Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Pancasila Education learning evaluation in relation to the achievement of elementary school students' competencies, specifically regarding norms in grade V of SDN 060933 Medan Johor. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach involving homeroom teachers and students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed inductively. The results indicate that Pancasila Education learning evaluation activities have covered three aspects of assessment: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. However, implementation in the field remains uneven. Assessment still predominantly focuses on the cognitive aspect, while attitudes and skills have not been systematically measured. Factors influencing student competency achievement include learning strategies, media use, and active student participation during the learning process. Therefore, the development of a more authentic and comprehensive evaluation system is needed so that Pancasila Education learning outcomes can reflect the development of students' character and understanding of citizenship comprehensively.

Abstract

Nurfadillah, 2026, The Effect of Body Shaming on the Confidence of Students of the FKIP Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Tadulako University. Undergraduate Thesis. Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Department of Education Science, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University. Supervisor Dhevy Puswiartika. This study aims to determine the effect of body shaming on self-confidence in female students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program. Body shaming is the behavior of making negative comments related to a person's physical condition that can affect psychological conditions, including self-confidence. Self-confidence is one of the important aspects in student's psychological development because it affects the individual's ability to assess and accept themselves positively. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of causal associative research. The sample in this study amounted to 81 female students who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a psychological scale in the form of a questionnaire. The data obtained was then analyzed using a simple linear regression technique. The results of the analysis showed a regression equation Y = 48.060 + (−0.110) X with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These results show that body shaming has a negative and significant effect on self-confidence. A determination coefficient value (R Square) of 0.541 indicates that body shaming contributes 54.1% to self-confidence, while the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the results of the study, it was found that body shaming has an effect on students' self-confidence. The higher the body shaming experience that students receive, the lower the level of confidencethey have.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Rotating Trio Exchange learning model on the learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 101775 Sampali in the 2025/2026 academic year. This study uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi Experimental Design in the form of a Nonequivalent Control Group Design in the even semester. The research sample consisted of 58 students, consisting of 29 students of class V-A as the experimental class and 29 students of class V-B as the control class. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, learning outcome tests, and documentation. Data analysis used analysis prerequisite tests, which included normality tests and homogeneity tests, as well as hypothesis testing. The results showed that the pre-test and post-test data in the experimental class and the control class were normally distributed based on the Shapiro-Wilk test with a significance value of > 0.05 and had homogeneous variance based on the Levene test with a significance value of 0.379 (> 0.05). The average post-test score of the experimental class was 81.55, higher than the control class of 75.68. The results of the t-test (Independent Sample T-Test) obtained a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.019 < 0.05 and the calculated t value > t table (2.426 > 2.003), so that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. Thus, the use of the Rotating Trio Exchange learning model has a significant effect on the science learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 101775 Sampali in the 2025/2026 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze school and madrasah accreditation policies in Indonesia as an instrument for ensuring educational quality and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation. Accreditation is a form of external evaluation conducted by the National Accreditation Board for Schools/Madrasahs (BAN-S/M) with reference to the National Education Standards (SNP). This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods through analysis of regulations, scientific literature, and related policy documents. The results show that accreditation policies play a strategic role in improving educational quality through standardization, accountability, and transparency. The use of digital systems such as Sispena S/M also increases the efficiency and objectivity of the accreditation process. Supporting factors include commitment to quality improvement, national standardization, and encouragement of innovation in educational institutions, while inhibiting factors include limited human resources, administrative readiness, and facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, effective and sustainable accreditation management is needed to optimally improve educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for advancing madrasah education through technology-based leadership in the digital era. The background of this research is based on the demands of educational transformation due to the rapid development of information and communication technology, which requires madrasahs to adapt and innovate in both learning processes and educational management. This study employs a qualitative approach using literature review and conceptual analysis of various theories and practices of technology implementation in education. The findings reveal that strategies to advance madrasah education through technology-based leadership are carried out through several key steps: (1) integrating technology into learning in a planned and relevant manner; (2) improving digital competencies of teachers and students; (3) developing technology-based learning innovations such as gamification and Problem-Based Learning; (4) implementing visionary, adaptive, and innovative leadership; and (5) developing systematic digital strategies through stages of analysis, implementation, and continuous evaluation. In conclusion, technology-based leadership plays a crucial role in driving digital transformation in madrasahs. Strategic and sustainable integration of technology can enhance the quality of learning, improve the effectiveness of educational management, and produce graduates who are competent and ready to face the challenges of the digital era. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of leadership in improving the quality of education through data-driven policy making. The study employs a qualitative approach with a library research design supported by relevant scientific literature. The findings indicate that leadership plays a strategic role in determining effective and targeted educational policies. The use of data in decision-making enables leaders to objectively identify problems, set priorities, and formulate policies that align with actual needs in the field. Furthermore, data-driven leadership contributes to improving organizational performance, strengthening continuous evaluation processes, and fostering a transparent and collaborative organizational culture. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, including limited data literacy, inadequate information systems, and a lack of data-use culture. Therefore, strengthening efforts are needed through capacity building, development of information systems, and the establishment of a data-driven work culture. In conclusion, data-driven leadership is a key factor in achieving sustainable improvement in educational quality. Abstract

