Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the mathematics learning achievement of 5th-grade students at Budi Setia Private Elementary School. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression methods. The results indicate that learning motivation, parental support, and teaching methods significantly influence mathematics learning achievement. Other factors, such as the adequacy of learning facilities and attendance, also contribute meaningfully. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools enhance teaching approaches and encourage parental involvement to improve students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to improve the honest character of sixth-grade students of SD Negeri No. 100102 Panobasan through concrete experience-based learning. This research is motivated by students' low level of honesty in daily activities, both inside and outside the classroom. The research method uses the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which consists of two cycles of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Each cycle involves learning activities designed to provide concrete experiences, such as simulations, role plays, and group discussions related to real-life situations that require honesty. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the honest character of students after the implementation of concrete experience-based learning. This is shown through observations of student behavior, reflection results, and positive responses from teachers and students. The percentage of student honesty increased from 60% in the first cycle to 85% in the second cycle. In conclusion, concrete experience-based learning effectively instills honesty values in students. This study recommends using a similar approach in learning other character values

Abstract

Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which not only aims to improve the quality of education and research, but also makes a real contribution to the welfare of the community. This research aims to examine the role of community service in the context of community empowerment through various programs implemented by universities. This service includes providing training, guidance, and solutions to social, economic, and educational problems in the community. The results of the study show that community service integrated with academic activities can have a sustainable positive impact on the community and enrich the student experience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher leadership strategy in fostering student discipline through class management. The class that will be used for research is class IV. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects of the study were class teachers and class IV students. Data collected through observation and interviews as well as documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that effective teacher leadership strategies in fostering student discipline are: (1) Implementing clear rules, (2) Positive Approaches in Encouraging Discipline, (3) Effective Communication between Teachers and Students, (4) Giving Fair Consequences, (5) Time Management and Structured Learning. The conclusion of this study is that student discipline can be fostered with teacher leadership strategies by implementing class management optimally

Abstract

Crackers are popular dry snacks made from starch-based ingredients. However, some colored crackers are suspected to contain illegal dyes like rhodamine B, which is commonly used in the textile industry. Consumption of rhodamine B can cause health issues, including poisoning and cancer. This study aims to detect rhodamine B in red crackers sold at Mbonggawani, Potulando, and Wolowona markets. The method used is Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) with a solvent mixture of ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and ammonia (20:55:25). Out of the three samples tested, one sample tested positive for rhodamine B, indicated by a pink spot that fluoresces yellow under UV light at 254 nm. The Rf value of the sample was 0.7, consistent with the standard rhodamine B range (0.2–0.8).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan kurikulum pendidikan dasar di Indonesia dari Kurikulum 2013 (K-13) ke Kurikulum Merdeka melalui metode kajian kepustakaan. Data diperoleh dari dokumen resmi pemerintah, seperti peraturan, buku panduan kurikulum, serta jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan menginterpretasi dokumen tersebut untuk memahami dinamika perubahan yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka hadir untuk mengatasi berbagai kelemahan K-13, seperti tingginya beban administrasi, keterbatasan sumber daya pendidikan, serta pendekatan tematik yang kurang fleksibel. Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan lebih banyak kebebasan kepada guru untuk menyesuaikan pembelajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa dan konteks lokal melalui metode pembelajaran, penilaian formatif, dan materi yang lebih adaptif. Dengan penekanan pada penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21, kurikulum ini dirancang untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih relevan dan bermakna. Namun, penerapannya menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti kesiapan tenaga pengajar, kesenjangan kualitas pendidikan antarwilayah, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi. Meskipun demikian, Kurikulum Merdeka membuka peluang besar untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan kemandirian siswa. Dengan upaya yang tepat untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut, kurikulum ini berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia secara signifikan.

Abstract

Keberhasilan sistem pendidikan di Finlandia telah diakui oleh dunia, dan sistem pendidikan di Singapura juga telah berhasil menjadikan negara tersebut sebagai yang terbaik di ASEAN dalam bidang pendidikan. Kedua negara ini memiliki pendidikan yang lebih maju dibandingkan dengan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas komparasi sistem pendidikan di Finlandia dan Singapura sebagai tolak ukur untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang tepat untuk memajukan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia meliputi peningkatan kualitas guru, penerapan sistem pendidikan yang menjamin kesetaraan dan keadilan bagi seluruh masyarakat, pengembangan keahlian siswa, dan pengurangan beban belajar yang tinggi. Strategi-strategi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inovasi baru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di indonesia.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether there is an influence of the make a match type cooperative learning model on critical thinking skills and an increase in critical thinking skills by implementing the make a match type cooperative model on students at SDN 2 Mayong Kidul. This study uses a quantitative research type with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design approach. The sample used was 15 students. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results showed that there was a value of the influence of the difference in the average pretest and posttest scores, namely 68.6667 and 83.3333. This statement is supported by the results of the paired sample t-test showing that there was a difference in the average pretest and posttest scores in learning using the make a match type cooperative learning model on the critical thinking skills of grade IV students at SDN 2 Mayong Kidul. Data analysis using the N-Gain test obtained an average value of 0.4920 <0.7 so that it shows a moderate category.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Develop energy-saving products through a project for making a series of garden lights, (2) Explain the increase in students' understanding after implementing PjBL integrated STEAM in making a project for a series of energy-saving garden lights. This research uses a quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive analysis methods. Data collection using test techniques, observation, documentation and project/product assessment methods. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that students' physics learning achievement in the cognitive aspect has increased, according to the N-Gain criteria, it is in the high category (N Gain: 0.73). while the energy saving lamps in this study were lamp A (a combination of 5 watts, 5 watts, 20 watts and 30 watts).

Abstract

This study aims to identify the challenges teachers face in integrating digital technology aspart of learning in class V of SDN Sirnagalih. Using a qualitative approach and case studymethod, in-depth interviews were conducted with teachers to explore key issues such asteachers' understanding of digital technology, limited facilities, and the effectiveness ofdigital-based learning. The results show that teachers face various obstacles, includinglack of training, limited devices, gaps in students' access to technology, and challenges indelivering certain materials digitally. Despite this, teachers remain confident in usingtechnology, relying on creativity and cooperation to overcome limitations. This researchhighlights the importance of government support in providing adequate infrastructure aswell as regular training for teachers. By overcoming these challenges, digital learning canbe optimized and have a positive impact on students.
