Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the career interest of employee class students in the BK study program at PGRI University Semarang. Factors that influence the career interests of students in the employee class of the BK study program at PGRI University Semarang are measured by the variables of interest, academic achievement, type of work chosen, and parental expectations. The sample in this research were students from the employee class of the BK study program at PGRI University Semarang. Data analysis uses data reduction type analysis techniques, presenting data and drawing conclusions regarding the factors that influence the career interests of employee class students in the BK study program at PGRI University Semarang. The results of the research show that the factors that influence the career interests of students in the employee class of the BK study program at PGRI University Semarang include internal factors and external factors. Where internal factors consist of interest and academic achievement, while external factors consist of the type of job chosen and salary or income.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is the implementation of learning in which the teacher provides action to different students according to their needs. The main goal of differentiated learning is to ensure that each student can reach their maximum potential and feel motivated in the learning process. One example of technologybased evaluation media that can be applied in evaluating elementary school students is Quizizz Paper Mode. Quizizz Paper Mode is an application used to evaluate technology-based learning in the form of interactive quizzes conducted face-to-face. In practice, students answer quizzes given by the teacher by lifting the Q Cards sheet that has been distributed and the teacher will scan the student's answers with the scanner in the account. Quizizz on smartphones. The aim of this research is to apply differentiation learning in evaluation activities for Pancasila Education subjects in class 5A at Bandungan Elementary School, Semarang. This research uses qualitative methods by directly practicing differentiated learning and introducing the use of Quizizz Paper Mode to class 5A students at SD Negeri Bendungan Semarang as a formative evaluation. The results of this research are that quiziz papermode is effectively used to evaluate Pancasila Education at Bendungan State Elementary School.

Abstract

Permainan merupakan kegiatan yang dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran siswa sekolah dasar terutama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi media permainan tradisional engklek daam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif pengumpulan datanya menggunakan data yang berupa kalimat dan gambar yang berasal dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa media permainan tradisonal engklek efektif digunakan unuk meningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan dapat dilihat dalam guru menerapkan media ini peserta didik mampu dalam melaksanakan tugas dengan baik dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat dengan dilihat siswa secara sistematis menyamakan soal gambar yang ada di buku dan untuk disampaikan kepada temannya yang bermain engklek ini agar sesuai dan mendapatkan jawaban pada angka yang terdapat pada kotak permainan engklek. Maka media permaianan tradinal engklek efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Numeracy literacy skills are very important for students to have. Because these skills can help someone to gain the basic skills needed to achieve success in life. By having good numeracy literacy skills, students will be better prepared to face current developments, especially in the 21st century which is relatively fast and dynamic. Apart from that, students are able to think rationally, systematically and critically in solving existing problems. This research aims to describe the process of strengthening numeracy literacy through arithmetic extracurricular activities at Tirtayasa Islamic Elementary School. This research uses qualitative/descriptive methods. This research directly involved the supervisor of extracurricular arithmetic activities as a research participant. The data obtained was through interviews and observations. The research results show that Tirtayasa Islamic Elementary School has provided guidance to students to improve their numeracy literacy skills through arithmetic extracurricular activities.

Abstract

The role of parents is very important in the oral hygiene of young children. This study aims to describe the role of parents in maintaining children's oral and dental hygiene at TK Sultan Agung 02 Semarang. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The researcher's target was 13 subjects from a total of 34 students in Kindergarten B aged 5-6 years. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that maintaining oral hygiene starts from an early age, so it is necessary to accompany parents in caring for children's dental and oral hygiene. This was seen from the beginning of the researcher's observations of students, who saw that children really liked sweet foods such as chocolate. , yupy, etc., interviews conducted by researchers with students, as well as the results of questionnaires with parents, students really like sweet foods, as a result the condition of children's teeth, some have cavities, grouped teeth, and dental caries, so the role of people is very necessary. parents on children's oral and dental hygiene.