This study examines communication barriers between teachers and students in the learning process at UPT SD Negeri 066054 Medan Denai. Effective communication is essential for delivering learning materials clearly and fostering student engagement. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving one teacher and 20 students. The findings reveal that teachers employ both verbal and non-verbal communication, yet challenges remain in maintaining student attention and creating an open communication climate. Interpersonal communication significantly influences learning effectiveness, but barriers such as unclear messages, authoritarian styles, and psychological constraints reduce student participation. This study highlights the importance of empathetic communication strategies, adaptive teaching methods, and the integration of media to overcome communication barriers and enhance learning outcomes. The implications suggest that schools and policymakers should provide training programs to strengthen teachers’ communication skills and promote inclusive classroom environments.

Abstract

This study analyzes the use of Instagram as a digital medium to introduce Torajan culture in social studies learning through a literature review method. This study used a qualitative approach with a literature review method that reviewed several relevant scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that Instagram, as a visual and interactive medium, is effective in presenting cultural content such as Tongkonan, Rambu Solo', Rambu Tuka', kinship systems, and mutual cooperation, thus helping students understand social studies concepts such as social interaction, values ​​and norms, and social stratification more concretely. In addition to improving cognitive understanding, Instagram use also fosters tolerance, appreciation for diversity, and pride in local culture. Thus, Instagram can be an innovative learning strategy that integrates digital technology, local culture, and character education to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of Torajan culture. This study aims to analyze the use of Instagram as a digital medium to introduce Torajan culture in social studies learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Gross motor development is a crucial aspect of elementary school-aged children’s growth, as it relates to their ability to perform various physical activities involving the body’s large muscle groups. This study aims to examine the gross motor development of lower-grade students in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) classes at SD Negeri 2 Susut. This study employs a quantitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were lower-grade students numbering (adjust the sample size). Data collection was conducted through gross motor skill tests comprising eight types of tests: throwing, catching, bouncing a ball, dribbling a ball, balance, forward roll, jumping, and running. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques by calculating the percentage of test results obtained by the students. The results of the study indicate that, in general, students’ gross motor development falls into the “adequate” category. Running ability showed the best development compared to other skills, while balance and several manipulative skills still need improvement. These findings suggest that students’ gross motor development is not evenly distributed across all motor skills. Therefore, physical education instruction needs to be more varied and provide students with broader opportunities to engage in a variety of physical activities so that their gross motor skills can develop optimally. Keywords: Gross Motor Skills, Elementary School Students, Physical Education Instruction ABSTRAK Perkembangan motorik kasar merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pertumbuhan anak usia sekolah dasar karena berkaitan dengan kemampuan anak dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas gerak yang melibatkan otot-otot besar tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan motorik kasar siswa kelas rendah pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di SD Negeri 2 Susut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas rendah yang berjumlah (sesuaikan jumlah sampel). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes keterampilan motorik kasar yang meliputi delapan jenis tes yaitu melempar, menangkap, memantulkan bola, menggiring bola, keseimbangan, roll depan, melompat, dan berlari. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan menghitung persentase hasil tes yang diperoleh siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum perkembangan motorik kasar siswa berada pada kategori cukup. Kemampuan berlari menunjukkan perkembangan yang paling baik dibandingkan dengan keterampilan lainnya, sedangkan kemampuan keseimbangan dan beberapa keterampilan manipulatif masih perlu ditingkatkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan motorik kasar siswa tidak berkembang secara merata pada setiap keterampilan gerak. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembelajaran PJOK yang lebih bervariasi dan memberikan kesempatan yang lebih luas bagi siswa untuk melakukan berbagai aktivitas gerak sehingga perkembangan motorik kasar dapat berkembang secara optimal. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of gross motor skills among first- and second-grade students in the context of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) instruction. This study employs a quantitative, descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of 66 students, comprising all first- and second-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Pejeng. Total sampling was used as the sampling technique. The instrument used was the MOBAK 1–2 (Motorische Basiskompetenzen), which measures two domains: self-movement and object movement. Data collection was conducted through tests and direct observation, while data analysis utilized descriptive statistics, specifically means and percentages. The results of the study indicate that the development of students’ gross motor skills is generally in the “adequate” category, with a percentage of 42.4%. In the self-movement domain, balance had the highest mean score, while forward rolls had the lowest. In the object movement domain, catching demonstrated the highest achievement, while bouncing a ball had the lowest. These findings indicate that students’ gross motor development is not yet uniform across all skill aspects, particularly in skills requiring complex movement coordination. Based on the research findings, it was concluded that more varied and innovative physical education instruction, accompanied by systematic motor skill assessments, is necessary to optimally enhance students’ gross motor skill development.
