Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan serta mengevaluasi kelayakan dari media pembelajaran interaktif untuk siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPAS yang akan menggunakan materi yang berkaitan dengan jenis hewan berdasarkan makannya. Tahapan dari metodologi “Research and Development (R&D)” adalah model “Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE)”. Siswa kelas IV dan guru SDN Jragung 02 Demak ikut serta sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei untuk validasi media, survei untuk validasi materi, dan survei untuk respon guru dan siswa. Teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif deskriptif diterapkan dalam menganalisis data. Temuan dari studi pengembangan media ini yaitu seperti berikut: (1) skor 95% dengan kriteria sangat layak diperoleh dari validasi media oleh ahli media; (2) skor 96,6% dengan kriteria sangat layak diperoleh dari validasi materi oleh ahli materi; dan (3) kriteria sangat layak diperoleh dari temuan respon siswa kelas IV dan guru. Kesimpulan yang bisa ditarik pada studi ini ialah media pembelajaran interaktif “Si Jenaka” mendapatkan kriteria sangat layak untuk diterapkan pada kegiatan pembelajaran IPAS pada materi jenis hewan berdasarkan makanannya di kelas IV SD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI.C SDN Bontokamase dalam memahami materi pecahan melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran berupa kartu pecahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus melibatkan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar (pre-test dan post-test), observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2. Rata-rata nilai siswa pada post-test siklus 1 adalah 70, naik menjadi 85 pada post-test siklus 2. Nilai minimum siswa juga meningkat dari 60 pada siklus 1 menjadi 75 pada siklus 2, sementara nilai maksimum mencapai 90. Penggunaan kartu pecahan sebagai media pembelajaran membantu siswa memvisualisasikan konsep pecahan dengan lebih baik, sehingga mereka lebih mudah memahami materi. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan kartu pecahan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, terutama pada materi yang membutuhkan representasi visual. Disarankan agar guru terus menggunakan media pembelajaran yang variatif dan interaktif untuk mendukung proses belajar siswa.

Abstract

Prisoners in correctional institutions are still often involved in conflicts, both conflicts between fellow prisoners and between prisoners and officers. These conflicts can occur due to psychosocial problems. Psychosocial problems of prisoners can be caused by the individual (thoughts, emotions and behavior) themselves and from the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to see how the psychosocial of prisoners affects the occurrence of conflicts between prisoners in Class IIB Siborongborong Prison and to see what the impacts of the conflicts are. The theory used is Erik Erikson's Psychosocial Theory. This research method is qualitative descriptive with primary and secondary data sources collected through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the conflicts between prisoners that occurred in Class IIB Siborongborong Prison were influenced by various complex psychosocial and social factors, uncontrolled prisoner emotions, the importance of prisoner awareness to comply with the rules in the prison, and the importance of providing education on psychosocial aspects and emotional management in prison. The psychosocial impact of prisoners greatly contributes to the occurrence of conflicts in prison. Personality changes, such as emotional reactivity, decreased social skills, and aggressive tendencies, create conditions that trigger conflict between prisoners. Conflicts between prisoners that occur can cause disturbances in security and order in prisons. The obstacles experienced are the absence of psychologists in Siborongborong Prison to monitor the mental health and psychological well-being of prisoners, as well as the lack of psychological approaches, namely therapy and counseling to help prisoners overcome their emotional and behavioral problems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Omasuka program on handling stunting has on maternal knowledge in Duri Barat Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This study uses an ex post facto research type, namely research that does not provide treatment or manipulation of research variables, but rather focuses on the analysis of data and information that has occurred naturally. The sample of this study was 50 mothers who live in Duri Barat Village. Data collection was carried out by providing questionnaires related to the research problem. Data analysis techniques were carried out by instrument trials (validity tests and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests), linearity tests and simple regression analysis. In this study, hypothesis testing was carried out partially (t-test) to test how much influence each independent variable (free variable) has on the dependent variable (bound variable) separately or partially. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the Omasuka Program on Maternal Knowledge in Duri Barat Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This is proven by the results of t count > t table (12.474 > 2.010), with a significance level value (0.000 < 0.05), which means that the Omasuka program on handling stunting has a positive and significant effect on maternal knowledge in Duri Barat Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of problems related to parental violence which causes children's self-confidence to be disturbed. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of parental violence on children's self-confidence in Bateh Tangah Nagari Village Ampek Koto Palembayan District. Palembayan. The type of research carried out is quantitative correlational research, namely to see the influence of something, see whether there is an influence of X on Y, where the results of this research are in the form of numbers. The population in this study was 80 people consisting of 45 women and 35 men. Meanwhile, the sample in this study consisted of 20 children aged 7-12 years using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument, which had been validated first and then processed using a simple non-parametric linear regression test using SPSS version 22. The constant number of Unstandardized Coefficients in this study was 90,080. This means that if there is no parental violence (X), the consistent value of self-confidence (Y) is 90,080. The regression coefficient value is 7330. This figure means that for every 1% increase in the level of parental violence (X), self-confidence (Y) will decrease by 7330, so the regression equation is Y`=90.08 -7330 X.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of obstacles or barriers in developing marketing strategies. With the right marketing strategy, it will help the company to boost revenue. The target of this finding is to understand how marketing tactics boost revenue from the egg-laying chicken farming business at the Lina chicken farm in Payakumbuh. By determining the source of primary and secondary data, this qualitative research connects theory with reality. The data analysis technique uses SWOT Analysis by providing score weights, ratings and values. The research findings here prove that the marketing strategies carried out are (1) utilizing competent human resources to manage opportunities such as product diversification; (2) Expanding the market through distribution to wider areas to capture increased demand; (3) daring to compete with competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects through the application of the Talking Stick learning model in class V of SDN 067245 Medan in the 2023/2024 academic year. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with two cycles including the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The results showed that the application of the Talking Stick model significantly improved student learning outcomes. At the pre-cycle stage, the classical completion rate only reached 20% with an average score of 60.83. After the implementation of cycle I, the completion rate increased to 43% with an average score of 70.41. In cycle II, student learning outcomes reached a classical completion rate of 83% with an average score of 83. Observations of teacher and student activities also showed a significant increase from the sufficient category in cycle I to very good in cycle II. The application of the Talking Stick model is effective in creating an interactive, enjoyable learning atmosphere, and is able to encourage student activity and understanding. This study concludes that the Talking Stick learning model can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes, especially in science subjects

