Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest commodity-producing countries in the world, particularly in the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) sector, which contributes significantly to national economic growth and foreign exchange earnings. However, the high volume of CPO exports has also created various problems in international trade governance, especially related to export price manipulation practices such as under invoicing and transfer pricing. These practices potentially reduce state revenue from taxes and export duties. This study aims to analyze the establishment of Danantara as a government strategy to prevent export price manipulation in Indonesia’s CPO industry in 2026. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach by collecting secondary data from books, journals, government reports, and relevant scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that the establishment of Danantara represents the government’s effort to strengthen supervision of export commodity trade through increasing transparency, improving coordination among institutions, and monitoring international trade transactions more effectively. The study also finds that stronger supervision is needed to minimize transfer pricing practices and improve state revenue from the export sector. Therefore, Danantara is expected to become an important instrument in improving the governance of commodity exports in Indonesia in a more transparent, accountable, and efficient manner.

Abstract

Work motivation is one of the key factors contributing to organizational effectiveness and success. Rapid changes in the work environment, driven by technological advancements, globalization, and the increasing demands of the modern workplace, require organizations to develop an organizational culture that is flexible and adaptable. This study aims to identify the characteristics of a flexible and future-oriented organizational culture, analyze the factors supporting its implementation, and examine its influence on employee work motivation. A flexible and future-oriented organizational culture is considered essential for fostering employee motivation and improving organizational performance. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by reviewing and analyzing scientific journal articles, books, and previous research related to organizational culture and work motivation. The review process follows the stages of identification, selection, evaluation, and synthesis of relevant literature based on systematic review principles. The findings indicate that the main characteristics of a flexible organizational culture include adaptability to change, open communication, support for innovation, collaboration, and employee empowerment through greater autonomy. A future-oriented organizational culture is reflected in a long-term vision, continuous learning, competency development, and organizational readiness to respond effectively to environmental changes. The successful implementation of this culture is supported by visionary leadership, strong organizational commitment, and continuous human resource development. Furthermore, the review demonstrates that a flexible and future-oriented organizational culture positively influences employee work motivation, enhances engagement, improves productivity, and strengthens organizational competitiveness. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to cultivate an adaptive culture that supports sustainable performance and prepares employees to face future challenges in an increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment. Abstract

This study aims to examine the concepts of philosophical epistemology and Sufism in the Islamic scientific tradition, analyze the integration patterns between the two, and identify their implications for the formation of holistic Islamic education. This research is motivated by the dichotomy between rational and spiritual approaches to knowledge, which has resulted in the separation of religious knowledge and general knowledge in the Islamic education system. The method used is qualitative research with a library research approach, with content analysis techniques for books, scientific journals, and relevant literature. The results of the study indicate that first, philosophical epistemology (burhani) places reason as an instrument of rational verification. Second, Sufism epistemology (irfani) emphasizes intuition, inner experience, and purification of the soul as a path to acquiring hudhuri knowledge. Third, the integration pattern between philosophical epistemology (burhani) and Sufism (irfani) shows that these two approaches are complementary, not contradictory, where reason verifies concepts while inner experience absorbs the essence of reality. Fourth, this integration has comprehensive implications for the formation of holistic Islamic education, both ontologically, epistemologically, methodologically, and axiologically. This integration has implications for the ontological, epistemological, methodological, and axiological aspects of Islamic education, so that education is directed toward a balance between the intellectual intelligence and spiritual maturity of students.

Abstract

This study aims to improve early childhood creativity through block play activities at PAUD Islam Hawari Tanjung Ganti I. The research was motivated by initial observations indicating that children’s creativity levels were relatively low, with approximately 60% of children showing limited active engagement in block play activities. The observed issues included low ability to express ideas, limited variation in creations, and a tendency to imitate peers’ work. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages conducted in two cycles. The participants consisted of 15 early childhood learners. Data were collected through observation and documentation based on creativity indicators, namely fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques. The findings revealed a significant improvement in children’s creativity from Cycle I to Cycle II. In Cycle I, the average creativity score was 2.35, categorized as “Beginning to Develop,” while in Cycle II it increased to 3.45, categorized as “Very Well Developed.” The improvement was observed across all creativity indicators, with an overall increase of 1.1 points. These results indicate that block play activities are effective in enhancing children’s creativity by providing opportunities for exploration, experimentation, idea generation, and imaginative construction. The study suggests that block play can be used as an alternative learning medium to stimulate creativity in early childhood education settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher professionalism in aligning teaching styles with students’ kinesthetic learning characteristics in the subject of Indonesian Islamic Cultural History (SKI Nusantara). The main problem in SKI learning so far is the dominance of the lecture method, which tends to overlook the needs of kinesthetic learners who require physical activity and direct involvement in understanding historical narratives. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with SKI teachers. The results of the study indicate that teacher professionalism in aligning teaching styles is realized through three main stages: (1) differentiated learning planning that incorporates motor activities, (2) the implementation of active learning methods such as role play, and (3) the use of concrete object-based learning media. The study reveals that the synchronization between teachers’ teaching styles and students’ kinesthetic needs can enhance active engagement and deepen the understanding of historical concepts. However, teachers still face challenges in time management and limited classroom space for movement. This study recommends the importance of teacher creativity in utilizing the school environment as a history laboratory to accommodate students’ physical learning needs.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools, specifically in addressing students with special needs (ABK) with ADHD/autism characteristics. The method used was a qualitative approach through direct observation at Lubuk Pakam National Private Elementary School. The results indicate that inclusive education has been socially effective, indicated by the acceptance of students with ABK. However, pedagogically, it is not yet optimal because learning and assessment are still the same as for regular students. Teachers have implemented an individualized approach but have not yet systematically implemented learning differentiation, and there is no Individual Learning Program (PPI). The main challenges include a lack of teacher understanding, limited facilities, and the unavailability of special assistant teachers (GPK). Therefore, strengthening teacher competencies, developing differentiated learning, and developing PPI are necessary to realize equitable inclusive education.
