Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of developing fine motor skills in early childhood through the use of appropriate and engaging learning media. One of the media that can be used is an Educational Play Tool (APE) in the form of buttoning clothes, which helps train children's hand-eye coordination. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of buttoning APE in developing fine motor skills of early childhood in the home environment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation of two children aged 5–6 years and interviews with their parents. The results show that the use of buttoning APE can improve children's fine motor skills, such as pinching, inserting buttons into holes, as well as fostering patience and independence. Children appear more interested and active in learning activities that are carried out directly and in a fun way. Therefore, buttoning APE is effective as a medium to stimulate fine motor development in early childhood within the family environment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS), especially energy source material in class IV UPTD SDN 2 Fontein Kupang. This problem is caused by the lack of implementation of a learning approach that actively involves students, so that students tend to be passive in the learning process. This study aims to determine the influence of scientific approaches on the learning outcomes of IPAS on energy source materials of grade IV students. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental type using a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample population as well as the research was all grade IV students totaling 20 people with saturated sampling techniques. The instruments used were learning outcome tests given before and after (posttest) treatment. Data analysis was carried out using a t-test with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes after applying the scientific approach. The average pretest score of 8.05 increased to 134.5 in the posttest. The results of the t-test showed that the tcal value was greater than the ttable with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, so an alternative hypothesis was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of scientific approaches on the learning outcomes of science students in grade IV on energy source materials at UPTD SDN 2 Fontein Kupang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the representation of social reality through literary aesthetics in the novel Filosofi Kopi by Dee Lestari. The novel is regarded as a medium that not only presents the beauty of language but also reflects the dynamics of social life, such as human relationships, the value and meaning of friendship, economic struggles, and the search for meaning in life. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with literary aesthetic analysis, this study examines intrinsic elements and language styles that construct aesthetic value while conveying moral and social messages. The results indicate that literary aesthetics in this novel function as a means of representing social reality in a symbolic and reflective manner, thereby raising readers’ awareness of the social conditions around them. Thus, literary works serve not only as entertainment but also as a reflection and critique of social reality.

Abstract

Krisis lingkungan global saat ini tidak hanya dipicu oleh kegagalan sistemik, tetapi juga oleh krisis kesadaran manusia yang cenderung abai terhadap kerusakan alam di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi spiritual melalui integrasi ekoteologi dan praktik mindfulness dalam membangun relasi cinta kasih terhadap alam. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dan fenomenologi, penelitian ini membedah perbedaan fundamental antara motivasi pelestarian yang berbasis kepatuhan hukum dengan yang berbasis kesadaran spiritual. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa menjaga lingkungan karena takut akan sanksi hukum cenderung menghasilkan kepatuhan yang bersifat formalistik, terpaksa, dan dangkal. Sebaliknya, pendekatan ekoteologi mindfulness—sebagaimana diperkuat dalam peta jalan moderasi beragama Kementerian Agama RI tahun 2025—mampu mentransformasi perilaku manusia menjadi lebih ikhlas dan mendalam. Melalui kesadaran penuh (mindfulness), manusia mampu menghayati eksistensi alam sebagai manifestasi keagungan Tuhan, sehingga melahirkan relasi cinta kasih yang damai dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan internalisasi nilai ekospiritualitas dalam pendidikan karakter untuk membangun masyarakat yang peduli lingkungan secara intrinsik.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis peran pendamping keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM) program keluarga harapan (PKH) dalam menanggulangi balita stunting dinagari sungai talang kabupaten lima puluh kota, dan 2) mengetahui problematika yang dihadapi pendamping keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM) Program keluarga harapan (PKH) dalam menanggulangi balita stunting di Nagari Sungai Talang Kabupaten lima puluh kota. Jenis penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif,sumber data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder .informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling .data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data,display data,dan penarikan kesimpulan. Peran Pendamping Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Dalam Menanggulangi Balita Stunting di Nagari Sungai Talang Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota: a) Peran Pendididkan. Pendamping PKH melakukan tinjauan ke sekolah tentang pentingnya kesehatan dan gizi pada anak balita dan ibunya, b) fasilitator, dilakukan pada KPM dengan pendampingan rutin, membuka ruang waktu bagi keluarga penerima PKH untuk bisa mengetahui keluhan-keluhan peserta binaan dan pendamping PKH memberikan dukungan kepada ibu hamil untuk memeriksa kesehatan baik itu di Posyandu maupun di Puskesmas, dan c) Peran pendampingan. Berkoordinasi dengan Kader, Jorong, Wali Nagari dan Bidan Desa terkait dengan penerima PKH.

