Abstract

Pekalongan lopis raksasa (giant lopis) is a traditional food made from sticky rice that is steamed until solid and wrapped in banana leaves in very large sizes. For Indonesian, food is more than just a biological necessity. It is acomplex intertwining of nature, humanity, and the Creator. Every grain of rice,every piece of side dish, and every blend of spices holds traces of history, philosophical values, andecological knowledge passed down from generation to generation. However, in the modern era, this traditional food system faces enormous challenges. The trend offood industrialization, which encourages monoculture, the use of synthetic chemicals, and flavor standardization, threatens ecological sustainability and cultural diversity. Therefore, it is important to reexamine the richness of the Nusantara food systemof the archipelago. Understanding the philosophy, local wisdom, and potential contained withinis not merely an effort of nostalgia, but a strategic step towardsbuilding food security, food sovereignty, and strengthening national identityon the global stage.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of digital technology-based Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning innovations to help elementary school students develop digital ethics and responsibility in the social media era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a literature review of PPKn learning approaches that integrate digital technology, moral principles, and digital citizenship competencies using literature review techniques. The results of this study indicate that innovations in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning using digital technology have transformed teaching methods. Teachers can use computers, the internet, and applications to make learning more engaging. Students learn in a collaborative atmosphere through digital media, games, and videos. Technology increases student participation and critical thinking skills. Integrating digital literacy helps students understand ethics, privacy, and responsibility in cyberspace. Projects such as Project Citizen Digital and ethical case simulations improve these skills. However, there are obstacles such as a lack of infrastructure and teacher competency. Collaboration between the government, schools, and parents is needed for this support.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial statement manipulation case of PT Garuda Indonesia in 2018 and the audit process that followed. The study aims to explain how the manipulation occurred, how the audit addressed the case, and what factors influenced the auditor’s independence. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach based on public documents, audit reports, and regulatory sanctions. The findings show that Garuda Indonesia recognized revenue from a cooperation agreement with PT Mahata Aero Teknologi before meeting the criteria in PSAK. This recognition changed a large loss into a reported profit. Regulators required a restatement that confirmed a significant loss. The audit process found limited evidence on material accounts and high uncertainty about going concern, which led to a disclaimer opinion in 2020. The case shows that weak internal control, pressure on management, and poor governance increased fraud risk. The sanctions from OJK and the Ministry of Finance forced improvements in audit quality and governance. The study recommends stronger internal control, strict revenue recognition standards, and better independence for auditors to prevent similar cases.

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan unsur yang sangat penting dalam proses pendidikan di sekolahdasar, guru perlu memahami bentuk serta tingkat motivasi belajar yang dimiliki olehsiswa. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan strategi guru dalam optimalisasimotivasi belajar siswa kelas tinggi yang bersifat tidak merata, yang disebabkankurangnya kecocokan variasi strategi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi strategi guru serta menganalisisoptimalisasi motivasi belajar siswa secara merata. Metode yang digunakan adalahpenelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus, Data dikumpulkan melaluiperolehan dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan 1 orangguru kelas dan 14 siswa kelas IV di SDN Alalak Utara 2 Banjarmasin. Hasil analisismenunjukkan bahwa guru telah menerapkan berbagai strategi pembelajaran yangbervariasi dan interaktif, namun penerapannya belum merata pada seluruh matapelajaran. Hal ini menyebabkan motivasi belajar siswa cenderung bersifat selektifyang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwapenggunaan strategi pembelajaran yang bervariasi, interaktif dan konsisten untukseluruh mata pelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Setiap siswa memiliki kesiapan, kemampuan, dan minat belajar yang beragam. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan usaha yang dilakukan agar kebutuhan belajar setiap siswa dapat terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 3 kategori siswa yaitu cepat, lambat, dan butuh perhatian. Penerapan metode tutor teman sebaya memberikan solusi praktis bagi guru guna menjangkau dan memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa dalam jam pembelajaran yang terbatas. Studi ini mengadopsi metode kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Informasi diperoleh menggunakan triangulasi data, yaitu wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan guru kelas, observasi non-partisipatif dengan tutor dan siswa yang dibimbing, serta studi dokumen pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi tutor teman sebaya dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang dibimbing. Peningkatan terlihat pada hasil kognitif dan aspek non-kognitif, seperti kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan sosial. Siswa yang berperan sebagai tutor mendapatkan tugas pengayaan yang lebih menantang untuk mempertahankan minat belajar mereka. Tantangan berupa frustrasi tutor saat membimbing berhasil dimitigasi melalui dukungan guru, termasuk intervensi langsung dan perubahan posisi duduk siswa yang kesulitan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi tutor teman sebaya terbukti efektif dan strategis dalam mengoptimalkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Secara praktis, guru disarankan untuk rutin mengadakan program pelatihan tutor sebaya yang berfokus pada keterampilan komunikasi dan mitigasi frustasi, bukan hanya penguasaan materi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in one of the elementary schools located in the city of Serang, namely SDN Sempu 2, precisely in class IV. This study uses a quantitative method with the type of action, the type of action is carried out to find out and practice directly related to the problems that occur. Based on the results of interviews and observations that the problem experienced by grade IV students is the low multiplication ability of students. Therefore, the researcher took actions that would help students in calculating multiplication. The solution used by the researcher is the use of the Jarimatika technique, the Jarimatika technique is a counting technique that uses the fingers and finger joints, and counting with the Jarimatika also becomes faster. Based on the results of the actions taken by researchers, the use of the Jarimatika technique in calculating multiplication is considered successful in helping students in counting. Judging from the results of tests carried out by students that they are able to count using finger movements. The results of the tests they carried out were also above the KKM which was the reason for the successful use of the Jarimatika technique. Keywords: Counting, Multiplication, Jarimatika technique ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu SD yang terletak di Kota Serang, yaitu SDN Sempu 2 tepatnya pada kelas IV. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuatitatif dengan jenis tindakan, Jenis Tindakan dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan mempraktikkan langsung terkait permasalahan yang terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi bahwa masalah yang dialami oleh siswa kelas IV adalah kemampuan berhitung perkalian siswa yang rendah. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan tindakan yang akan membantu siswa dalam menghitung perkalian. Solusi yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penggunaan teknik jarimatika, Teknik Jarimatika merupakan Teknik berhitung yang menggunakan jari dan ruas-ruas jari, dan menghitung dengan jarimatika juga menjadi lebih cepat. Berdasarkan hasil Tindakan yang dilakukan peneliti bahwa dengan penggunaan Teknik jarimatika dalam menghitung perkalian dianggap berhasil membantu siswa dalam menghitung. Dilihat dari hasil tes yang dikerjakan oleh siswa bahwa mereka sudah mampu menghitung menggunakan Gerakan-gerakan jarinya. Hasil dari tes yang mereka kerjakan juga diatas KKM yang menjadi alasan keberhasilan penggunaan Teknik jarimatika. Kata kunci: Menghitung, Perkalian, Teknik jarimatika

