Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktivitas metakognitif siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) pada materi ukuran pemusatan data. Fokus penelitian mencakup tiga aspek utama, yaitu perencanaan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi strategi pemecahan masalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan bentuk studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah 36 siswa kelas IX A SMP Suster Pontianak tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari tes uraian berbasis HOTS sebanyak 4 soal serta pedoman wawancara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas metakognitif siswa bervariasi sesuai kategori kemampuan. Siswa dengan kategori tinggi mampu merencanakan strategi secara runtut, melakukan pemantauan yang aktif, serta melakukan evaluasi yang reflektif. Siswa kategori sedang hanya menunjukkan sebagian keterampilan metakognitif, sedangkan siswa kategori rendah cenderung melakukan langkah mekanis tanpa kesadaran penuh terhadap proses berpikirnya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa tingkat metakognisi berbanding lurus dengan keberhasilan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal HOTS. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang mendorong perkembangan kemampuan metakognitif siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of PPKn students of grade V of SD Negeri 184 Pekanbaru who have not met the criteria for achieving learning objectives (KKTP). It is known that low learning outcomes are caused by less varied learning in the use of learning models and media so that it reduces student activity and has an impact on student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine and describe the effect of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Puzzle media on students' PPKn learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample of this study was 28 students of grade V. The data collection technique used a test with a question instrument in the form of multiple choice questions that had been tested for validity, reliability, level of difficulty and question discrimination. Based on the results of the study, the average pretest score was 57.57 and the average posttest score was 83.00, which showed an increase. The results of the hypothesis test using the Paired Sample T Test obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 so that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. The N-gain test results obtained a gain score of 0.6103, which is considered moderate, and a gain percentage of 61.03%, which is considered quite effective.

Abstract

The background of the author discussing this is because along with the development of the increasingly modern era, it has an impact on the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, thus requiring humans to follow the developments that occur. The use of technological developments in the economy in this modern era can be seen in the development of businesses that are currently penetrating the online system, and also occurs in the payment system, one of which is the non-cash payment system through an electronic wallet. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of using E-Wallet (OVO) in increasing the efficiency of financial transactions. to determine the role of security and privacy in increasing the effectiveness of using E-Wallet (OVO). This study uses a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of Using E-Wallet (OVO) in Digital Payments for Islamic Banking Study Program Students at UIN Bukittinggi is effective in increasing the efficiency of user financial transactions because transactions using E-Wallet (OVO) are very easy, besides that transactions using E-Wallet (OVO) also have a good security and privacy system so that it can increase user trust in E-Wallet (OVO).

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology drives digital transformation in various sectors, including banking. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) responded to this trend by presenting the BSI Mobile service as a form of digitalization of Islamic banking. However, out of a total of 19.2 million BSI customers, only around 6.3 million are recorded as using the mobile banking service. This low adoption rate indicates the need for further understanding of the factors that influence the use of BSI Mobile. This study aims to examine the determinants of BSI Mobile usage using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model, which consists of the variables Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Habit, as well as two dependent variables, namely Behavioral Intention and Behavioral Usage. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach using a survey method of 100 BSI Mobile user respondents in the Bukittinggi area. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that performance expectancy, social influence, habit have a significant effect on behavioral intention which in turn has a significant effect on behavioral usage to use BSI Mobile. Meanwhile, Facilitating conditions and habits have a significant effect on behavioral usage. For effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value do not have a significant effect on behavioral intention and behavioral usage. These findings are expected to be a reference for banks in improving more effective and efficient digitalization service strategies, especially in Islamic banking.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare and contrast the pre- and post-merger financial results of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Methodologically, this study was descriptive quantitative in nature. This study use Du Pont analysis as its analytical method. The study found that return on assets (ROA) changed both before and after the merger. Earnings per share (ROS) shift before and after a merger. After the merger, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) is the same as it was before. Net Profit Margin (NPM) changes between pre- and post-merger periods. A portion of the merger's goals have been met, according to the study's findings. As a result, BSI's financial performance increases across the board, including ROA, ROE, and NPM. Another thing that stays the same before and during the merger is the TATO ratio of the Bank Syariah Indonesia entity.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of role-play learning activities through a “mini-market” simulation in the first grade of SD Negeri Cipaku 2, Bogor City, as a strategy to help students recognize number symbols from 1 to 20. Early grade students are in the concrete operational stage of cognitive development, where learning is more effective when associated with real-life contexts and hands-on experiences (Piaget, 1972). Role-play as a method provides opportunities for students to engage actively, collaborate, and learn meaningfully in a fun atmosphere. In this activity, students act as sellers and buyers: sellers offer goods with price tags ranging from 1 to 20, while buyers bring play money with denominations from 1 to 20. This setting allows students to practice identifying, matching, and using number symbols in transactions. The study found that this method not only improved students’ ability to recognize and understand numbers but also enhanced communication, social interaction, and confidence in classroom activities. In addition, the role-play approach aligns with Vygotsky’s (1978) sociocultural theory, which emphasizes learning through social interaction and scaffolding. The results also show that contextual learning through simulation increases student engagement and reduces anxiety in learning mathematics, particularly in number recognition. This research suggests that role-play in a “mini-market” setting is an effective and innovative alternative for introducing number symbols, making mathematics more concrete, interactive, and meaningful for young learners. Teachers are encouraged to adopt similar contextual learning strategies to strengthen foundational numeracy skills.