Abstract

This research focuses on students’ problems related to their reading comprehension. This research tries to examine the use of Webtoon application media for ninth grade students at SMPN 2 Karangrayung Grobogan. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is significant difference between students who are taught using Webtoon application and students who are taught without using Webtoon application as a learning media in class. The aim of this research (1) To investigate the reading comprehension of students taught using Webtoon application. (2) To investigate the reading comprehension students taught using Webtoon application. (3) To find out the significant difference between those using and taught without using Webtoon application. In this research, researcher used quantitative and qualitative research design as the design of study, by recruiting 30 students from one class in class IX students of SMPN 2 Karangrayung Grobogan as research subject. The data collection methods used are pre-test, post-test, and observation. Based on the students’ pre-test and post-test results that have been distributed, it shows that the pre-test with a value of 55.1 and included in the poor category is higher than the post-test score with a value of 38.8 and included in the bad category. This shows that there is a significant difference between students who were taught without using Webtoon application getting high score while students who were taught using Webtoon application got lower scores. This is also in line with the statement given by students in the observations that have been given which state that most students are less motivated to improve their reading comprehension using the Webtoon application. Based on data analysis, researcher can conclude that the Webtoon application is less helpful in improve students’ reading comprehension in class IX of SMPN 2 Karangrayung Grobogan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif model pembelajaran Make A Match dengan bantuan media Puzzle terhadap kemampuan siswa kelas 3 di SDN 02 Kuanyar Mayong Jepara, yang terdiri dari 15 siswa. Studi ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif di mana metode eksperimen digunakan. Selain itu, uji normalitas dan homogenitas digunakan selama pengumpulan data. Kami dapat mengetahui seberapa efektif model pembelajaran Make A Match dengan bantuan media Puzzle untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika bilangan pecahan. Dengan nilai signifikan 2-tailed (0.000) (0.05), nilai t-hitung - 10.274, dan nilai t-tabel 2.179, nilai rata-rata berubah dari 51.47 menjadi 88.27. Ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas 3 SDN 02 Kuanyar Mayong Jepara berhasil meningkatkan numerasi materi pecahan melalui model pembelajaran.

Abstract

Gaya mengajar seorang guru menjadi pengaruh besar terhadap keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk memperoleh informasi bagaimana gaya mengajar yang digunakan oleh guru serta kaitannya dengan motivasi peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang berfokus pada guru kelas III di SDN Bendungan I Cilegon dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil temuan didapatkan bahwa gaya mengajar yang digunakan guru yaitu gaya mengajar yang bervariasi atau gabungan. Dengan begitu, motivasi belajar peserta didik tergolong cukup baik karena adanya kaitan antara gaya mengajar guru yang selalu bervariasi dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

An this study aims to improve listening skills in grade II students through the application of the story method. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles consisting of four stages, namely, planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were the second grade students of SD Negeri 2 Merauke, totaling 29 students. The technique of data collection includes observation, listening skills, and documentation. The implementation of the storytelling method in the activities of teachers and students in cycle I was categorized as sufficient, and in cycle II, both teacher and student activities were well-executed. The results of listening skills in cycle I showed concentration indicator at 60%, understanding at 70%, memory at 55%, and conclusion at 45%, with an average score of 65.17. In contrast, in cycle II, the highest improvement in listening skills was found in the understanding indicator at 80%, categorized as excellent, while the conclusion indicator was slightly lower at 65%, with a good qualification and an average score of 75.86. Therefore, the implementation of the storytelling method in Indonesian language learning in elementary school can be considered an effective strategy in enhancing listening skills for second-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Merauke through an engaging, relevant, and experience-centered storytelling method.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to reduce bullying among young people through the use of role-play techniques in group supervision. The research method is descriptive or qualitative. Data was collected through observation and interviews with informants. The sample used was 2 teenagers, consisting of 1 girl and 1 boy. This research is motivated by an understanding of group leadership and its goals, an understanding of role playing techniques and their goals, and the use of role playing techniques in group leadership. The results of the study used role play techniques to guide teachers into the roles of victims and bullies when facing bullying in the school environment. In the case of youth bullying, more attention should be paid to maintaining the mental health of individuals in their daily activities. bullying is based on hyperactivity, done on purpose and with a specific purpose. This hyperactive behavior can be classified as bullying when the behavior has reached the psychological side of the person or victim. So this bullying is behavior that is intended to hurt someone who is done by the bully intentionally. This bullying is called intentional behavior because the behavior is planned or organized and has a specific purpose, namely to frighten or even make the victim feel traumatized. The technique of group counseling services is a role play. Role playing is an activity in which two people switch roles to practice speaking and listening. This technique is suitable for communication and interaction between individuals through group leadership. This role-playing technique invites students to role-play or dramatize certain situations, ideas, or characters.
