Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak ada pengaruh metode SQ3R terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks nonfiksi siswa kelas V SDN 1 Bumi Agung. Jenis penelitian ini yakni eksperimen dengan metode kuantitatif Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian posttest only control design. Sampel penelitian yakni kelas V SDN 1 Bumi Agung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji t dua sampel bebas (independent sample t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode SQ3R berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa pada materi teks nonfiksi kelas V SDN 1 Bumi Agung. Karena didapatkan Metode SQ3R membuat siswa lebih aktif dalam membaca dan memahami setiap paragraf dan langkah-langkah dalam metode SQ3R yang tersusun secara sistematis memudahkan siswa dalam mengingat informasi pada setiap paragraf. Dibuktikan pula dengan hasil uji-t menggunakan (Independent Sample t-test) dengan nilai sebesar 4.926 dan sebesar 2,028 yang berarti > yang berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata Kunci: Metode SQ3R, Membaca Pemahaman, Teks Nonfiks Abstract This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of the SQ3R method on the reading comprehension ability of fifth grade students of SDN 1 Bumi Agung. This type of research is an experiment with a quantitative method. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a posttest only control design. The research sample is class V SDN 1 Bumi Agung. Data collection techniques using observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques used the normality test, homogeneity test and two-free sample t-test (independent sample t-test). The results of the study showed that the application of the SQ3R method had an effect on students' reading comprehension skills on nonfiction text material for class V SDN 1 Bumi Agung. Because it was found that the SQ3R method made students more active in reading and understanding each paragraph and the steps in the SQ3R method which were arranged systematically made it easier for students to remember the information in each paragraph. This is also evidenced by the results of the t-test using (Independent Sample t-test) with a t_count value of 4,926 and a t_table of 2.028, which means t_count > t_table, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam konteks pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar adalah kurangnya instrumen yang tepat untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa terhadap materi siklus air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi instrumen soal berbasis STEM dalam materi siklus air untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 124 siswa di Sekolah Dasar Kota Semarang. Proses pengembangan instrumen melibatkan validasi oleh ahli menggunakan indeks Aiken dan analisis Rasch Model dengan menggunakan program Winsteps. Validasi ahli menunjukkan butir soal yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria validitas dalam aspek materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa dengan rentang validitas antara 0,75 hingga 0,95. Reliabilitas instrumen juga ditemukan sedang dengan nilai alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,63. Hasil analisis Rasch Model menunjukkan instrumen ini memenuhi kriteria fit dengan rentang hasil outfit MNSQ antara +0,64 hingga +1,73. Hasil reliabilitas item mencapai 0,93, sementara reliabilitas individu mencapai 0,49. Dapat disimpulkan instrumen soal IPA SD berbasis STEM pada materi siklus air yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas baik. Implikasinya adalah instrumen ini dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam mengukur pemahaman siswa terhadap materi siklus air di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

This study aims is to describe the learning motivation of students in learning the basic material of clothing. Types of descriptive research. The subject for this research was 23 students of class IIIB at Bendungan Elementary School consisting of 13 girls and 10 boys. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Motivational data were obtained using questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile, to support the research data, it was carried out by observing the state of the class. Data analysis was performed using descriptive qualitative. The questionnaire used is closed, in this questionnaire, respondents can only answer with the choices provided by the researcher. The research results obtained the researcher obtained a final score of 48 questions and 23 respondents, namely 3104, and obtained an average of 65% which was classified as quite good. Meanwhile, 9 children got very good criteria, and 14 students got good criteria. Statements of research data with a total of 48 statements, classified into 4 groups, namely always, often, sometimes, and never.

Abstract

The problem that forms the background of this study is the low Indonesian speaking skills of class IV students at SDN 79 Seringat in Indonesian content in learning the theme 8 sub-themes 1. In an effort to overcome this problem, it is necessary to apply the role playing method to Indonesian content. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the role playing method on the Indonesian speaking skills of students in the Indonesian language content of class IV SDN 79 Seringat. This study used a Pre-Experimental design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were all students in class IV at SDN 79 Seringat, while the sample used was students in class IV at SDN 79 Seringat, which consisted of 15 students. The sample in this study was taken using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique was taken using an observation sheet, the results of the observation data were calculated and compared based on the analysis with the validity test using the size validity test with the same sample (pairs) the result was 12.669. Based on these values, it can be seen that the value of tcount > ttable (12.669 > 2.145), then there is a difference between the pretest and posttest. the reliability test using the method repeated technique obtained a result of 0.894. Based on these values, it can be seen that the r-statistic value > from the r-table value of moment products (0.894 > 0.054), then there is a significant difference between X and Y. Then test the hypothesis through Excel 2010 at the level of 0.05. The results of the analysis of observational data from hypothesis testing on paired t-test of two sample means with a significance level of 0.05 show the results of sig. P(T<=t) two-tail is smaller than a or in the equation 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected. Based on the results of the analysis of the observational data, it can be concluded that the role playing method has a significant influence on Indonesian Speaking Skills in the Indonesian language content of Grade IV students at SDN 79 Seringat, Merangin Regency.

