carefully, all begin ina crisis of morality. This is a problem in the life of society, nation, and state so that through character education programs applied in the scope of education can be a solution or solution. One of the efforts to instill character values in elementary school children can be done through children's songs. This study aims to determine and analyze the character values contained in the lyrics of children's songs by Abdulloh Totong Mahmud in the book of grade II elementary / mi students curriculum 2013. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literature research methods. The research subjects studied were thirteen children's songs by A.T Mahmud in the 2013 Curriculum Grade II student book. Based on the results of this study (1) religious values are found in happy songs of gathering, throwing garbage, rainbows, fireflies, cypresses, uncle come, scenery, thank God and the moon (2) nationalist values are found in father's bell songs (3) independent values are found in happy songs of gathering, rowing, my chicken, lizards (4) mutual aid values are contained in happy songs gathering (5) The value of integrity is contained in the song of throwing garbage.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the naturalist intelligence of students in grade 4 SD 5 Kandangmas. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The informants of this research were the 4th grade students of SD 5 Kandangmas namely ALR, AR, DMZ, NAN, MAAA, KN, as the research sample using purposive sampling method. Collecting research data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the naturalist intelligence of students in learning natural sciences in grade 4 SD 5 Kandangmas is quite good. This is shown from the findings of the researchers, namely, (a) many students like animals, (b) many students like plants, (c) Many students like outdoor activities and have concern for animals and plants, (d) Many students like activities related to nature, (e) Many students are interested in various activities outside the home and gardening.

Abstract

This study to khow how to develop HOTS-based assessment instruments assisted by wordwall websites on building material for classrooms V SDN Bantarkemang 2, as well as knowing the feasibility of assessment instruments using wordwall websites in the learning process. The method used in this study is using the ADDIE method (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research begins with collecting information on the needs and problems that exist in elementary schools, designing assessment instruments, validating products to experts, revising products, and after that testing assessment instruments for students. The results of the feasibility trial of assessment instruments using the wordwall website show that this product is very feasible for use in learning. This is evidenced by the results of the response questionnaire of validators, evaluation experts, material experts, media experts and linguists by obtaining an average percentage of 98%, as well as student response questionnaires which obtained an average percentage of 99.7%. This is also supported by analyzing the validity of the question items, the reliability of the question items, the level of difficulty of the question items and the distinguishing power of the question items. So it can be concluded that the HOTS-based assessment instrument assisted by the wordwall website on classroom V building material is suitable for use by students.

Abstract

Being disabled as an adult or not since birth can have a big psychological impact on people with disabilities such as being hopeless or unable to accept their condition. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the welfare of disabled people due to accidents. This research uses a qualitative approach with the instrumental case study method. The participants in this study were two men with disabilities due to an accident. Data collection techniques using in-depth interview techniques. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study show that social support is an important factor determining the welfare of disabled people after an accident. Family support and social networks (friends and members of the disabled disabled community) can raise the spirit of life for disabled people after an accident and can make their lives happier.

Abstract

The problem was found that 57% of students found it difficult to learn English. Especially in writing and reading skills, learning media is limited. The aims of this research are 1) to know the characteristics of Scramble Words media, 2) to know the validity of Scramble Words media, 3) to know the practicality of Scramble Words media. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the Scramble Words media was declared valid with a very feasible category with the results of the analysis of the media expert validation of 97.5% and the results of the analysis of material expert validation of 100%. The Scramble Words media was declared practical by obtaining a percentage of 82% in the strongly agree category, through the results of the student response questionnaire analysis. Through the results of the teacher's response questionnaire analysis, a percentage of 80% was obtained in the strongly agree category. Based on the results of this study the Scramble Words media developed was stated to be valid and practical to use in the learning process.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning process that has not shown interesting progress and has not been able to encourage active participation from students. This situation directly negatively affects students' learning achievement in English subjects which is still relatively low. Therefore, efforts are needed to develop more effective and interesting learning methods to improve student learning outcomes in these subjects. This study aims to obtain information on how much influence the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model has on the English learning outcomes of grade I elementary school students. This research is an experimental research that uses pre-experimental research design, with the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The research location was SDN 08 Koto Baru, Koto Baru District, Dharmasraya Regency. The research sample consisted of 24 students who were all grade I students. The data collection instrument used was a multiple choice test of 10 items, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the average pretest score was 76.25 and the average posttest score was 88.75. Description of the research data from the analysis of pretest and posttest data, using the Wilcoxon test shows a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. From the criteria, if the significance <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model on the English learning outcomes of grade I students of SDN 08 Koto Baru.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several things that the author found in the intial observations.The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the from of powerpoint-based picture word card media in TK Islamic bakti sialang gaung that is valid,practical,and effective. This type of research is research and development,which uses the ADDIE development model which consists of analysis,design,development,implementation,evaluation stages.The analysis phase includes an analysis of the child’s needs.an analysis of the child’s characteristic.the design stage carried out material and media design.the out practicality tests,and the effectiveness test was carried out at TK Islamic Bakti Sialang Gaung,Koto Baru District,Dharmasraya Regency,and the evaluation stage carried out an assessment of these results,The result of powerpoint-based picture word card media validation assessment on the validaty test by there exprest,material exprest,and linguists with very valid and valid category,practicality test with very practical category,and effectiveness results with the effective category. Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of teaching materials for Pancasila Education. The form of learning media still uses visual forms or pictures in textbooks. Most of the material in the Pancasila Education subject is almost dominant using rote learning, discussion and assignment methods, including the value material found in Pancasila. This study aims to develop digital teaching materials in learning Pancasila Education based on the Pancasila Student Profile. Digital teaching materials are adapted to the six main characteristics of the Pancasila student profile, including: Faith, piety to God Almighty and noble character; global diversity; worked together; independent; critical reasoning; and creativity, the six main characteristics are interrelated with one another so as to form characters who practice Pancasila values ​​in their daily life. This type of research uses research and development (R&D) methods, namely research used to produce certain products, and test product effectiveness. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students at SDN 2 Tubanan Jepara. The data in this study are indicators of the feasibility of digital teaching materials, using data collection methods in the form of interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and observations, as well as quantitative analysis of the results of media expert questionnaires, material expert questionnaires, class teacher response questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. Based on the results of the development of digital teaching materials for Pancasila Education based on Pancasila Student Profiles, it can be concluded that digital teaching materials have appropriate and practical criteria for use in learning Pancasila Education.
