Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of graduation standards from Public Elementary School and Islamic Elementary School. The unit part of this research is graduation standards and the learning process. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. Basic education is a level of formal education that is mandatory for every child in Indonesia. This level of education aims to provide knowledge, skills and attitudes to students so they can continue to a higher level of education. In Indonesia, there are two types of elementary schools, namely state elementary schools (SDN) and JSIT. These two types of elementary schools have their own characteristics and advantages. Choosing the right elementary school for children must be adjusted to the needs and abilities of each child. Parents need to consider factors that can influence student graduation, such as the quality of education, student motivation, and parental support.

Abstract

Industry 5.0 continues to develop rapidly along with technological developments around us. The role of information technology must be able to meet organizational needs or data and system requirements that support the organization's business strategy. Management Information System is a system that processes organizational data and However, in its implementation there are several problems and challenges faced by the world of education related to digitalization, namely the professionalism of educational staff which is not yet optimal, learning strategies which are still conventional while the development of digitalization of education continues to grow, the challenge of improving the system school management information that needs to be improved, digitalization developments that must continue to be developed, as well as the challenges of advances in science and technology. Information that is useful for carrying out tasks within the organization. UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City in its education process also uses the dapodik management information system. Basic Education Data, hereinafter abbreviated to Dapodik, is a data collection system managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which contains data on schools, students, educators and educational staff, and educational substance whose data is sourced from schools which are continuously updated (update ) online. Problem formulation, namely: 1) What is the description of the implementation of digitalization of the dapodik management information system at UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City?, 2) What are the obstacles that occur when implementing digitization of the dapodik management information system at UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City? This research is field research, namely the author goes directly to the field to collect data about the implementation of digitalization of the Dapodik management information system at UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City. The result of the research is the implementation of digitalization of the management information system at UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City. Several examples have provided knowledge that has been applied. data on schools, students, educators and education personnel, and educational substance whose data comes from schools which are continuously updated online. The obstacles that occur with the implementation of this operation are the inaccuracy of time in the data input process, the application changes very quickly, namely frequent updates, the Dapodik usage guide is not detailed enough, does not explain in detail the sub menus in Dapodik, the impracticality of the Dapodik web is still semi-online, that is, you can only use 1 PC, filling in student grades in the Merdeka Curriculum has not been updated and still refers to K13, and there are too many websites connected via Dapodik which often makes operators confused, such as verval, sp.datadik, etc.

Implementasi Praktik Kerja Industri dalam Peningkatan Kompetensi Computer Numerical Control pada Program Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan SMKN 4 Semarang” teleh dipertahankan dihadapan Sidang Panitia Ujian Tesis Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan, Program Pascasarjana Universitas PGRI Semarang. Pembimbing I Dr. Maryanto, M.Si, Pembimbing II Dr. Noor Miyono, M.Si. Praktik kerja industri (prakerin) adalah pembelajaran bagi Peserta Didik pada SMK/MAK, SMALB, dan LKP yang dilaksanakan melalui praktik kerja di dunia kerja dalam jangka waktu tertentu sesuai dengan kurikulum dan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Computer Numerical Control kemudian lebih dikenal dengan CNC adalah suatu sistem otomasi mesin perkakas yang dioperasikan oleh perintah terprogram secara abstrak yang disimpan didalam media simpan mesin tersebut. Dengan adanya kegiatan prakerin diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi CNC peserta didik sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi praktik kerja industri dalam peningkatan CNC pada program keahlian Teknik Pemesinan di SMKN 4 Semarang, yang secara lebih spesifik dalam sub focus perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan praktik kerja industri dalam peningkatan kompetensi CNC. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualtatif deskriptif dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan peningkatan CNC. Ada tiga tahapan dalam penelitian ini, meliputi tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, dan tahapan pengawasan. Informan penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, WKS Humashubin, Pokja prakerin, Kaprodi Teknik Pemesinan, Guru Pembimbing prakerin, dan Peserta Didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumetasi, teknik analisis data terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan/verifikasi. Adapun uji keabsahan yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) perencanaan dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan, yaitu pemetaan DUDIKA, penetapan lokasi prakerin, penetapan jangka waktu, pemetaan penempatan peserta didik, penetapan pembimbing prakerin, dan pembekalan peserta didik; (2) pelaksanaan prakerin dilakukan dengan penempatan peserta didik di DUDIKA, praktik kerja, dan mentoring; (3) pengawasan dilaksanakan monitoring, penilaian, kegiatan uji kompetensi keahlian, dan evaluasi program. Saran dalam penelitian ini ditujukan kepada: 1) Dinas Pendidikan terus mendorong sekolah meningkatkan kerjasama dengan DUDIKA, memfasilitasi sekolah melakukan MoU dengan industri yang relevan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan; 2) Kepala Sekolah dapat memperkuat kerjasama dengan DUDIKA, melakukan analisis anggaran, melibatkan guru dan wali kelas dalam kegiatan prakerin; (3) guru memberikan metode pembelajaran yang lebih bervariasi, pembelajaran yang diberikan bukan hanya penguasaan hard skill, tetapi juga soft skill.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how School-Based Quality Improvement Management works by looking at educational input, educational processes and educational output. This research was conducted at the Tuntang Islamic Kindergarten which received category "A" accreditation from the National PAUD Accreditation Board (BAN). The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Research subjects or informants are school principals and teachers. The results found and presented from this research are: 1) Tuntang Islamic Kindergarten educational input, including human resources, other resources, institutional software, and school expectations; 2) educational processes related to the teaching and learning process and the process of managing teaching staff; 3) educational output that is in accordance with the objectives of the Tuntang Islamic Kindergarten. The researcher concluded that the three characteristics of educational quality have reached the standard of achieving educational quality.