Abstract

Interest in reading is someone interested in reading and has a strong desire to read, evaluate, and understand the material. Thus, various factors support the low enthusiasm of students in reading. The purpose of this study was to find out how the reading interest of grade 2 students at SDN 02 Gayamsari Semarang. This study aims to determine students' reading interest in grade 2 SDN 02 Gayamsari. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The findings show that some students' interest in reading is lacking, but most students' interest in reading is positive. There are 2 internal and external factors identified as factors of students' interest in reading based on the findings of data analysis. Internal elements come from students, such as a lack of motivation to read, students' lack of feelings, attention to books and the benefits of reading, and reading books at the request of the teacher. there is an impact of smartphone use. The steps taken are by giving motivation, continuous attention to grade 2 students, and attention to increasing interest in reading. Factors that influence interest in reading outside are the role of the teacher, environment, family, and facilities. Teachers must use theory or learning strategy components as learning principles so that learning is well received by students and becomes easier.

Abstract

The research aims of this study were to determine the effect of the PBL (Problem-Based Learning) learning model on the learning outcomes of flat-shape mathematics in class IV A students at SD Negeri Rejosari 01. This study used a pre-experimental research type, namely one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were all students in class IV A in SDN Rejosari 01 Semarang and used for saturated sampling. The data used are tested and documentation. The results showed that the average pretest score was 52.3 and the posttest average score was 83.4, meaning that student learning outcomes had increased, the average gain test was 69.39 which included the criteria for being quite effective, and the results of the paired sample test show 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the PBL learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN Rejosari 01 Semarang.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the low ability of students in writing, one of which is in producing explanatory texts by palying attention to the structure and linguistic rules. Factors that can cause this are the lack of students in imagining and the inffectiveness of the learning methods used by educators. One of the learning methods that can increase students imagination in writing explanatory texts is the nature learning method. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest and final test design and a control group. The results showed that the ability of students increased in learning to produce explanatory texts by paying attention to the structure and linguistic rules. There was an increase in the average pretest score from 46,35 to 87,92 in the experimental class posttest. There is a significant difference between the learning outcomes the learning outcomes of students in the experimental and control class, with the average value of the experimental class posttest of 87,92 while in the control class it is 58,92.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulty of students understanding special social studies learning material, difficulties in choosing suitable media for the material are still experienced by educators so that it influences student learning outcomes. This study intends to develop interactive learning videos on social studies content assisted by the kineMaster grade V SD application that are valid, practical and effective. The research method used is research (R&D) Research and development. The research model used is the ADDIE Model with stages (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation). The five stages are carried out through needs analysis, curriculum analysis, and character analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the validity of the interactive video media was obtained from 3 expert validators, indicating that the interactive video media obtained an average of 85.86% in the very valid category, the results of the interactive video practicality were assessed from the educator's response questionnaire and students to the interactive video, totaling 1 teacher and 14 students in class V at SDN No 21/ VI Rantau Suli, obtained an average of 92.94% categorized as very practical. The effectiveness of interactive videos obtained an average of 84.16% categorized as very effective. Thus it can be concluded that the interactive videos that have been made are very valid, practical, and effective for use in class V SDN No 21/ VI Rantau Suli.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the crossword puzzle learning model on social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade elementary school students. The independent variable of this study is the crossword puzzle learning model and the dependent variable is student learning outcomes. The population in this study were 31 students in VA and VB classes. The sample in this study amounted to 31 people. The sampling technique was carried out by Simple random sampling. This experimental method uses a Quasy Experiment with a research design using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Documentation and test data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is the t-test. The results of the calculation of the data analysis data obtained the average value of the control class posttest results of 68.75 and 80.67 for the experimental class posttest. Based on the results of the t test analysis, the value of t_count = 2.255 is more than t_(table (0.05)) = 1.699 so that H_o is rejected, meaning H_a is accepted. So is the value of sig. Amounting to 0.032 <0.05. Thus there is an influence of the crossword puzzle learning model on student learning outcomes in Social Studies class V Elementary School. Dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran crossword puzzle pada hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran diorama pada materi bersikap toleran dalam keberagaman sosial budaya masyarakat pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 90 Palembang yang mana dapat digunakan pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengambangan (Reseach and Development) dengan mengguanakan model pengembangan ADDIE, dalam pengembangan ADDIE ada beberapa tahapan- tahapan dari model ini yaitu Analysis (Analisis), Design (Desain/Perencanaan), Development (Pengembangan), Implementations (Implementasi), dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data wawancara, angket, tes, & dokumentasi. Hasil kevalidan terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli media, yang memperoleh hasil 88% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil kepraktisan dari pendidik dan respon siswa memperoleh hasil 89,1% dengan kategori sangat layak. Perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang belum menggunakan media diorama dengan nilai rata-rata 39,71 dan setelah menggunakan media diorama nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh 81,14. Hasil keefektifan yang diperoleh dari pretest dan postest didapatkan hasil N-Gain sebesar 0,96 dengan kategori sedang dan efektif. Kata kunci :Media pembelajaran, toleransi dalam keberagaman sosial budaya Abstract This study aims to develop and produce diorama learning media products on the subject of being tolerant in the socio-cultural diversity of society in class V SD Negeri 90 Palembang which can be used by educators in the learning process. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, questionnaires, tests, & documentation. The validity results consisted of material experts, media experts, who obtained 88% results in a very valid category. The results of practicality from educators and student responses obtained results of 89.1% with a very decent category. The difference between the learning outcomes of students who have not used diorama media with an average value of 39.71 and after using diorama media the average value obtained is 81.14. The effectiveness results obtained from the pretest and posttest obtained an N-Gain result of 0.96 in the moderate and effective category.