Abstract

Berdasarkan penelitian banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan memahami materi selama proses pembelajaran sehingga mereka sering bersikap pasif yang berarti aktivitas pembelajaran tidak melibatkan respon aktif terhadap materi. Peserta didik mengatakan materi Pendidikan Pancasila sulit dipahami dan memerlukan pengulangan. Keterbatasan waktu metode ceramah tidak memungkinkan pengulangan secara menyeluruh sehingga dengan adanya sumber pendidikan yang menarik dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengalihkan perhatian siswa ke topik yang akan dibahas. Dapat menyesuaikan media dengan materi yang akan diajarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan dan pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Borong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis pre-Experimental design rancangan One group pretest-postpest design. Sampel penelitian siswa kelas V jumlah 30 siswa UPT SPF SD Inpres Borong Makassar. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar observasi, tes, angket dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik deskriptif hasil belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan media audio visual diperoleh nilai rata-rata Pretest yaitu 74,50% pada kategori rendah. Setelah menggunakan media audio visual nilai rata-rata Postest yaitu 90,50% berada pada kategori tinggi. Dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunkan uji paired sampel t-test dengan bantuan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailet) memperoleh 0,001 yang menunjukkan bahwa 0,001 < 0,05 atau dengan kata lain hipotesisi nol ????0 ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (????1) diterima. Berarti terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Borong Makassar.

Abstract

Peran Supervisor dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran di SD Negeri Megulung Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Rembang Pengawasan kepala sekolah sesuatu yang sangat penting dan perlu diterapkan. Hal ini disebabkan tanpa adanya pengawasan dalam proses akan menyebabkan tidak tercapainya rumusan dan tujuan yang sudah direncanakan sejak awal oleh suatu lembaga. Dalam proses pembelajaran guru sebagai penanggung jawab baik buruknya peserta didik dalam hal kemampuan SD Negeri Megulung Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Rembang menerapkan supervisi kepala sekolah membuktikan beberapa konsekuensi logistik dalam hasilnya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan supervisi kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Megulung Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Rembang, dengan: (1) rancangan supervisi kepala sekolah, (2) implementasi supervisi kepala sekolah, (3) dampak dari supervisi kepala sekolah dalam penerapan kurikulum dan pembelajaran di SD Negeri Megulung Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Rembang.Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian perspektif studi kasus. Dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, kemudian tahapan penarikan kesimpulan verifikasi. Untuk pengecekan keabsahan data digunakan triangngulasi sumber dan triangngulasi teknik. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, waka SDM, tim pengawas, guru.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) rencana supervisi kepala sekolah dalam implementasi kurikulum dan pembelajaran di SD Negeri Megulung Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Rembang meliputi, pembentukan tim pengawas, menentukan insturmen supervisi, membuat jadwal, melakukan persiapan sebelum kelapangan. (2) supervisi pelaksanaan meliputi, penggunaan pendekatan langsung, teknik kunjungan kelas, pemanggilan setelah penilaian, mengadakan diklat dan workshop untuk perbaikan. (3) Dampak dari supervisi meliputi, meningktanya profesionalitas guru, meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran siswa yang ditandai dengan prestasi.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how to apply the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Multiply Cards media to improve Mathematics learning outcomes in class V UPT SPF SD Negeri Tabaringan 5 Makassar. This study aims to improve Mathematics learning outcomes with the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Multiply Cards media in class V UPT SPF SD Negeri Tabaringan 5 Makassar. This type of research is pre-experimental. The research design is a Pretest-Posttest Design, namely an experiment whose implementation only involves one class as the experimental class without any comparison class (control class).The population in this study were all fifth grade students at UPT SPF SD Negeri Tabaringan 5 Makassar with a total of 24 students. The research instruments used were learning outcomes tests, observation sheets, questionnaires and student responses. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis techniques, data analysis of learning outcomes completeness, and inferential statistical analysis. The research results show that the average mathematics learning outcome before the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Multiply Cards media was implemented was 64.38 and after the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Multiply Cards media was implemented was 83.13. The results of the activity analysis of class V UPT SPF SD Negeri Tabaringan 5 Makassar were 75% in the active category, and the results of the analysis of student responses were 81.47% of students with positive responses and 18.51% of students with negative responses. Based on the results of the SPSS version 27 analysis, it appears that the sig value = 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that the average student learning ability test results after learning mathematics using Multiply Cards media is 0.05 > µ ≥ 83.13, this means that Hₒ rejected and H₁ accepted with an average student posttest score of 83.13, which means an increase in mathematics learning outcomes for class V UPT SPF SD Negeri Tabaringan 5 Makassar students. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of class V UPT SPF SD Negeri Tabaringan 5 Makassar using Multiply Cards media are classified as effective.
