Abstract

Problems in Mathematics learning in the discussion of fractions, where there is a lack of student learning outcomes in mathematics on fractions. Students still have little knowledge about fractions, students have difficulty understanding fractions. Through this problem, the aim of this research is to overcome the low student learning outcomes. To overcome this, interesting and appropriate media is needed so that students can easily understand the material. Therefore, researchers will apply fraction puzzle media. The type of research used in this research is the experimental method. Experimental research is research conducted to reveal the relationship between two other variables. There are several types of Pre-Experimental Design, namely One-Shot Case Study, One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, and Intact-Group Pretest-Posttest Design (initial test-single group final test). In this study, an initial test (Pretest) was given before treatment was given, after treatment, acting out was given a final test (Posttest). Because by knowing this you can compare the results more accurately. This research was carried out at SDN 04 Koto Baru in class IV in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The population in this study was 20 elementary school students. The data collection instruments used used independent and dependent variables. Development of instruments used for validity testing, reliability testing, level of difficulty testing. The data collection technique used was an initial test (pre-test) and a final test (post-test). The data analysis technique for this research uses the Normality Test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results obtained, the significance of the paired samples t test showed that it was significant at 0.000 at a significance level of 0.005. The calculation results obtained sig <a (0.000 <0.005) which means the t test is not in the Ho acceptance area so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this research is proven. So "there is a significant influence of the use of fraction puzzle media in the Mathematics subject Fraction material on the learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 04 Koto Baru".

Abstract

This research aims to produce interactive learning media development products using smart apps creator in chapter VIII material, I am a healthy child in class IV. This research uses the type of research and development. This 4D (four-D) development model has four stages, namely: definition, design, development and dissemination. The type of data taken is from the development of interactive learning media, namely quantitative and qualitative. The instruments used in this research are validation of interactive learning media, instruments for the practicality of interactive learning media, instruments for the effectiveness of interactive learning media, data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and questionnaires. The results of research on interactive learning media using smart apps creators resulted in content, material and language validation scores with an average score of 92.06% categorized as very valid. The practicality of interactive learning media using smart apps creator received a score of 89.52% which was categorized as very valid. The effectiveness of interactive learning media using smart apps creator obtained a score of 91.30%, categorized as very effective.

Abstract

Tolerance is a noble value that is highly emphasized in Islam. The concept of tolerance in Islam is known as al-tasamuh, which has a broad meaning, namely mutual respect, respect for differences, and peaceful coexistence with others, both fellow Muslims and non-Muslims, the concept of tolerance in Islam has several basic principles, namely: al-hurriyah fi al-i'tiqâd (freedom of belief), al-insâniyyah (human values), and al-wasathiyyah (moderate). This research aims to examine the concept of tolerance in Islam and how this teaching can be applied effectively in Indonesian society. This research is a literature study, which is an in-depth research method to analyze and investigate relevant literature in a particular field of knowledge or topic. The paper explains that tolerance between communities can be achieved by incorporating the concept of tolerance in Islam. In addition, it can explore the various challenges faced in implementing tolerance as well as strategies that can be used to overcome obstacles that exist in society, so as to create tolerance in Islam that is mutually understanding and respectful between human beings. Abstract

This research began with the use of a learning media in the form of a big book, which is an interesting type of teaching media. The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) how the planning of the implementation of big book media in Indonesian language learning is carried out, (2) how the implementation of big book media in Indonesian language learning is conducted, and (3) how the evaluation of the implementation of big book media in Indonesian language learning in class II A SDN 008 Samarinda Ilir is performed. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The subjects of the study consist of the class teacher and students of class II A SDN 008 Samarinda Ilir. The research was conducted over 4 days, with 2 days for preliminary research and 2 days for the actual implementation. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, with instruments including observation sheets for teacher activities, interview sheets, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) The planning done by the teacher in Indonesian language learning includes preparing teaching modules and creating an interesting big book media, as well as making questions related to the big book; (2) The implementation of Indonesian language learning using the big book media involved the teacher reading the story from the big book and engaging students in dialogue throughout the lesson. There were also some challenges in the implementation, such as some students being less active and noisy; (3) The evaluation of the Indonesian language learning involved the teacher assigning questions related to the material in the big book, with the teacher providing 5 questions related to the story in the big book, and the students completing the questions on paper.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran pendampingan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di SDN 3 Pamotan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi terkait kegiatan pendampingan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profesional guru PJOK melalui pemberian umpan balik, pelatihan, serta observasi kelas. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya tetap menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pendampingan. Dampak pendampingan yang efektif dapat dilihat dari peningkatan kualitas pengajaran dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif. Faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas pendampingan meliputi komunikasi yang baik antara kepala sekolah dan guru, serta dukungan dari pihak sekolah dalam menyediakan sarana yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya penguatan kolaborasi, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan optimalisasi sumber daya dalam kegiatan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PJOK.