Abstract

Fruit-themed Arabic language learning media in class II SDIT Insan Rabbani Tegalsari Gadingrejo actually already exists, but has not been utilized optimally. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model. The research objective is to develop Smart TV-based media with the help of the Canva AI application to increase students' interest in learning. The trial involved 26 students and showed that the media developed was valid, practical and useful. As a result, students' interest in learning increases, thus, this media can help increase interest in learning while making it easier for students to understand Arabic vocabulary about fruit

Abstract

The ability to read the Qur’an is a fundamental skill that must be mastered by students, especially at the elementary school level. However, in reality, many students still have low ability in reading the Qur’an, including recognizing hijaiyah letters, fluency, and accuracy in applying tajwid rules. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Bina Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an (BTQ) program in overcoming students’ low reading ability at SDN Situgadung II, Tangerang Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving school principals, teachers, and students. The results show that the BTQ program is implemented systematically, structured, and continuously using methods such as tilawati. The program has a positive impact on improving students’ ability to read the Qur’an, including fluency, accuracy, and confidence. Supporting factors include school support, teacher competence, and adequate facilities, while inhibiting factors include differences in students’ abilities and lack of parental guidance at home.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi mengenal perasaan di kelas II SDI Bertingkat Kelapa Lima 3 dengan menggunakan metode classroom action research. penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan kelas yang dilakukan di SDI Bertingkat Kelapa Lima 3 dengan subjek penelitian yakni siswa kelas II SDI Bertingkat Kelapa Lima 3 yang terdiri dari 19 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa hasil siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah menerapkan metode classroom action research pada materi mengenal perasaan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa siklus l diperoleh persentase ketuntasan 47,36% dengan nilai rata-rata 70,31%. sedangkan pada siklus ll diperoleh persentase ketuntasan 82,5% dari siklus l dan siklus ll mengalami peningkatan dan dikatakan sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Dengan demikian penelitian tindakan kelas ini berhasil sehingga penelitian menyatakan bahwa penerapan metode calssroom action research dapat meningakatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Reading literacy is a fundamental competency that serves as the primary prerequisite for elementary school students' learning success. However, based on PISA 2022 results, the reading literacy level of Indonesian students remains low, particularly in comprehension, inference, and critical thinking. This study aims to identify, analyze, and synthesize effective strategies for improving reading literacy among elementary school students. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines. Data sources consist of 16 scholarly journal articles indexed in SINTA and 1 thesis published between 2016 and 2026. The findings reveal six main strategies: interactive reading (DRTA) increasing mastery from 37% to 87.5%, cooperative learning enhancing engagement, digital literacy, project-based learning increasing mastery from 73% to 93%, illustrated story media, and integrated reading strategies (storytelling, SQ3R). Interactive reading and cooperative learning are the most dominant strategies, significantly enhancing comprehension, engagement, motivation, and critical thinking. Supporting factors include teacher readiness, varied reading materials, parental involvement, positive school climate, and collaboration among teachers, librarians, and counselors. This study concludes that implementing varied, contextual, and sustainable strategies is essential to address low reading literacy. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers apply a combination of interactive and cooperative strategies tailored to students' characteristics, supported by continuous training, strengthening of school libraries, and integration of local wisdom values.

Abstract

Cultivating multicultural awareness among adolescents, particularly at Senior High School X, West Jakarta, is seen as a response to the dynamics of Indonesian society, which is highly diverse in terms of culture, religion, and ethnicity. High school adolescents are in the development phase of self-identity and socialization, making them vulnerable to prejudice, stereotypes, and potential conflict due to a lack of understanding and appreciation of differences. A lack of multicultural awareness can hinder the creation of a harmonious, inclusive, and tolerant school environment. This training aims to increase multicultural awareness among adolescents at Senior High School X, West Jakarta, through an inclusive educational approach, encouraging mutual respect, and building a harmonious and discrimination-free school environment. This activity also aims to develop students' social skills, empathy, and critical understanding of cultural diversity, so they can become agents of tolerant and inclusive social change in society. The method used is a service learning approach consisting of four main stages: investigation, planning, implementation, and reflection. In the investigation stage, students map cultural diversity in the school environment and the surrounding community. The planning stage involves developing outreach materials and activity strategies, such as group discussions, presentations, and the creation of cross-cultural collaborative projects. The implementation phase is carried out through Cultural Day activities, cultural exchanges, and open dialogue involving all students and teachers. The reflection phase involves joint evaluation, both qualitative and quantitative, to measure changes in students' attitudes and understanding of multicultural values.