Abstract

Education in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 is certainly inseparable from digitalization. The implementation of school digitalization in learning can improve the quality of education. Using a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the method used is descriptive research method. The results of this research show that the learning process carried out by tutors has used digital-based interactive media, tutors in implementing learning have used digital-based learning media. In implementing the teaching and learning process, adequate infrastructure support is needed. development of human resources, the Salatiga City UPTD SPNF SKB Institute holds In House Training (IHT), or similar training related to the development of the world of digitalization in education. In digital development, quite a small amount of money is required, for the new development process a new IT TEAM is carried out which can be used in developing the learning process.

Abstract

Violence in the elementary school environment is a serious problem that can affect children's physical, mental and emotional development. This research aims to describe the role of teachers in preventing and handling violence in elementary schools. This research method involves a literature survey and content analysis to present a comprehensive picture of teachers' duties and responsibilities in creating a safe learning environment. The research results show that teachers have a key role in preventing violence through implementing character education programs, forming positive behavior, and developing students' social skills. In addition, teachers are responsible for detecting signs of violence, both physical and verbal, and reporting them to the authorities. In handling violence, teachers act as mediators and facilitators in resolving conflicts between students. They must also provide emotional support to victims and perpetrators, while working with school staff, parents, and other relevant parties to provide appropriate corrective action. Teachers' active involvement in training and self-development related to classroom management, effective communication, and understanding the needs and uniqueness of each student is very important. Teachers' awareness of the impact of violence on children's development and their readiness to deal with situations involving violence are important aspects in creating a safe and supportive learning environment. This research concludes that the teacher's role is not only limited to delivering lesson material, but also involves social and emotional responsibility in creating a positive and violence-free learning environment for children in elementary schools.

Abstract

Education in the present era is education in the 21st century. Learning must be able to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, creativity and innovation, communication, and collaboration. Therefore, teachers must be innovative and creative in creating lessons that foster high-level thinking in students. One way is through the selection of varied and digitally-based learning media in accordance with the development of education. The aim of this study is to describe innovative and creative digital-based learning media, specifically using the Canva application in teaching. Lessons using the Canva application are one of the appropriate solutions to support teachers in developing digital-based learning media. The method used in this research is literature review, based on journals, books, and related articles. The researcher collected seven articles related to learning through the Canva media with a publication period ranging from 2020 to 2023. The results of this study indicate that learning using the Canva application is one of the innovative, creative, engaging, and enjoyable learning media in line with the current digital-based education development. The goal of this research is to enhance innovative, creative learning through the Canva media so that students feel happy and engaged in the learning process.

Abstract

Mathematical reasoning ability is a vital aspect that must be possessed by students in understanding mathematical problems. With the ability to reason students can analyze new situations, make logical assumptions, explain ideas and make conclusions. Mathematical reasoning abilities can be developed using learning models that are able to open students' horizons. However, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, there are limitations in terms of the learning process, thus distance learning based on e-learning is one of the choices of learning models that can be applied in schools. This study will discuss whether there are differences in students' mathematical reasoning abilities between before and after e-learning-based Distance Learning. In this study using ex post facto research methods, where the population in this study were all class VII students of MTs Ma'arif Bugel An-Nur in Indramayu with the research sample being class VII A students. The research instrument used in this study was a test of reasoning ability. mathematics (pretest and posttest) and non-test in the form of a mathematical disposition questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using SPPS Statistic 20 software and Ms. Excel. Analysis of the data used was the Wilcoxon test from the results of the pretest and posttest with a significance level of = 0.05 and it was concluded that there were differences in mathematical reasoning abilities between before and after distance learning based on e-learning. Meanwhile, the analysis of the questionnaire data shows that almost half of the students have a mathematical disposition after participating in e-learning-based Distance Learning.

Abstract

Parental involvement is an important part of the student learning process. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of parental involvement in the learning process on student learning achievement which will be carried out at SD N Krapyak Wetan. Descriptive qualitative research was used in research planning. The research results show that parental involvement can influence student achievement in the learning process. The role of parents in accompanying learning at home has a good impact on the learning environment for students and their families. Students' enthusiasm for studying at school increases with their proficiency in the material they have studied at home.

Abstract

Learning difficulties in learning greatly influence students' abilities and learning outcomes at school. Learning difficulties experienced by students are definitely caused by factors that influence the occurrence of obstacles or disruptions in learning. This research aims to analyze and explain the factors that cause students' learning difficulties in science subjects in participating in learning implementation. Factors that cause students' learning difficulties can come from internal factors or external factors. The subjects in this research were fifth grade elementary school students. The method used in this research is literature study or literature review. The data collection methods used in this research were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Based on the research results obtained, the learning difficulties of fifth grade elementary school students are influenced by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors that influence students' learning difficulties are students' low interest in learning, students' lack of concentration, students' lack of activeness and enthusiasm for learning, and students' less than optimal abilities, where these factors come from within the students. Meanwhile, external factors that influence are a lack of attention and learning guidance from parents, inappropriate selection of methods and models and presentation of learning, as well as a lack of adequate learning media.