Abstract

The speed of development of science and technology indicates changes in teaching methods and strategies. A teacher is perhaps one of the most important learning resources who can impart all knowledge and information to a child. Instructors encourage students to understand facts and information on their own and help them develop them. Therefore, there is a need for initiatives to improve the quality of education by reducing the role of teachers as sources of information (teacher centric). The development model used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) which involves creating educational media such as animated educational videos to increase students' interest in learning. The aim of PowerPoint-based learning materials is to help students understand the stages of frog development visually and interactively. For example, looking at the life cycle of frogs, such as eggs, tadpoles, young frogs, and even adult frogs, helps students understand concepts more clearly. Based on the research that has been conducted, it is known that the learning goals of elementary school students have not been achieved because their learning motivation is very low. Therefore, researchers are motivated to conduct research on the development of educational media because this media can provide interesting educational content and can encourage students to participate in the learning process. It is important to consider quality and criteria when developing research. Evaluate product quality by paying attention to the criteria of validity, effectiveness, practicality and attractiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to increase children's interest and motivation in reading and creativity in making KIKAPOL learning media (Kincir, Kartu, and Pohon Literasi) that utilize used goods in literacy activities at the Sanggar Anak Sungai Deli. Literacy activities in this studio aim to improve children's reading and writing skills through interesting, creative, and environmentally friendly media. By utilizing used goods, this study evaluates solutions to increase the effectiveness of literacy learning while reducing waste. The results of the study indicate that the use of KIKAPOL media based on used goods can significantly increase children's interest in reading and literacy skills

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecanduan Reels Instagram terhadap Prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Skala kecanduan Reels Instagram dan skala prokrastinasi akademik digunakan sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini jenis instrument yang digunakan adalah angket. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Proportional Random Sampling sehingga total responden adalah 103 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan bantuan SPSS 27 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dengan taraf signifikansi <,001 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kecanduan Reels Instagram terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Pengaruh tersebut tercatat sebesar 45.9%, yang berarti ketergantungan pada Reels Instagram dapat mempengaruhi prokrastinasi akademik mereka dalam jumlah tersebut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecanduan Reels Instagram terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

In the procurement of package books at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun Indramayu, sharia economic principles can be applied to ensure that transactions are conducted fairly, transparently, and in accordance with sharia provisions. As policy makers, it is necessary to support the application of these principles through regulations that facilitate the procurement of sharia-compliant goods and services, including in the education sector. The purpose of this research is to analyze the mechanism of package book procurement at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun Indramayu, and to evaluate the suitability of package book procurement at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun Indramayu with the perspective of Imam Syatibi's al-maslahah principle. This research method uses field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection procedures carried out were through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and interpretatively, using thematic, content, narrative, phenomenological, grounded theory, and discourse analysis techniques. The data were analyzed to explore an in-depth understanding of the social phenomenon or behavior under study. The results of the study concluded that: first, the mechanism of package book procurement at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun involves discussions between related parties to select books, ordering after approval, book delivery, distribution to students, and payment through the E-MAZ application with the option of payment in full or 4-5 months installments. Second, the application of Imam Syatibi's al-maslahah principle in the procurement of package books has a positive impact on the quality of education and the welfare of students, guardians, and institutions. The curriculum-compliant policy and payment flexibility reflect efforts to achieve benefits without harming. Although there are negative impacts such as emotional burdens, this policy supports smooth learning. Keywords: package book procurement, madrasah aliyah, al-maslahah principle

Abstract

This research aims to understand the effect of resilience on psychological well-being in the sandwich generation. The sandwich generation consists of individuals who bear dual responsibilities: caring for elderly parents while meeting the needs of their own nuclear family. This study used a quantitative method with data collected through a questionnaire involving 223 productive-age respondents. The Resilience Scale (RS-14) and Ryff’s Scales of Psychological Well-Being were used to measure the resilience and psychological well-being levels of the respondents. The results showed that resilience has a significant positive effect on psychological well-being in the sandwich generation, with a contribution of 37.8%. This finding indicates that individuals with high resilience tend to have better psychological well-being. Thus, increasing resilience could be an effective strategy for managing the pressures faced by the sandwich generation. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the importance of resilience in supporting the psychological well-being of the sandwich generation.