Abstract

This study was motivated by the existence of elementary school children who experience language development disorders, namely speech delay compared to their peers in the sixth grade of an elementary school in Cirebon City. The child, whose initials are D, experiences speech delay, which hinders his communication and learning processes. This study aims to determine the strategies and obstacles faced by Teacher Y in handling Child D, who experiences speech delay in elementary school. The research method used was qualitative research with a case study. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman Model. The results of the study showed that the strategies used by the teacher were multisensory, simple and gradual instruction, and the use of interactive learning media, methods, and models to stimulate the child's language. Meanwhile, the obstacles encountered were limited time for assistance, a lack of supporting facilities, and inconsistent stimulation at home. Based on these research results, it was concluded that handling children with speech delay requires varied strategies supported by collaboration between teachers and parents in order to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Pancasila Education learning at Gebanganom Elementary School, identify obstacles to the learning process, and implement innovative, contextual learning practices for elementary school students. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, using observation, interviews, and direct learning practices. The results indicate that learning is still dominated by lecture methods and limited media use. Students' limited literacy and numeracy skills also influence their understanding of the material. Through innovative learning practices such as discussions, simulations, and project activities, students demonstrated greater enthusiasm and a better understanding of Pancasila values. In conclusion, Pancasila Education learning will be more effective if presented contextually, using engaging media, and actively involving students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of game-based learning (gamified learning) on improving eighth-grade students' speaking skills in English lessons at SMAN 1 Bengkulu City and to determine students' perceptions of the method's implementation. This study used a mixed-methods approach by combining quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data were obtained through speaking tests (pre-test and post-test) and questionnaires with 20 Likert scale statements, while qualitative data were collected through semi-structured interviews and classroom observations. The pre-test results showed an average student score of 50.33 with a dominant category of "sufficient" (40%), while the post-test results increased significantly with an average of 84.00 and a dominant category of "very good" (50%). Descriptive statistical analysis also showed that all aspects of speaking skills improved, with the highest scores in the aspects of task completion (mean 4.47) and interaction engagement (mean 4.40). Observational results showed that the majority of students participated actively, focused, and enthusiastically, while interviews revealed that students felt more motivated, confident, and brave in speaking English through games. Thus, gamification learning has been proven to be effective in improving speaking skills while creating a fun learning atmosphere.

Abstract

Konsumsi kopi merupakan kebiasaan umum di kalangan mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang menghadapi tekanan akademik seperti skripsi, ujian, dan tenggat tugas. Dalam kondisi tersebut, kemampuan mengatur diri dan cara mengambil keputusan menjadi faktor psikologis yang berpotensi memengaruhi pola konsumsi kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara self-regulation dengan lima gaya pengambilan keputusan rasional, intuitif, dependen, menghindar, dan spontan pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang rutin mengonsumsi kopi. Sebanyak 160 mahasiswa berusia 20–24 tahun yang mengonsumsi kopi minimal satu kali per hari berpartisipasi melalui survei daring. Self-regulation diukur menggunakan 17 item Short Self-Regulation Questionnaire, sementara gaya pengambilan keputusan dinilai melalui 25 item mencakup lima gaya keputusan tersebut. Analisis menggunakan korelasi Spearman menunjukkan bahwa self-regulation berhubungan positif dengan gaya rasional dan intuitif, serta berhubungan negatif dengan gaya dependen, menghindar, dan spontan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik regulasi diri mahasiswa, semakin adaptif gaya pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan, sedangkan regulasi diri yang rendah berkaitan dengan kecenderungan keputusan yang kurang efektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan keterampilan regulasi diri dan strategi keputusan adaptif sebagai upaya mendukung pengelolaan tuntutan akademik dan konsumsi kafein yang lebih sehat.
