<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether there is an improvement in mathematics learning outcomes in identifying the Least Common Multiple (LCM) and Greatest Common Divisor (GCD) through the application of the STAD (Student Teams-Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning model among fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Hartaco Indah. The research follows the framework of classroom action research (CAR), where the identified problems are analyzed and addressed through a series of cyclical activities consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. If the issues are not resolved in one cycle, subsequent cycles may follow. This study involved two cycles, targeting 33 fifth-grade students from SD Inpres Hartaco Indah. The findings indicate an improvement in students' ability to determine powers and roots in mathematics through the STAD cooperative learning model. The results reveal that the average learning outcomes in Cycle II (82.26 or 82%) were higher than those in Cycle I (74.13 or 74%) and also surpassed students' previous achievements in mathematics. However, it is acknowledged that the implementation of the learning method was not fully optimized due to time constraints and individual differences among students. To further validate these findings, follow-up studies with similar research problems are recommended, conducted in different locations and with a broader scope.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas V SD Inpres Sero melalui media pembelajaran Google Sites. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan agar mengatasi permasalahan yang sedang terjadi di kelas. Setelah dilakukan observasi didalam kelas dengan pembelajaran yang monoton dengan metode ceramah hasilnya tidak ssuai dengan harapan karena rata-rata peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam menerima dan memahami materi Pelajaran dengan cepat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rendahnya hasil ujian yang diberikan setelah pembelajaran selesai. Dari hasil refleksi ditemukan penyebab dari kegagalan tersebut yaitu karena dalam mengajar guru menerapkan metode ceramah secara terus menerus, tidak menggunakan media teknologi yang mampu menarik perhatian peserta didik. Untuk itu penetili berinisiatif untuk melakukan penelitian atau perbaikan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan sebuah websites yang ada di internet yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuat media pembelajaran dengan design sendiri yaitu Google Sites. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas V SD Inpres Sero mengalami peningkatan yang awalnya nilai rata- rata 60 dengan nilai presentase ketuntasan 31% pada siklus I dan mengalami peningkatan nilai rata- rata 80 dengan nilai presentase ketuntasan menjadi 90% pada siklus II. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui media Google Sites dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas V SD Inpres Sero]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine by analyzing the impact of the implementation of the teaching at the right level model problem based learning approach in improving student learning outcomes in mathematics. This research method uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, this provides an opportunity to understand and analyze the planning, implementation and evaluation process and identify challenges and obstacles in improving student learning outcomes in mathematics in Class VI SDN Parang Tambung 1 Makassar City.This study went through several cycles, each cycle including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The implementation of learning using the teaching at the right level model problem based learning approach adapts to each different student's abilities. This data was obtained through observation results and assessment of learning outcomes, this shows positive changes in student involvement in understanding the material. In addition, these initial results provide information faced by teachers in implementing learning from traditional teaching to the implementation of the teaching at the right level model problem based learning approach. The results of this study indicate an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle 1 of 0.25 with a low category and cycle 2 of 0.58 with a medium category. This shows that the application of teaching at the right level problem based learning model is able to improve student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in Civic Education through the use of Student Worksheets (LKPD) at UPT SPF SD Inpres Balang Boddong. Using Classroom Action Research method with two cycles, this study involved 17 fifth-grade students. The results showed a significant improvement in learning outcomes, with classical completeness increasing from 41.18% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II. The class average also increased from 73.17 to 86.35. The implementation of structured student worksheets not only improved cognitive aspects but also developed students' social skills and civic values. Positive transformation was observed in learning interaction patterns, with an increase in active student engagement from 65% to over 90%. This research proves that the use of well-designed student worksheets can be an effective solution in improving the quality of Civic Education learning at the elementary school level.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengethui pengaruh media pembelajaran wordwall berbasis game based learning siswa kelas VIII 3 SMP Negeri 11 Barru terhadap hasil belajar materi berpikir komputasional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 25 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pre-eksperimen one group pre-test post-test design. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda yang diberikan dua kali yakni sebelum diberikannya perlakuan (pre-test) dan setelah diberikan perlakuan (post-test). Maka berdasarkan hasil analisis data, peneliti mengetahui bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar informatika menggunakan media Wordwall. Ditunjukkan dari nilai rata-rata post-test (86%) yang lebih bedar dari nilai pre-test (52,4%), terdapat kenaikan sebesar 33,6%. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Wordwall memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar sisiwa kelas VIII 3 SMP Negeri 11 Barru.]]>