Abstract

Media sosial adalah salah satu inovasi teknologi yang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat saat ini. Berbagai jenis platform media sosial telah banyak beredar dan digunakan di kalangan masyarakat di dunia bahkan di Indonesia. Namun muncul berbagai permasalahan akibat penyalahgunaan teknologi informasi tersebut Pada sisi lain, penggunaan internet yang nyaris tanpa kendali menyebabkan berbagai tindak kejahatan di dunia media sosial seperti perundungan melalui media sosial, hate-speech, penyebaran berita hoax, peredaran judi online, dan masih banyak lainnya. Peran guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam upaya mengatasi dampak negatif Sosial Media ini sangat penting. Tugas guru bimbingan dan konseling, terutama dalam upaya mencegah dampak negatif Sosial Media pada siswa, merupakan salah satu yang penting untuk dilakukan, karena dalam bimbingan dan konseling terdapat tujuan yang terkait dengan aspek pribadi-sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data ataupun survey dan juga pendekatan kualitatif. Metode survey ini digunakan untuk mengumpukan data mengenai bagaimana cara guru BK memanfaatkan media cyber counseling seperti zoom, google meet dan sebagainya agar dapat memberitahu kepada para siswa MTs Zia Salsabila untuk menggunakan sosial media dengan bijak sehingga kasus kejahatan penggunaan sosial media yang telah dipaparkan sebelumnya tidak terulang kembali. Layanan cyber counseling yang dilakukan oleh guru BK MTs Zia Salsabila telah berjalan dengan optimal, hal ini ditandai dengan; perencanaan yang baik, penggunaan media visual dalam penyampaian, serta penerapan metode yang sesuai dengan perkembangan siswa. Hasil dari penanganan guru BK terhadap Studi Kasus kejahatan Sosial media melalui media Cyber Counseling dengan layanan Informasi dan layanan Penguasaan konten ialah dari cara guru BK yang memberikan beberapa layanan seperti layanan informasi bagaimana cara agar seluruh siswa MTS Zia Salsabila tidak melakukan kejahatannya di media sosial karena dalam media sosial bukan hanya orang dewasa yang menggunakannya melainkan anak yang dibawah umur juga sangat umum dalam menggunakan sosial media ini.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya akhlak siswa yang baik di SD Muhammadiyah 5 Samarinda. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah 5 Samarinda? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara rinci peran dan kontribusi guru PAI dalam proses pembentukan akhlak siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan lokasi di SD Muhammadiyah 5 Samarinda. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh guru PAI dan siswa kelas IV, sedangkan responden terdiri atas lima guru PAI dan siswa dari lima kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memiliki peran yang sangat penting sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, teladan, motivator, sekaligus evaluator dalam membentuk akhlak siswa. Strategi yang diterapkan meliputi pembiasaan kegiatan keislaman, penerapan budaya 5S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun), penggunaan Sistem Bintang Akhlak, serta evaluasi rutin terhadap perkembangan perilaku siswa. Faktor pendukung pembentukan akhlak siswa antara lain lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, keteladanan guru, dan adanya kegiatan keagamaan yang terstruktur. Adapun faktor penghambat lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan luar sekolah, seperti keluarga dan masyarakat yang kurang mendukung. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembentukan akhlak siswa tidak dapat dilepaskan dari keteladanan guru, pembiasaan yang berkelanjutan, pemberian motivasi, evaluasi secara konsisten, serta sinergi yang kuat antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua.

Abstract

The implementation of IPAS (Science and Social Studies) learning in elementary schools often encounters obstacles due to students’ diverse learning styles. A mismatch between teaching methods and students’ characteristics can reduce learning effectiveness. This study aims to identify the dominant learning style among fourth-grade students at SDN 64/1 Muara Bulian and its implications for IPAS learning. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed by distributing a learning style questionnaire to 25 students. The instrument consisted of three main categories: visual, kinesthetic, and auditory. The results showed that the visual learning style was dominant, with 44% (11 students), followed by kinesthetic at 36% (9 students), and auditory at 20% (5 students). This finding indicates that most students comprehend material more easily through visual media such as images, concept maps, and instructional videos. The results emphasize the importance of teachers designing adaptive and varied IPAS learning strategies by combining visual, kinesthetic, and auditory approaches to accommodate all students effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning problems experienced by slow learner students in grade 1 at SD Negeri 1 Sudimoro. The research method employed is qualitative with a case study approach involving three slow learner students as research subjects. Data collection was conducted through observation and in-depth interviews with classroom teachers, the school principal, and students' parents. Data analysis utilized data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The research findings indicate that slow learner students face complex learning problems in three main aspects. The cognitive aspect includes delays in mastering reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; limitations in concentration and focus; and slow information processing. The social aspect encompasses difficulties in peer interaction, social isolation, and inappropriate social behavior, including bullying phenomena. The emotional aspect consists of low learning motivation, self-confidence, and high academic anxiety. Family environment factors also significantly influence the development of slow learner students. This study concludes that handling slow learner students requires a holistic approach involving individualized learning programs, teacher training, creation of an inclusive environment, counseling programs, and collaboration with parents to optimize students' learning potential.