<![CDATA[Disiplin kerja merupakan aspek fundamental yang berperan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis indikator-indikator utama disiplin kerja melalui kajian literatur dan studi empiris. Indikator disiplin kerja mencakup berbagai aspek yang mencerminkan kepatuhan, komitmen, dan kinerja karyawan terhadap aturan dan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, wawancara dan survei. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi beberapa indikator utama disiplin kerja, yaitu: (1) Kehadiran dan ketepatan waktu; (2) Kepatuhan terhadap aturan dan prosedur; (3) Produktivitas kerj; (4) Kualitas kerja; (5) Perilaku dan sikap. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa disiplin kerja yang baik berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan efisiensi organisasi. Karyawan yang memiliki disiplin kerja tinggi cenderung menunjukkan performa yang lebih konsisten dan dapat diandalkan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih tertib dan efisien, serta mengurangi risiko kesalahan dan pelanggaran.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang dijadikan sebagai strategi dalam mengatasi keberagaman kemampuan dari peserta didik yang meliputi gaya belajar, minat belajar, karakteristik peserta didik diSMP Negeri 51 Dalam Rangka Mewujudkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Review Literature dengan sumber data dari artikel dan juga dari jurnal. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dari berbagai sumber yang sudah di kumpulkan sebelumnya Keragaman kemampuan peserta didik jika tidak diatasi maka akan berdampak pada hasil pembelajaran sehingga harus diatasi dengan memberikan fasilitas dengan memberikan pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Strategi yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengatasi keragaman kemampuan peserta didik di SMP Negeri 51 Palembang dengan melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yakni mengelompokan peserta didik sesuai dengan kemampuannya sehingga peserta didik merasa lebih senang karena kebutuhannya bisa difasilitasi ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze differentiated learning which is used as a strategy in overcoming the diversity of abilities of students including learning styles, learning interests, characteristics of students at SMP Negen 51 in the Framework of Realizing the Independent Curriculum. The research method used in this study is Literature Review with data sources from articles and also from journals. For data collection techniques in this study using literature studies from various sources that have been collected previously. The diversity of student abilities if not overcome will have an impact on learning outcomes so that it must be overcome by providing facilities by providing fulfillment of learning needs according to what is needed. The strategy that can be done to overcome the diversity of student abilities at SMP Negen 51 Palembang is through differentiated learning, namely grouping students according to their abilities so that students feel happier because their needs can be facilitated.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve the reading ability of first grade students at SD Inpres Mariso II through word-composing game techniques in learning Indonesian. This type of research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cycle is carried out in 3 meetings. The research procedure consists of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this study were 28 class I students of SD Inpres Mariso II, Makassar City. The research instruments used were observation sheets (students and teachers), interview text sheets, evaluation test sheets. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, evaluation and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results showed that in the first cycle students' reading ability increased by 53% or 15 students out of 28 students who met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). Meanwhile, in cycle II students' reading ability increased by 82% or 23 students out of 28 students who met the completeness criteria (KKM). Thus the results of the study can be concluded that, using the word-composing game technique can improve the reading ability of class I SD Inpres Mariso II Makassar City in learning Indonesian.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the Application of Differentiated Learning to Students' Creative Thinking Abilities. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that the application of differentiated learning is a new paradigm carried out through the educational process in improving students' creative thinking abilities. Differentiated learning is a new approach in the Independent Curriculum and one of the steps in implementing the character profile of Pancasila students, especially creative characters. Creative thinking skills are abilities that must be possessed by students in responding to the challenges of 21st century learning which is developing rapidly. The process of implementing differentiated learning through four aspects, namely differentiated contests, differentiated processes, differentiated products, and differentiated learning environments has a significant influence on students' creative thinking abilities.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of using Differentiated Learning on student learning outcomes in Topic B: Photosynthesis, the Most Important Process on Earth in class IV of Budi Mulia Binjohara Private Elementary School for the 2023/2024 academic year. In this research, quantitative research methods and pre-experimental research were used. The population of this research was the entire fourth grade of Budi Mulia Binjohara Private Elementary School, totaling 22 students. Sampling was taken using saturated sampling and the sample used was class IV, totaling 22 students. To determine students' initial abilities, this researcher conducted a PreTest with an average score of 59.09 which was in the category of not meeting the learning objectives. Then the results of the PostTest have increased from the PreTest results given previously with the average student score reaching 82 in the good category. The level of success in student learning outcomes has increased as evidenced by the results of the correlation test calculation which was obtained at 0.661, which means r count (0.661) > r table (432). Next is hypothesis testing (t-test) where t count ≥ t table, namely 3.940 ≥ 2.060 so that it can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a significant positive influence from the use of differentiated learning on student learning outcomes on topic B Photosynthesis, the Most Important Process on Earth in class IV of Budi Mulia Binjohara Private Elementary School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.]]>
